I don’t need this system. I am in my late 30s, 6’1. I weighed 299 pounds last October, I now weigh 242 pounds, I’ve got about 50 more to go in my opinion. I eat small prepackaged meals and one somewhat healthy meal through out the day. I am a skeptic. I believe in calories in, calories out. There is no way this could be any different. A cheat day? No way, maybe a cheat meal, but day?
If I got this system, I would use it to the “t” as a skeptic, in can’t be as good as it claims. So Joel, you are a good guy with good plans for people to get healthy. That is respectable. But I am a skeptic that is weary of words like Xtreme. I don’t want to across as a contrarian or jerk, but if something sounds too good to be true…you know how that goes.
Giving me the program may be a great boon to its claims or a big risk. I am disciplined enough to follow it, are you crazy enough to take that chance?

Hey, it’s Joel! So you want to know a little more about me, huh? Well, I’d be happy to oblige :-)
I guess it all started back in 2001 (my freshman year of college) when I was just a “skinny fat” 19-year old kid. At the time, I was spending close to 2 hours a day in the gym (now my workouts last about 30 minutes), and despite my efforts, you’d probably never guess I worked out a day in my life by looking at me...
