Joel,
From what I have read so far your looks like it would be a great fit for me. I am a 46 year old former ncaa division 1 basketball player. 4 years ago I suffered a heart attack and ended up having triple bypass. Over the years my metabolism has slowed down and I find it difficult to keep my weight where it should be even though I have always stayed active and exercise regularly. I do eat okay as well, avoiding fast food and soda, etc. Due to my health issues, it is important for me to keep the weight and fat in a healthy range. I have done HCG 3 times and lost 20 -30 pounds each time. I also managed to gain the weight back each time. Your program with the cheat day sounds to be more realistic and maintainable. I would really love to give your extreme fat loss system a try. Will you help me out? Thanks

My current weight loss strategy isn’t working. It’s time to get Xtreme. In high school, I was active and thin. In college, I gained the Freshman 15 and then some. I kept gaining steadily over the next 10 years as my activity level decreased and my poor eating habits got worse, ballooning up to 330 lbs at 5’7″. I never feel full, and once I realized this fact, I was able to shed 70 lbs through just eating less. But that isn’t enough and I’ve plateaued. I’ve been diagnosed with diabetes and high cholesterol, which means that I shouldn’t get pregnant until I get this under control. I’m sick of being fat and get discouraged with the “slow and steady” 1-2 lbs per week weight loss strategy. The Xtreme Fat Loss system will put me back on track and keep me motivated while teaching me good eating habits. I’m sick of being fat – literally. I want to be a success story.
Hi Joel
Growing up in the UK I loved my Full English Breakfast but a few years back I decided to knock all that on the head and get into shape. I am proud to say that I am now down to roughly 10% body fat and obviously my goals have changed with my improving physique. What I am next aiming for is the full 6 pack and I believe that your program will help my achieve this aim! Thanks for this opportunity,
Tommy
just short and sweet – you have what i need to make myself on the outside what i am on the inside – that person full of energy – that can move mountains sideways if necessary – that can beat them into submission if i must – i just need that little extra to make it happen and following you and getting this program will give me just that – thanks for all of your advise and know regardless i will still follow it – thanks for the time.
I deal with hypothyroidism every day, I wach my diet, I’ve been following your advice and been able to stop gaining wait and have also gain muscle, but I can’t get rid of my belly fat, and absolutely hate it. Sometimes I feel I overdo cardio, I get very tired, and have no results. I do need your plan to finally have the results that my efforts deserve… (I hope my english isn’t to bad…). Thanks.
This would be great for me since my job is very stressful and when I get home, it does not stop there. With a wife that is ill, and teenagers who need me, I don’t have much time to simply ‘work out’ without time limits. I work best with detailed instructions and my temperament is one that is great in following directions, it motivates me more than going on my own. I appreciate the opportunity and thank you.
I have tried so many weight loss programs in the past and nothing seems to work. I don’t have a lot of weight to lose, probably about 25 lbs would be great. I work out as much as I can and try to watch what I eat and can’t seem to take the weight off.
I went from being on my feet all day to a job 2 years ago where I sit behind a desk of 8 hours. I hate it but it pays the bills. I have gained about 15 lbs over this time period and I am not the heaviest I have ever been and I feel it.
I am looking for a program that will help me with both the workouts and nutrition and based on what I have read about you and your program, I think it will be a great fit.
I will be 44 years young this year. I say YOUNG because I don’t want to feel over the hills. I have a mature outlook yet still young at heart and would like to stay that way. Therefore I would like to keep my body trim and healthy. I certainly hope this system will keep me as I feel…

I have been following your post and different workout methods for about a year now. I can’t tell you how happy I am. I have dropped from size 14 to now about size 7, however I still have stubborn fat on my thighs. My office job is not helping too much as I sit for long period of times, and too many times I have to work overtime. I am in my mid 40s and am like to be very active outdoors in my free time. I leave in a very hot climate and I would like to put on a pair of shorts without being self conscious about my legs.
Thank you for the opportunity provided here, and Keep up the Good Work! People that are concerned about their health are following you closely!
Hey Joel,
I have been getting your emails for some time now and have been fascinated by every single one. I have been into fitness for the past couple of years and am actually working on my own fitness/personal book. What I love about your emails and the system you are producing is that it is really geared towards everyone, all shapes and sizes of people. I am pretty fit, but I am currently on my own mission to lose a few extra fat pounds from my midsection and further reveal my abdominals. I have been having some trouble with this and I would love to be able to give your fitness system a try and feel I am a worthy recipient for one of your free systems. I can only tell you that if I won, I would make extensive use of this system and promote it to others. Thank you so much!

Hi Joel- I’m 38 and I’ve been a faithful protein dieter most of my life and that has been good for my food likes and helped me to stay average size(8-10). Since I turned 35 though, its really hard to keep from gaining without hardcore dieting. I just had abdominal surgery 5 weeks ago and I gained about 15 pounds in just 4 weeks and tons of swelling has kept me from being able to exercise. I just started back to walking again every other day, but its slow going. I have seen your emails, downloaded lots of great info, but I would like to try the whole program and give it a real chance to transform my body- I am 5’1″ and currently at 174 :( I have always been about 140ish and been pretty comfy there- not thin but average. Now I’ve got a lot of wiggle in my walk and a closet full of beautiful clothes that I can’t wear. I would love and appreciate your help!!
I have been working out for about a year now and reading your emails. I have learned a lot but still would like to figure out how to lose the fat. Your information has been so helpful and I think this program would kick start my fat loss. I love the idea about the cheat day. I would like to learn what workouts to do to deplete the carbs and to make the food work for each workout. This program would be perfect and I know that I would use it everyday. Please help me to continue this journey with this program. Thanks so much.
dear sir,
i am a doctor by profession subspecializing in kidney diseases (nephrology). i was skeptical at first until you sent me updates.
At first, I thought I knew everything about weight loss but was wrong after you sent me updates after another. I am constantly finding ways to help my patients loss weight. You may have known > 90% of diseases are due to lifestyle issues (DM and hypertension)
These 2 diseases are the prime cause why many people are on dialysis (HD & PD). This is preventable by diet and lifestyle change.
If people would just diet and exercise, only a few people would go to us doctors for consultation.
I have downloaded a couple of diets and articles on weight loss. The best so far was by kevin treadeau “weight loss they don’t want you to know”. This book is ok except for using HCG injections which is invasive and not acceptable to a lot of patients of mine.
For me, your extreme diet plan is second to none in terms of using all natural methods and no medicines. Who said you can’t get the body you want without using expensive equipment and food supplements.
Of course, xenical and reductil are accepted in the medical world, but these are expensive. For people who live in a 3rd world country like mine, your diet plan will surely help them.
Thanks again for sending me your updates. It was surely an eye opener for me. Take care sir

Afternoon,
From the information that I have read from you in my emails, all the tid bits that you share makes me eager to learn more. I have tried all kinds of ways and programs in the past and have found nothing has worked for me. I have problems from surgery’s I’ve had in the past on my knees which makes some exercises hard to do. Having our last child a couple yrs ago at almost 40 (our lotto baby) lol, with complications after I have had tremendous problems trying to get back into shape. I eat the right foods and exercise but not sure what it is that I am not doing right and would love a true found program to help me fix these issues. Good Luck to everyone who is wanting to better their over all life ;)
This is a perfect time of year to get started on a weight loss plan as I want to be out gardening and enjoying the outdoors. Increased activity along with really working on reducing fat will all lead to feeling better and being healthier. Will also reduce stress in its many forms. I’m 58 and do NOT want to face the physical mobility challenges my mother has faced and is still facing. I need and want to lose about 65 lbs.and now is the time.
I need to lose 25 lbs. as soon as possible in order to stay Diabetis Free.
Please help!
If I can be successful with this program, you need me as a good example/advocate of what can be accomplished. I’m 57 years old and probably 57 pounds overweight. I weigh 217 and the charts say I should weigh 160 (for a male that is 5’9″). I’ll document with pictures and emails if you will consider helping me stay on course. I need to do this, and if you’ll help me then I’ll help your crusade. There are lots of boomers out there that will listen to us.
I am currently training for a triathlon and I need a good program that will shred the last 15 to 20 lbs off my body. I like your Cheat Your Way Thin and think this will be the step up I need. I have done two triathlons but really need to get this extra weight off so I can really move beyond and I am having a hard time getting it off.
Been getting your e-mails for a while and find them filled with great info. Step by step, I’ve been making headway with the considerable weight ( 250 lbs +) I need to lose. Adding the little tips you send to my routine makes these steps easier. It’s not easy as I’m in the wine business and dine out a lot. Along with the late nights, I’m tired a lot and have to push, push, push. I’m very close to the next step, the big one, a complete structured program. I dig your enthusiasm and empathy. I’m big to begin with, which is why I didn’t see me gaining the weight I did. It will be nice to again being called “big guy” because I am big, not because I am FAT!!!
Joel,
I am a 44 year old husband and father of two girls. I have always been large, but I carry it well…if there is such a thing. I weigh about 255, when I should weigh about 200lbs. I used to be able to drop weight off just by running and doing some calisthenics, and only slightly watching what I eat. My metabolism has always been slower than normal, but over the past several years it has become amazingly slow! I have been working out since November 2010, at least 3 days, mostly 4 days and sometimes 5 daysin a week. I have lost zero, zilch, nada weight. The weight doesn’t bother me as much as the lack of inches lost. I feel like I’m struggling just to maintain!
I have two beautiful young, active daughters, and a very slim and beautiful wife who doesn’t understand why it’s so hard for me to lose weight, or inches. My daughters are young, and I am not. I would love to be able to keep up with them until they are adults.
I could go on, but the simple matter is that I feel like I’m struggling to keep my head above water. Your program looks like it may have the answers that I badly need.
Please help,
Robbie
I’m approaching 40 years old and finding it increasingly difficult to lose the fat. I need to lose 30-40 pounds! I already exercise and try to watch what I eat, but it just not enough. I work hard at it, but I don’t think I am working smart enough.
Being overweight can contribute to all sorts of medical conditions, especially after the age of 40. It’s a matter of life or death! There is a missing link of information that I need in order catapult me to my goal.
Furthermore, I am at a changing point in life and I need a program that will sustain through this next phase of life in a way that is effective, yet realistic! Also, I am not yet married, so I cannot afford to be known as Mr. Blubber! For too long I have been ashamed of myself. It’s time for a change.
I think this change is possible with the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet 2.0 system. This program excels above them all because it combines body science and the hours of experience of the trial-and-error of others. It not only tells you “what” to do, but when and how to implement things in order to produce maximum fat loss. It is simple and anyone can do it.
It’s time for a change. I don’t want to be a statistic. It’s time for Mr. Blubber to shape up and become Mr. Slim with Xtreme Fat Loss Diet 2.0 system.
Hi Joel, Well one of the main reasons I will love to win this program is because I’ve tried several ways to loose the last 12 lbs I got on me. I bought flavias exercise program and as well as johns R. Exercise program they are both great as well as coach Josh 7 day diet program. Problem is I want faster results. I also want to help my sister who is only 21 and weights 220 lbs but before doing so I want to be a living proof to her that it can be done in a healtier and faster way. I believe your program Will help me get there. Thank you and God Bless you :)
It would make a difference in helping me reach my fitness goals, plain and simple. I am female/56 and very serious about running. In the last several years my goals to run a faster 5K have been getting harder to reach because of my stress level and other age-factors/ related extra weight, even though I eat healthy and work out and cross-train.
I know I would benefit from this greatly. Unlike maybe others, I have the dedication to use this golden opportunity to reach that level of fitness I have tried to for so many years unsuccessfully. Please consider me.
Hi Joel, I would LOVE to have this program. The only thing I can control is me and with your program I would be able to take control of the most important part of life, my health. You and your programs inspire me to care about my body not just the weight.
