My name is Jennifer, I am 39 years old. I am 5’3, 205 lbs. I am married and we have 3 boys. I would like to give you several reasons why I think I should be one of the winners of your Xtreme Fat Loss program.

I have dealt with being overweight for most of my life. I have been on almost every diet program, from weight watchers to Adkins and my last attempt was HCG. I have had short term success, but nothing that helped me to lose to my goal much less maintain.

One of my most important reasons to be one of your winners is my family. I want to be healthy for myself and for my husband you see he is also over weight. I want to be here when my boys get older. I want to teach my boys how to live a healthy life.

Another reason I need to be one of your winners is my family has health history of heart problems, diabetes, high and low blood pressure and obesity. I don’t know how to eat healthy on a budget. I cook the same meals my mother cooked when I was growing up and both my parents died 10 years ago at the ages of 57 & 58.

I just need help!

Hello, I am a type 1 diabetic on medication that makes taking weight off very difficult. I have yo yo dieted for many years, only to gain it back, with extra to spare! I would like to learn the proper way to diet and exercise to get the weight off and keep it off so I can live a healthier lifestyle and feel better about myself. I have been trying to lose weight for over a year. Have tried all kinds of programs. They only made me tired and weak. I need a step by step program that will keep me motivated to lose weight. Can yours help me?

With so much information available on the market today, I have found much of it confusing and contradicting. Whom to trust these days? I have tried several “programs” and find that nutrition seems to be the most controversial. I believe the bottom line is results. Fat loss with muscle gain is what I’m in need of.

I’m adding to my previous post, because I’ve never posted on anything like this before. So, I didn’t realize I would be “speaking” directly to you. My previous post, therefore, seemed unemotional or detached. I thought I would just be posting to a general site explaining why I needed the program. So, I would like to repost my information with the understanding that I really want and need this program because even after losing 65 pounds I have 100 more to go. This will require a serious change to my previous wieght loss methods. I want and need your program because it will allow me to lose the additional 100 pounds while gaining muscle and strength. I have no interest in losing only to become flabby and weak. Your program offers exactly the opposite. I am so excited about your program. I’m having a very hard time waiting for the 24th. I weighed 299 pounds one year ago. I completely changed the way I eat and lost 65 pounds in seven months. Most days I walk three miles a day, but my weight has stayed the same for five months. However, I’m dedicated to losing the weight while burning fat and building muscle. So, I haven’t reverted to the way I previously ate or to the accompanying sedentary lifestyle.

For years, doctors advised weight loss surgery. I resisted, because I knew that was not the answer. I always wanted to lose weight, but more importantly… I wanted to be fit. I wanted to burn fat while building muscle. My goal is to be lean, strong, and fit.

I believe Joel’s plan is based on scientific fact and knowledge of how the body works based on experience and research. I want access to Joel’s plan, because I believe it is the perfect combination of diet and exercise. I believe it will give me the tools and knowledge necessary to achieve my goal of significant weight loss and muscle growth.

Completely changing the way I eat and move was extremely difficult and took a lot of dedication and belief that I’d eventually see a difference. It was very hard, but I did it. I need to lose 30-40 lbs and need to lose over 15 inches from my wist and hips. The only medication is warfarin for A-Fib and poor vein circulation in my legs.

I am weighing in at 250 and my son at 187. I see my son following in my footsteps to being the overweight kid. We as a family have recently began exercising and watching what we eat. After 3 pregnancies and two husbands leaving me for younger woman I want me back! I work out at the gym (for me) I am busy single mum and I do what I can for anyone who needs help. but Im the one who needs it now, I want to look like the lovely lady who people look at and go WOW! I know this sounds self centred and it probably is but hey dont we all want to look good and feel healthy and be able to run and do sports too without being puffed out!

I have tried every diet out there and still I cant shift this WEIGHT! I have broad sholders and my legs are not to bad its just everything in between…..so please help me, help me get back who I use to be and actually for once be that lady that everyone goes WOW too…….please

I am a 30 year old mother of two and also a stroke survivor (I stroked out at age 23 in 2004). Since I suffered the stroke while pregnant, I gained a lot of weight that I have not been able to shed. I have no residuals from the incident other than a large tire around my waist.
I have been battling depression bouts, but as of the beginning of 2011, I have been dedicated to getting healthy.
My major issue is eating enough to keep my body going. My body has been so used to not getting food, that if I do not eat like I should, I get bigger.
After trying different regimens, I realize that I need to be told what to do and how to do it to get over this hump. PLEASE HELP!

Where to begin! I feel so out of control. This fall I noticed my weight creeping up and so decided to do something about it. I followed a sensible eating plan and exercised regularly and the weight started to come off, slow but steady. I was feeling great. I gave myself permission to take it easy over Christmas and haven’t been able to find my way back.
The more I eat the less I exercise the crappier I feel and yet I continue to do it. Dumb right! I must admit your approach seems almost to good to be true and that makes me skeptical. ( I want to believe that it can work!) I’m tired of trying to convince myself that I really don’t look or feel that bad. It’s only 10-15lbs right? Oh the mind games we can play with ourselves. I really am ready to try something that will not only work for the short term but for the long haul.
I want to be a role model of healthy living for my 2 sons but I need help to get started on the right path.

I have been an avid exerciser since my early twenties. Yesterday was my 59th birthday. At age 52 I was diagnosed with focal dystonia of my right foot and ankle (causing unwanted muscle movements and twisting). I had to stop running and am unable to do almost any exercise that involves moving both feet, even walking. I use a cane to bear most of the weight on my right side. This is about the same time I started to put on the middle age spread, which was made worse because I can’t do most exercises. I work out with weights, but have not been able to find a diet that works for me instead of against me. Your program sounds like it is tailor-made for my situation. At my age, I have to exercise AND diet. I have a weight workout that I can manage for my upper body, but I really need a routine that includes both exercise and diet. I would be ecstatic to lose my spare tire, while also taking the extra weight off my affected limb. Thank you for your consideration.

I have given up. I see everyone around me buying into the latest “something” to lose weight. They lose 10 or 20 pounds and 6 months later have put it back on. It is never a permanent change. WHEN I work that hard to lose my extra weight – I want it to be forever. I think your program could do that for me.

I am perfect fit for this diet because I have been soo excited for the new release to come out! I have been fluctuating in my weight by 10-15 lbs and I work out all the time and eat pretty well but you were totally right from what you said in the audio — we NEED a schedule and we NEED to be told what to do for the diet to be effective. So I really just wanted to say that I have never been so excited about an email in my junk mail. I don’t have a huge weight problem, however I have always had what I consider to be quite high body fat for my size and while losing weight has never been too much of a problem I have never been toned or had any definition. I get lots of weight loss emails in my junk mail folder and most of them I don’t even bother to open but yours I did and I’m hooked! I have a science degree and have read many, many articles on fat loss although nowhere near as many as you! Your theory makes perfect sense to me and I sincerely thank you for doing all that research so I can now stop looking for the perfect program!!! 25 days, I CAN DO THAT!!!!

I have been following your advice for several months now. The Extreme Fat Loss 2.0 System intrigues me. My wife & I try to live a healthy lifestyle. We both workout regularly (sometimes life gets in the way though and we aren’t always as consistent as we would like to be). Our main problem seems to be in our nutrition or meal plans. We eat fresh fruits & veggies & try to avoid refined sugars, etc. & processed foods. We may fall short in protein consumption. As we get older, both 50 yrs old we find that our metabolism isn’t as high as it once was. Though we are active, we go dancing every weekend (mostly Latin Dances, Salsa, merengue, etc.) we find that our fat loss isn’t where it should be. I believe your system can help us break through this barrier and achieve our goals. We can in turn help our many friends & family members that struggle with the same issues. I’m just about to turn 51, I’m not happy about getting older, mainly because I’m getting flabby and see some droop when I look in the mirror. I’m healthy, I run, I go to the gym and I do hot yoga when I feel like it. Lately my “when I feel like it” is getting less frequent. I need a great plan and a goal. I want to start NOW!

The Xtreme Fat Loss Diet looks like an amazing program for many reasons. What I have noticed after reading your updates, is that you are a very positive person and have also taken time to include the science behind your program. I believe that this program is one that can lead to permanent lifestyle improvements. Losing weight or toning up for an upcoming event is understandable, however, I feel that looking at long term changes for health are more relevant. I am 52 and know that additional pounds equals high blood pressure for me. Also, I want to be able to enjoy the activities that I presently do such as cross country skiing, curling and walking for years to come. I have noticed that I am not as fit as I once was and frequently have back pain. Having access to a program that includes manageable diet strategies and accompanying workout activities would be extremely motivating! When you posted the components of your program I was very impressed, once again, with your attention to details. Workout log sheets, a success journal (was there ever any doubt?) and the idea of cliff notes are all brilliant!

I have been an avid exerciser my entire life. I was a gymnast as a kid and a martial artist as an adult. Now in my 40’s I am finding it a challenge to stay lean. I tend to have 8-10 pounds on my frame that never used to be there and am finding it hard to release it. I want to continue to stay active, fit and get lean.
