I cannot wait to use this program, because I have always struggled with being slightly overweight. I have the discipline to stick to a program but since Jan, my schedule has changed a lot and I have struggled to stick to my regular routine. I am needing something to give me the structure and the kick in the butt to move on. I KNOW this is it – in fact, I have already started using some of Joel’s techniques and have seen results in these last 5 days, even without having the full program! I am a bridesmaid in August and I AM GOING TO LOOK MY BEST for that wedding.

In a nut shell I’ve allowed myself to fall out of shape. I’m a former powerlifter who never had to really worry about dieting. But after rupturing two discs in my lower back and injuring the labrum in my left arm I got away from lifting and exercise in general.

Fast forward 15 years, I’m 43, 65 lbs over weight and recently diagnosed with ‘pre’ diabetes. I can’t lift like I used to and I certainly don’t have the metabolism I had. I know with a proper diet and weight loss I can control the diabetes – but I need focus and structure to do it. I also need to get out of the powerlifters mentality and into a mentality to build my body properly. I can follow any structured plan – but I’m really at a loss at creating my own.

Joel, At this point in my life, and I’m in my mid-50’s, I have about 50 lbs to lose to get to the weight I would like to be. I’ve been over-weight about all of my adult life and no amount of watching what I eat, limiting fats, sugars, and carbs seems to work! You and your system are about my last hope before I resign myself to being over-weight for the rest of my life.

I’m 49 years old. I’ve gotten terribly out of shape over the last couple of years. My kids are now 15 and 16. We’ve been working on climbing the 46 High Peaks in the Adirondacks since they were 7 and 8. We’ve done 29 so far, but I just don’t feel up to it anymore. In addition my kids are avid skiers. My son telemarks and he loves the backcountry; no lifts. You have to earn your turns by skinning up the mountain. He goes to school in New Hampshire and has skied want Tuckerman’s Ravine. I telemark also, but only at lift serviced ski areas. We’ve done that together lots of times and it’s been great, but I want to head out into the backcountry with him. I’m not a great skier, but that’s not what’s holding me back. I’ve looked at the maps and the descriptions in the guide books and from my previous hiking experience I know I’m just not in good enough shape to get there. I really want to change that and it seems as though your program just might be the answer. I know that talking about skiing at this time of year may sound odd, but I really want to prepare for the next ski season and beyond as well as helping us complete the 46.

Hey joel..im just a normal guy who has a passion for life and i am tired of the traditional advice “eat less move more” why doesnt it work. I am praying that i cam get your program and after becoming the “animal” i know i can become i will spread the word like a preacher spreading the gospel. Working night shifts full time, pus a second (part time) job during the days and you get the idea how much stress my whole body/life is currently under. Yet I am highly optimistic that a simple, yet powerful plan like the Xtreme Fat loss system can help me lose the many pounds I need to lose. If this system can deliver the results that it claims to deliver under the most extreme circumstances -like my current life style- then there is no need for more advertising. I really would love to try your program , I am at the end of my road trying to lose weight and always failing . I was told I have a hormonal issue that causes insulin resistance. I used to devote more time to weight loss but I have 2 children I homeschool and have an elderly parent I have to care for along with trying to keep up with customers I service with my business . I have no time for myself I never wanted to get gastric bypass surgery but I feel so desperate I’m praying for an alternative .I have been on alot of programs and I believe what you are saying could work . I am familiar with leptin I was working with a ND who tested me and told me my leptin was too high a few months ago but he went out of business .My challanges have been
I reduce my intake and exercise more and end up sick because i get too run down with my schedule only to find a setback . Please can you help me?

I am fed up with paying for programmes that never aim up with all their hype. I can’t put a number on how many I have tried. If this does what it says it does I will pay for someone else after I see results.

I’m (almost) 41 and need to lose 50 pounds. I’m the perfect example of what dangerous crash dieting can do to one’s metabolism, having lost a lot of weight quickly using unhealthy methods, and then gaining it all back plus more. I am 58 yrs old. Too old to be involved in getting into good physical condition. I don’t think so. Otherwise I would not be responding to your offer. I need it because recently my Dr. gave me a wake up call by describing me as a “walking time bomb.” My lifestyle contributed to weight gain that increased my blood pressure, cholestrial and blood sugar. Hi there, I was very sick about 10 years ago, where I virtually turned around at deaths door. In order for the doctors to bring me back they had to give me cortezone drips for three weeks. Since then I have gained weight, which is affecting my back and everthing I’ve tried in the past has not been successful. I happened to come across your information while online one day; not really knowing who you were prior to that. I have been receiving the daily updates since and have been looking forward to each one. I have struggled with weight for the last 20 years of my life and feel that it has controlled me, restricting the me I want to be. I am easily 70 pounds overweight and it’s likely that my body doesn’t really differentiate between fat and muscle anymore. I want to be lean; I want my body to have muscle and I want to be healthy. I have never known how. I have tried several plans and failed each time, usually because my efforts, even though faithful, have not been fruitful. I understand this concept of breaking the starvation, just in time for the body to shut down, only to ramp it back up again. I believe that I just haven’t found the right program for my body yet. I also like that this isn’t just for the body builders out there, but regular, struggling people that just don’t fit our cookie cutter idea of “diet” in order be healthy and thinner. Thanks for caring about and including the underdog!

I am 35 and have a class reunion this summer! I would love to show up to the reunion shredded and being asked to share my secret of how I got so lean! I am in descent shape now but I am in need of something that will allow me to realistically be able to accomplish the goals that myself and anyone that would be interested in would be able to see their own ability to do so when told about how they can have a cheat day every week and not feel so restricted by their diet on those days. I would love the chance to be able to profess how this has worked for me so that others could try and do it as well. And did I mention that being completely cut this summer would be friggin’ awesome!

I am turning 48 this year and I came to the conclusion that “I need to lose weight” all by myself. Making a commitment to my health is very important and this is why I should make a plan before anything else. I will need to be willing to sacrifice a bit of comfort over the course of some months and with the help of the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet 2.0 system, I will achieve my goals.

I have watched all six updates and you made it seem so simple. You talked about how raising your metabolism is one of the keys to burning fat. The program seems to be very user friendly and not too technical. it also provides a no nonsense approach to weight loss. No gimmicks, or special machines, just soemdedication and hard work. Last but not least, you and your partners in the video are really to be admired for leading by example. I hope to be one of the selected. Joel, I’m 46 years old and need to lose an easy 25lbs quick. My wife and I will have a baby boy to deal with in 19 days or less, our 4th child. I’ve reached a point where the little extra weight I’ve been carrying around is more than annoying and will be having some tests done soon.
You see, I’m recovering from a heart procedure that was performed 2 years and things in my life haven’t been going so well, we all have our problems, but this little extra weight may be just enough to do me in.
So, before I have to start on diabetes medication, or some other treatment send me your treatment and let me tell everyone what really saved my life.

I’ve always been told by nutritionists and doctors that my genetics or metabolism wouldn’t allow me to be ripped and muscled that I had to live with my body fat. I want to prove everybody wrong. I’ve been working out and dieting for a long time and now I need that extra push to really consider myself a ripped muscle guy.

Well I’ve read your info and I’m really fascinated by it all, I have been saying for years that we were being lied to, I love how you have confirmed it for me. I have been applying everything I can and I get mixed up in the servings and when to apply (i.e cheat days, etc) to receive maximum weight loss! I am into learning as much as I can!

I’m 5′-6″ tall and I can’t get my weight much below the 189 lbs I presently weigh. Needless to say I’m overweight. I’m also a diabetic and my doctor tells me that if I can loose 10 or 20 lbs of fat I won’t have to take as much insulin as I do now (insulin makes you fat).

With diabetes comes complications (it actually like a curse), I have Angina due to a blocked artery in my heart. I’ve had a stroke due to a blocked artery in my neck. Diabetes is #1 cause of blindness and I’m developing cataracts and have dry eyes.

As a result of being overweight I also have sleep apnea. I just want to regain my health and I’m getting desperate, I need your help.

I am 49 and have been obese 250+ for over 25 years. my health is affected and I am now on BP meds. my shoulder is degenerative and lower back problems. My husband is on deployment right now and I NEED to get as much weight off as possible before he returns. This is a perfect way to do that. I have made healthy eating changes and feel good about that. I’m just tired of being fat and tired. When my husband returns and we go on vacation I want to be able to hike and fish and not have problems breathing because I am out of shape.

Hello Joel, first of all I want to thank you for creating this unique system that I feel will help me. I am 33 years old, 5’4 weigh 133 pounds, with a percent of body fat of 25%. I am at an average physical condition. Over the years I’ve managed to create a decent amount of muscle for my body, but I still have a great amount of fat underneath those muscles that is not letting me get that lean cut look I would like. I’ve tried lots of methods to lower my body fat to be able to see my hard gained work but nothing seems to be working for me! I know I can look and feel better once I start lowering that percent of fat that I can’t get rid of. Its really frustrating when you work your butt off and eat healthy to find out at the end that you still have the same amount of body fat you started out with although you have created some muscle. I would feel so happy if a receive this information to finally notice a real transformation. Thank you very much. Marie
