I absolutely need this program because I am a little overweight from my previous two pregnancies and I am having a time getting back down to normal. My husband wants another baby soon but I desperately want to get back down to 125 again first. one so I don’t add pounds to the next pregnancy and two so I know how to loose after having another baby.:) this sounds awesome!

I have tried almost every approach to weight loss over the last 3 years with little to no success. I am a 55 year old, 70lb overweight woman that was always slim in my youth, but after my children were born I kept gaining weight and was never able to lose it, despite trying EVERYTHING. My problem was never overeating, quite the opposite….I have little appetite, so restricted calories and excessive exercise has been my lifestyle, and has only made me fatter! I know I’ve destroyed my metabolism and my body is in starvation mode. So here I am, 70lbs overweight, depressed, and totally frustrated and disgusted with myself for half my life. I am a 58 year old female who has tried most every diet out there and has finally been able to lose 15 pounds with the help of Joel’s weight loss program. I’m looking for information that will help me lose another 5 more pounds. It appears that I’m at a plateau where I gain a pound, lose a couple pounds, & then gain a little, but can’t quite lose the additional 5 pounds, but I don’t know why. I feel that I need to be the recipient of one of the free programs because in all honesty I really want and need it. I have been going through an early midlife crisis (Im 32) and I just want to make a change. I have been a first hand witness to what can happen if you dont become proactive towards your health and fitness. My mom had a stroke six years ago and it has totally changed my life because she was in her 40s. However she lived a very sedentary life. I have joined a gym but I need the program to show me a step by step way to get the weight off and keep it off. Im not gonna go the sympathy route because I truly believe that every individual on here has a compelling story or else they wouldnt be on the site. Joel, I`m in my mid 40’s and in the best shape of my life, however I have hit a plateau.

My goal was to get to <10% body fat and visible 6 pack, and I have gotten close, but need to do the finishing touches.

I have dropped 20lbs and pretty cut, but not quite there.

I think a program like yours with the diet/calorie cycling and workouts from Romaniello could get me to that next level. I am interested to see if it can provide the Extreme Fat loss talked about on an already fit person.

My eating is pretty dialed in and I do take a cheat day, but I have not tried fast/feast cycles yet, so interested to try this.

Like i wrote before, my reason is my family. All of my family member wants to lose weigh, while changing there life style, and my sister, who happen’s to be my twin, want to have a muscle and a six pack. Thank to the update’s and the pictures of the boys, my sister is determined to give it a try and lose weight.(I will give it a try since i also want the six pack and muscle)

I used vince del monte’s programme to build muscle and it worked fantastically however I did increase in body fat, when I try and diet though I seem to lose a bit of muscle mass which completely puts me off, I’ve even used p90x but it didn’t work that well, so I’m hoping your system can do the job that others simply can’t, shred fat and retain muscle. I’m sure it will because if vince says your stuff is good then I believe it!

Put simply I have been on one diet or another for over 25 years and as I head into my late 40s I know I need to stop the yo yo dieting and find a new way of life.
My hope is that your system is that new way of life and one that will let me enjoy the next 40 plus years in a healthy way.

Although I’ve made some progress, I know now that I need to take it to the next level and kick some butt! Hi my name is nick. And I’m 5’9″ and about 200 I have around 23% body fat but play basketball. My skills have always been good but my athleticism has always been lacking. And unfortunately I don’t have the money to by this program so I would really appreciate it if you could help me out and give me a free copy. I have been dieting nearly all my life so that I can look great outside of my clothes. I have tried so many diets in the past and have seen minimal results. I subscribed to Joel’s mailing about a month ago and already have seen results because of the tips provided.. I am very dedicated to losing weight by exercising and eating right but so far out of the 3 months of my own diet plan (put together by research and trial & error mainly) I am just not satisfied. However, my overall health has improved -I am finally able to run a mile under 15 minutes but that’s about it. I really haven’t lost any weight. I remain between 180 -190 lbs and on a 5’5” frame it’s discouraging. I look great in clothes but outside of them not so much. I had hoped by now that my efforts would yield results but I am starting to think that genetics aren’t allowing me to do so. I am currently engaged and planned on getting in shape so I could maintain in later in life but at this point Im starting to doubt if its possible for me. After listening to the 60 minute audio yesterday about the Xtreme Fat Loss Plan, I would love to try it out and see if it will work. I will give this program all that ive got and hopefully soon Ill be able to look at myself naked and smile. Please consider me.

Dude, the reason this is the perfect program for me right now is that you have pulled it all together and made sense of the madness, and there’s a lot of madness out there. What I’ve seen in the information that you’ve put out so far is real world stuff~you have shared common pitfalls and frustrations, but you’ve balanced that with hopeful solutions. There are no “nevers” in your program and no shame and blame that you find in faddy diet solutions. Your program is a comprehensive approach that will provide results. You have put all the good ideas for health and fitness together in one place-bravo! I am a 47 year old woman in full-on menopause with osteopenia hoping that leptin still exists for me (oh please). I have always been active, and my diet is very healthy, but I’ve let my weight creep up and I’m ready to jump in to your positive program and utilize your solutions to very common problems! A couple of years ago I was at an ideal weight for me, 145 pounds. One of the techniques I used was cleansing (fasting) once a week, it worked like a dream. I’ve fought against overweight almost all my life. Being 5 feet tall, the smallest overweight will be immediately seen and noticed. Right now I’m facing menopause and know that if I can’t keep my weight under 120lb, I’ll lose control of it and never recover my shape. Besides, I’ve a cholesterol condition and overweight is not the best way to keep cholesterol under control. I’m a writer and even though I follow an excercise routine, I spend a lot of time just sitting! I found tremendous value in the five sneaky tricks to triple your weight loss. I am now using the cheat days to get below 13% body fat, and I believe the missing piece is your Xtreme fat loss program. I can’t wait to try it, be it that I end up winning it or buying it. :-) As a personal detail, I’ve been battling back pain for longer than I’d care to admit, so for most of my life I avoided exercise, in hopes that my back will get better. Turns out it’s only exercise that makes it better and keeps the pain away.
One other reason I want to break below 10% body fat is that I play table tennis, so I want to get faster and more agile on my feet. I really don’t care if I win the program, because if it’s valuable and it gets me where I want to be, I’ll pay for it anyway.
After reading some of the comments posted by other users, I’d say there’s a ton of people deserving of this program, so i hope you’ll choose wisely when you pick your winners, and that you’ll make it easy on the wallet for those who don’t end up winning it.

I’m 14 and recently got involved in a car accident. I had quite bad knees before the accident and they’re worse now. I know the knee issue was due to sports that required running but I know it also had to do with my weight. The GP I saw after the accident calculated my BMI and I was a bit overweight. I used to be much bigger but only got to this stage because I got sick and couldn’t eat a thing for 6 days.
I don’t want to spend the rest of my life this big or overweight. I want to be healthy. I know it’s in my genes that I’m like this but I can learn to fight my genes.
Overweight people are prone to diseases, heart failure or something negative. I’m scared of death and I’m scared of other consequences of being overweight. I need help. I’ve tried so many things.
My goal is, to get back to a size 8 (UK size) and if possible, a 6 before I’m 16 which is in bout a year and a few months. I don’t want to spend my life big. It’s terrible both socially and healthwise.
