Hello, I am 55 year old female (mother and wife), and I have put all my time and energy into raising my family, my son is going into the Navy, and my daughter starts college in the fall. I now feel it is my time to take care of me, I am 40 pounds over weight and need some encouragement and help into getting back in shape. I want to prove to myself that I can do this. I’ve started a dozen exercise programs and something always came up that interrupted my workouts. Now I feel the time is right for me to do something good for myself and my self esteem. I have worked very hard for the last 3 years to lose 60 lbs. I am still at 330 lbs and need to lose at least another 100 lbs and if it takes me 5 more years it would be worth it, but if I could lose it in 1 or 2 years in stead of 5 my life would be so much better. The problem is I have Fibro Myalgia and losing is torture and gaining it back…. well lets just say that if I am not busting my but to lose I will gain 3-5 lbs a week without even blinking. If this program worked for me it would change my life forever and let me get back to being a productive person again.

I’m not in the worst shape of my life. And I’m pretty consistent with my workouts. But after entering my 30’s and having two kids, a sit-down job, and going to grad school, my body has started to change. I need this program because i am an student and athlete. Because of the amount of work in school I have gained lot of weight and i need to be in shape because im in baseball season. I am desparate. I am signed up to go with the Boy Scouts on a high adventure trip to the Boundary Waters in July. I have lost 43 lbs and I still have 36 to lose before the third week in July. I just turned 44 and have been working hard to get beach ready. However, the stubborn fat is a lot more stubborn these days. Even with working harder it doesn’t come off with 4-6 weeks of buckling down.

I have been following your philosophy for a little while with pretty good results. However, I haven’t really focused in on one program to follow with a particular goal.

I would love to give this a test drive and provide you with results from someone who is already somewhat lean, but wants to go the extra mile.

Hi Joel – Where have you been all my life?! Finally a way of obtaining a fit physique that I can do. That’s what I got out of your daily updates on the Xtreme Fat Loss program. I can’t tell you how many times I nodded my head in agreement and understanding as I read each email from you. I’m a full-time working, single mother who doesn’t have two hours a day to spend in the gym. For years my body fat has fluctuated because I feel my body’s “hard wired” to carry extra fat. I have to constantly fight against it. I was successful once, but it wasn’t easy. After all that hard work, the moment I stopped my regimen due to hurting my back- the fat came back along with wearing my “fat jeans”. Not happy. The Xtreme Fat Loss program is common sense, practical and something I wish I had years ago. I knew there had to be a better way. Joel, I’m so ready to put your techniques into action so I can re-wire my body’s metabolic thermostat, resurrect my skinny jeans, and take my “after” pictures. Thank you!

I am in my early 40s and over the last 5 years or so, have watched my weight slowly creep up by about 15 lbs. I have struggled to try to lose it, going up and down with the same 8-10 lbs.

I’d like to finally put a stop to this yo-yoing and use a program that provides me with all the necessary components i need to be successful.

I have to be honest with you, I get yoru e-mails,I read them, and I am a little aprehensive on whether I should try some of the suggestions that you make. I have read over a few of these posts, and they are stating this is great, and again, I have to wander if they have tried the product before, or what, I myself is carrying 150 pds of excess fat on my body right, am I happy with it no, which is why I have started going to the gym, and have been changing my eating habits, and have managed to lose 20 pds on my own. I do not want to hype up a product that I am not familiar with, I am one of those people who stand by doing is believing, I can see other people, but my body maybe different from them, basically meaning I have to try for myself, I am not looking for a quick fix, but a life style change that would keep me involved on a regular basis, do I think this program will, I do not know, but If provided a copy of the program, me being a non-beliver, I am willing to take a before picture and after picture and promote your program to the fullest. Do i need the program, possibly yes, but if provided the copy I will see what this can do for me.

I am over 60 years old and I watch my diet all the time and cannot seem to lose weight. I have been on several exercise programs and nothing seems to work. I do have problems with my thyroid but I know that there has to be something out there that can work for me. Please think of me when you give out these free copies. I have tried the Cheat Your Way Thin and the Eat Stop Eat program and nothing really seems to make my weight budge.

They say if you want a role model you should look to the leaders. I need someone to put all the pieces together for me and lead me to the success that they are enjoying! I’m one of those yo-yo dieters have been for years; however, in 2007 I had major surgery and nothing, and when I say nothing, I mean I have tried every diet on the market seems to work. I’m at least 50 pounds overweight, currenlty at 198 but only 5’2″ tall and at the age of 48 it’s time to lose it and lose it for good. My husband has had several serious health scares over the last couple of years, one being quadruple bypass surgery at 44 and prostate cancer at 51 so as a couple we need to do this for ourselves to see our grandchildren group up and be an active part of their live. I feel like nothing works for me but your program seems to work for everyone, please let me be one of the people it works for. I recently started working out with a trainer but even with that the pounds do not move…..I’ve literally been on a plateau for 2 years. I am 6’1″ and about 25 lbs overweight with tendencies towards good sugar issues. I am in real need of your Extreem Fat Loss program as a pathway to better health. I have already lost approximately 15 lbs but have found the last 25 more challenging. It is not for a lack of desire but the combination of International travel as well as a desk job, I could use an organized method of attacking potential health issues and realize that being pro-active is a key! I am 59 years old this year and have yo-yo’ed for the last 10 years trying to lose about 100 lbs. I want to be healthier to pursue my professional goals which include public speaking and mass education. As a university professor I have been “practicing” for my future for years teaching people about the importance of loving kindness and forgiveness. It is my belief that I would be taken more seriously if I have a more appealing form (we are that kind of culture).
I believe in working hard and have lost 25 lbs since January, but I want to do better, be better and then help others be psychologically and spiritually better too.

Hi Joel, I am a 51 year old woman who has gained around 50-55 excess pounds over the last few years. I worked evenings in the restaurant business for 15 years and developed very poor eating habits therein. ie: Not hungry during the day, and eating late at night. I have also developed some sensitve physical areas, like the shoulders and elbows, from carrying excessive weight for hours on end. Now, when ever I attempt to do traditional style workouts, I find them too taxing on those joints. From what I have seen of your program, I love the look of some of the exercises. They look fun, effective, and with less potential to hurt myself. I am also very interested in relearning how to eat properly, as well as learning some of those interesting fat burning tips. At this point, it is quite apparent to me that I need someone to teach me how to lose the excess weight, and develope a well structured workout plan. From what I have seen, I believe your program could be just what I need to restructure my relationship to myself. Essentially Joel, I am someone who would love to feel strong and fit again, and able to have fun with my 5 grandchildren a little closer to their energy level. I used to get paid to have people take pictures of my body (nike model), but after moving to the real world, getting married, and having a kid. Whoa! I got fat! I’m so disgusted with myself and getting this far gone.

I’ll give you a little background. I’m 30 years old, divorced and a was a smoker for 17 years. Now, when I first got separated , I weighed 200 lbs. Then I lost some weight due to the stress of my marriage ending, moving, and changing jobs in a matter of 5 months. Then I had gallstones, and lost even more weight as they couldn’t figure out why I was having pain and was unable to eat anything. A year later they finally found the gallstones and I finally gallbladder removal surgery. After the surgery I gained back 10lbs and my weight settled at a healthy 160lbs. for 2 years. :)

Then, in an effort to be healthier, I quit smoking this winter. I continued to walk and eat healthy thinking I wouldn’t gain weight like other people said they did…I was wrong. I gained 40lbs and am back to 200lbs.

It’s been 4 months and I know I won’t go back to smoking, as I am enjoying the health benefits and feel healthier, but now that I have that under control, I would like to get my weight under control and back to a healthy level.

Please help me get become the fit healthy person I was, just without the cigarettes this time. :)

I’ve been counting calories and exercising almost daily for four years in an attempt to get lean and in shape. Every time I start loosing weight, I also feel like I have no energy and I can’t do hard workouts, and then when I eat more to fix the energy problem, I gain weight again! Some of the weight I gain is muscle, but I’m an endomorph, so a lot of it is fat to (the stubborn lower body fat). I would love to have this program so that I can finally loose the stubborn fat (and embarrassing cellulite) on my lower body while keeping all my hard-earned muscle. This program sounds like the best program anyone has ever come up with! It’s truly the best of both worlds when you can loose fat and gain muscle!

As a 35 year old Momma, this program is FOR me because I have struggled with my weight for SOOOOOO many years (freshman year of high school!). I have never had the joy of being where I should be. I currently have 30’ish more pounds to lose (have lost about 75lbs, yet it’s been SLOW with 2 babies in the middle), and have been stuck here for a year!!!
