To put it bluntly, just sick and tired of being sick and tired! If you have something that can change my life drastically I am all for it! I have gained and lost weight countless times in my life and really would like a complete lifestyle change.

Hey Joel, Through the earlier part of my adult life i was and avid natural bodybuilder.Unfortunately my nutrition knowledge was based on the muscle mags with the steroid heads.i was able to get to 240 at 5′ 5″ and very strong. Unfortunately I always had a belly.Don’t even know what my bodyfat 5 was.Kind a scary now.I stopped working out for about 12 or 13 years.Went through some very bad times.gained weight like crazy and lost all most of my muscle tone. I was at 310 last January.I was actually eating myself to death.Through my Dr. I started eating “better and working out again. In 7 months I was down to 188.I still had alot of hanging skin:bitch tits,hips,extra lower belly flab. Still embarrassed to take my shirt off,i started to bulk up again.I am at 250 with 27% bodyfat.From 208 to 250 took almsot no time at all. It sucks.I am on the 30 day fat loss muscle building by Nick N now. started yesterday. i already feel better. I want single digit % badly.I don’t want the flab.I know my protein and calories were extremely low(800 per day).After reading all your articles as well as your friends, at 46 I want the best body of my life! I have the drive and intensity. I am so afraid of loosing the muscle again.I want that six pack of abs now instead of the six pack of beer!I can’t see have large muscles without anyone being able to see them.I know you can help!Thanks for reading and the excellent articles and books!

I have come to a stand still in my weight loss after losing 25 lbs. I need to get healthy. I am totally committed to weightloss and fitness. I need this information!

I’m at the point of my life where I need a change for the better.
I’ve gradually descended into an unhealthy state where I find myself 35lb overweight and want to get rid of this awful extra weight as soon as possible.
I’ve already told my wife that as a reward, as soon as I drop the weight I am joining a competitive soccer league that starts practices in August.

I have tried most of the web-based diet programs and they are pretty much the same. You are still out there on your own. From doing some research into Joel’s Fat Loss Program, I find information not shared in the other progams. He doesn’t “sugar” coat the facts of weight loss and muscle retention. This program is comprehensive. We aren’t left out in the over weight world to sink or swim. Joel is right there every step of the way. I need this program. If I win it GREAT! but if I have to buy it, that’s fine too. I will have the body, health and confidence I deserve. Thank you.

I am a personal trainer working with many menopausal women. No matter what I do with them physically, they still seem to have the belly roll. My goal in life is to help people to be healthy and happy. As we age, our bodies are not as responsive as they used to be. Hi Joel, I’m 48yrs old, I’ve lost 25lbs in the last three years with more careful eating and exercise. I would like to lose the next 30 lbs before age 50 or menopause, which ever comes first. I think your approach would help me as you manipulate hormones with exercise and diet, hormonal challenges I believe are my biggest obstacle right now. I would love to get my hands on your program. I gained about 15kg in two months thanks to a depression that I got after failing a college entrance exam.

But now my boyfriend keeps bugging me that I need to loose weight, but I hate to prive myself of anything good, specially food.

Over the past 3 years, I have had thyroid problems. I quickly lost weight and then put on 25 pounds that I can’t seem to get rid of. I have gotten my thyroid problem taken care of, now I just need to lose the 25 pounds. I have been walking on the treadmill, and have had no success. I would love to be able to fit into all of my clothes, not just a few things. My 10 year wedding anniversary is a little over a month away, and I would love to have that body back or even a better looking one. I look forward to trying your program.

I have wanted to lose the last 10-15 pounds for almost three years now. I am sick of yo-yo dieting and just want to be me again. I have tired educating myself and have bought countless programs but I do not see results and I get frustrated and give up. I have basically sheltered myself from everyone and hate that I have. I’ve finally decided that I need to make my health a priority and get back into shape after years of neglect. It’s been too long…

Since middle school I’ve fought my weight. I am now about to graduate college and the cycle has still continued. It has been a vicious cycle-big, small, big, small- and the list goes on. I know that it’s not healthy for my body to be experiencing these large changes in size. I don’t feel comfortable with myself and don’t want to introduce myself to anyone because I honestly don’t feel pretty enough. I’ve tried countless diet programs and have gone through the same trim down get fat again process-every time. I know that using this Xtreme fat loss program will help me reach my dream of reaching a healthy weight and maintaining it.

Please help me find my healthy body again, no one else has been able to.

For over the past 5 years I have been trying to lose 10 pounds to get back to my lifetime average weight. I have been on this diet roller coaster for some time now, and I wuold love to find a diet that works (You say yours works but so does everyone else.) So put your diet where my mouth is………….and if it works…………..I’ll eat my words.

I have ELEVEN kids and I’d like to be around for them the youngest is 22 months. I would love to try your diet, my husband would kill me if I bought yet another program. But if I won it he wouldn’t object and I’d feel really obligated to work it cause it is a gift.

the main reason why the Xtreme Fat Loss 2.0 System is the perfect fit for me is the fact that the programme is built around FAST fat loss.As I am the type of person who likes to go “all out”, flat out for a few days to get a big result fast, with a ridiculously low boredom threshold (as opposed to being slow & steady) and cannot “go slow” at anything, this programme fits me, and my speed-driven,rapid result seeking mindset, like a tailor made glove!
Also, the fact that the programme is so finely tuned in terms of hormone manipulation (e.g controlling and manipulating leptin levels) and the fact that there are specific types of workout purposefully chosen for each type of day to optimize and accelerate the results of that day, eg the Lactic Acid workout,mentioned in Principle #3 (“You must tackle your fat loss goals synergistically through diet and exercise”) shows me that the programme is scientifically based, which also makes it a perfect fit for my major interest in chemistry and science…I have a bit of a mad scientist inside too who loves experimenting, lol… no guinea pigs though, only myself- and also, your human guinea pigs’ results satisfy my desire to see results!

I am a 58 year old very active woman. I have always kept track of my weight, and just recently came across weight records from the past 8 years.
I have been battling the same 15# over and over again, but in the past 2 years my body composition has changed; I have lost my tone, I don’t weigh more and yet I am fatter.

I think your program is important not only for the changes in body composition but also because it makes people conscious about things like self discipline, accountability, and food choices. I am a 53 yo male who has lost 20 lbs so far this year. I feel my fat level is above 25%. I would like my fat level to about 10% and need to lose a lot more weight, as I am still considered obese.

Of what i have seen in the articles about this program it will work very well for me having a heart problem and a sleep disorder losing weight will be the best thing that i can do also having a weight problem all my life and losing with diets that do work but i gained it back this program shows how to do it for life you dont have to think about gaining it back once you lose it it is a very solid program thanks Robert MacKenzie

Hello, I am 39 years old. I am a mother of 4 ages 13, 11, 9 and 6, and have been struggling to lose weight all the time. Also I live in Venezuela and its difficult to find healthy ways to eat, so I would really appreciate guidance to get me motivated to start losing weight. I though what I read about your tips made sense and of course loved logic behind the cheat days.
