I’ve been working very hard the last 4 months on a diet (low carb) and exercise program (primarily free weights). My major goal was to reduce my waist measurement and lose weight. From that prospective, the work has been a bust and I’m very discouraged. I’ve lost 1/2″ from my waist and gained 5 lbs.
On the positive side I have gained muscle and dropped my body fat by 10%. Something is wrong here and I can’t figure it out. Your program might provide the answer to my dilemma.
My wife reminds me that I will be 71 next month and look fine for my age. That is not an acceptable position for me to take. Hopefully, your program will allow me to achieve my goals.

Look, I’m SO incredibly frustrated with weight loss and work out routnes and diets and Doctors and junk. I’ve been trying to figure it out for 9 years! I know it doesn’t help that I’m now 50, but the standard mantra of; ‘eat right & exercise’ is garbage… There’s got to be more to it. I work out -intensely for 60 minutes per day (at night b4 dinner) (plus a few 10-20 minutes walks during day). Eat healthy, smaller meals & snacks few times a day, no sodas, alcohol – so the nutritionist who inferred ‘you’re just now doing it right’ is BS. Getting only 5 hours sleep is probably not helping either.
How is your program any different?

This program would be great for my husband. He is 30-40 lbs overweight…a former United States Marine. His father died of a massive heartattack when my husband was only 8 yrs old, His mother has had sex-tuplet bypass and several stints since her surgery in 98′. His family is riddled with heart problems and I KNOW he has high cholestrol and high blood pressure. My husband has tried EVERYTHING and nothing keeps him motivated and he gets tired and gives up after only a few weeks. If you could find it in your heart to give us your plan to get this former United States Marine back in shape I would be forever grateful. Please consider us when giving away your free copies!!

I am 51 years old and know that time is not on my side. As we age our bodies go through a number of changes. I have had reconstructive knee surgery in 2010. Leading up to the surgery I could not do much, because of my knee. After the surgery I was told that it is a slow healing process and would take time to recover. It has been nine months since my surgery and in that time I was not active. Once again I was not allowed to do much, only to do my phyiso exercises for my leg. I have put on weight, and increased my body fat. I look and feel terrible. I would like to get in to shape, to look better, and feel better about myself. I know that I need help reaching my goal. I welcome the chance to try your training techniques.

While I workout regularly and try to eat cleanly, I’m not really seeing the results I’d hoped for. I don’t have a lot of the extenuating circumstances many of these folks have, I’m just a typical 40-something woman who’s stuck at a desk all day. I’d love to give this program a shot!

My name is Tiffany. I have struggled with my weight for the last 14 years. I am 5’1” and at my high point, I was 205 pounds. I made it down to 185 and stayed there for over a year. Since January, I have managed to get down to about 165 by diet alone. However, I am reaching my breaking point with the diet – I feel like I can’t take it anymore. Also, I cannot stand to exercise – I actually dread it. I have zero support from my husband, kids, other family or friends. But more than that, I am SO tired of searching, researching, reading, planning… trying to find a combination or program that will work AND that I will stick to. I crave a coach; a trainer; a cheerleader – I really need someone to just tell me exactly what to do each day so that I can stop focusing on the planning and start focusing on the doing.

Originally, I wanted to lose the weight by the time I turned 30…then 32…then 35. Well, now I’m 36, and I can’t wait any longer. If I don’t get help soon, I am afraid that I will put back everything that I’ve already lost – I just feel like giving up. I see that you have done incredible things with your own body, and helped so many others achieve their goals. Can you help me?

I am turning 61 in a week and have been working hard over the last few years to lose weight and get in shape. I am in shape, able to ride 100 miles on my bicycle, but still haven’t achieved the fat loss and body transformation that I want. This program looks like it would give me the final piece I need. I started my exercise routine in January of 2010 for my daughters wedding. For the first time in my life, I incorporated lots of weight training and less cardio. At the age of 50, losing is tough, but this time it worked. I got down 40 pounds and 3 dress sizes. However, I just recently started a new job with very long hours and only have a few minutes in the morning or evening to incorporate my workout. I need help as I can feel pound by pound creeping up again. I need to have an efficient and effective workout routine to include in my life! And I need your advise on how to change it up to induce muscle confusion! I have always had a slow metabolism, so I need to maximize my workout. Plus, my mom passed away from alzheimers, and I know exercise helps with that as well.

I’m 40 have one child and work full time sitting down at a desk. I don’t have weight problems (because I live on a diet) but rather problems with volume (my legs) and general lack of tone despite the fact that I often go running for 30 mins during the lunch break. Age is not elping: my legs look shaggier, now I even have a bit of a belly despite sit ups almost every morning. I don’t want to settle with becoming a round matron with age. I’m really willing to give a serious try to your programme. PLEASE!

I’m a fairly lean 20 year old woman. I’ve been trying for some time now, without success, to go from decent shape to amazing shape. I need something that will allow me to lose the last 5-10 pounds of “stubborn fat” while at the same time not sacrificing the muscle that I have worked so hard to gain. I eat very healthy, staying away from refined sugar and grains for the most part and eating lots of fruits and vegetables. I exercise 5-6 days a week doing weight training on 5 days and interval training on 3. I’m always happy to be able to move up a weight bracket or do one more sprint than the day before but I don’t seem to make any progress from a weight loss perspective. I’ve been the same weight for over two months. I’m very excited to have found a program that will allow me to lose a bit more body fat while maintaining or even gaining lean muscle mass.

I have been working very hard trying to get rid of fat, while getting toned, and trying to eat “a balanced meal.” I am over weight and have a few medical problems( high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol) that I believe can be corrected if I have the proper coaching and plan. Your diet system sounds rock solid and at this point in my life, that is what I need. I have tried many different diet routine calorie counting, point counting and even eating undesirable with little to no taste, only to loose a few pounds and gain them back.

I am convinced this is a great system. All the Principle information presented through emails and Videos is very understandable and informative. I want to keep my metabolism happy while my body enjoy some of the foods I like! I never knew about the Leptin until I read this. Massive calorie deficit, This caused my brain to want to know about it and how the deficit works. Eating synergistically, will produce greater results. I do not doubt it, more bang for the metabolism, diet and weight loss. I could go on and on.

Exercising and drinking water has never been a problem, acquiring a good system has. A step by step system, your Xtreme Fat Loss Diet System, based on all the information and videos sounds like will give me the results I have been working on, well exercising to get.

I had a surprise pregnancy 4 years ago. I have been trying to lose the weight and gain back the energy I used to have since having my second daughter. I was always very active, softball, basketball, hiking, biking…when I had my second child that all stopped. I had problems with my migrains and they tried many different medications the last two made me gain back the 20 lbs I was able to lose. I just don’t have the energy to do the things I’ve always loved. At my 10 year olds softball practice two weeks ago, one of her team mates asked me if I was pregnant again….I went home and cried for 2 hrs. With 2 kids I don’t have the time for much else. I’m just looking for something that will work & work fast so I don’t have to hide at the beach again this year. Ho0pe you can help.

I am the mother of 5 children and am struggling to keep up with the physical demands of motherhood. My oldest is entering High School in the fall and wants more than anything to make the soccer team and is working toward that goal. The other 4 are all active in soccer, tennis, and swimming, scouting but are struggling with maintaining healthy habits. I know this is due to my lack of being a role model in this regard which is why I feel this program would be a great way for me to rid myself of the extra pounds I’ve carried for the last decade and develop positive, healthy habits that will not only help me overcome my challenges, but serve as a great example for my kids. They will be able to do as I do, not just as I say. I feel like there is still time to develop a one-on-one healthy, outdoor-active relationship with each child as we participate in activities together because after going through the program I will have the ability and energy to do it!

I am a CrossFit Coach and because I have several clients who really want to burn body fat and get lean, I want to learn the most effective way possible so that I can share it with them. I’ve tried so many things and some work for a short time and then stop. I’ve been unable to reach that SUPER lean level. Nothing else I’ve found has revolved around both diet and focusing the workouts. I want to set the example for others and be able to show them the BEST way to reach their fitness goals, and I need something that works well with CrossFit. I’m hoping your program is they key that I need to take myself to that next level so that I can help others get there too.

I have been overweight most of my life. In August I ofered to go on a diet with my neice. She is only 20 years old and very shy. Her mother is not supportive of her heath. I would like a copy to use to help us both suceed in our new heath goals. We not only need to eat heathy but also add activity.

I have never been over weight but I have also never been in good physical shape. I am 42 and I’ve wanted for years for someone to teach me how to get in shape without losing much weight. I’m 5’1″ and weight 109 lbs and I don’t want to be a bean pole. Most people laugh at me when I talk about getting in shape because they think only overweight people have the right to “diet”. My husband and 2 daughters are naturally fit and don’t have to work at it. My family however has a history of being fat. I want to be different and healthy and feel comfortable next to my husband and girls on the beach. Even at this low weight I have cellulite which is another family trait. So I’m hoping for a chance to learn what no one else is teaching and finally feel beautiful in a bathing suit. Thanks for reading my post!

I used to be very fit and slim, but, after an accident playing women’s rugby, I damaged my knee and was unable to do any kind of exercise for a long time. The weight piled on and no training led to depression. The doctor kept trying to put me onto medication rather than fix the problem!
I finally got my knee fixed and started training again. I started Muay Thai and Mixed Martial Arts and after a long road back to being fit I am up to training 3-5 times a week. And guess what, no depression!
I’ve now been asked to compete in my first Amateur Mixed Martial Arts competition but in order to be light enough to have someone to compete against I need to drop down in weight (fast!) without losing any of the strength or fitness I’ve built up! I’ve really struggled to get rid of these last 20lbs of fat and think your program would be perfect for this!

I gotta tel ya, I just love your approach with this system! The video updates and your sneaky tricks book are both informative and funny. I actually had to play the videos a couple times to get another kick outta John, lol. It was a great way to start my day.

My story…I am a 32 yr old woman that has been overweight all my life. 3 yrs ago I saw pictures of myself and couldn’t believe how big I was(370lbs, omg insane!). I decided that day to loose weight and become healthy. I lost 40lbs in the first 3 mths. I felt great! But I was all over the place with my diet. I was confused. I wanted to know everything about what was good for me but I didn’t have the right resources. I used the cabbage soup diet, Calorie counting, atkins, curves, weightwatchers(which was humiliating carrying around a little stupid calorie calculator grocery shopping for the lowest point foods, which were crap for me anyway). I walked a lot but had no workout routine. During this time I met my wonderful husband online. He’s from Denmark and was very fit (weightlifting since he was 15yrs). After having a holiday in Germany and France together in summer 2009 we were crazy inlove. After a 1 yr long distance relationship we both became very inactive spending as much time as possible on cam together. I finally moved here to Denmark last summer and we were happy to be married in March. I couldn’t even find a nice simple dress that fit me for our little ceremony. Another wake up call for me! While surfing online I took a chance and clicked an ad about “The Diet Solution”. After listening to Isabel Del Los Rio and combing the net to see if it was legit, we decided to take a chance and buy her books. BEST decision we have ever made! I lost 16lbs in the first 3 weeks my husband lost 20lbs. I start everyday reading emails from Isabel, Mike Geary and now you. I have read about Flavia, vince, john( I love all their (and yours) no BS approach but I just don’t know what do now. I am desperately trying to put together a system for myself from all these resources but I am again all over the place. And now I have plateaued, AGAIN! My husband too. My workouts are all over the place. Weight training, power walking, eating right. I don’t know what to do. I’m completely lost! I am the maid of honor in my best friends wedding in August and we are planning to have our wedding reception back home next summer. Please help me fit in to a nice dress for my wedding. Also as newly weds we want start a family one day. I want be at a healthy weight to do this. I carry my weight exceptionally and surprisingly well right now(300lbs). I’m strong physically, in spite my weight, and mentally. You say jump and I will say how high! I want to become one of you testimonials and a role model for women like me. Please help me find my way to a healthy body.

I have been in the Army National Guard for 8 years. I am good at my job, but my PT scores have always been the minimum. It’s never been my strong suit. Since I got out of basic training I have only once met the Army height/weight standards once and I want that to change. I have tried many diets and exercise programs and the only thing that has helped me really lose weight is when I am on deployment to Afghanistan or Iraq. And that is mostly because the food is terrible. I want to do this the smart way. I don’t want to stress about taking the PT test or getting weighted anymore.

Hey there, Joel! I have started my fat loss journey and have recently lost 12 pounds, but I have kind of hit a wall. I have been listening to all your audio and reading your tips, and the information is golden! I love all the success stories and result pictures. I feel like this really could work for me! I am motivated to lose my extra weight and fat that I have been carrying around for awhile and I want to look good and feel good about myself. I feel like your program will work for me because it is a short program and I will be given all of the information I need to succeed on a daily basis. I definitely need help with what to and not to eat because I can be a little clueless in that area, and I would love more information on what types of exercise will help me the most in certain points of my diet.
