Joel,
Looks like all the comments are about the same. Bottom line I’m 75 and no matter what I try the weight loves me. I have many friends in the same boat.
If this would work for me they would buy from you.

I want and Need this, I’m way over weight and Dr. says to lose it. It seems that I’ve tried it all in my 70 years on this earth but haven’t lost it yet. I hope it isn’t with me forever, and I’d like to try your diet. Barb
Why? It took me a year to lose 25+ lbs on a well know diet plan. I kept it off for 5 years following the point system religiously. I was also running 1/2 marathons & sprint triathlons. Over the past 1 1/2 yrs I have been eating ‘normal’ and – you guessed it – have gained the 25+ lbs back. I know it is all fat! Fat around my mid section, back, etc. There is a SECRET to losing this fat and it is not just calorie restriction – I want to find the SECRET! Is it the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet?! I would like to find out!
I need this because of where I have come from and where I want to go. January of 2010 I was obese with a blood pressure of 220/180 and had a small stroke. Since then I have through hard dieting and extreme exercise I have lost 83 pounds, moved from and obese BMI to a normal one, and my blood pressure is down to an average of about 108/70. However, one goal remains, I want a six pack. I have never had one in my whole life, at least not a visible one. I am at that point where to achieve that goal I need a program that will push that last fat loss while holding on to my muscle. Pick me so I can finally have that cut body I have wanted as I am sure it will bring that.
Joel, I just hit the big 30. When I graduated high school I had a six pack and very little body fat. Since then I have put on 40-45lbs. About 25-30 lbs of muscle but I have never seen my six pack again. I like to exercise and work out but it was not until recently that I realized that I was missing the nutritional part that my body needs. I feel that your program will help me in this area along with a better workout system that will help me burn off the last few lbs and body fat I need to get rid of.

You know those fitness models in publications like Oxygen and Fitness RX? Well, I’m almost there, but can’t seem to get to the finish line. I need the EXTREME FAT LOSS SYSTEM to help me shake things up and show my body who’s boss. :)
Joel – I am stalled. I am 100% OVER the emails and the marketing and the videos. I have tried almost all of it and feel like it’s only flattened my metabolism and desire to work any harder. I have about 40lbs to lose, but I have a LIFE, too. I need the blueprint for doing it right so I stop overthinking what I should do to get in the kind of shape where I can run more with my kids. And I want to tout something to the world, “Yes, THIS is what does it, XFLD.”
Cheers mate,
Geoff
All the people commenting here have very good reasons why they should be the winners. My reasons are much like theirs. I have battled the weight loss game all my life with little lasting success. My feet, ankles, and knees keep telling me I need to finally succeed or be reduced to inmobility. I want to ‘go green’ and walk and ride a bike but first I have to get the pounds off once and for all. I know it will be a lifestyle change. I’m ready if you are.
You know that scene from A Knights Tale when Heath Ledger’s character is trying to apologize to the beautiful maiden for being a jerk by writing a letter. He, not being good with words, uses a combination of thoughts from his friends and closes with the thought of a widowed blacksmith when she says that she likes to end everything with Hope.
For someone struggling with body image and excess weight hope is all you fall back on until you’ve failed so many times that you’ve got nothing left.
I didn’t grow up heavy, that came in between the five kids. I can’t even say because of the five kids since I always lost my baby weight. I weigh 75 pounds more now than when I married 27 years ago. My husband is the sweetest, most supportive man that tells me he loves me daily, but the words don’t even break the surface because of how I feel about myself.
Hi Joel, I’m a 58 year old retired firefighter. During my career I was required to stay in pretty good shape. I keep a body fat range of about 12 to 14 percent (not great, but okay I felt for a 45+ guy). After retiring I started to put on some weight, a little at first, then before I knew it I was about 35 pounds over my ideal weight. I don’t even know how it happened. Well that’s a lie; I ate too much, ate the wrong food, and didn’t exercise as often as I should have. I now have “love handles” and a gut. I’ve been following your tips for several weeks and have managed to lose about seven pounds, but I don’t seem to be able to lose any inches. I’ve started working out again but don’t have a real plan to show what and how to exercise. I do pretty well with a comprehensive plan to follow and feel your program would be just what I need to get back to a good body shape. I may need to lose the pounds, but I don’t mind weighing a little more if my body fat could go back to a better level. Thanks for your tips and encouragement.
At 51, I am struggling to keep the “spare tire” from inflating around my middle. I have worked hard to keep “the spread” in check and finding it so difficult to lose. I have pissed off my body in the past with low calorie diets. I have run myself ragged on treadmills in the never ending pursuit of burning calories. Still, the spare tire may get smaller, but never goes away…I want it to be gone! I need this program to help me develop a synergy between what I eat and my exercise program…to work smarter, not harder. I believe this program can teach me how to keep my body happy, while achieving the goal of a negative calorie balance without shutting down my slowing metabolism. I do lead a busy life between work and family, and don’t have a lot of time to experiment in the kitchen or be in a fitness center. As a result, I need this program to help me rethink or retune my work outs to better sync with a thought out daily diet to lose fat…but not muscle. Losing muscle is a non- starter, I believe this program can help me achieve my goal to become fat lean and muscle toned all the while enjoying a few cheat days without guilt. Lastly, I’d like a program that I can focus on for a short time period, seeing results in the mirror…the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet is the program to do just that.
Joel,
I am a fifty plus year old male. I have tried a lot of different things. I do exercise regularly (5-6 days a week) usually doing fairly extreme aerobics. I just can’t get the weight off. While it is unhealthy it also affects my employment. I would appreciate the opportunity to try your program.
Jim
Good morning,
Not sure really where to begin on this… so let me start by saying I am the proud mama of two children. I desperately need to lose at least 100 pounds. I don’t want to be skinny (although it would be nice) I just want to be a healthy weight so I can keep up with the kids and so I can live to see them grown. I have never been skinny I have always been overweight, the one that was made fun of in school, therefore I have a low self esteem. Although looking back, I would love to weigh what I weighed in high school. However, then I always felt fat because I was so much bigger than my classmates. I have PCOS so losing weight is always difficult for me and it has only gotten harder with age. I avoid a lot of social situations due to my weight; I even avoid pictures with my kids. I am desperately looking for something long term that will help me. I am nearing 40 and have been overweight since starting school. This plan gives me hope and encouragement. Thanks and God Bless!
I’m 35 years old with two kids. With every child I gained a lot of weight. My heaviest was 205 and I’m only 5’4″. I’ve been able to loss weight in the past, but recently I went through something (I think it was hormonal), but I gained 30 lbs in about 6 months. I currently weigh 180 lbs. I don’t feel good about myself and I certainly don’t feel sexy. Everyone in my family comes before me and I’m ready to start giving back to myself. My 5 year old is super active and I would love to do more with her and feel good about myself again. I hope you can help. Thank you.
Hi Joel,
At 26 years of age I did not think that weight or workouts would be a problem but now at 52 it has become a reality. I work hard each week at maintaining the weight I am now. I really want something that will make the difference to get back to that 26 year old’s weight and energy. At this point I think it’s impossible. Can you program transform me back to that guy! (with gray hair of course!)
Thanks for making a great offer to those of us who are sometimes a little skeptical!
I am 63 years old. The last four years at my job has been pretty sedentary, sitting at a desk 8 hours a day. After watching my weight creep up to 265 pounds, I decided that it was time to do something about it. I got the Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle program from Tom Venuto and a BodyMedia Fit armband calorie watcher in February. In the last three months I have lost 30 pounds using cardio, resistance and closely monitoring my nutrition, but have reached a point where it is harder to get the fat off. I would like to lose another 35 pounds and I believe that your Extreme Fat Loss System will provide me the extra edge that I need to continue on. Also my partner has tried about every diet possible and while she might be classified as a skinny fat person, she is looking forward to an approved cheat day. She loves pizza.
Hi Joel!
My 44th birthday is next week and I think it would be a wonderful birthday gift! I have been “seriously” working out at the gym (usually 5 days/week) for the past few years and feel incredible! But, the past few months I have noticed a difference in my body (gaining weight and not sure why) and I think I need to change up my workouts (without spending more time at the gym) and I don’t know how. I have read your posts, etc. and everything you have talked about makes sense to me. I think this program would be just what I need!
Thank you!
Tammy
Thanks for the great opportunity, Joel.
On June 10th I will be turning 40. Two weeks later I will be playing in Spikefest, a 3-on-3 grass volleyball tournament, with an old college buddy. I’ve been training for about 2 years now, and i have your 1000 calorie challenge, but I can’t cut my last 10 pounds of fat. I would love to show up at Spikefest totally ripped. The photos, and there will be many, will last forever.
Thanks
Hey Joel,
I am writing this on behalf of myself and my 18 year old daughter… Personally I only need to lose about 15 pounds, but need toning… My daughter is at 270, just beginning a new phase of life as she graduates high school, and desperately wants to be slim and fit. She has major thyroid issues and is on medication for it. I am so afraid she will end up diabetic if she doesn’t do something soon. I believe your program can change both our lives as I am going to work the program with her for motivation. Your program could give her a new chance at life with more confidence in herself than she already has, so please consider sending me the free gift!!!
I am 68 years old and overweight(at least 100 lbs.) I have struggled with my weight for years. I have tried different diets. I cannot do much exercise because of knee problems and back problems. Last fall I was in the hospital with pneumonia and again 2 months later with a big blood clot in my lungs. I am slowly getting better, but with medications I am taking, it isn’t helping me lose weight. I have lost 10 pounds but it is a struggle to keep it off. Hopefully I will be off coumadin in a couple of months and will my health back. Your program would help me get back into shape. Thank you so very much for all you do to help people.
Hi Joel,
As a mother of 2 I regained my pre-baby body and fitness after my 2nd child through clean diet and exercise. A few weeks ago I suffered a late miscarriage followed by heaps of comfort eating which has me back at the weight I was immediately post baby 2 and uncomfortable in my clothes.
I am on a mission to refresh my diet and exercise program, I want to get back to that fitness and leaness (and more!) that I was prior to trying for another baby.
I am excited about the Xtreme Fat Loss program & to see if cheat days do really keep that leptin where it’s supposed to be and the fat coming off!
I am super motivated to see if XFL (2) really works to achieve my goals through scientific understanding and hard work. I admire your hard work in researching this program and look forward to the results!
Hi Joel,
I’m a 43 yr old ex gym rat. I used to spend hours in the gym. Lately, my work schedule has kept me working graveyards and days, alternately, with no set schedule. As the gym in our town (we only have one) has very limited hours, a workout has been hard to fit into my schedule. As a result, I’ve gained about 30 pounds in the last year. A copy of this program is something that I could use. Good luck to all who enter!!
I used to be in the Canadian Armed forces, in shape, physically fit, loving my life. Fast forward that 7 years and I have two beautiful children and 30lbs to lose and not in shape, not physically fit and no longer in the Army. I excel when I have outlines planned for me, like the military when I was told to do something I did it, that was my job. I think the XFLD is perfect because it is exactly that, I am told what to do, when to do it. I want to lose my stubborn fat….actually I need to. This diet that you have put together is exactly what I need to succeed. I need someone to give me orders on how to lose weight and get my body back!!
Thanks!
Lindsay
I am not going to make up some story just to try and win a copy of this program. I will be completely honest with you and say that I want this program because I want to look great at the pool at the Rio in Las Vegas over labor Day weekend. I want to look damn good and know it. I workout and do intense cardio but my diet and supplement intake and timing is really off and want a set program that will tell me little tricks and strategies that will get the stubborn fat off my midsection. Having read countless articles and opinions of different trainers, bodybuilders etc, whom often conflict on their ideas I am seriously confused on what works the best. I have followed your work and some of your best friends and know that the programs you put together are bouth sound and very effective. Thanks for reading this.
hi there,
I am a certified personal trainer in Ontario, Canada. I, like you, use my body as a human lab when it comes to providing the absolute best and most cutting edge training methods and practices to my clients. I am absolutely proud of my motto that “I will never have a client do something that I haven’t done myself”. It’s important to me to practice what I preach and to be a role model. I am looking forward to testing out your program on myself to see if it can work on the stubborn belly fat that seems to always want to hang around. I am a mom…and with babies comes trouble areas that you didn’t know you had. I don’t have much weight to lose, more toning and muscle building. I just completed a 6 week round of the FPFL program and am looking forward to continuing these cutting edge workouts in your XFLD program. If it works for me, I can’t wait to encourage clients and friends to give the program a try. As a personal trainer I am constantly bombarded with questions from clients, friends and even strangers, and my brain is always being picked for the best way to lose weight, lose fat, and gain muscle. I would love to be able to recommend and share your program with those who have come to trust and respect my professional opinion. I want to see how the program will work on a very fit, strong, disciplined, passionate, knowledgeable, and experienced woman and personal trainer who already considers herself in great shape. I would be willing to track and share my results with you.
