The main reason that I am looking to get ahold of this program is because I know that they work having tried them in the past and because I want to be an inspiration to others that they can get into the best shape of their lives as well. I plan on becoming a personal trainer but am struggling with my own physique. The fat just refuses to come off. Even though I don’t see results much if at all I still try to live as healthy and work out as intensely as possible so as to be an inspiration to those who are close to me. I just would like my physique to be one that turns heads so that I can catch the attention of those who are like me but dont know what to do and then help them reach their greatest potential.

I’m a 15 year old girl and I have been trying to lose weight since 3rd grade but I always do a diet for a week and then stop till today and whenever I ask for tips everyone is always saying eat less and move more but it was always very hard. I brought many expensive workout plans like turbo jam, insanity, turbo fire, core rythms and Brazilian butt lift. But it was always hard to not eat and train intensely. And every time I go to a party I would see all the other girls and really be self conscious and now I finally decided that that was it when I first read your 5 sneaky tricks and listened to those audios and got really motivated . I am 187 pounds and 5’2 36′ waist . I really want to lose probably around 30 pounds before summer and I don’t think there is a solution better than yours and believe me I know every diet made. I work out with a trainer 2-3 times a week, but I really need to get my food plan (and more importantly, SNACKING) under control. Being told I can’t eat my favourite foods on occasion is like telling Eve not to eat the apple – and we all know how that story ended. Get me out of the Garden of Eat-en, and into the Garden of Fitness!

Hi Joel, I am 69 years old and have lost 12 kgs in the past 6 months, mainly with Isabel de los Rios’ diet which was a great finding for me. I have had intestine problems for the past 15 years and all doctors recommended is to eat less and less vegetables. When I started with this diet, I found out that in fact cereals were my problem, and probably dairy products too. The problem is that now I am at a plateau and even if I follow the diet to the dot, I am not losing weight. I go to yoga classes and do some of the exercises recommended in the programs I have been receiving, but at my age, I cannot start working out on my own because I am afraid I can harm myself. I worked 39 years in an office and only after retirement I have started exercising. I have made a lot of progress but I need close coaching which is something I cannot afford. I have learned a little about metabolism and fitness and am enthused with the results. I still need to lose another 12 kgs and for this I need a change. (12 kgs are about 26 pounds). In addition, many products required for a healthy diet are not available in my country or are prohibitive, so I manage as I can. Wld you like to help?

I am 38 years old. Three knee operations left some results I wouldn’t like to have. Also, I have a significant belly since I was in basic school. I have tried all this years to do something to move that blubber but although I was very active I didn’t make it. I am full of seing my friends eating what ever they want while I took care of every bit I took and feel guilty every time I had a barbicue or something similar.

Hi Joel, I think you’re great to give away your program that you have worked so long and hard on. I gained weight because of medical issues. I am a cancer survivor; I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer at the age of 29. I had my thyroid removed and took radioactive iodine to totally rid any trace of it throughout my body. Shortly after that I was given Depo Provera every 12 weeks for another medical issue. I gained 3-4 pounds with every shot, for seven years. I finally had a surgery to take care of the medical issue and no longer needed to get the shots. I have not gained a pound since being taken off the Depo, but I have been unsuccessful in losing all the weight I gained while on it. I am sure that I could lose the weight and keep it off if I had a program that is as well put together as yours is. I look forward to being at a healthy weight again!! Blessings to you (:

I need your program because it is the ONLY program I have found that explains exactly how to use leptin levels to my advantage to increase metabolism and burn fat and build muscle. I have had 5 children in 7 years and was unhappily maintaining at 200 lbs. Hey Joel, I think i deserve to be given the system. Am 23 and have been using Sean Nalewanyjs system to buid muscle. Gaine quite lots but have haad to cut lots of foods. With your system i understand desired foods can be eaten with despline. I havent been able to get desirable abs and am confident your system has what it takes to burn down the belly fat.

I lost a lot of weight through exercising and a good diet. Then after some life experiences i stopped with my diet and gained some weight. I wanted to start again but needed motivation and a good program so i bought the program of your friend John Romaniello and am doing ok with exercising again but losing weight became very hard and makes me almost desperate. I NEED XTREME FAT LOSS DIET!!!! PLEASE!!! I will be very grateful ; )

A nice place to start would be to say that I’ve been in a long distance relationship for over 5 years now and my fiancee is FINALLY coming back home to be with me in just about 3/4 weeks. However, within the last year, between the rigours of university life and the stress of caring for my 7 year old brother who came down with leukaemia, I’ve managed to put on over 30 pounds of pure fat (including some small man boobs). The last time she saw me in person, I was a semi pro kickboxer so you can tell there will be a bit of disappointment there. I REALLY want to avoid that and from reading and listening to all the information you’ve put out in the last couple of days I KNOW that following your program can put me back in to great shape in a time to avoid a less than perfect reception. Joel, thanks for the opportunity to win a copy of your system. I’m 42 years old and probably as lean as I have ever been. Even so, I cannot seem to shed those last few pounds of body fat to expose my lower abs. All my life I have had those fat cells in that area, and no matter what they just don’t seem to want to move out. I made a goal to see my abdominals by my Birthday, which is Sunday, but sadly I’m not gonna make it. I’m hoping your knowledge on getting super lean will be the tool I need to take my fat loss to a new level. I’m giving those fat cells an eviction notice. It’s time to move out!! How u doin Joel? I’ve been working out for, its seems like, almost a year now. I be lost some weight but I wasn’t all that heavy to begin with, but its been hard to get rid of the belly fat. No matter what program I purchase and follow, nutrition I follow, who’s expert advice I follow, it just doesn’t seem to work out for me. I started following you because of Vince and seen what you’ve done for him and Roman, although im not at that level, I feel your program is complete and hope will work for me.

I am a new mom and have been working to get fit. I have worked off my maternity weight plus two pants sizes. We are doing a weight loss challenge at work. There are some co-works that are losing weight by crash diets and diet supplements. I want to show them the right way the take off the fat. The most important reason to do this for me is to set an example for my daughter. Then I also want to do it for myself. I am not one of those woman that wants to be skinny! I would love to be strong, healthy, and finally feel sexy in my way. I think Flavia’s work out is just what I need to finally have the muscle definition that I’ve only dreamed of till now. That and I would love for my husband & daughter to see how physically and mentally strong I truly am! I’ve had a stressful year and need to do this for myself. So when my alarm clock goes off at 4:30 am, and I’m tip toeing out to the garage to work out so I don’t wake up the baby or my groutchy husband…. I know all my work is going to totally pay off! Oh, and to top it off I live close to Evansville, IN and the Gallup poll released in mid-March ranked our area as the most obese metropolitan area in the country with over a third of its residents overweight last year!!! So pick me and I’ll make sure to show others how the program works!

I have tried everything else and nothing is working.

I think this program sounds great, because i need cheat days! every time i go on a low calorie diet, i end up just craving sugar the whole time. It would help me so much if i was able to strategically give myself a cheat day here and there so that i can “reward” myself for sticking to the healthy choices the rest of the week. And the fact that your program comes with workouts that strategically go with the diet plan is awesome! Most plans are either a diet, or an exercise program, not both. And i firmly believe you NEED both good diet and exercise to get success. After 72 years I have lost most of my body fat, but what is left won’t go away. I look fine in clothes but not naked. I have been dieting for 5 years and my body refuses to lose weight any more. I have muscle under the fat because I have been going to the gym for 5 years, but I need to get rid of the fat to be able to see the muscle. I had about given up hope until I saw your program. I think it would be awesome to have the body I wanted when I was 20 at the end of my life.

Hi, i used to be an overweight kid at school and have since struggled with my weight and self condidence. i subscribed to your emails and its changed my world, my weight has dropped and i’m feeling better about myself. i have tried some of your recipies and workouts and they are great. However i’ve hit a plateau and cant seem to get rid of my spare tire at all, i want to look ripped and feel confident around people. Thank for your help mate.

I have become frustrated in my search to find a safe and effective way to lose weight. I have PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) which makes it very difficult to lose weight. In addition to fertility problems, Insulin Resistance also occurs. With the help of modern medicine I was able to get pregnant. After two back to back pregnancies (the first ending in still birth, the second in a C-Section) I am now left struggling to get back into shape. I exercise regularly and TRY to eat healthy but am still struggling with abdominal fat. I love my baby boy but I long to be fit and lean again.

I believe what I need is a complete system (like the Xtreme Fat Loss 2.0) a realistic exercise program, nutritional guidance and a support network that, together, can help me change my lifestyle and reach my health goals.
