Hi Joel. I’ve reached a ‘lull’ (for a few years) and I’m craving a tough new workout program. I’ve been a personal trainer for about 20 years and it’s very difficult to stay motivated for my clients – I’d really like to prove to my skeptical people that some programs DO work. I want to show them that if you work hard and stick to a program….you can actually SEE results that are not fake, and not take months to achieve. I want to be a great ‘before’ and ‘after’ role model. This program appears to have a well-balanced variety and would be an excellent kick start for anyone wishing to achieve quick results in order to set up for a life-long program.

I need to get off the diet roller coaster. I’ve been up and down with weight all of my life. I’m 53. My last weight loss was 118 lbs through diet and exercise. I thought I finally had it under control. I would never gain it back! My mom lives with me and last year her health declined and between taking care of her and working (its almost like two full time jobs) the weight has started creeping back on. I’ve had to change my workouts from the health club to home. I’ve been alternating between fighting to stop the rising tide (weight) and just giving up altogether. Right now I’m fighting, but its a struggle.
Your pre-launch emails caught my attention because of the results that have been obtained quickly. If I have results its easier for me to keep going…its when you work hard, eat right and nothing changes that its discouraging and I tend to give up.

Well I am not overweight, I don’t have health problems and I am by no means depressed so if these are the criteria I guess I should be disqualified! But my understanding of this plan is that it works for all levels of fitness and as you point out it’s much more difficult to go from lean to super lean which is my current goal. I consider myself to be pretty fit and I already exercise 5 times a week and watch my diet. However I feel that despite all the effort, I can never quite get to that next level (the Flavia level maybe?). I am very intrigued by your idea of synergy between exercise and diet, which might have been my missing element, and would really love to give this program a try. I am very disciplined and would absolutely go through with it so you would not be wasting a free copy!

I am a 54 year old former athlete. I used to know how to eat right, work out, take care of myself. Twenty years ago I experienced a high-risk pregnancy and premature delivery of twin boys at 29 weeks. From then on, my life has been devoted to the survival, growth, education, and happiness of my babies. I spent 4 or 5 hours every day in the car driving them to different, far away appointments and special schools. I was very good at this …and very bad at attending to my own life and health.

During this time I have gone from a size 4 to an 18, I am over 200 pounds and my percent body fat is somewhere above 45%. Most shocking (to me anyway) is that I recently had to start taking blood pressure medication. I am still active daily, walking 5 miles or playing racquet sports, but I need more than this recreational approach in order to recover my health and conditioning!

The boys are now adults, more independent, and it’s time to take back my life! The first steps to proper nutrition and exercise will be a rough road, but I know that my body responds very well to training, and that will be motivation in the extreme. With my men all back in the house this summer, one in officer training, another surviving on coffee and sugar, and a husband with gourmet cooking skills …we would all benefit from a nutritional course correction!

I’ve been unable to shed the last of the lower ab fat despite restricted calorie diets, fasts, etc. I think your program could be the last step in achieving my 6-pack goals!

Well Joel, what can I say except I have tried just about everything! I do consider myself a bodybuilder, but can never achieve that single digit bodyfat! I will turn 50 in October and have been told many times I look 40, thanks to working out for over 20 plus years, and good ole Mom’s gene pool lol. I have never had a problem with weights, but cardio is my downfall as I have been told you should perform it first thing in the morning (I’m not a morning person), but have put forth the effort with some results. I also know that nutrition is first, sleep second, weights actually 3rd, so trying to find that right balance has been frustrating to me to say the least. Granted I am down to about 13%, but stuck in a holding pattern. Hired a trainer this winter with a diet plan that did work to a degree but still can’t seem to find my plan! There is certain times to eat, and what to eat, but nobody has really layed it out. They only know whats works for their body type and I’m hoping your plan works for everyone as I’m sure you have put forth the effort to do so or you wouldn’t be where you are at today. I’m ready to get to the level I want to be at and 25 days sounds a lot better than 90. Might take a few cycles but then again it might not since I’m close. Your plan would be perfect for me because I have a very high fat percentage and a very low lean body mass, and I SO cannot just do a regular “diet” and lose more muscle. All the conventional exercise physiologists out there tell me “lose fat first” and then bulk up, but I never seem to get to the part where I put on good muscle, and your program seems to take that into account and run with it, so to speak! I have been working out and eating quite properly for a while now. My progress has been great but I need now an extra-push to get rid of the most subborn fat remaining. I’m a 48 year old and the mother of an 18 year old who has had her ups and downs like everyone else. I have always been fairly active and never really had to watch my weight. Over the last five years, however, I am noticing a change – could be hormonal from being pre-menopausal or just the fact that I am getting older. This past year has been very stressful… suffice it to say that my home environment changed drastically (and not in a good way) and my job responsibilities have tripled. They say you can’t go back, but I don’t believe that. In fact, I am willing to bet that I can go back, and even achieve a better state of fitness, health and body shape than I had before. I know it won’t be an over night get fit quick process, or easy, but rather a commitment to a change in lifestyle, diet, and exercise. I will do what it takes to get rid of the fat, build back lost muscle and retrieve a healthy state.

I know what needs to be done, but can’t seem to find the right plan to do it. After seeing your plan, I’m confident that it is the correct solution and motivator to get me to where I want to be.

I wish the “Fountain of Youth” came in a bottle. But,sadly it doesn’t. Being a
51 year old woman it has recently hit me that I am the one holding the bottle,
now I have to open it. It is not enough to have a youthful attitude if you don’t
have a healthly body to go along with it.

Hello Joel. This program of yours comes to me at a time in my life in which I am about to embark on a drastic but exciting life change.

I am 48 years old and have been following a lifestyle of nutritional discipline since my teens. I have had my periods of setbacks and at one point became very unhealthy with an increase of 75 pounds over the recommended weight for my age and height. I have successfully lost that weight and have managed to keep it off for over 8 years now. Since I am no longer as young as I use to be it is increasingly harder to sustain an appearance of having an athletic body. I either look emancipated trying to stay lean or tend to become flabby and retain weight in my upper chest and abdominal area if I try to overcome to emancipated look.

I am moving out of the country within the next 60 days and have been looking for a sound program that is not only a discipline in exercise but a complete program of nutrition, exercise, motivation and one that is not perishable but continues to be refreshed as yours is. It is important to me to stay current with new ideas, methods and regimes and your program does deliver. I am just so tired of being that fat girl. Ive tried everything possible spent tons of money of products that simply don’t work and I’m starting to think that there will never come a time where I will be able to walk down the street with self confidence. I cant afford to spend any more money on useless products, especially since I had my second child. I just can’t seem to break that barrier. I eat right get lots of protein the right carbs, Ive done the research and the vigorous workout routines, but the body i want and work so hard for still eludes me. I need help. I want to around for my kids lives. My husband is in the Navy and he just got back and now is the perfect time to do this, because he will be here to watch the kids while i workout and he is the only support system I have.

Hi! I have been researching everything I can get my hands on for a program that will work for me. I’m a mom of 2 very active teenagers and need to keep up with them as well as my husband and his 3 jobs and our farm. (plus my own job!) What I’ve learned from your updates has really got me excited!
