I have a bigger wish than just winning the XFLD programme. I would love to have you, Joel Marion as my personal trainer. Seeing as I live in South Africa, winning this, I figure, will be the next best thing! I am turning 40 in September and having the body and health I’ve always dreamed of is a goal I’ve set for myself for my 40th birthday. I have been obese for the last 5 years, but I started making yet another effort to loss weight again this year. I’m down a lot, but I still have another 30 pounds to go to reach my goal. I am a retired carpenter. When I was working, I did not have a weight issue, however since I retired at age 55 in 2005, I have ballooned up and I want to continue to enjoy my retirement for many more years. I feel that your program is exactly what I need to get back in shape and stay healthy for a long time. Like a lot of others, I have tried to diet and some walking, but I have not had any positive results. I am ready to do what ever it takes to lose weight and get in shape.

Joel, ive turned 41 and have a wonderful grandson (18 months) and son (9) who i have everything to live for. I am obese, have high cholesterol, history of heart disease and high blood sugar. I have tried every dies out there and have fought my weight for years now. I want to see my son grow up, go to college, get married and watch my little grandson (who i take care of everyday) run and play and be able to play with him, which i cannot do now at the weight i am. Joel, great tweak on the cheat day…I tried it and dropped 2 1/2 lbs…and with the other tips I have picked up am down 7 lbs now.
I have a very active lifestyle working with folks here in Africa and need to drop another 14 lbs to be at a weight that will not hold me back. At 57, I realize my weight is probably the key factor to continuing to invest my life in others here. If I do not get the weight down, I will be stopped in my tracks way too soon.
The tips so far have been just what I needed to kick start this weight loss. The rest of the program will no doubt bring me to where I must be to allow my life to count for others for several more years to come.

I use to be in great shape very into health & fitness. However after an accident I was in 2 yrs ago left me with some injuries and was unable to be active or even go to the gym. With different eating and exercise changes I managed to loose 50 pounds over a period of 10 weeks. This included a radical fatloss program. So, all the ‘easy’ fat is gone already…

This program, based on what you’ve told us through your updates, is the perfect program for me at this point in my life. My fiancé and I are both about 30 lbs overweight (she is because she’s still carrying her post pregnancy weight and me…well…let’s just call it sympathy weight gain, lol). We’ve tried the old fashioned diets and always fell off the wagon because quite frankly, we were never able to get true, lasting results. Our wedding is in August and I’m taking her on a honeymoon to Hawaii. It would be such a blessing if we could enjoy our time on the beach without feeling self conscious about our bodies. I am an MBBS student and being one demands a lot of my time and because of that I am not able to concentrate or give myself and my body any time due to which I have put on a lot of weight and I REALLY REALLY want and need my fit body back so I really need this program.

I need this program. I am 47 years old and the weight doesn’t come off despite all that i do. I have soooo many books and programs. All promising the same thing, weightloss and fitness. This is my last ditch attempt at trying to achieve a healthy weight and lifestyle for the rest of my life. I want to set a good example for my daughters ages 13 and 16. Dear Joel I am 18 years old and is someone who is always looking for a way to step up her game in the gym. After two years of dedicating my life to be healthily I have gained knowledge of training techniques nutrition a d supplements. Throughout these years I have made progress and have seen changes however my results eventually came to an end. Never really having definition in my abs and having lagging fat that still hangs around I have practically lost hope in ever having that beach body. I’m turning 54 this yr and I’m finding it harder and harder to lose weight, and easier and easier to gain it, and it’s giving me grief. I’m a wandering soul, and I like living in Asia, only problem, in this climate, its bad news to carry extra weight, and as I actually live and work here, getting around becomes very difficult.
I also am planning to learn both fire dancing and surfing this summer, and I’m really concerned that my body will give up long before my spirit does.
And, I’m going to be a Grandmother, which i’m very excited about, and it’s been a long time, but if I remember correctly, it takes a lot of energy to keep up with a child.
Over the years i have researched the body, and how it works, but I’v been unable to structure a feasible plan regarding the best foods, at the best times, etc., into a working strategy, which I believe, is precisely what you are offering in this plan.
One final thing, is there any chance that you will be offering your system as an e-book, as that format would be perfect for me.

I need your system to help me give my wife a washboard stomach to play on.;) I’ve got the belly and that’s where my body stores the fat. I’m 6’5″ and 341 with high blood pressure. We will celebrate 20 years of marriage in November. I would love to be a hotty for her!!!! And to be able to give her 20+ more years!! I am currently following yet another diet, this one a high protein/low carb which I have had some success. I’m also doing resistance workouts and interval training. However I have got to the usual plateau and been at the same weight and measurements for the past 3 weeks. I am now scared if I continue to stay the same I will do the usual again and give up. After reading all your updates I am beginning to believe that the XFLD will be the thing to get me past this plateau. This time I have lost 8kg and need to lose about another 10kg to be midway into the weight range for my height according to my doctor. I am hoping that by using the combined food eating guide and workouts within your program I will finally bust through this plateau as well as see the fat melt off my usual problem areas (upper arms, upper back, lower abdomen). Normally if I try to lose too much more weight it usually comes off my face and I look like a scarecrow. Would just love my face to look normal but my body to be hot and sexy :)

After reading your posts each day and checking out some of the videos of your friend Vince, I am convinced that you can help me! I am 41 and pretty healthy, but my metabolism has slowed drastically due to years of gaining and losing the same 50 pounds over and over. I go to the gym almost every day, but my progress has totally plateaued, and every time I gain some weight back it is just that much harder. I need the help of the structure you guys have put together based on your research on how to really fire up my metabolism again!

Hello, I am from the UK, so it is British English I will write in here.

I want to lose all the fat/weight around my stomach, I’ve been going to the gym 6 days a week since the start of April 2011. Although, I have some lost weight but there isn’t that much of a change around my stomach area. I want a flat stomach.

I have been reading up your updates on the xtreme-fat-loss system, I feel that your programme is the one for me. I look forward of its intoduction.

I’ve tried the HCG diet, Atkins, and many others. This seems to combine the workouts and the diet in an effective and logical way. Even if I don’t win, this diet is the next one I will try for sure. Summer is around the corner…If I win, great. If not, my kids will be happy to see me healthier and in better shape to keep up with them.

Hi Joel, I’ve been a big girl almost all my life and everytime I tried dieting, I would lose a couple of kg’s but put on again. I really think that your XFLD programme can help me lose the last 15kg’s I am so desperately trying to shed. Being Indian does not help either, as we love eating our curries a lot, but I have cut down on the oil and starch a lot. I need your help to be able to play and live a healthy life, especially setting an example to my 10yr old daughter who seems to be following in my footsteps and I don’t want that kind of life for her, ever.

1)I always wanted to have a healthy BMI but there was/is always a yawning gap between my wish and my reality. Each time I weigh my weight, my routine reply is, ” OH FISH”
2) Your articles are Realistic, Followable, research backed(paramount imp.) and moreover a good read( as they are intact with humor) giving a feeling that you are Telling all the Gyan(Knowledge), Standing in front of me, rather than me reading something. I’ve been dieting since… For ever! 2011 is the year I’m going to become fit, finally! I’ve been follwoing your posts since 1 year and already lost 10kg, some more to go to feel good about my shape (I was 70+kg for 1m65 when I started). I’m hitting the gym everyday and just got a roadbike, but need the best nutrition plan and strength program to shred the final kg of fat and that’s where you can help!

I appreciate all kinds of food, whether it is pizza, meatballs, cake or cream-filled biscuits. Sadly, since turning the (big) 4 0, my body seems to have gone ‘south’. I tried dieting and exercising (from cut & paste programmes) but it is a losing battle for me.

I don’t know what to do and I can’t wait to try out your programme!
