There are so many deserving people that have posted. The reason why I would really like to receive a copy of this program is because I really need to find a program that can help me kick myself back into gear. 5 years ago I lost over 50 pounds and felt great then. 2 1/2 years ago I had another beautiful child but unfortunately I gained all the weight back and am up to 210lb (I am only 5’4″ so that makes me obese). I have been wanting to re-lose this weight again (and more) but for 2 1/2 years I have not lost anything and after my mom was diagnosed with lukemia a year ago I have actually gained again. I have come to the conclusion that I need a program that tells me what to do and when to do it and how to lose weight. I am not afraid of hard work and when I decide to do something can be very determined, but alas I tend to procrastinate and tell myself that I have to do more research about a program or that I don’t know if a program will work for me (fill in 100 different excuses) but to be chosen from the thousands that have posted and are just as deserving of their chance as well. Well that is a motivational factor as well because if I was chosen then that means that some one else was not and if I did not take advantage of such a gift I was robbing some one else of this and that would not be right. My other motivational factors are my 2 daughters they need a mom that can keep up with them, is healthy, and a good role model. Not someone who hates going places, struggles to keep up, will not be in pictures with them all because I hate the way my body looks.

I am severely overweight. I have tried other diet plans in the past where I lost weight but then gain it back. This yo-yoing has been going on for years. I am limited in what kinds of exercise I can do due to surgery done on my foot which is holding it together. I am sixty years old and can definitely use some help.

I really need it! I love to work out, but working two jobs, volunteering and helping my mom when she is sick free time is a mirage! I want to get in better shape for a contest in november, which helps raises money for childrens christmas. If I was in better shape I can get in the weight class I can do better in and maybe raise more money! Thanks and keep up the good work!!

I am now 51 years old and am finding it more and more difficult to get to the gym due to a recent occupation change. I don’t need to lose that much weight but just need to burn off some deeply stored fat in my chest that just won’t go away. I have always had a problem with what some call “man boobs.” I want to get back into shape, try to relieve constant back pain, and for the first time in my adult life be able to take off my shirt at the pool or beach without being embarrassed. I get your emails regularly so I am familiar with your coaching and advice. When I saw the chance to make a difference and get back into some kind of decent physical shape in 25 days, I decided that it was time to do something. Thanks for making this available.

NOW THAT I AM NOW IN MY SIXTIES, IT IS HARDER THAN EVER TO LOSE WEIGHT. I KNOW IF I COULD DROP SOME WEIGHT I WOULD LOOK AND FEEL BETTER WITH A REAL ADVANTAGE DIRECTED TO ALL MY JOINTS. I’ve been building some nice muscle the last couple of months, now the result of my bulking is that there’s a little bit of a belly when I look downwards. It just so happens that I have a date with a very special lady on the 20th of July. She’s made me comments about my physique in the past and I, of course, want more. Oh, and in case you don’t know, YES, it is a lot more fun with a flat belly :). So I’m looking for a program to help me get into the single digit body fat in a relatively short time. Cheers!

After so many attempts – so many tries – so many prayers, diets, supplements, exercises, natural herbs, eliminations, additions, benches, bars, bands, bells, karate, DVDs, personal trainings, long cardio sessions, short cardio stints, vitamins, vegetables, meat, no meat, bread no bread…blah blah blah. After all of this I have BECOME ONE WITH MY INNER HIPPO !!!! My only goal right here and now is to get off the ONE and only medication I am currently on for pre-hypertension. My main-stream doctor does not care to work with me to do this, but I fully believe I can safely and effectively be free of pharm meds. 47 years, I weigh 173 lbs and I will be 100% commited to prove I can lose weight and get off the medication once and for all.

I’m 28 years old 220lbs at 5’3 and just had a baby. I have tried every diet out there and nothing works for me. I keep packing on the lbs no matter what I do and I need your help! I need you to save me from this body that I am trapped in. PLEASE HELP ME! Thanks for your time 

So…I turn 50 this year. This is also the year that I was put on high blood pressure medication, cholesterol lowering statin, Vitamin D….sigh….I lost 42 pounds about 8 years ago (on a diet where you track points), kept it off for 3 years then ever so gradually gained 50 lbs back. I need to get this diet/exercise regimen down once and for all! I used to be very active and fit in my youth; now I sit at a desk job all day and limp when I get up! Help Joel!

I am a strong, vibrant, and disciplined woman, but the demands on my time (I teach high school–a noble calling, indeed) and, well, because of all the other “stuff” that life brings (including additional years), I’ve put on some extra weight (14 pounds) and have lost some of my vibrancy. i am at the stage that suffering lower back problems for years i have not yet found a programme that i have been able to sustain which is critical for me to keep weight down for obvious reasons regarding lower back. i have tried low carb and high fat diets before but cannot keep up because of hunger and not much variety. however, your programme does involve carbs and fat rotating with a cheat day every five days that would keep short term issues at bay. as everyone knows many people can train but the secret to getting in shape is the diet, and unless you are guided correctly your efforts are wasted and just end up frustrated. i feel i could dedicate the time to follow your diet precisely as it seems to be what i am looking for and am able to achieve, having read various reviews cheers howie.

My reason for needing to win is because to start I am hypothyroid. I have Graves Disease and my thyroid was removed years ago. Ever since then I am unable to lose weight. As a matter of fact I just continue to get bigger no matter what I try. I have tried many diets and I exercise. I am 5’2″ and weigh 185, I weigh more than I did when I was pregnant with my children. I am very busy, I work, go to school and raise my 10 year old son. My daughter is pregnant and I will soon be a grandma which will make me even busier so I do not have hours to spend in a gym. Plus I like the fact that you have a cheat day. That is exciting that you are able to still eat the foods you love once a week and not have to deprive yourself. I needed this ( yes I stressed the need on purpose), I don’t want to be doomed to being big forever, I want to be in the body that I know I should be in and not the one I’m trapped in right now. I have lost 50 pounds since February 1st of this year, having started at 360 pounds. I am making good progress with good nutrition and good exercise, but would like to maximize my results on the next 130 pounds of weight loss and I think this is the information to help me do that. Please consider me and my husband for a free copy of your stuff. My husband is a former United States Marine that needs to get 30 lbs off of him and he has tried alot of different plans that leave him feeling tired and unmotivated after only a week weeks. He’s got horrible heart history in his family with his father dying of a massive heartattack at 60 and his mother has had a sex-tuplet bypass with several stints since that surgery. He’s has uncles just die because they’re hearts give out with a heart attack. He’s got high cholestrol and high blood pressure and I really believe this plan of yours would keep him motivated and get him back on track!

I am 57 and recently started to get a “bulge” around my waistline. I have always been very trim for my 6″1″, 180 lbs frame. I now weigh 212 lbs, and I think that most of this extra weigtht is around my mid-section which is not healthy. Belly-fat is one of the causes of heart problems.

I have been receiving your emails and found them to very informative and ideal for my situation, but I could not afford to purchase any programme since I am not working. I got out-of-shape since my unemplyment and need to do something about it to “get back in the saddle again”.

I am not overweight. But I could not get rid off the baby fat on my stomac and waist area. Want to exchange fat with muscle. Want to be stronger and want to see my muscles that are presently covered by fat.

I have always been active (running, biking, diving, swimming, hiking, working out at the gym) and enjoy it. A couple of years ago, my usual exercise routines weren’t working any more. So, I tried the Fat Burning Furnace about a year and a half ago and also started eating some of the foods recommended. I have been using Prograde Workout and Metabolism products as well. I do feel more “in shape,” but I can’t seem to lose the weight. My husband is health-conscious but has always had low body fat, no matter what he does. He “teases” me about my belly and butt fat. I want to take my fat loss to the next level so I can be proud of my body, be as healthy as I can, and set a good example for my daughter. I think this program will be great for me! I have been on a “get a healthy heart/weight-loss” journey for a couple of years. The day everything changed I got on the scale and weighed 175 pounds…and only at a mere 5 feet tall! The next day (which happened to be Thanksgiving), I started eating right exercising 5 days a week and everntually lost 30 pounds. I was able to continue that until school was out in June and I had my children at home every day. Well, fast forward to the following September (2009) and I was back up to 155 pounds. At that point I started working hard again in Boot Camp and with a trainer throughout last summer and I was able to get down to 128…with more muscle!
Now, I am no longer working with my trainer and over the end of last year I gained about 10 pounds and no matter how I try, I can’t lose it! With summer coming up and having to be at home more with my children I think this program will be perfect for me to lose that nasty 10 I gained and the 10 more that I want to lose. I do so much better when I have directions and instructions to follow and someone guiding me along the way. I really admire you and what you have achieved, and I know that your program and motivation will be exactly what I need to finish my journey. My husband and I are celebrating our 20th anniversary in August with a trip to Maui and I want to look better than I did the day we got married.

All I want is to set a good example. I have a Nutrition degree, and am hoping to soon help everyone from your average Joe to fitness competitors accomplish their dreams. I want to learn and do self experimentation until I have the knowledge to help anyone and everyone with their goals and feel like it’s not impossible or torturous. I want to look the part first and foremost so that people will want my help. Helping people is what I live for. I want to help people reach their optimal health and fitness potential. I know the new science and I want it broken down into a program I can try on myself so that my future clients will get the information that I have tried and tested and has worked!
