Hello, I am 55 year old female (mother and wife), and I have put all my time and energy into raising my family, my son is going into the Navy, and my daughter starts college in the fall. I now feel it is my time to take care of me, I am 40 pounds over weight and need some encouragement and help into getting back in shape. I want to prove to myself that I can do this. I’ve started a dozen exercise programs and something always came up that interrupted my workouts. Now I feel the time is right for me to do something good for myself and my self esteem.
