Hey Joel,
I’m mid 50’s and in July of 2006 my whole life changed with heart problems. I had already had one heart attack and didn’t know it. I’m living with heart disease everyday and currently have 5 stents plus had major surgery to remove a massive tumer from my stomach. Now I have a “T” scare there and my belly is showing no tone or strength. I’ve gained about 50lbs mostly in the middle since all this started and was fit and tone prior. I’ve tried lots of programs and eat properly 95% of time but can’t seem to get the weight off or tone up. I’m always on the go and exercise as often as I can. I’ve recently started having back pains, core muscels aren’t as strong as should be. I would appreciate the opportunity to get my healthly body back and be happy again! Thanks for your consideration.
Hello
I am 38 years old and I have been over weight my entire life I have trying all the diets out there with some results but no perminate results, looking for a better way
I tried fasting for one day and lost 2 pounds if I had your program I think that I would do better.
Thanks
I have a new man. I have a new life. I’d like a new body to have some chance of keeping the two things named above. And for myself, of course. I know I feel better when I’m carrying less fat. I’m not obese, I’m a little too, er, rounded, but I’m 46 and I don’t have youth on my side. I guess what I’m saying is that I need help. Can you help?
Thanks, Joel, I am a 58 year old single mom getting on internet dating. Fractured my humerus (not so humerous) 12/17/10 healed and ready to go. Have 30 pounds extra baggage to drop off in a healthy and expedient way. Hope to win to get a leg up…good luck to the entire team! Looking forward to HEALTHY WINNING WAYS!
I think this program is the perfect tool at this point of my life because I have been involved in physical fitness seriously since 2002. My body is extensively muscled ..however, I still do not like the way my abs look. I have not been able to get the lower portion of my ab region to “pop” like I want. I have gained a lot of valuable knowledge over the past 2 years from fitness experts like Mike Geary and Isabel Del Los Rios…however, I believe your program might be that missing piece of the puzzle that would enable me to finally cross that threshold.
A milestone. Thanks to you guys I recently hit below 10% BF! First time in my life! As you can guess, I’m severely stoked, so close to single digits!
Never have I seen all 6 ab muscles, always has my gut hung over my belt! I hate not being comfortable taking off my shirt at the pool or beach (I live in AZ, pool parties all summer)
Like Roman, I grew up a fat kid (75lbs over at most), and started taking real action at age 17. By age 21 finally got it “nailed down”(from fat to skinny-fat) after losing and gaining all my weight 3 times! Now 31, I have maintained a decent level of fitness for 10 years. Yet never have been able to really dial in and chisel off the last 10lbs. This year I have been Xtremely determined and committed to get it done. I want a BFP below 6% to see if it is even possible to legitly uncover my abs (sometimes that little devil in my head says its not possible, ya know?). I transitioned this week from Paleo to CYWT and FPFL! Deadly combo! It broke my plateau from just over 12% BF to my current 10%! Except I was slightly bummed, yet excited at the same time, to find that you guys already have a super improvement to these awesome programs in XFLD :)
Hey Joel,
I don’t have a hard luck story for you. I would just like to add your knowledge to the great programs I have received from Isabel, Mike Geary, and Roman. Getting it for free would be the icing on the cake (which I promise I won’t eat)
Hey Joel. Thanks for this opportunity. (sorry if this appears twice, it said error after I submitted it the first time)
I am a 36yr old mother of 4 and a pediatric nurse. 3 yrs ago I was 249lb at 5’1″. Today I am 145lbs. Fantastic in 3 years, absolutely, but I still have a huge stomach. I have gone from a size 28W to a 10-12.
The reason I am so passionate about fat loss and health is for my kids. Both my own and my patients. Since I started living healthier, my kids have too. I don’t bring the junk into the house anymore. They are also more active, way less video game time and more time outside. I’m not ashamed to go outside and play now. And for my patients. I couldn’t sit there and preach about healthy lifestyles if I wasn’t going to do it myself so I lost weight the right way, diet and exercise. It’s frustrating to see 8 or 9 year olds come into the hospital with high blood pressure, cholesterol issues and diabetes. The obesity in children is getting out of hand and it’s at our own doing.
I lost 80 lbs in 1 year and have slowly taken off 25 more during the past 2 years. I have gained is muscle, especially in my legs and arms. I would like to finish the job and get my abs into great shape too. I am currently also training for a 5K, running is something I have never been able to do and now I can.
Thanks for this chance at your plan. The “5 things limiting your fatloss” really struck me, especially the synergy part. Good info there. Keep up the good work!
With 1500 other entries and counting, I think you should give this to me just because you’re making me go against 1500 other people.
Also, maybe cause I’m starting to gain weight after an 80 pound weightloss that I’ve kept off for 3 years.
I have lost 40 lbs twice in the past 40 years, only to have the weight slowly creep back up. I was never able to break the 200 lb plateau. The last time I weighed under 200 lbs was sophomore year of high school. When I was younger, I could workout twice a day to accelerate my fat loss. Now my body does not repair itself as quickly. I started my journey earlier this year with the Body Fat Solution to lose my first 30 lbs. I am happier with my appearance than before, but I want to get to the point where I am proud to display my results and tell everyone how I did it. Thank you for opportunity.
Nothing is working. The dieting efforts are not panning out. My wife and I want to be the winners of mass caloric-destruction, but it that isn’t happening. Seems as if there is one guru after another claiming the end of the reign of weight. The impending actions from the government and the medical-insurance heavyweights imply that fat-taxing is a bonifide revenue enhancment and cost preventative measure. Stress is a four letter word that gives new meaning to the phrase,” if one doesn’t get you the other one will.” Lord help us to lighten up.
I read all the comments and think I could be every above person, that tried pretty much everything. From restricted diets to pills. Tried many exersize programs, but at the end…always got stuck half way through, where my body just would give up. Need something new, completely new, that is going to help me to teach myself the new techniques from eating habits to fitness routines. Want to become new me, happy and forever fit and full of confidence and energy!
There is nothing more frustrating than thinking you are doing all the right things to get those last 10-15 pounds off and decrease your body fat percentage and then get stuck. I eat clean, drink my water, cross train and take my multi-vitamin but, there is something holding me back. I have NO idea what it is but I have muscle under this visceral fat and I’m dying to see its’ tone before bikini season. I am a 45 year old college student carrying a 4.0 this last year but, I’m not smart enough to figure out how to fix this problem of mine. I need YOUR expertise. I am a fitness junkie and rewarding in knowing that my healthy lifestyle has impacted my 22 year old son who has been in college studying exercise physiology. He is working as a personal trainer and I am so proud, however, he lives far away. If he were closer, I wouldn’t need YOU!
Hey Joel,
First of all, I want to thank you for all the work you put in to helping others live their healthiest life possible. I am looking for an easy to follow system that will allow me to finally work my way through my fat loss hurdle that I have been struggling with for the past few years. I want to lose weight to help me perform better in my job in the military and to allow more options for me once I get out of my training. I have been trying to lose weight for awhile now, and if I do not lose weight, I may not have all of the options open to me due to being overweight and that may limit me as soon as September of this year, so I need to lose around 25 pounds fast. As others have said on this blog, I feel very blessed as I do not have major health problems as some other people on here do, and I look forward to your system even if I do not win, but I thought I would give it a shot. Thanks again for all of your time and effort you put in to helping all of us!

Hi Joel,
I’ve just started looking at your products. They look too good to be true, but hey we can all hope a little bit right? I’m 43 years old and about 30 lbs over weight. Ive tried many diets and am currently using weight watchers. This seems to be working somewhat but I still don’t feel like I’m getting in better shape. I run 3 to 5 miles 3 to 5 times a week. I’m really looking for something that will help me lose weight but at the same time help me to get into good (no great) shape while I’m still young enough to work hard. I am very committed to getting back into better shape so I can live a happy healthy life!
I am a 46 year old female, after 4 boys(now grown) and a busy life I have started to reclaim me. I recently lost 30 lbs with about 10-15 to go. I have stalled and I know that your system will be the way to overcome this plateau. The feast/famine approach makes so much sense. Your program can show me the safe way to do this. I work out 5 days a week and am not afraid of working out hard and pushing myself for results.
Thank you for this opportunity.
I started wanting to lose weight when they lined us all up at my middle school, tested our body fat percentages and announced them as we were tested. I was 32% body fat. Ive worked very hard over the years and am now at 16%. I want more then anything to get that cut look. I work out extremely hard. A weight lifting session followed by the Beach body program Insanity. My diet is decent but I don’t know the best things to eat or the best times to eat them. I cant afford any more programs because my fiance has 4 kids and their dad’s don’t help out at all so what I have is what I will have. I think this program will help me achieve my goal.
Thanks
Okay. So what hasn’t been said already? I have always been slim, but very curvy. Once I got older, I woke up one morning, looked in the mirror and said “When the f**k did I turn into Sponge Bob?????” Please make me curvy again!!!!!!
Motivation is the key to maintaining a consistent momentum. Staying motivated also requires keeping yourself engaged and enthusiastic to achieve your goals. Without Motivation, Engagement and Enthusiasm…you’re basically creating a path for potential failure, or at least preventing the right Momentum to keep pushing through.
While I have tried and somewhat succeeded in several of my fat loss and fitness journeys, I find that in order to press ahead and keep the momentum going, I need to see results, and I need to see them fast. That is what would and will keep my momentum, as well as most people.
Losing as much Fat as you claim in such a short period of time is super impressive, and should enable anyone to continue on their weight loss/fitness journey…But I have yet to see a program that keeps me or many others, super motivated past the 4-5 week mark.
So why do I want this??? To see if this is the program that changes my search for the “true, real deal, NO BS…But Hard Work” fitness program I have been looking for for years!!!
Could your program be the catalyst I need to push past and get where I want to be…I leave it in your hands at this point.
Whether you decide to grant me free access or not…Rock On Joel
i have lost over 42 pounds of weight all by myself training at home, im now in a position where i need some help from someone like yourself to help me bust those last few pounds and get ripped, i’m eating well, training well and sleeping well and loving every minute of it, to a point where when i get to my target im going to do a course to become personal trainer, please help, much appreciated
I am 39 year old mother of 2 boys aged 6 and 4, and work from home on a computer based, (so sedentary) job. It’s time to put on my bikini and I see that eveything from my elbows to my knees is loose, jiggly and suddnely I’m 62 kg which at least 6kg more than I’m really comfortable with (I’m 1.65 tall). It’s time to take charge. IN the short term, I’d like to fit comfortabley in my bikini all summer long, in the mid-term I’d like to hit 40 in the best shape ever and in the long term I’d like to stay that way. I think your program’ll be just the thing for me.
hey joel
I have turned 52 , and have always struggled with my weight.
I recently buried my younger sister at just 50 years old. She had a massive heart attack, caused mostly by her weight, as we were so similar I have decided i need to tackle this quickly, if only to stop my mother and kids worrying.
I am going to be a granny in the next few months and want to ensure I have plenty of energy and time with this new little life.
Please help me by choosing me to recieve your amazing plan. I know this can work for me where others have failed.
Hi Joel,
Thank you for the opportunity to get one of your programs.
At 62, I would like to have a six-pack (abs that is!) for the family reunion in July (17 – 23) in Ft. Augustine Beach, FL. I have done DEFL 2.0 twice and am in the last week of FPFL 2.0. The 25 day program will get me in good condition for that event.
Not only is this for my health, but I would like to show the younger ones that it is never too late to get healthy and fit.
Thank you for your consideration.
In reviewing last year’s Xmas photos in my gift leisure outfit, I decided I looked like a gumdrop so started some exercise and healthier eating and have lost 22 lbs but progress has owed to a crawl. I’m 75 and still work fulltime at a sedentary job, in very good health, but am ready for that extra guidance to lose maybe 10 more pounds but more importantly kick up the fitness level. I want efficient exercise guidance. A plateau is discouraging. A cheat day sounds more fun and makes sense to me. The body is smart and adapts to routines. I’m ready for your help.
