I want a new lifestyle Joel. One that says no more yo-yo dieting, something that I can do for the rest of my life. I have a job that I travel a lot and spend a lot of time in hotels. I love eating well but sciatica has been my enemy for the past 2 years but with Pilates I am on the mend and know I am ready to get not only the best body that I can but the best attitude for life. Committing is never an issue – it is boredom and getting dispondant in a program that is just for those pounds you need to lose and not a lifestyle. As an infantry soldier in the Canadian Forces for 4 years and a combat tour to Afghanistan we were working out every day and eating to a meal plan that I thought (given the preaching of “general” eating habits in today’s fitness programs) was supposed to be good for me, I was never able to lose the last 20 lbs of fat and especially around the love handle area. After getting out of the arm I have family and friends that really look to me as a role model for healthy lifestyle as I have to this day still go to the gym and practice a healthy lifestyle. I really believe living by the lifestyle tips you have to offer and with this program I can achieve the results I am looking for to inspire myself and everyone around me

I have always wanted to become fit, yet always felt inadequate with my knowledge of exercise, and overwhelmed when I went to the gym with all those beefy guys and toned girls. (Yet secretly, I have always wanted to be one of them!) Finally, two months ago I hit my breaking point when I reached my peak weight and couldn’t fit into my clothes. Feeling worse than ever, I finally bit the bullet, went to the gym, and have lost 13lbs. With that motivation, I’m really looking to up the ante: I’m entering a Nursing program in the fall and my true goal is to become a role model to show my patients that being healthy is possible through the great prevention methods of exercise and nutrition. I see your program as putting me in a position to not only change my own life and body, but also to increase my knowledge about how exercise and nutrition work together so I can help others to believe that anything and everything is possible! I may not know much now, but I believe the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet is the jumping off point I need to prove to myself and others that hard work really does pay off.

I need this program because I need to reach my best body. I have tried a million different strategies and never got the results I wanted. Cheat days made me fat and low calorie/low carb diets and excessive cardio was catabolic to my muscles. I know you use cheat days and fast days and I want to know if it will really work. Joel – I would LOVE to have a system which helps me lose about 35 to 40lbs of weight (which was gained by my drastic reduction in activity due to chronic illness). Your plan seems to have it all – eating in ways which help your body, not hinder it, and exercising more at certain times to ramp up the fat loss. I did lose 20 lbs last year, but have not been able to lose more than a few pounds since then. I feel like “twice” the woman I used to be, and would love to lose that “second” woman! Thanks. :)

Thanks for all the informative emails. I would love the chance to win your fat loss program. I’m not in the worst shape, but I never seem to be able to get rid of these dreaded “man boobies.” I have tried so many different things and the most recent got me to lose some fat but unfortunately took some of my muscle along with it. I am a Phys Ed teacher at a high school. I need to be a good example of a fit looking person, right now I am not. I am not fat, just not a particularly good role model at the moment. I train hard, but do not know much about good nutrition apart from veggies and grains and little sugar. I need to show that you can eat and train smart to get results, unlike the crash diets or overeating some of my students go on. I love the synergy you talk of in connecting your exercises with diet in a smarter way – thats being smart about training and diet. I also love your emphasis on keeping your metabolism and muscle – being able to teach some of my kids even a snipit of that would be awesome, especially the girls, who are going to struggle with lack of muscle later in life, let alone the benefit to myself personally!

I’ve lost 30 lbs, and I’ve hit a major roadblock. I would love to be able to get my weight low enough to get off of this stupid blood pressure medication. I know weight loss is a hard process, and I’ve stuck with it this far. I’m hoping XFLD can help me get to where I need to go.

I have been working hard since January at losing weight. I have been following an on-line program and doing my best. I am eating healthy, low calorie and exercising 5 to 6 times a week. I am about 50 pounds over weight and I am only losing an average of less than one pound a week. I am committed to “sticking” to my program, but I so wish I could lose the fat faster and I believe your program would help me do that. Thank you for your consideration.

Hi joel I get your emails regualarly as I like to make healthy choices but I’m a 47 year old single parent and I work out town all the time for my job where I may be gone from home up to 24 days at a time; and it means I live in hotels and camps where up to 1000 guys work and our foods are always prepared. Our work hours are long from 12 to 15 hours a days and the gyms on camp and hotels don’t have much to offer so I need to have ideas to help my body fat stay in check and in fact loose weight too ~ so I think I would be a good canidate for your book of tips and advise ~ thanks sherry

Hey Joel,I’m David and I know this diet plan will be great for me because I have an athletic build, but I have always had a gut.This belly fat has hindered me from unleashing my true athletic ability on the basketball court and has been a factor in my self awareness. I feel that with my exercise habits, your workout program and diet program, I will be able to succeed in blasting off my belly fat and become the person I’ve always dreamt of being.I cant lie, I’m going to buy this program regardless but the question is in how much time will I be able to get it. I would love to get your workout system for free. I have tried the P90x and other workouts, but have not found the one for me. I want something I can really commit to and get the results to keep me motivated. Also, I want to show my children that you can look good and be healthy even in your 40’s. To be able to have a cheat day and have pizza is too good to be true. Hey Joel, Well i’m am not a fit person, In fact i’m 350 lbs. About 6 years ago I was 162 lbs and working out extremely too much and drinking lots of caffine (energy drinks). I then had broken my foot while on the job and actually rehabbed it myself after the surgery wound healed in a swimming pool, but never could work out quite the same. I then had taken on a lot of responsibility with supporting a bad relationship with a woman and her daughter and a high stress job. Pretty clear after saying that, I just ballooned in size and found it even harder to workout and lose. I’ve tried numerous strategies, diets, but nothing seems to work unless i do a rediculous and extreme amount of excercise per day and my heart and body can’t seem to handle what I used to.

I am going 45, over2 weight, has hypertension, sole bread winner, etc etc. I need to get fit again as my family depends on me. Financially I can’t afford to buy this program. Please give it to me.

I have been overweight for many years. In January I decided to turn a new leaf. I have dedicated the last few months to healthy eating and physical well being. I have lost 42lbs but have hit a plateau. I go to the gym 5 days a week and work very hard. I need some direction to help me lose the last 30lbs and achieve my goal.
