Hi, Joel,

I am a 69-year-old (for 4 more days) diabetic who has lived with the disease for 31 years. I know from experience how hard it is to lose weight when a person is taking insulin. I believe that your program can help me lose fat in spite of the hormone I have to take to keep my blood sugar in check.

I have several complications from diabetes which would be helped by my losing more weight – neuropathy, artificial heart valve, diabetic retinopathy, kidney transplant – plus being a cancer survivor.

I have tried to lose weight on my own with some success, but I NEED HELP to finish it.

My wife and I have a 6mth old baby girl but my wife is struggling to loose the baby weight that she has put on and as it’s her birthday coming up in July I think it would be great for her to see herself back at her pre baby weight. I myself train at the gym regulary but it has been hard to keep up a regular routine since the arrival of our daughter. I have always been on the chubby side which pisses me off quite frankly, I have tried all sorts of diets but stuggle to keep the weight off. It would be great to look good for summer this year, for a change and not have to wear baggy tops!

I am definitely looking for a SMART fix and I realise now why my previous weight loss attempts have failed. I can’t believe one pound of fat is equal to 3500 calories! I don’t know how to create that calorie deficit, how to synergise my diet and my exercise, I don’t know what a lactic acid workout is, but I do know that with all the research and passion that you have put into this program, I can trust you to deliver. So many programs promise the moon yet deliver metabolic mayhem; I had lost faith. Your free articles (thank you!) have made sense and have given me hope. I have lost some weight, but although slimmER (not slim) I am not toned and I have now reached a plateau. I have had a kidney transplant and I was told that I would put on weight as I am on steroids; I will not accept that this is inevitable. My life is on hold as I am ashamed of how I look, life is too short to be on pause, having a life threatening disease re-affirms this and yet I am still too embarrassed to follow my dreams. Most of my reasons are pretty much the same as everyone else, I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT! I did Jenny Craig back in the mid-90’s and successfully lost 80 lbs. in one year. I had to purchase their packaged food and after reaching my goal and trying to introduce “real” food back into my diet, the problems immediately started. I didn’t gain the weight back fast – it took a couple of years. I didn’t want to take that route again. In 2007 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had a mastectomy. I went through the period of “why did this have to happen to me” and really in a sense gave up and gained an additional 35 pounds which then opened all sorts of problems the biggest being constant joint pain from the meds I take. I read that obesity was a huge factor in the cancer possibility returning. I realized that in order to become a “real survivor” I had to do something about my weight as I had never been 266 lbs in my life. I joined Weight Watchers and in the 17-week program I have lost 32 lbs. I found your website from another site and I really like what your program represents! I still need to lost at least another 60 pounds and I don’t want to keep paying WW to access their information online. Please consider my request in helping me to lose this remaining weight the RIGHT way!

I am turning 30 in July. I have been training for the past few years, and I think something like this would be perfect. I am currently following some advice from the great Nate Green and seeing some good results. I plan to follow this up with Mr. Roman’s FPFL. I am really trying to get toward the single digit body fat, and it seems like this program of yours would be a fantastic addition.

I need to start putting some effort back into myself. Over the past several years I have let myself go. Sometimes I feel that I take care of everyone else in my life and at work and then I don’t take the time to take better care of myself. I am a single mom and I am a hard worker so I know that I deserve to get more back out of life. Lately when I look in the mirror I don’t like what I see, I think to myself, where did that lean strong body go…you know, the one that I used to have.
I understand that it will take commitment and focus on my part in order to succeed with your work out program and I am ready and willing to do the work for the sake of experiencing a very well needed and positive change in my life.
I realize that people get back from life what they put into it, I have started working on other levels of myself however I do need a renewing of my physical self. In turn I know there is so much more to gain by way of a huge improvement in self esteem and confidence and that is some things that we simply cannot buy anyway, they need to be built up and earned.

I need this program for free because I want a strategic plan. There was an article today by John Romaniello today and there were two dieters free dieters and rules dieter. I wouldn’t even need this program if I was a free dieter, I would just eat low carbs for a certain number of days and then cheat. But no, I’m a rules dieter. I need a specific plan like this to win the fat loss battle.

Ok have read all the info you sent lately and gotta tell you I am excited for the first time in ages about getting this bod into shape. I am sick of all the hype, the crap, the b…s… about diets, health and fitness. Shakes, diet pills, protein only, low carb, no carb, do cardio not weights, do weights not cardio, blah blah blah. Tried em all but obviously (since I am writing this) without any success. A few years ago I worked out hard, ate well and lost 15kgs. Looked and felt a million dollars but slowly I have let myself go again. Now at the ripe young age of 43, newly single and with 3 beautiful girls to look after I have realised that my own health and fitness needs to take priority. The thing that really appeals to me about your Xtreme Fat Loss system (apart from the fact that you’ve done all the boring stuff, ie research!!) is that you get the results fast but in a healthy and dynamic way and that keeps you motivated to continue the journey. Reading the blogs it all makes so much sense because finally I wont be tackling just one aspect, ie diet or exercise, but will be using all of the strategies combined to get true results. I NEED it, I WANT it, I GOT TO HAVE IT!!! Bring it on Joel, I can’t wait to start.

I have tried to diet on my own several times with out success, I’ve done weight watchers, with some success, but I’ve never had success like I did with the cheat your way thin holiday program. I lost 25 lbs between Thanksgiving and My cruise on January 23. I still have 30 plus lbs to lose and need some new info and motivation!! I loved that the program was nearly all fat loss and not my muscle (what little I feel like I have!) I’m so confident and proud of the program I’ve introduced several people to it that have had just as much success!! Help me do MORE!!!

I need a copy of your Xtreme fat loss diet, as i found out this week my diet plan does not work as well as planned. i am only one week out of training and work due to a operation on my hand for carpal tunnel syndrome.
my diet was going ok with a fat loss of 1 – 2 pound a week and since i have been out of work and out of the gym i have already put a pound on in just a week so what i thought was right for me is not.
I have five more weeks to go and at least 2 more week before i can drive and go the gym (well thats when my stitches come out)
the only reason why i was losing weight is because i had a busy job and the gym work and not my diet

I am a 38 year old mum of 2. 5’4″ and 60kgs. I eat relatively healthily and go to the gym 5-6 times a week. The thing is that I cannot seem to lose the fat round the middle.

I live in New Zealand so it is just coming into Winter here. I would love to finally change my body to feel comfortable with myself and wear a bikini for the first time ever. Can you believe I live next to the sea but have never been in?

why is this program right for me? well I just need to once an for all to get to my ideal weight I have been struggling in for the past 12 years and my health and my selfsteem I have recently change work and even moved from the city I was living as the stress was not helping at all with this change and others that I have done in the past 6 months I have been able to finally start to loose weight I have lost so far 21 lbs but right now I am stuck and what is worst I am loosing my motivation to continue I need to loose 25 lbs more to get to my ideal weight and your program fits perfectly I really need this jumpstart to continue in my journey I can not fail I want to have an active life I am tired of been at home all the time sick and sad that I have not done anything with my life. I AM FRUSTRATED! I’ve been dieting for more than 25 years and all that has happened is weight gain. I have no medical issues, no medications and don’t want to have to take medications (my cholesterol is high but I am trying to manage it without a prescription). My assumption is I have a slow metabolism. I weighed in at 207 lbs. this morning. I am only 5’2” and 57 years old. These last two years my gut has become quite large and it is very discouraging. I am now considering the lap band surgery but hate to because I feel it is invasive. Four weeks ago I joined a gym at the university. My son is getting married at the end of July so I have a target in mind and I believe that the promise of 25 pounds in 25 days is a start and is possible. It sounds like this program is the right one for me.

I need your system! I steadily gained weight after college until at 49 I weighed 380lbs. It was gradual only a few pounds per year. I decided that at the rate I was going I would not live to see age 60 or if I did I would have so many health problems that live would be an extremely painful bare existence. I then lost !00 pounds over the next 5 years through applying most of your principles (inc. a reasonable diet and regular exercise.).
However, I have now hit a plateau that has not moved for months. The trouble is, I was just released from my job and I have to be in the job marketplace for the first time in >30 years. Given I am approaching 55 years old, it is critical that I lose the next 50 pounds in just a few weeks in order to be able to land a job. I NEED your system asap. Hi Joel, I have been following your emails for some time now. As to why your program sounds exciting!!! To give you a little history on me. I will be turning 60 in October. In the last 7 years, I have gone from a 5’8″, 138 lb very active person to a 5’8″, 170 lb old lady. And to top all that , I have worked at a health club for over 25 years. You can be in the industry and lose your way. I work in Membership and advertising. In my younger years I’ve done the classes, not a bad racquetball player and at times motivated many. I still do the motivating (I love this industry) I just wish I felt better physically and mentally. I have gained so much weight through my stomach that it’s had to be active. I feel if I could just lose this stomach weight quickly, I would be motivated to start working out again. I also believe that it would help reduce my blood pressure and cholesterol because heart disease runs in my family. My dad died of heart disease at 59 and his Dad at 58. It’s time to break the cycle. As like many, I have in recent years tried different things but until recentlly I mentally wasn’t ready. I want to feel sexy again for myself and for my husband. I want to get “MY GROOVE BACK”. I want to show everyone 60 is just a number. I’m ready!!!!

hi joel, i really really want access to this information!! all your emails have intrigued me and ive always known that cheating works..as if i eat a chinese i lose a pound, and ive also experimented again since reading your emails..last week, i ate perfectly so to speak all week, 125g-150g carbs per day, 100g protein, 40g fat 5 meals a day then totally binged on the 6th diet day, on day 7 i had lost the 1lb i’d been struggling to use for ages. i am a 21 year old nail technician and work from home, but the room i work in has a £1500 treadmill, a golds multigym, a punchman and 50kg barbell/dumbell set and a gym ball. i used to b 13 1/2 st but am now 10st 4 lbs 5ft 8 inches tall…but SERIOUSLY!! I DONT EVEN LOOK LIKE I WORKOUT??!! I’VE BEEN WORKING OUT SINCE I WAS 17 AND PEOPLE STILL ASK ME…”SO……DO YOU USE THIS STUFF???” ARGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am 23 years old and have been struggling with my weight for awhile. I tried to diet and watch what I eat which works for about a week or two and then all my cravings come right back and all my work has gone right out the window. I won’t say that I’m frustrated or something like that. I really needed to reduce 70lbs of my weight. I tried and reduced 19 lbs 3 months ago. but the efforts which helped me to reduce this much aren’t helping more. my weight is just stuck at one measure now. I guess my body needs some different plan now. Actually I was about to join a gym with personal trainer but then just saw Holly Rigsby’s email and your sneaky ways to xtreme fat loss so kind of stuck on your philosophy and want to try this.
