Excercise plus diet has always been a challenge for me, as I am always on the go on the run, and fast food often is the only choice if I want to eat. I am 4′ 10″ and need to lose around 25 pounds. We live in a remote area of Mexico dong relief work among the people here. It is canyon/mountains all around and requires difficult hiking to access the many remote villages. I need to lose weight in order to not be a hinderance to my team as we visit and help the people. I have not gone on most of the trips as I am so out of shape. On a personal note, I would want my husband and children to see me beautiful inside and out and to be a good example to my girls. I have tried to diet and exercise on my own, but have only gained instead of lost. I have never done a diet program before and many require a gym/weights but would be difficult for me to follow as we have no gym near by etc. However, with this program, if I understand it correctly, a lot is dependant on diet along with difficult exercise. Though I do not understand how all the hormones work, it does make since to me that your body would go into a starvation mode ..we see it with the Indian people we work with. THey have almost nothing to eat and as soon as they get some good food, they put on the fat quickly even though they are fit from hiking the canyons. So, the whole “diet” = gain /not lose and cheat day makes sense to me to trick the body into thinking that it is not starving and does not need to store what energy it can. Unfortunately, I listened intently to the audio program and tried to figure it out as much as I could…but after trying on my own to research to figure out what types of exercises I needed to do for each day (low carb, depletion, high volumn, high intensity etc), and after gaining a pound and not losing any body fat, I really need some help to figure it out.

I need your extreme fatloss plan because I have tried everything under the sun and nothing keeps the weight off. I always gain it back when I go off the plans and start trying to eat normal. Let’s see I have tried nutrisystem, LA weight loss, Jenny Craig, prescription diet pills, adkins diet, every over the counter supplement you can think of, my latest venture was HCG injections. I lost weight fast, but I wasn’t toned like I wanted to be. And as soon as I tried to start eating normal the weigt came back just as fast as I lost. I have been blessed not to gain all of the weight back this time. I lost 50 pounds and have gained 30 of it back. I know your program is what I need to teach me what to eat and how to tone my body so I look good and feel good. I am a wife and mother and my family has always supported me in my weigt loss ventures. I would just like for this to be the last one for me and them so that I can be a positive example for my family and others. I am almost 44 years old and am in a young man’s game. Try as I might, dropping bodyfat without sacrificing strength has been next to impossible for me. Maybe it’s me, maybe it’s the programs I’ve chosen or maybe it’s a combo of the two. i also have a 2 year old son at home and am well aware of the effects of excess bodyfat in the midsection on longevity and quality of life. I’ve flirted with the standards my profession requires for far too long and just want to get in to a comfortable place and be able to work the younger guys into the ground.

I have been trying to lose baby weight since Jan. I don’t want sympathy but I was. Nearly 5 months pregnant when we lost him.
We struggled and I ate and had put on quite a bit because of pregnancy. I just want to get healthy and look great again.
I don’t think I would have minded being over weight if I had Eric. Like I said I don’t want sympathy but ice been in the gym for two hours a day and trying low carb and not mixing day and carbs.

So far it seems I am your oldest applicant at age 64. It’s the arthritis that is the big problem — feet, hips, knees, back, neck. I’m sure this condition would improve if I lost the 30-40lbs I’ve been carrying for the past 20 years. Your program makes sense to me. I have the time and energy to make it work. Thank you for this opportunity. I am a 58 yr. old male. I have had 3 back surgeries, and a quadruple heart bypass. I am doing fine except for my weight problem. I have always battled my weight. I was a “chubby” kid, and hated it! During my adult life I have stayed in good shape, by exercising and taking diet pills. 3 yr. ago, I had heart surgery.Tried to start eating better. I have read so many things, I don’t know what is right. My wife passed away 1.5 yr. ago,I put my mother in a rest home 6 mo. ago, and I have had my 2 grandkids for 11 mo. I have pretty much given up on me! My 9 yr. old grandson is starting to put on weight, and I do not want him to suffer thru school as I did! This would be a prayer answered for me. Thank you

Hey Joel. I could really benefit from XFLD because I do what I got to do to get things done. I used to box and had to bring my BW down from 150-139 lbs. I ended with my BF % at 6.5 which is awesome, but I wanted my abs to pop out even more (lower abs especially). Most of that weight was water anyway. I am always experimenting with different methods to see what works better for my body. I’ve completed Final Phase Fat Loss (which was awesome, but I just got into a car wreck and I am giving my muscles a break and sticking to body weight exercises ie. FPFL Body weight edition. I am also utilizing Flavia Del Monte’s “Dead-Line Diet” along with Dave & Karine’s “Metabolic Cooking” and it is going pretty well. I’ve combined HIIT workouts along with aerobic exercise in order to burn the carbs and fats! I feel like I am on the right track and I always tweak my routine and diet when appropriate. I am my own guinea pig and I am trying extremely hard to get my body looking better than it did before! Thanks!

I guess it was just a fateful day when I was searching through new, effective weight loss programs and I stumbled upon Isabelle de los Rios. I have been working on my weight through her program, and it has been effective for me so far. I have lost 2 dress sizes and several inches around my body from the diet alone in about 6 weeks. I have learned so much about healthy eating, hormone balance, and lifestyle changes. The best part about this plan is that after signing up, I was also introduced to you and John Romaniello, Vince and Flavia, and Mike Geary. All of you have helped me learn more about my nurturing my mind and body. I look forward everyday to emails from each and every one of you.
