I’ll be 63 in about 23 weeks and have been working hard over the past couple years to lose weight and get in shape. I was able to lose 125lbs and workout in pool (2000meters) twice a week and a Personal Trainer (plus 50min on an Eliptical/level 11) twice a week and feel I am in shape, but still haven’t achieved the fat loss and body transformation that I want. I’m 56, my goal is to lose 30 pounds and want to get into shape to conquer Jackson Hole next ski season with my younger brother. My name is Ashley and I am a 15 year old girl. I have been trying for a year now to try to lose weight. But I always fail when it comes to the nutrition part of the spectrum. I have been getting your updates and have been really thinking about if yours will work because its so hard to find one that works. But I believe it will and its benefits to me and others will be extraordinary!

I’m 33. I can have a kick ass transformation and do it right. Better yet, I can show others how I did it. I just turned 30, and I am in need of a change. I have always been overweight, but had gotten much slimmer in my early 20’s. Then I got married, had a baby, and got lazy! Now I am doing what I can eating better, and exercising, but it is very slow going. My wife has lost a good bit of weight, over the last two years, but I want something more effective! This program will be great for me as I just had 2 kids ion a row. So I didn’t have time to lose the fat of the first pregnancy which they it’s really hard to lose after. After my second pregnancy I lost a lot of energy and muscle strength and of course gained a lot. i want to be there for my kids later and participate in there activities and all. I desperately need your extreme fat loss program. I am 46 years old and I am in menopause. I am 15 lbs overweight. I also take medication for depression. So I have 3 strikes against me (middle age, in menopause and on medication).

I don’t know what I can say to get a chance of winning one of the free programs today, but what I know is that I know what you teach works. One of my best friends have done some of the stuff you teach and I’ve seen the weight melt away from his body.
When I first came to de US 13 years ago I weighted 180 lbs, which was kind of average for my high, I’m 5’11”, I was really into working out and health. Then, I started working at a company that was too demanding of my time and was working 12 to 16 hrs a day, 7 days a week. I couldnt find the time to work out and was eating bad and ended up gaining 100 lbs.
I started fasting and I have noticed some results and I’m sure that with your program I will see even better results.

After a career as competitive swimmer, including a trip to the Olympics and a college scholarship, I lost my grip and turned into a fattie, balooning to more than 260 lbs on a chubby six foot frame. I began a comeback 3 years ago, and lost 60 lbs and 10% of my body fat. Then, while crossing a street in Manhattan, a truck ran a red light and smacked me to kingdom come. Two operations, some dental work, and LOTS of PT later, I have finally been given permission to start training again. I gained back 14 pounds while in rehab, and am hoping this program can help me say: I am fitter than I was before that Truck bonked me.
I have been on every diet known to mankind since i was 21years old, i have done the cabbage soup diet, cambridge, weight watchers at least 15 times, south beach diet, flat belly diet, mediterrenean, and some i cannot even remember, i’ve lost and i’ve gained back the same 20 lbs plus some. I am now 62 yrs old and i now know i can do it once and for all if I get your program and are able to use it, everyone that knows me will be so surprised and interested in how i finally was able to do it. I’ve read everything you said, and it makes so much sense to me. The more i read about nutrition the more confused I get.

I’ve been big my whole life. It’s been a never ending source of despair, and when I was younger led to some pretty compulsive eating habits. Around 16, I started eating less, and exercising more and managed to lose a little bit of weight so I wasn’t ridiculously obese anymore. But losing significant amounts of fat has just never been possible for me. I’m 5’1 and I have never weighed below 160lbs (I’m currently somewhere around 175). I’ve taken countless fitness and nutrition classes throughout college, I eat right, stay away from junk, soda, fast food, etc. But no matter how much time I spend in the gym, or how healthy I eat, I can’t seem to lose any weight. I’m 22 years old, and I have never once in my life gotten to truly feel beautiful. I want to know what it’s like to NOT feel like I’m walking around with a freezerbag full of disgusting fat strapped to my stomach, with all this extra baggage that is my extra weight, I want to be able to go shopping for clothes without getting frustrated when nothing fits right, I want to be able to wear a bathing suit without feeling like a whale, I want to stop hating the person that I see in the mirror. X-Treme Fat Loss Diet seems like a program that will work, and I desperately need something that works, so that I can emerge from this cocoon and become a butterfly.
I have been a chronic yo-yo dieter all of my life. “The diet starts on Monday” is a regular part of my daily mantra. I can confidently say that being Italian, I am truly addicted to carbs (breads and pasta). This is a part of my culture and who I am. Sadly, I’m also an emotional eater. To be honest, I’m not sure if in fact you will read each individual post – however here is my little story.
I have recently gone on a diet similar to your; however, loss 25lbs in 2months which in itself a great feet. But I am curious to see how your program measures up. As I am a new mother that during a complicated pregnancy gained almost 75lbs and ever since struggling with working it off. I’m not a person that ever needed to diet and frankly never want to, I want to have the flexibility to eat what I want and exercise in a way to optimize my fat loss. For these reasons, and others, I would love to try your program – needless to say I will pick up a copy come May 24th; however, it is always nice to get something for free.

Since last September, I’ve been doing Scott Colby’s Ageless Abs program twice and have gotten great results, going from 33.57% down to just above 23%. I’ve gotten down to 22-23% before, but always have gone up from here. I’m sorta stuck at 23% area for awhile now and I know diet is KEY to effective bodyfat loss.
Can your program REALLY help me achieve my 15% bodyfat goal that I’ve had for a long time and have not been able to achieve? I dare you to help me get there. The Ageless Abs program is going to be over for me in 2 weeks and I want something that truly will help me to continue to achieve great results.
Exercise, mindset, hormones, stress are covered already for me. Just need to effectively change up my diet more to get me through this plateau and keep dropping bodyfat.

I’m a 35 year old single mom of two precious little boys and yes I am overweight (60 lbs over )! I have tried everything from Atkins to the Zone Diet and all I seem to be able to accomplish is to lose 10 lbs. then get stuck which leads to me giving up because all of these “diets” don’t work and are boring AND allow NO room for any kind of cheating which is impossible to maintain. I don’t want to be the too tired mom who can’t enjoy her kids, I want to be the mom who has the energy and the self confidence to do whatever her kids want! I have been reading all of your updates about your new system and it sounds like a little slice of heaven that would work wonders for me and truly help me show my kids my true confident self. I have also watched many family members literally “eat’ themselves into sickness which is so sad to have to watch. I like to tell you a well known story about myself as well as what most people have experienced: since I was a teenager (20years ago) I used to constantly struggling with my weight, I tried every possible (and impossible) diet on the planet. Sometimes with good results but in the end I always would fail at some point; the diet didnt work anymore or after I ended it I would pile on the weight again.
I would always do lots of sport as well, like running, and pushing some weights around but at some point I wouldnt have the energy, the time nor the will to keep it up that way…
Now, being a mummy for the last 2 years doesnt makes it any easier, but my little girl gave me something wonderful and taught me a lesson of unconditional love and happiness. I finally understood that I am ready to get the body that I deserve as I finally believe in myself and I know that with the right mindset, motivation, program AND coaching I can do anything and reach all my goals! Reading all the things you listed during the last days in your mails made me aware of my mistakes and realize I didnt KNOW the truth and would keep failing with ANY other diet as their are designed to fail people!!
Now its time for a life change, to take control, to become a beautiful mom and to teach my baby how to live a healthy, happy and glowing life, so that she never has to endure the same pain and shame as I felt all those years.

My wife and I are in our early 40’s and are working extremely hard at losing weight via calorie counting and regular workouts at the gym. While we have experienced better muscle gain and definition, we can’t seem to lower our body fat %. Makes no sense knowing the work we are putting in . . . perhaps you can help! We’ve been at this for over 2 years and have seen no real marked improvement. We’re not content with just accepting that “this is just what happens after 40.” We are missionaries with 4 kids (8 to 14) and our life is on the go constantly. We want to have a long and fruitful life and ministry and know that this will only happen when we get to a place where we are as healthy as possible. Unfortunately, in the life of ministry there aren’t many people who have figured it out either-and we hope to be the exception and not the rule.
