Hi Joel,

Have been following your advice and that of Roman for some time now. Have managed to reduce the body fat% down to 18% and have added upper body muscle and strength – I can now see both the biceps and triceps, and the back musculature is coming on well! The waist has reduced by some 2 inches over the past two years, but has now “stuck fast” – hasn’t shifted for the past three months. The results over all have been very encouraging from almost the depths of despair after a debilitating wrist and forearm injury when I was told by doctors that I would have to wear a support for the rest of my life, give up driving and the keyboards – both muscial and computer!!

From what you’ve told us about the Extreme Fat Loss Diet it sounds as this might well be the key to getting things moving again. Having had the previous success I have great faith that working with your new program I can make this happen – “bring it on”!

I do not need this information currently. But I wanted to say that I really respect you for your groundbreaking discoveries in fitness and making such a great program. Though I feel obligated to ask if the workouts aren’t too taxing for your body? Won’t your body be broken if you we’re going to do lactic acid training when you did density training the day before (and even lactic-acid training the day before that)? Because it sounds like your body doesn’t have time to repair your muscles, or your nervous system for that matter.
Could you explain this to me?

I would welcome any help at this point in my life. I am 40 and my weight is 65% higher then when I was 20. I have a slow metabolisim due to a thyroid condition and horrible yo-yo and fad dieting. I am tired of fads where I lose and then gain back more. I am ready for a life change. I have the motivation, but not the organization or knowledge to do this on my own, which I think your program will offer me. I would love to get fit and healthy. Hi Joel. I am a 5ft, 41 year old grandmother. My first child was born when I was 16 and my body has been through the baby mill with 3 caesareans. I have always battled fat loss, but lucky for me, I have an hour-glass figure. I quit smoking 3.5 years ago and packed on some weight after that, but it was worth it to quit smoking forever. I have recently taken off 16lbs in 6 weeks, but have a ways to go. I have a dream I must fulfill – I will do a sensual photo shoot calendar and look the best I ever have in my life. This program would be huge in getting my motivation amped up, and my desire to get back to a healthy, normal weight back on track. I know you have the program to help me succeed and would be thrilled if I won this program to get back to a healthy me. I’ll be 69 in a couple of months. I have been trying to loose 35-40 lbs for years now. I did loose 15 a year ago but yo-yoed back up to 212. I just found it too difficult to sustain. I feel like I have tried most things that make sense. Some short term success. No real solutions. I have a 44″ waist – red flag! I need to do something that works for seniors without damaging my health or physical structure. My knees are already shot from previous attempts – so don’t even mention “squats”. While I remain skeptical, based on what I have read about you and your research I am highly motivated to integrate your program into one final effort. The senior market is frustrated and looking for proven results. If it works on me – a lot of others would make the commitment in a heartbeat.

Well Joel, it’s a matter of life or death. I am 66 years old, am 5’7″ tall, and weigh 270 lbs. My stomach is huge at 54″, AN AWFULL LOT OF BELLY FAT THERE!!! My real problem is that I have COPD and “congestive heart failure” which, either one, will cause me to be extremely short of breath but the two combined is devistating. My doctor has told me that I desperately must loose 60 to 100 lbs or I probably will die of a heart attack in the near future. The shortness of breath makes it extremely difficult, if not impossible, to exercise very much. I can bearly walk around the block without callapsing. So you see, I need your system to just continue to live a while longer. I sure hope you can help me. I’m DESPERATE.

well 56 and in the past year and a half I have had two total hip replacements and over the past few years I have put on a lot of weight so now that I can move again I just cant get this off I have feel good again and get to were nice clothes again I have tried so many diets please up me if you can I would love this one to work for me..

You make it all sound very simple and I’m very excited about it. Your program intrigues me. Mostly because I just started my journey in weight loss and although I managed to lose 50lbs so far, I have still huge frustrations with my body, and many people trying to tell me what I should and should eat or how to exercise. I have never been one that wants to do as everyone else just cause – I need to understand the why behind the do. You program is not what most fitness competition plans outline and I would love to prove that the radical diet plans fitness competitors follow isn’t the only way. I did my first competition in April and I have to say the hard part is the strict diet however the harder part is the ‘after’competition diet and how your body reacts when you put food items you eliminated back in. To me this cycle can be tough on an individuals psyche and for some it can lead to weight gain. I need your program cause I know with it I can prove that I can still rock the stage at competition time and not stress my body to do it! I want to be an example that there is better ways to get the same results. Thank you for the opportunity.

Well, I’m getting married in 41 days and although generally I’ve been doing right by my diet and working a super exercise program, my weight loss is slow (about 1/2 pound a week). I still have between 11 and 16 pounds to go to where I want to be. The dress has NO room for fat in order to look good. I believe that strong IS sexy and this dress will show off back and arm muscles and even legs.

I’m not a young bride – in fact, I’m in my fifties. My goal weight is the same as for my first wedding, but at that wedding, I was soft – I want to be strong and beautiful for this one. Joel, help me knock the socks off my very loving man when I walk down the aisle again!

I am a 26 year old 5’10” female who weighs 165 lbs. I an happy with my weight but I am not happy with the fact that it is not muscle. I am a member if the WWCFL (full contact football team) and I have no energy and feel like I am being tossed around like a rag doll. I have been trying the typical workout and diet routines to get no change. I am eager to try anything that works.

I’m an old guy who grew up a fat kid, then “thinned” out being a high school athlete. I would yo-yo for decades, up/down/up/down. I’ve studied nutrition and have, for a while, understood and practiced the benefits of clean food. Now in my 67th year, I’ve resigned myself to the fact that I’d NEVER see my abs. Do I even have abs? I think they might be there somewhere, but seein’ is believin’! I’ve been working pretty hard lately using Mike Geary’s weight routine and am losing some belly fat. I don’t own a scale, but have a few mirrors. With your help, one day in the fairly near future maybe I’ll see some abs when I look at my reflection.

Id LOVE to give Xtreme Fat Loss 2.0 a 100% try. My motivation is to not lose a substantial amount of weight but to lose that last stubborn/hopeless-feeling flab in my lower abdominal. I’m 27 years old, work out every day, and eat as clean as possible for the past year and a half. I’m 5’10, 145lbs and am at 10% body fat. Just ONCE in my life I’d like to get down to 6% and have been struggling day in and day out to make it happen. Although I am very strict in my life style, I feel like it’s hurting my progress after reading your principal #1 on metabolism. My body has entered starvation mode many times and has burned more muscle than fat and raised my bad hormones (which I was unaware of until after reading your report). I have read and valued the articles I have received up to thi point. I am 30 years old and after a serious at accident and 3 surgeries I am about 50 pounds overweight. I was very active bedew my accident and trying to battle depression as a result of my physical inabilities and financial burdens die to being out of work. I need to get my fat loss moving again!!!! I have lost 50 pounds in the last 3 years, but now I am stalled. I have not lost any weight since November.
