After losing 70 pounds in 2002, I became a yoga teacher, trained for and ran a marathon, many half marathons and triathlons, and have my diet very clean. Unfortunately much of the weight has creeped back over the years, even with two hour a day workouts and teaching yoga! I share traits w/many of these posters – I am a 37 year old female with 2 daughters (18 and 12). I was extremely healthy and fit throughout high school and after my first child. I married 14 years ago, became ‘comfortable’ and had another child which was the beginning of my demise. Of course I have run the full cycle of losing some weight and gaining some back. My husband passed away close to a year ago and I put my health on the back burner and concentrated on my daughters. I recently decided that helping myself is a top priority so that I can be here to guide them and help with the grandchild I just found out I am having. I have lost 22 pounds in the last few months but have twice that many to go. I lose a few and then become unmotivated because it takes so darn long to see results. I eat healthy and exercise at home but have not yet found the right combination. I think the XFLD would fit because it offers fast results in a HEALTHY way and seeing quick results is definently motivational.

I am a 19 year old college student, as a matter of fact I just ended my first year of college which makes me happy. I am not obese but the program seems interesting. I work out and do a lot of cardio but I never been successful in getting rid of that unwanted fat. I even joined a boxing team, I should say that I never worked so hard in my entire life like a did in boxing. I was into boxing for almost two years, still, boxing didn’t help with that unwanted fat. Recently I came back to focus only in the weight lifting again; now I just wonder if I’ll ever have a sick pack or a four pack at least. I tried swimming and lots of hard work outs but they don’t seem to work. Well I have to admit that I am kind of skeptical about the program, seems too good to be true. However, I thought what could I lose?

Well , I am a mom of 3.I recently had a baby girl and as any Mom could relate to me …along with the baby comes the bonus package of extra fat which is extremely difficult to get rid off .Being a busy Mom of 3 makes it very hard for me to take care of myself as I want to give the best to my kids.I think the best gift I can give to my kids as they grow is ,I myslef being healthy ,strong and happy to be be able to instill the same healthy lifestyle to them .After following your articles ,I am absolutely convinced that your programe will be the best fit into my current situation and I would be super thrilled to follow your strategies for optimum weight loss.

Hey, thanks for giving me the opportunity to share my story with you. I’ve been employed at a warehouse, where I lift an average of 27,000lbs a day, for 16 yrs. My back has been an issue for me for quite some time. My doctor told me that there’s no known cure, and if he found one, he’d retire early and spend the rest of his life on the beach. He said that all I can do for it is to strengthen my core. He explained how my core muscles would protect my back, and sent me home with a few tips on how to acquire a stronger core. I never got motivated until I found your information. Since then, I’ve lost 20lbs and looking to lose another 10lbs. I believe, with the proper diet, I’ll succeed.

25 pounds in 25 days?!?! That sounds terrific. I’m 4’11’ and just turned 57 last week. I exercise and eat healthy and I’m vegan. Unlike many who’ve posted, I don’t have tons of weight to lose. However, I can’t seem to get that last 15 pounds and belly fat to go away. I’ve heard the last few pounds are the hardest to lose and I would have to agree with that. I’m fit, have tons of energy and have pretty much stayed the same weight for years. BUT, the geography has shifted AND I want to be leaner and tones. If this program can help, I’m INTERESTED!

I have been trying to lose weight for years and it’s been like a yo-yo effect for years. I lose some and then I gain some. I am 27 years old and pushing 300 lbs! I have not put my health first for a very long time and I have come to a point in my life where it is time I got my lifestyle back in order. I am getting married in June 2012 and am striving to fit into a size 12 wedding dress. I want to take my future husband’s breath away when I walk down the aisle!! It is important to me to learn healthy habits because I don’t want my future children to grow up battling with their weight and heath issues. I am a 55 year old female who has been around 70 pounds overweight for most of the last 10 years. I have tried and failed to lose the extra weight on a permanent basis time and time again. it wasn’t until I read about your program that I realized I was going about it the wrong way. For years I have tried to cut down my calories to a ridiculously low level, eliminated carbs, did the phen phen thing, did a moderated fast program, etc. When you talked about exercise and building muscle to not only look better, but to burn more calories, it made me feel like I’d found the answer to permanent weight loss. Hi Joel. I am 53. I am recovering from many health issues. Three big strokes, diabetes, kidney disease. I have lost over one hundred pounds but am now at a standstill. I had lost over one hundred and fifty pounds but cannot keep from gaining my weight back. I’m getting stronger. I have gone from paralysis and a wheelchair to walking 3 hour half marathons but, I am not getting any stronger. My progress has stopped and I am regressing. A big reason I feel that I am no longer losing and instead gaining weight is because “conventional” fat loss methods no longer work for me. With the epidemics of obesity and cardiopulmonary disorders on the rise in the western world coinciding with an aging generation, it is increasingly important to investigate and understand exercise physiology and nutrition. Also, there must be a corresponding clinical application in order to get the general population educated and I believe your program would help do this.
My desire is to unite information with application in order for all to understand the anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology involved with a healthy lifestyle. I believe it is not only significant to have an understanding of exercise science, but also to have a broad base of general knowledge to understand how the “puzzle” fits together. And not only is learning new information significant, but it is the application of that information to appropriate sources that is most beneficial.
Simply put, I hope to find that your program would do this for me and others. I have a BS and MS is exercise science and this program links key concepts of principles have learned about for years in school with new information of nutrition. I can’t wait to check it out!

My heaviest weight has been 170 lbs, which may not sound like much, but on a 5’4 woman, that’s too much weight. I lost weight with Weight Watchers and then figured out that I had to get moving to get toned and add muscle. I have gone from a size 14 to size 4, however, I am not as lean as I would like to be. I know that Xtreme Fat Loss is the system that I need to help me finally see the fat loss results that I’ve been working on. My husband has also recently lost weight but has hit a plateau so this will be a system we can do together.

What a great opportunity to finally be able to (hopefully) try a system that has all the necessary elements for permanent and safe weight loss and overall well being! I have worked out for years, but because of back problems which sometimes sideline me, I find it difficult to maintain long workout sesseions. I am 49 years old, 5’5″ and weigh 160 lbs! Something I swore I would never let myself get to!! Well, here I am and not liking it one bit!! I wish to get with a program which will allow me to live a healthy and fit life without the stress of long workouts which dont work anyways, and a better understanding of the science of food and how to utilize it to its optimum potential for beneficial results. What little I have read about your program is exactly what I need to get onto something I KNOW will work. I like the way you explain things and when you like something, you are more APT to STAY WITH IT! This is why your program is so exciting to me, as I know I will be able to do this! I am a notebook and diary person, so the extras you provide liek the Journal and checklist are what I NEED to keep me motivated and on track! I’ve got some good news and bad news. The good news is my body fat has been consistent over the past six years. The bad news is that it is 52%.
You see every year I head over to the University and get my body fat measured in their BodPod. Every year I think I’ve found the solution to losing fat without losing muscle. From what I’ve learned so far from your method is that I have been getting the diet part all wrong. I would always exercise on an empty stomach to burn more fat . But then I would be exhausted during my work out and for the rest of the day. Not ot mention ‘cheat’ days were out of control. I’m not afraid of hard work and focus. I just need the right program to focus on. I’ve been working hard to clear out the head trash dealing with my body, and now I’m ready to make a change . I’m a 55 year old female that desperately wants to regain her strength to once again pursue the things I love such as hiking and skiing and heavy duty gardening. Of course more energy and smokin’ body wouldn’t be bad either.
My wife has been looking for a program to lose the excess weight that she has gained after having two children. I think that this program will work for her because she wants results and she wants them fast. This program will also help with her back that has bothered her since high school after the car accident she was in. She has tried other programs but gets frustrated and gives up because the other programs are very strict and require hours of exercise everyday. All of the information you have shared so far has sparked some interest for myself as well as my wife. Please continue your efforts to help those in need.
I recently started exercising again (weights and HIIT) as part of treatment for PTSD, it’s actually made a big difference to my stress levels and brain chemistry issues plus it’s making me feel strong again, so while I’m trying to get my head back together, being able to lose the excess fat while having cheat days and increasing my strength would help. Healthy body = healthy mind and all that.

Im 45 years old, and have been struggling to lose weight since I had surgery four years ago. I need to lose at least 50lbs… but Im at the point where even losing 10lbs would greatly improve my self esteem.
I’ve tried exercise programs, and diets, and I find that unless I literally eat like 600 cals per day, my weight just won’t budge. I don’t eat junk, I rarely buy fast food and I stay away from convenience type packaged foods. I cook whole foods, and pay attention to getting good nutrition in my body.
However, I have yet to find a program that will make me the old me again. I’ve never been this big in my life, and it affects every aspect of my life, including not wanting to engage in social events, and I feel so bummed out about myself.
I would love to try your program, because I believe it would work. I’d be thrilled to prove to others also that your program really does work.
