In June I will be turning 28 and going to the dreaded High School Reunion! I have been trying every diet, pill and workout plan out there for years, but I have never managed to get or maintain more than a 15lb loss. I stick to consistent workouts and healthy eating. Even though I have gained muscle, I am not getting the results I want. At the end of the day I am still 30lbs overweight, wishing I could have my old body back. And now I have to go show all my former schoolmates how it has all turned out. Aagghh! I am in the military, but stuck in a sedentary job. Every day that I go to work, is a daily reminder that I am not in the shape I should be, and that I’m not the example that my subordinates deserve.

I think XFLD will help me because it gaurantees the results I am looking for. I am in a very tight spot, and need to lose a significant amount of fat in a short amount of time, who doesn’t right! I know it is extreme and requires my dedication. Believe me I have done some pretty Extreme things in the name of fat loss. The fact that this can give me what I want, while working with not against my body in the process, has my full commitment! I have complete faith that this is going to work and is the answer I need!

In February I started my “improve my health” campaign. I started exercising regularly and eating properly. In this journey I have read many reports from experts such as yourself and have learned so much. Getting healthy really isn’t expensive..it’s about making better choices in what we eat and when we eat. I began my campaign because I am now over 50 and have been diagnosed with Lupus and I am determined that neither my age nor the Lupus are going to stop me from living a happier and healthier life. Your program is just one more step on my personal ladder to that.

For some people time is a luxury. For me, it’s not. I’m a stay at home mom with 4 young children (5 months, 2, 4, 5.) My goal this year is to lose 48 pounds. I want my body back; actually I want a better pre-babies body. I started this year on the right track. I cleaned up my eating and have consistently lost one pound a week. (I know that’s healthy, but it’s so slow when you want to see progress to stay motivated.) I’ve done this without working out due to back issues and an unrelated surgery. Did I mention that the 5 month old was actually a surprise? ;)

I’ve been back in the gym for my 5am workouts for about a month now. It’s hard to get up sometimes, but if I don’t get a workout in while everyone is sleeping, I just can’t workout. Much to my surprise my weight has been climbing in the WRONG direction. I’m at a complete loss, I’m frustrated and I just don’t know what to do. I never thought that at 39 years old (and 5’1″), that my body fat percentage would equal my age. I’m tired, just plain tired of fighting to lose the weight. I’m tired of not knowing enough about the right way to get the results I want. I want your help to get me going in the right direction. I need something EXTREME Joel. I need your program to get me there.

I used to be in the Canadian Armed forces, in shape, physically fit, loving my life. Fast forward that 7 years and I have two beautiful children and 30lbs to lose and not in shape, not physically fit and no longer in the Army. I excel when I have outlines planned for me, like the military when I was told to do something I did it, that was my job. I think the XFLD is perfect because it is exactly that, I am told what to do, when to do it. I want to lose my stubborn fat….actually I need to. Oh man, where do I begin. I have tried EVERY diet and exercise plan out there and they all work…for a week or 2, and then everything comes to a grinding halt. Atkins, WW, South Beach, you name it. It is so incredibly frustrating because this has been going on for me my entire adult life. Now that I am entering menopause, it is just getting worse. What used to be 3-4 good weeks before a plan stops working is now 2 weeks at most. I would give anything (well alright, almost anything) for a plan that would keep the weight coming off. It sure sounds like XFLD could be what I NEED and what I WANT! Is it possible that a 50 something can actually achieve her health and fitness goals with XFLD? I sure hope so!

I would love to get my hands on the Xtreme Fat Loss 2.0 System because like everyone else, we are looking for an effective way to lose weight. I admit that I am overweight and have tried many kinds of diets. But after reading through the 5 sneaky tricks to triple fat loss I was intrigued by the scientific way Joel Marion approaches fat loss, by the foods we eat and the type of exercise we should be doing. I have been recently diagnosed with GOUT, and my doctor told me that my weight was a main contributor. If anyone has had a GOUT attack, you all know that this is very painful. Couple of weeks ago, I felt the pain in my left knee. It was so painful, I was actually on crutches for a week. I don’t know about you, but I do not want to feel this type of pain again. The only way that’s going to happen is if I lose weight. My goal is to lose a 100 lbs. I am super motivated, and believe that Xtreme Fat Loss 2.0 System can help me achieve my goal. I am especially curious about reading about the “CHEAT” day.

From the time I was little I have always been a little on the heftier side. Not extremely obese, but definitely did not have a body I was proud of. It wasn’t until my Junior year in college I discovered the benefits of running and was able to drop my weight to about 145. I began to be very conscious about what I ate, I felt a lot better. However, I still did not have a body that I was particularly proud of. It’s been 7 years now, and I still run 3 miles almost every day. The problem is that I spent about a year out of the country and put on about 10-15 pounds. I’ve taken most of that back off, but it’s goes up and down constantly.

I struggle a great deal with weight in my hips, thighs, and rear. So it seems that no matter what I do to rid myself of that unsightly portion, nothing works. I have tried a great many things, and am often discouraged that many exercises I’ve tried actually bulk me up and make me larger! It’s definitely not cool when I can’t fit into my clothes BECAUSE I’ve been exercising. Inevitably I return to running on the tredmill because it is the only thing that will help me at least maintain my weight. However, I can never get over that plateu and rid myself of those extra pounds that hang on.

I’m only 5’4″, so I know I could lose at least 20 lbs and be far better off. I am 26 years old and have no children, but it scares me to think that someday, if I have a child, I will gain excessive amounts of weight and not even be able to get back to where I am today. Many in my family are excessively overweight and I never want to reach that point. I’ve witnessed what it has done to their health, and that fear alone is probably what keeps me from gaining more today. I consistently do my best to watch what I eat, but I also realize that health isn’t crash dieting. It’s a lifestyle change. I want to set habits in my life right now that will carry over for the rest of my life. Thank you for the information you are providing! I’m sure that many will be encouraged and thankful for your insight!

I need this to be my last diet. I’ve just turned 44 and at 30lb over the weight I was at 25, with 33% body fat mostly around my middle, I really need a program that will motivate me once and for all to get into a healthy shape. My dad has recently been diagnosed with diabetes and I am now aware that I am at risk of this too, unless I can turn this around. For me it’s all about motivation and sticking to the plan even when the results aren’t immediate. I’m prepared to work at it and am hoping that this will be the start of a new healthy phase of my life.

I think this program is perfect for me because I am about to wrap up my online coaching with John Romaniello (woot!). That said, he’s got me gaining some muscklez right now and I’d like to use it to see how low I can take my body fat percentage this summer.

This program gets results. That is just what I need! I have spent years of my life with hours in the gym and reading about nutrition only to get little to no results. What is crazy is how some of the things discussed in the updates contradicts what I have read- no wonder I’m still struggling! I am so tired of having hard time figuring out what to wear, I want to be able to throw on anything in my closet and feel confident again! Having just moved to Miami, I want the body I had in college- I thought that required 2hr workouts 5x/week. I am a 52 year old woman who finally “got it” at the age of 49 and decided to get healthy. I started by walking off 30 lbs. Still felt tired and weak. Joined a fitness club and had a trainer for a year and a half. Lost another 5 lbs. and gained some muscle. Still have more to go but have reached a plateau (and have been stuck here for 6 months) that has me very frustrated. I have listened to the downloads and to the audio interrogation 3 times! I think that this is the perfect program to get me going again. I am very interested in good nutrition and good sound workout programs. This sounds like a program that could help me immensely. This sounds like a program that is simple to follow and very beneficial! I would love the opportunity to finally know what it feels like to be at a healthy weight. I have a 7 year-old son and would love to be more active. I am 35 and have been overweight most of my life. I have tried many other plans and have had limited success. Some are simply too diffcult to follow or too expensive to continue. I have had a screwed up metabolism since I can remember and I know it slows with age. I have been following another diet plan for 4 months, weight loss not good, eating healthy foods very good. I used to do lots of training and even competed in a figure competition less than 2 years ago, but now I gained lots of fat and I’m very depressed. I lost my motivation and need help. I’ve tried a few times to go on a diet within last year, but since I don’t lose the fat, I get discouraged. This girl is in it to win it! I am not over weight I am 20 years old and work out at least 4 times a week. My diet is extremely clean, but it seems that now that i have finally achieved a flat tummy I have not been able to move past it !! I want to get much leaner, I don’t just want to get slim I want hard lean muscle and if your “Guinea pig buddy” lol was able to lose about 14 lbs after already being lean then this has to be the key for me! I know I’m young but if I get lean now, this will keep me soo much more motivated to maintain my health and keep pushing my self to knew levels of fitness, c’mon brah hook it up, you know I sound too cool to pass up! Ok now I’m just trying to get ya to remember my comment better than everybody else’s…did it work?! I am 36 and a former high school athlete and U.S. Marine. I consider my level of knowledge about health and fitness above average, however my current job and lifestyle is pretty sedentary. I have completed the P90x and Insanity programs to get back into shape. I have even tried the 4 hour body book as well. While I am in some pretty decent shape, I am still overweight (BMI is still over 30 (Obese!). I would like to see if the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet 2.0 can give me what other systems could not; a 6 pack!

To be honest, I’ve seen plenty of these types of giveaways where all you need to do is explain why you need the material, but I have never responded. Mostly because while I wanted the material I never felt like it was exactly what I needed or it was exactly the right time. You’re a smart guy, so I’m guessing you have inferred why I am responding now.

After having numerous starts and stops over the years, I started working out regularly again in mid-April. I am hitting a bit of a motivational slump after that initial high and your program is coming at the exact right time to 1) give my motivation a boost and 2) give me the extreme results I need to stay motivated for the long-term. I know your program will work for me because I have had success with other programs you put together in the past and know whatever you produce will be phenomenal.

Giving it to me isn’t going to save my Grandmother’s life. It isn’t going to keep 101 puppies from being turned into a random woman’s fur coat (that’s a 101 Dalmatians reference for those of you who think I’m insane). And it isn’t going to bring about world peace. It is simply the right time for me to use this product to produce amazing results to give me back the body I had so I can show it off when I go to the beach in 9 weeks.

I’m 60 and fat so I’d like to see
just what your program could do for me.

I was informed of September of last year that my weight had balloned up to 507lbs. I told myslef that I was going to lose weight and from October thru February I dropped down from 507 to 484. That was with a little more exercise and an attempt to eating better. Since then I have completely dedicated myself to losing weight. From mid February til today May 20th I have dropped 52 more lbs and am down to 422lbs. My goals is to get to a solid 240 – 260lbs with a body fat percentage in the single digits. I have done research as to how to achieve this goal and through it all I realized that I have a passion for nutrition and training so I will be starting my cpt training this summer thru the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I want to try your program because I believe that it can hold the missing piece to my puzzle to reaching my goal. I have the determination, drive, and dedication to making this happen and I believe that the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet is my tool.

I need this dude!! I would love to be a winner. I am getting married in just over 4 weeks and I have been on a strict diet for the past 4 where I have stopped eating wheat, caffeine, Dairy, Alcohol and Processed foods. I have got some great results with what I am doing but NOT the kind you are talking about !! I have loved being on this diet and seeing my body change, butI think I need a slight change to get in seriously awesome shape for the big day. I mean the photos are for life right?! I am 52 years old and when I was younger could not gain weight if my life depended on it! For the last 15 years I have tried to fight the weight gain that I aquired from thinking I woulsd always be thin. I read about and tried every program on diet and resistance training available and have not been able to lose the 60 lbs I have gained. When I look at some of the other progams I am not very impressed by the results of the people who have submitted after pictures. However, when I saw the pictures of the people who submitted their pictures from XFLD I believe this might just be the program that will work for me! I would be very grateful to win this progran and would give it all I got.

As a single mom with three very active kids it makes it difficult at times to keep on a healthy diet and exercise. With limited time it is difficult to go through all that research you have spent so many years to accumulate. It is also challenging to know whether what you read is right or wrong.
