In June I will be turning 28 and going to the dreaded High School Reunion! I have been trying every diet, pill and workout plan out there for years, but I have never managed to get or maintain more than a 15lb loss. I stick to consistent workouts and healthy eating. Even though I have gained muscle, I am not getting the results I want. At the end of the day I am still 30lbs overweight, wishing I could have my old body back. And now I have to go show all my former schoolmates how it has all turned out. Aagghh! I am in the military, but stuck in a sedentary job. Every day that I go to work, is a daily reminder that I am not in the shape I should be, and that I’m not the example that my subordinates deserve.
I think XFLD will help me because it gaurantees the results I am looking for. I am in a very tight spot, and need to lose a significant amount of fat in a short amount of time, who doesn’t right! I know it is extreme and requires my dedication. Believe me I have done some pretty Extreme things in the name of fat loss. The fact that this can give me what I want, while working with not against my body in the process, has my full commitment! I have complete faith that this is going to work and is the answer I need!
