This is exactly what I desperately need right now in my life for many reasons.
1. I just met the love of my life 5.5 weeks ago.
2. I don’t like my fat body, am not used to it, and am willing to try this extreme fat loss plan of yours to the finite detail.
3. I’m 51 years old, got a new job 3 years ago, sat too much at the computer, worked too many hours a day, and watched my weight go up 32 pounds to 195—eeek, and didn’t have time to do anything about it. Was working 18 hour days. Never weighed this much in my life!
4. I believe I’m also going through my change in life, which didn’t help.
5. I believe your testimonials and losing 25 pounds right now would put me back in most of my clothes!!! I’ve managed to lose 15 pounds with (yeah) the lemonade diet. Am on a stubborn plateau… I’m at 180 now. I believe I can do yours.

I am 23 years old. 5’8 and I weight 352 pounds. In April I decided to live my life again and have been attempting to lose weight (losing the first 10 pounds was a struggle on my own with no help). I live with a bunch of people just as heavy as me who are completely content to eat whatever pleases them and don’t work out which is fine for them but I want a better life. I’ve begun working out, changing my eating and judging from the E-book you sent before I think you’ve got really interesting but logical methods that just might help really get my metabolism going since the weight loss has been coming off so slowly.

I don’t want to diet, I want to change every idea I have about food and never go back to my old ways, and I hope that you can help me do it. So for me I want your plan to help me stick to my goals, to keep me out of a wheelchair before I turn 30, to keep me from being diabetic or getting all of the health problems associated with being fat and putting me on the path to having a great body that can do everything that I want it too.

I was never overweight until I went through a traumatic ongoing family crisis. I gained 40 pounds in 7 months by using chocolate as my anti-depressant! I gained mostly in my abdomen though I did gain enough overall to go from an 8/10 to a size 16. That was 6 years ago. The trauma is not over; it has gone from acute to chronic. Over the last 6 years I have changed my eating (cut our sugar!), tried homeopathic hCG drops, and managed to get and keep 30 – 35 pounds off. I fluctuate up and down 10 pounds every few months (when I “medicate” myself with chocolate) however, I have never gotten rid of those last 10 pounds! It’s still 95% in my abdomen.

I never really used exercise as part of my regimen even though I BELIEVE it’s important to my overall health. I am finally at a point that I know I must exercise and I need help changing my body/fat composition. I am nearing 60 years old and I don’t want to look, feel or act older than I am because of my big belly! Even after 3 pregnancies, I was able to get back to normal weight. I would love to be there again and feel good about myself. My circumstances are not going to change, but my body and self-esteem can. Thank you.

Well, I am eighteen years old and up until about two years ago, I was fat. For a year after that I trained extremely hard and lost a significant amount of body fat. After that, as with everyone, I plateaued at about 18% where I am now. Every time I try to “incinerate” this last leg to reveal the six pack I know is there, all I wind up feeling is deflated without even a glimpse at my abs. I have used so many so called extreme diets coming from many big names. I believe in your diet because it is the only diet I’ve ever seen that incorporates personalization, hormones, and exercise into the diet. Every other diet you eat the same every day. The other smarter ones have a cheat day, and there is an exercise plan that goes along with it, but it is never synergistic like I believe yours is. Best of luck to everyone!

hi i am 40 now i have always been small well at 5foot i could never really be that big but now due to some health prolblems i have put on roughly 4 stone and i am struggling to take the weight back off. I know the pills are not helping the weight but I KNOW THATS NOT ALL of the answer it is me also i would love a chance at your program. thanks

You’re the leptin expert and I’m afraid I have leptin resistance. From what I’ve read and heard, it seems you have it when you don’t know you’re full. That would be me. I love strength training and that only sends my appetite into the stratosphere.

Bottom line is I want to be healthy, and the lower ab fat I have tells me I haven’t achieved that goal quite yet. Sure, I want to look good at the beach and feel confident next to my girlfriend(who looks unbelievable in a bathing suit), but I’ll admit, I want to feel great! Oh, what the hell, yeah I need to look good at the beach. My girl’s last few boyfriends were younger and more ripped than me. Summer’s right around the corner. Help!!!!!

I am 24 and over the last 3 years I have put on almost 50 pounds. I recently moved and was determined to end this trend. After 6 months of personal training five times a week and watching what I was eating I put on another 2 pounds AND increased in body fat percentage. Nothing I do seems to work. I have tried almost every diet and excercise plan out there. I need something that works with the hormones in our bodies. I feel this may be where my other efforts have failed. I honestly believe this program will not only help me stop this upward trend but reverse it. With your plan, I know I can do it.

A Neurologist that I was seeing to help me diagnose why I was having consistent migraines told me that there was nothing wrong with my head and that I was having the migraines because I was fat and that I just needed to deal with it. I didn’t agree with him so I sought help from another Neurologist and a few other specialists. It turned out that I had Pseudotumor Cerebri, excess pressure inside my head. They all explained the cause of this is unknown but being overweight tends to play a big role and if I could get my weight down there is a chance that the pressure could go back to normal and the migraines will be gone. I was put on the one medication known to alleviate the migraines of the condition but that was short lived as it caused kidney stones. There are other alternatives that can be used to achieve the release but personally I find them a bit painful – routine spinal tabs or having a shunt put in. I’ve tried diets and pills but those are fads and they get old quickly. I want a lifestyle change – something that will stay with me as I grow, as I change, not just something that will resolve the issue for the time being with a chance that I may end up back where I started. I’ve started belly dancing and am fascinated by it.
I’ve lived with daily migraines for two years now and to think of what life would be like without them is almost unbelievable but I know that my stress level would decrease and I’d be happier.

Can i just say thank you so much for the information you have imparted so far for FREE. ! I know this programme works, it’s already working, just by making some small but important changes to my diet and exercise as per your amazing 5 sneaky tips and all the other interesting articles and material, I’ve cut carbs out after lunch time, added protein into every meal, drinking water to beat the band, and invested in some weights and kettle bells, and over the last 8 days I have lost 7lbs already!! And that’s including one hell of a cheat day; donuts, chocolate, chips, wine, cheesecake, lamb, cream potatoes you name it I had it!! Must add I that’s on top of 5 lbs lost in the previous 2 weeks on a different programme.
Anyway I am now 197.8 lbs with a target of 140 – 147lbs, and I know I will get there with the help you have given me already but I really want to get there xtremely fast . I’ve been overweight for about 25 years (since I was 15) but I am so super excited at the thought of how far and I could go and how quickly I can get there with ALL the information for free. Seriously: if you look at me in jeans, you’ll think “Hmm, maybe loose a pound or two” however if you see me in a bikini you’d think “Stop eating woman!” If you take my length and weight, I’m perfect on paper however my body fat is really high and I just can’t seem to get it below 18%. I really don’t like “diets” and if you threaten me with one, I might just set a new land-speed record. However, saying that, I have a few things to proof to some people (including myself) and obviously today is as good a day to start as any. When I first received your e-mail last week about your fat loss diet I was immediately intrigued. I am on a diet right now from a reputable and popular diet program. My problem is after 6 weeks I have hit a roadblock and the pounds just aren’t coming off. I am not getting very much to eat so it is very frustrating. I especially liked your program for 2 reasons. First, I get to eat real food every 5 days and secondly, I was inspired by the exercise program. I am the girl in your picture who loses weight but has no muscle. I am looking forward to starting a program that works!

Listen I absolutely need this information. I have tried virtually everything to lose weight. I need a winning strategy, and this seems to be it. I am 50 lbs overweight. I try to eat right and I exercise often. I am a competitive racquetball player. Still I cant lose weight. I need some solid direction in this area. I think your clear cut concepts of eating and philosophy exercising will enable to conquer the weight I’ve always struggled to take off. Furthermore, I think it’s opportunity for me to go on the right path of learning: how to properly eat and excercise for the long term and make a lifestyle change. Hi! I have always been interested in keeping fit especially since I was not very healthy in my childhood as I was born with a congenital defect and not allowed to excercise for a good many years. I was operated at age 12 and was allowed to excercise only around age 14. However, I was lucky with my genes and weighed only 36 kg upto age 40. However, weight has been building up since then and though I am not really obese I am overweight for my height. I am over 60 now and still working and am looking for a program which will help me loose the excess especially on my belly. I try to balance my diet but not very successfully – I am a total foodie. This program is perfect for me because I am obese. I am 6 feet tall and weigh 235. I recently starved myself down from 252 and look very flabby and I am no longer losing any weight! Even on only 600 calories a day my weight loss has stopped! I am so frustrated. So I heard you talk about the cheat day and I did that yesterday. I just completed 1 hour of hard cardio at high resistance level to get those lepids moving. Please help me. Thanks for all that you do.

I have been active for well over 13 years and I have been working in the fitness industry for over 6 years. I have done my fair share of yoyo dieting over the years. I love being active. But the nutrition part has always been a struggle. Especially for me because I have a very small frame. I do relatively eat healthy and I have lost 10 lbs and I have 10 more to go. Joel, I`m in my mid 50`s, and I feel like I do everything “right“, but without getting the results I want. I need to jumpstart this thing, and I think your program would be an excellent way to make it happen.

I have toned muscle, I eat right, I supplement…but something`s missing. I just can`t seem to shift these last 20 pounds. When I look at pix of myself 20 pounds ago, wow! I would be so happy to be back there!

Hello Joel, and everyone reading this post. I will lose 200 lbs. and get back in the best shape of my life. There are not more if’s, but’s and and’s or should of, could a and would a! Over the years I have been successful in losing some weight but, over time revert back to my old ways of living. I ‘am tired of being sick and tired. My time is NOW! As I sit here pondering what I want to write, I ask myself is it worth my while. Will I really really be able to lose the 10-15 pounds I wish to lose and make sure it does not come back. Can I really change my life and lifestyle to make it happen forever? I’m in decent shape, I practice non-competitive Taekwondo and play in an adult soccer league. Now at 41, it’s the darn love handles that never seem to go. Do I really need to look cut and lean? Not really, but feel good inside and not shameful if I have to remove my shirt.
