Hi Joel,
I don’t really know what to say to you that’s going to make you choose me over the numerous amount of people that need your help. So I’m just going to be open and honest. I am a mother of 3 that has been struggling for as long as I can remember to lean up and tone up. Before I had children it was a struggle, now it just seems like an impossibility. Changeing my diet always seems to help at first and then slowly the weight stops coming off until suddenly it’s back on. I’ve read the articles that you have sent and they make sense. I see that you are incorporating everything you know about nutrition and the bodies responce to nutrition to help keep your body in the fat-losing mode and out of the survival mode. In short, I feel that your system has the knowledge I need to get where I want to be for me and my family.
Sincerly, Melisa
I have always been one of those “fit but fat” people in my 28 years. I was and still am an athlete, but I am overweight. I have a reputation with my in-laws as a health nut—with spending hours 6 days a week at the gym, eating healthily and drinking close to a gallon of water every day, plus dancing and golfing every weekend.
However, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid) about a year ago. I have been taking synthetic thyroid hormones daily as prescribed by my doctor so my body should respond to Xtreme Fat Loss 2.0 like someone who has a normal functioning thyroid. Since the thyroid hormone controls metabolism, I believe that XFL 2.0 is what I need to reset it and get closer to a normal body weight and ideal body figure.
The only reason I want this so badly is because I want to make sure that my body is the perfect vessel to bring a child into this world. My husband and I have been married 4 years and we are at the point in our lives where we want to expand our family. A healthy body is what is needed to increase our chances for a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby.
XFL 2.0 will be a great resource for us to follow and achieve our health goals in order to conceive a child. It will also be what we need for us to be as healthy as we can as parents in order to be great examples of health for our future children.
In the past (when I was in the High School and the University) I was a very active person (almost every day in the gym), but at the end of my University I had my first son and had to start working all the time. The job started to control my life leaving lesser time to myself and my personal care. The gym was more infrequent every time and my shaped body started disappears ending in a pear-shape body with more belly fat and less muscle.
Last year I had an accident in a motorcycle and with a broken bone in my left hand I couldn’t do anymore exercise. Last January I had to travel to a mine in which every night we had anything else to do but going to the gym or sleep. I decided for the gym. I started lifting light weights and then continue to heavier weights, but with the belly fat in the same place. That’s why I decided to look for professional help in order to accelerate the progress and results. I bought some books and videos and now I am ‘landing’ on this accelerator which looks wonderful because has been looking for the fastest way to lose fat and get muscles.
I am crazy to know how to combine nutrition and exercises in the best possible way.
Congrats!
Why do I want a copy of XFLD? Because the creator of the program is one of the coolest if not the coolest guy in the internet but definitely the coolest trainer in the world(and I wanna be cool also together with you and Roman so we will be making the coolest trio in the Internet LOL). Yeah I love reading updates of yours(remembered KILL MODE and that gave me so much focus on training) and JR’s blog because of your good sense of humor and that makes me read every update of yours up to the last period(seriously). Now the best fat loss program is released and already read your report, I wanna have a copy of it because I’m super sure that it really works and most important I’m sure I will enjoy the world of fat loss! QUADRUPLE STUFF OREO ROCKS \m/
Joel –
I have struggled over the past year with a 25 pound weight gain. I went from 115 to 140 while eating healthy, jogging every day and strength training with a personal trainer. I have had medical tests run for any type of physiological issues, for which there are none. I tried a nutritionist, as well as, an incredibly restrictive diet program that was monitored weekly by professionals with no success. I really feel like I’m out of options. I once enjoyed shopping, buying and wearing cute outfits, and now I’m miserable when I have to go out because I’m embarrassed by the way I look. I’m keep trying, but nothing seems to help. I think your program sounds different than anything else I have tried so far; furthermore, it may just be the solution I’ve been waiting to find! Thank you for the opportunity.
Best Regards,
Christine
I must say over the years I have tried so many diets, machines, pills. I have been overweight all my life. I am 52. Just went through a divorce I didn’t want, and now a foreclosure on the house of my dreams. I am trying to turn over a new leaf in life, and I believe your system is the way to start. I have two kids 13 and 14 and I want to be there for them. I am at 265 and would like to get down to 200. Thank you for this opportunity to win your course.
I am a woman of 64 years. I have been trying to loose weight for the past 10 years. I loose some, then during the winter months I gain it back. I watch what I eat, but don’t seem to loose much. I have that lower tummy pouch that I can’t seem to get rid of. I am hoping that your program will help me loose that, everything else I have tried has done nothing to tighten or get rid of that pouch. I try to stay active, either walk on the treadmill or outside, when weather permits, 3 miles and/or video workouts.
Hi Joel – I am a former competitive runner (college) but still active mom who needs to get my lean body back. I am middle age (40s) need to loose about 20 lbs of fat and find my muscle under there. I never had weight issues until I hit my 40s. I eat very healthy, lean, unprocessed, fresh foods, am not a soda drinker or artificial sugar eater. I am not a sweet tooth and prefer to have fresh fruit over a cookies….. doesn’t mean I don’t have my cookies, ice cream and chocolate but do so on a very limited basis. I have a gluten and dair allergy so limit both of those foods substantially. Anyway it seems my metabolism had taken a tanker and it is very frustrating to exercise 3 days a week 1.5 hours/per, be active, eat healthy, sleep well (6-8 hours per night) and see this weight gain. So I am looking for a smart, sensible program with really good results. Your program, at least from what I have read so far seems to be just that. I am not afraid of hard work as long as it pays off. What I am doing now is not providing the results I am looking for.
I’ve been struggling with my weight for as long as time. I’ve tried countless diets and exercise programs. Last year I went thru another crazy diet, in another attempt to drop the pounds witch I so desperately needed to get rid of. That lasted about 8 months, and I actually lost 50 pounds. But after a time my body just went crazy! I couldn’t take it anymore. The cravings were driving me crazy.
Well, to cut the long story short, I gained it all back and some more. It’s like no matter how much self-will and discipline we have are body’s controls us.
I need something that will instruct me how to get in shape. When I went thru your program it covers it all! It doesn’t only guarantee results but it gives us full instruction. You guarantee results in your program—and I want to prove that! I want to prove that to myself and to everyone that I can get in shape! I do believe I can get lean and in shape, but I can’t do it on my own. I need the best a most efficient way to lose weight! And I think your program will supply me that!
Thank you, for the opportunity.
I’m 53 and in the best shape I’ve ever been. I teach Aerobics 3 times a week and my diet is extremely healthy. I have lost 35 lbs in the last year and still need to lose that last bit of belly fat. I am an extremely committed person and would really benefit from the combination of diet and exercise from this program. My Dad died of cancer and my Mom is a cancer survivor and has heart problems. I believe these are a result of a not-so-healthy lifestyle and I want to be around for many years to come. The answer….XFL 2.0. Thanks for considering my comments.
I have been half-assing my approach to getting lean and fit for several years now. getting down a few (or 15) lbs through diet but not much exercise, or doing lots of exercise without much care put towards my diet. i am a 47 year old woman who needs to lose about 25 lbs to be really fabulous. and being really fabulous is where i want to be. i love the idea of the total package fitness, diet and supplement program to follow. my job is demanding and my hours are long so the less i have to put into thinking about what to eat and how much/when to work out the more successful i think i’ll be. i am really motivated to make this work. choose me!
As a 63 yr old I have struggled with my weight up and down for years. My body needs toning and I need to be told what I can eat and what I can not eat. I need to get rid of the spare tire around my middle and my angel wing arms. I want to prove to myself as well as my family that a women my age can get back into shape and be healthier and stronger for it. I want to prove to the grand kids that hard work does pay off. I know your program is everything I need and more. Please help me get back into shape.
Hi Joel,
I’m the proud mother of 3 beautiful girls ages 9, 6, and 4 and while I have never been overweight, body confidence has not been a gift I’ve been blessed with. I’ve always tried to be a good role model for my daughters in making healthy choices regarding nutrition and exercise. Last year I started running and trained for my first half marathon. As I crossed the finish line, my family was there to cheer me on; it was such a great feeling of accomplishment. All throughout my training – running 5 or 6 times each week logging 20+ miles every week, I never lost 1 pound. I’m STILL confused by that even today! Clearly I’m not doing something right! I NEED your system to help do what training for a half marathon on my own could not do which is lose the fat, gain the muscle and give me the body confidence that I’ve always wanted. I can’t wait to get started with your program and be able to demonstrate to my daughters what it means to be confident.

Heidi
I’m a 51 year floater. When I wrestled as a teenager I would sink to the bottom of the pool no matter how much air I held. Now I float no matter how much air I expel, take high blood pressure and thyroid meds, and am loosing the fat battle. Multiple methods (exercise, diet, fasting) all work for me temporarily. Then my body gives the method the proverbial middle finger and my fat loss stops. Twice the velocity diet works well for me. The last time I actually gained fat percentage for the first 2 weeks (100% compliance with the diet). Maybe scheduled variation is the ticket. Thanks for the chance at a free version of this.
You need to pick me!! I need this today – I cannot wait even another day. I think this is what I am looking for – a PLAN day by day, a cheat day :) and only 25 days to a NEW ME!! This is it please help me start TODAY!! I want to be sexy and change my body. I just have a about 20 pds to lose BUT I need to gain that sexy muscle look and this I think will do it before my summer birthday. I CANNOT wait to tell all my friend what FINALLY WORKS!!
I have struggled with weight my entire life. Even playing sports in high school did nothing. I’ve tried the Six Week Body Makeover and couldn’t understand the contradictory instructions. At one point I even tried NutriSystem for 9 months, doing Tae Bo every other day with no weight change. The South Beach Diet made me GAIN weight. I don’t have access to a gym that I can join to use any kind of equipment, so a body weight program would be great. I need the students in my classes to respect me, instead of seeing nothing but a short blob in front of the room. At only 5’ 3” and 200 pounds, I need something to get me healthy. No one really knows just how much I weigh when they see me because my body fat is distributed all over my body instead of being concentrated in one area. I need a program that can slim me down from top to bottom and I think your program sounds like it could do the job.
Hey Joel,
I have been lifting for 30 yrs and I wished the information you have been providing had been available over that time. Like a lot of people I got my nutrition information out of the major fitness magazines and you can imagine how that turned out for me especially as having a busy schedule like most people and a love for food.
During the past several years by taking the easy way out, I have developed Metabolic Syndrome. I am not majorly obese but I am too heavy @ a body weight of 228 at a height of 5’9”. About 4 years ago because of my high BP I experienced a T.I.A. which put me in the hospital for 3 days, I am not lazy but I get discouraged when the weight doesn’t come off quickly enough for my taste.
Anyway, I am not crying or complaining about my situation I have just enjoyed yours and Roman’s blog and I am looking forward to seeing the program. If I don’t manage to win a copy, then I am sure that I will still get one because I am very intrigued and want to see some results super fast.
Thanks for you time and consideration,
Jon Alan
Hi Joel,
I am currently 18% bodyfat and trying to get down to single digits. I have tried carb cycling with some success over several years. I feel that your XFLD could be my ticket to single digits. I am currently competing in 11 Turbulence Transformation contest and I hope to place in the top three with the help of your program. I initially started the contest with 20% and feel 2% fat loss is average fat loss gains but I am looking for more than average fat loss gains. I hope that choose me because I will put the program to use.
Throughout my life I have been very active with sports, tennis, basketball, volleyball, etc. I never had to think about exercising because I was had something to work towards, like being a better athlete. Now, my athletic years are over and I have a job that requires me to sit at a desk most of the day with some travel. I’ve never been worried about my weight until recently when I put on a pair of my jeans and the seams seemed to be screaming. I was very uncomfortable with myself and when I took a hard look at my eating habits and my body I realized that I have not taken care of myself. I’ve tried to exercise more and eat right but nothing seems to work. I need a smarter program that combines eating the right things with the right workout. I lack the knowledge of working out to get the maximum results. I need your program to help me succeed and look sexy in a swimsuit this summer!

I am a challenge, and I love a challenge…
I am a realistic and logical female from England (UK), and I’m fed up of being owned by my body and unqualified eating habits. I anticipate that your program would suit me perfectly in my bid to rebuild and reeducate myself to become leaner/ stronger/ healthier *, and take command of what I should or should not be doing in this regard. I’m sure that I need your information to help me achieve this at this particular point in my life so I can break the cycle and not spend the next 30+ years feeling the way I do right now.
Your claims of sound nutritional, exercise and life changing advice seem to have a lot of credibility and fine endorsements, so I’m intrigued to see if you’ll consider me an apt student in order that I may learn and implement from the day of receiving hence forth in order to improve my life, possibly in ways I’ve never even considered.

Hi Joel,
I am 35 years old, I used to be in shape, but after I had kids I stopped working out. My kids have special needs and I lost myself taking care of them and their needs. Last year I decided to change that. I have already lost 20 pounds, but I need to loose the last ten, and gain more muscle. I have finally realized that the only way to take care of my family is by taking care of myself first. Your program sounds great, and something I can stick to. Thank you for the chance.

My submission is 251 words because I like to break the rules. 5 years ago I was 5’3 and 272 lbs. I went to my doctor to help me lose weight. I followed Weight Watchers and joined a workout class twice a week lifting tiny weights. In frustration at my lack of results, I frantically searched Google for answers. That is when I found Tom Venuto. I read Burn the Fat cover to cover and went out and bought a body fat scale the next day. As the weight kept falling off my doctor proclaimed me his “star” client while continually telling me I was working out too much, all I needed to do was “walk around the block at night.” Later I found Craig Ballentyne. The guys in the gym looked at me and shook their heads, they told me “you need to rest more between exercises and do more reps!” I have lost over 100lbs and maintained that for more than 3 years (an accomplishment in itself!). Not long ago I found Joel Marion and read the most revolutionary program I’ve ever seen – diet designed for your workouts. I got excited, really excited. I called my sister, my fitness buddies, my ex-boyfriend and said “I’m going to lose 25lbs in 25 days!! They said “it can’t be done, I should know better than to fall for a fad diet.” I know they are wrong, just like the others were. I just need your program so I can prove it!
Joel, I started my weight loss journey 2 years ago at 325lbs. I’m down 100lbs as of this week. I still need to lose about 60lbs. I feel your system is what I need to close in on my ideal weight. With the nutrition you talk about and system of working out, I would be delighted and excited to receive your system. I am still training with a trainer 2x a week and started a hardcore boot camp recently. There is nothing more that I want in life than to be the healthiest I can be.
Joel,
First of all, thanks for giving us a shot at your program. It’s pretty obvious from all the stories on this blog, that all of us are looking for something that works, is permanent & is healthy. I’ve been an athlete my whole life, but had coaches to guide me in my younger days. Now that I’m 51, I again need a coach again to keep me on course. When I was in the Army, it was easy to be fit because we had time built into our daily training schedule and we were required to maintain a certain weight/BFI. Now that I have to set time aside for myself, living away from my family (working for the Army as a contractor away from home) it’s been difficult to stay fit. Additionally, injuries have aided in putting 40 pounds on me over the past 10 years and have restricted my ability to reverse the weight gain. I’ve recently lost 10 pounds following your advice but need a lot more help. The XFLD program looks like the perfect recipe to help me on my lifelong journey to fitness. I look forward to joining with you to mentor me on my journey.
Thanks for your inspiration!
Barry
