Hey Joel, thank you for giving everyone the opportunity toget all of this information for FREE!! Its an awesome thing you are doing. Every fitness/nutrition program out there always wnats to CHALLENGE you to get the program and see what it can do, but since you are giving it away for free which is BOLD in it self, I am going to go bold with my my reply(not meaning any of this in an arrogant or cocky way). If i am chosen for your free gift I will take it step by step and do the program to a an exact T. I am almost 40 years old and about 75lbs over weight. I am been dieting and working out for a few years and I am not seeing the changes I want. I need to shed this belly so I am keep up with the my friends in family in all the summer fun. I am finding the older I get the harder it is and my sons need for me to be around a long time..

I would love to win the XFLD because I have literally, well almost literally, tried every plan out there. I can not seem to lose the fat around my middle. I have lost 105 lbs in 3 years and have muscle everywhere it seems but in my mid section. I have toned my arms and legs (yes they still have a ways to go but not nearly as bad as my middle.) I have gone from a size 28W to a 10-12, yes a huge improvement, but I feel if my middle caught up with the rest of my body I’d probably be a size 6. This is so important to me because I am a busy mom of 4 and and pediatric nurse. I decided to lost weight because I want to be a positive example for my kids and my patients and I don’t want my kids to grow up the same way I did for over 20 years. And, with the rise in obesity in children, it was time I took a step in the right direction. It kills me to go to work and have to give blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetes medicine to 8 year olds, but it’s the cold hard truth. I couldn’t preach about living healthy if I wasn’t doing it myself. So I busted my tail and lost the weight. Now I just need that little extra. I’m down from 249 (at 5’1″) to 145 lbs.

I actually just finished John Romaniello’s Final Plateau Fatloss. It was a six week program. I do intend to go through the cycle again. While I was actually much to heavy to consider myself a “final” fatloss candidate, I went trough the program anyway and results were very satisfying.

I accompanied the program with a diet recommended by Timothy Ferris. And it worked well. It’s got the cheat day as a part of the plan. So since you are adding information especially on cheat-days, I think I can now do even better than before.
I consider myself a perfect candidate because I already know what it’s about pretty much and just looking for the extra tweaks and tricks. I just finished Roman’s cycle and would start using your diet the very moment I get the material to be a physical rockstar another 6 weeks down the road.
I am also looking forward to it because I love Timothy’s diet, but it’s very boring. So whatever you are going to recommend to us will be different at least in parts.

Hi, I have never been really into sports and healthy eating. I was always pretty fit and never really put on any weight. However, once I turned over 35, things started changing and I got a bit out of shape. I am now looking for the perfect program and companion to help me getting my body back in shape.

I’ve been struggling with my weight for as long as time. I’ve tried countless diets and exercise programs. Last year I went thru another crazy diet, in another attempt to drop the pounds witch I so desperately needed to get rid of. That lasted about 8 months, and I actually lost 50 pounds. But after a time my body just went crazy! I couldn’t take it anymore. The cravings were driving me crazy.
Well, to cut the long story short, I gained it all back and some more. It’s like no matter how much self-will and discipline we have are body’s controls us.

I’ve always been impressed with the results you display. I am a 31 year old male that is just plain ‘ol out of shape. I started running recently, but soon realized that an hour on the treadmill is boring. I work two jobs, so I often find myself eating whatever I can quickly get my hands on. I’m 5’10”, 165lbs, and according to my Tanita scale at home – 21% body fat! I need help with my diet and burning as many calories in as little work out time as possible! Joel, I have a bazillion reasons, but in the interest of time, here are my top 3:

#1: I need help!! I’ve tried so many different diets over the last 10 years – WW, Carb Addicts, cabbage soup, shakes, juices, diet pills, etc. I lose for a while, then return to my previous size, only flabbier than when I started. I have cellulite plodding its way along my body like the “proverbial” turtle from The Turtle and the Hare. It seems like every program focuses on either diet or exercise, not both. I need a program that shows me how to make both of them work together.

#2: I’m willing to work hard. A month ago, I finished my first marathon the day after my 30th birthday. I started training this January, and I’m proud to have attained my goal 3 weeks ago. HOWEVER, I was hoping that weight loss might be a pleasant side effect. I mean, if 26.2 miles isn’t going to peel the fat off then what will, right? I know, I know… WRONG! If you can show me what I need to do, I will do the work to achieve my goals!

Reason #3: My husband and I want to be pregnant with our 3rd child…fairly soon. I don’t want to go into the pregnancy fatter than I have ever been. Have you ever been around a woman who is unhappy with her body AND insanely hormonal? For my husband’s sake, I need something that works great and works FAST. (Hint, hint…YOUR PROGRAM!)

Dear Joel, a brief background – age 43, male, married, 2 kids, weight 210lbs, height 174cm, waist 41cm. I have a very busy life and many family and work responsibilities. I am an “all or nothing” type of guy and since I have put on over 15kg in the past 18 months due mainly to my sedentary life style and stress levels, I know that I should be trying to lose weight, which in turn will increase by energy levels, reduce risks of heart disease and diabetes and provide a host of other benefits. My problem was to try and maximize the benefits from exercise in the least amount of time. However, to find a program that does this is not easy because the internet bombards you with so much information that you become overwhelmed and even more confused as to where to start and then generally you don’t do anything.

My story is not so impressive but I really would like to get this information.I find it so challenging to get to my ideal weight but have never really given up trying.I have been fighting a losing battle!(HAHA!)I have been,as Bridget Jones has said “just a little fat”, most of my life.I absolutely believe I have wrecked my metabolism by dieting over and over.I am heavier now than ever!Losing 20 lbs AND FINDING A WAY TO KEEP IT OFF is what I hope you will give me.

I am not obese,I excercise almost everyday, am vegetarian and dont eat very much processed food.I have tried everything I know, including reading most of the diet books and hypnosis.But,for whatever reason,I have failed.Not pulling through on a committment to yourself humiliates you and robs you of self esteem and social confidence.You can’t count on yourself.

My doctor recently told me I need to lose 20 lbs because it is almost all belly fat but my real reason is that I am going to be 60 in a few months and I will have to face the fact that my life has gone by in this state and this extra 20 might shorten my life,contribute to dementia but even more painful,it will have cost me pride when I look back on my life at my end.

I have been on some sort of a diet for 17 years. I have had success with some and no success with others. I have worked out like a mad woman at the gym and I have been sedentary. I can literally say I have done it all in regards to weight loss, even harmed myself at times. I am so tired of this roller coaster ride.
My mom got sick 2 months ago – between diabetes, arthritis, etc. she ended up in the hospital. I made up my mind right then and there as I watched her that this was NOT going to be my future. I immediately went back to the gym. My weight was 279lbs and BMI 59%. 8 weeks later I am 271lbs and BMI is 52%. Not to mention I lost 2” on my chest, 5” on my waist and 4” on my hips. Clearly, something is agreeing with me.
Doing research I came across your program and I strongly feel that it will work for me and could give me years back of my young life. There is no doubt that I am motivated and can do this. I think your program is the one thing that will work for me…Finally!

I am 64 years old with several health problems. I had polio at age 2 and wear a brace on my left leg & walk with a cane due to non-existent muscles in ankle & weak muscles in knee & hip on my left side. My right knee (the good one) had to be replaced in 2005 so I am slightly limited in the exercise I can do. I sometimes have to use a wheelchair when I shop or have extended walking to accomplish.

I have type 2 diabetes and have lost 25 lbs but need to loose more in tummy, hips & thighs; that stuborn fat that just won’t seem to budge! My osteoarthritis is not too painful now but I now have 2 deteriorating discs in my upper cervical spine. It would help me tremendously to loose 30 lbs or more so that I can continue to work and play with my 5 grandchildren.

I’m not one to give up or quit… “I hang in there” and will continue to use what ability I have to keep going (as my grandmother told me …”if you haven’t got what you need; use what you’ve got”). I believe this program would give me a hand up on my situation and may be “just the thing I need right now”.

Hello…I am 50 now..and have been over weight for 15 years. I went though the change of life at age 35 and from there the weight started the more the weight came on the less I was eating to the point I only eat once a day which was a very small meal…I went though many medical problems as well..including a tumour in the uterus. The medication alone caused many other problems… weight gain, irritable bowel syndrome and a digest problem. After I stopped the medication I lost about 40 lbs but am still 50 lbs over weight. I would really love to be able to carry around a book with me to help me stay on track. I need your program to help me.

A couple years ago my mom past away.She was diagnost with cancer and
within 6 months she was gone. Sence then my Dad has remarried and his new life doesnt really included me in his plans. Like many people I turned towards food to fill the void left by my parents. Unfortunately, I have tried to lose weight

My situation is a little different than others. I’m 45 years old with a bad back which requires a lot of manipulation to my workout routine. I cannot do intense cardio or certain exercises because of my back so diet is important. I think I do fairly well maintaining a good weight but my problem is I love sweets and I love In N Out. I want to have the best of both worlds. I learned a lot from just from reading “5 Sneaky Weight Loss Tricks” especially about Leptin and how it works. I would love to learn more from someone who understands eating “yummy food”. The other reason for my email is I am asked all the time by my colleagues (I’m a high school teacher) and friends about nutrition and exercise. I love reading and helping others and would love to pass on your knowledge and expertise to them. The first day I read “5 Sneaky Weight Loss Tricks” I was excited to learn something new and started passing the info on to others that day. Hi, i just have my baby 9 months ago and i have been trying to lose 40 pounds! i have a big thyroid problem so is very hard for me to lose weight and i can tell you that i try a lot to do right, i am from venezuela so i eat very good (vegetables, fruits, water…) but i realized i need something good, some guide; i really believe your program will help me.

I’m 30 yoears old and the times of being careless about diet and getting away with it are OVER! The thing is i have no habit of taking care of my diet. On top of that no trainer who would tell me what exercices would be best, no one to tell me what to eat and it is not easy to find the right people, since i live in Belgium and my french is just a bit better then basic.
XFLD looks like good “manual” and i am very good in following manuals, cause my work is all about following one, also my work has very disregulating influance on my body ( i’m a flight attendent) so i could very well use your manual to make it right again.

I have lifted weights for many years, and I eat healthy, but the older I get, the harder it is to get weight off if I gain. It is very frustrating. I would like to see if your program could solve the nagging problem of weight that just will not go away. Plus, I am single and I would like to feel good about myself so I can get out there and find someone!
