Hi, when this program was published at first, i tried and due to my extremely difficult work schedule i was not able to follow up your program, and i canceled program few months back (still regret it). Now I changed carrier and I need to get in shape fast. I tried those advertised programs (60 and 90 days get in shape) but i found them difficult, it requires at least 1-1 1/2 hrs work out, and my new work schedule is time limited. i need something fast to get in shape (working as LE officer) and need to be in top shape to be able to preform my duties (safety)

I turned 50 in March of this year and I am more aware of the need to eat right and exercise than ever. I have always followed a strict regiment of exercise, varying cardio with weight training. I also eat healthy. I was weight control officer in the U. S. Army for 6 years so this has always been a big part of my life. However, I have picked up 15 pounds (without changing my routine) and am having trouble getting the fat off! I am sure my slowed metabolic rate and hormone fluctuations (both due to my age) are playing a big part. The information I have received from you has been awesome and has opened my eyes to some new things. I am sure your expertise wil help me approach this from the proper fat loss angle and enable me to loose the weight.

Once I entered my 40’s my body seemed to have a mind of it own! With over a decade of hormonal problems, the 40’s seemed to push me over the edge despite all my best efforts. My latest efforts bought on a second bout of tendonitis & physical therapy…I am feeling pretty lost at this point. I put everything on hold for a year to care for my husband who needed life threatening surgery and a second surgery 6 months later. I was so excited to be able to finally start taking care of me again. I thought I was doing all the right things until the tendonitis showed up yet again. I have tried just about everything short of buying into the quick fixes. I am willing to do the work, I love working out in fact. I just haven’t gotten the results I’m after & have had to learn how to approach my workouts differently to avoid additional bouts of tendonitis. I would LOVE to be able to shed the fat that is keeping me “soft” looking if only I knew how. I still long to wear a bikini again and be able to strut through the 40’s instead of wanting to cover up!

I have been reading and following your tips for the last little while and I have seen some improvements in my body. But I do feel that I need more help and guidance to reach my overall body fat % goal. In the past month or so, I feel like I have plateaued and am struggling to get over that hump. I truly believe that EXtreme will provide me with knowledge and motivation with regards to my workouts and diet to get over that plateau. I have managed to loose 20 pounds or so, but I seem to slowly be gaining some of that back. I also have that “muffin top” that remains at my waistline and I don’t know what to do to get rid of it. I’m asking for your help for me to complete a journey. I’m working on getting in shape for a new career in Law Enforcement. I have been struggling daily to drop weight and get my body fit for the physical demands of the training ahead. I have 4 months tops to lose at least 50 pounds or there is no way that I can get into this new career. My current weight has been damaging to my joints and knees and it seems the more I train, the pain increases which keeps me from training. I have been following your tips and tricks and I have no doubt that this is the system I NEED. A foolproof road map to transform my body and change my life forever.

As we age, or metabolism naturally slows. Also, as you have said, our hormones are working against us.

I seem to crave carbs (i.e. breads) all the time, although I am pretty good at only selecting whole grains (as opposed to refined grains/sugars). However, too many “whole grains” isn’t good either.

I am interested to learn how to eat and exercise properly to keep my metabolism running efficiently and balance my hormones to achieve the healthiest body possible.

I would love the opportunity to experience your “Xtreme Fat Loss” diet. However, I don’t feel this would be a “diet”; I feel it would be a “lifestyle” as I believe that I need to make the changes for life, not just for a short period of time, which a “diet” seems to always “end” for me.

I have been using Isabel De Los Rios’ Diet Solution Program for the past 3 months. I have lost 40 pounds (down from 300 to 260). I am at a plateau and can’t seem to break under that for my goal of 250 pounds. I hope to maintain that weight. My problem is that I am losing strength. I am losing muscle. I want my abs back. I’m a skeptic…what can I say….I would like some proof. Send the info over, I’d like to get started.

I am a single mom of two (which means life is VERY hectic). And trust me, I don’t want to stay single forever…so, I need help!! While I try to plan meals, eat right and exercise, there are many days that I just have nothing left at the end of the day. I have tried EVERYTHING! You name it, I’ve bought it! The Ab Coaster, Thigh machine (back in the day), rowing machine, TyBo, Brazilian Butt…Hell, I even was suckered into the Contour Belt…and the list does go on. I’ve tried the cabbage soup diet, Atkins, South Beach, 24 hour Hollywood diet(BOY! What a joke!) Anyway, I definitely have the determination and drive, I just need some good clear direction. Something that is not a quick fix. I have read through all of your information thoroughly and am PRAYING this is the life changing program I need.

Hi Joel. At this point in time I actually don’t need to lose any more weight. I am sitting at about 8% – 9% body fat. I spent my late 20s and most of my 30s slowly gaining weight and about 2 and a half years ago, I was fed up and made the decision to commit to a program and get into shape. I have been working out regularly since them and more importantly have been eating very clean. I would like your product for two reasons:
1) I feel like I need a little more balance and need to understand how to let the “foods I used to enjoy” back into my life, and
2) While I haven’t fully decided yet, I may look into competing and I think your program might be a great way to lean out after a nice mass building program.

I used to walk 5 miles every morning. That was before I got arthritis in both feet and both ankles. It was also about 110 pounds ago. Now I am diabetic, with high blood pressure and just for fun have A-fib. I need to do this. NOW! I’m 54 so it’s not getting any easier. Thank you.

I was desperate to lose weight and did the normal things people do and started with my own “extreme diet” plan. As you can imagine, I started with starvation and then worked myself up to walking two hours a day. I was taking off the pounds. Then I thought I could drop my guard a little. BIG MISTAKE. I piled back on everything I took off and then some. I’m sure I sound like a broken record to you. Then I started receiving your emails and, thanks to you, I put myself in a different frame of mind. It makes perfect sense….biology is stronger than willpower. I have implemented what information I have received so far. I’m starting to lose some of the pounds I put back on but it is slow going. I believe if I had all of the information I would be able to succeed more than I am now. I want to thank you for sharing your knowledge and helping those who are ready to make the necessary changes to feel and look better.

After all, isn’t the whole point of diet and exercise to be healthy and look good nekkid?

I have 2 kids 4 and under, I’m in school and trying to start my own business. All of that takes a lot of energy, energy that I don’t have. Your program would help me gain that energy by losing all this gross fat! I think if I was able to lose this weight, it would help me have the energy I need and the motivation to succeed in every part of my life. :)

I’ve always been impressed with the results you display. I am a 31 year old male that is just plain ‘ol out of shape. I started running recently, but soon realized that an hour on the treadmill is boring. I work two jobs, so I often find myself eating whatever I can get my hands on. I’m 5’10”, 165lbs, and according to my Tanita scale at home – 21% body fat! I need help with my diet and burning as many calories in as little work out time as possible! As I approach the 3rd anniversary of my 40th birthday I realize I’m 15 pounds up from last year, and 35 pounds up from the year before. Two years ago I had lost almost 50 lbs. and was feeling/looking FINE. Now the “Gazoos” on my shoulder have disappeared and each time I read one of your emails I feel like they are coming back.

Why is this program right for me?

Being 41, and having tipped the scale at close to 300 lbs., I knew it was time for a change. My father was overweight and passed away from a heart attack at 53. I don’t want the same fate..those years go by too quickly!
I’ve being doing the “Four Hour Body” plan for 3 months now and lost 30 lbs., but I seemed to have plateaued. It’s already getting tougher to lose the weight (and I am being so good!) So, I am looking for a plan that will quick start my metabolism and get it going. The Xtreme Fat Loss System looks like a plan that can work for me. I need this plan!

I am about to turn 46 this year. And i’m tipping the scales at 262 at 5’8 which is about 70-80 lbs from where i need to be. I am a single dad, who is always doing things for my son. The other day I saw some pictures of he and I and couldn’t believe how I have allowed myself to get to where I am. Last year I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, along with already having to be on HRT, and other drugs for a few years. And if I continue on this path, I’m going to lose a lot! I have tried for years to drop weight to no avail due to the fact that i have tried to do it on my own following different advice from different people but really never finding what works with my body. I want my life back. And i have read some of your blogs and feel that your approach might be the tool I need to get off of some of the meds. Get my health and energy back. My son is only 11 and has a lot of things coming up, and I want to be there for as many of them as I can. Thanks.

this plan would be a perfect to the rest of my training. My biggest problem is keeping track of my diet, making sure im getting the right combination protein, carbs and fat. this plan would get me on track to where i want to be. Being over 50 i need that extra help

Hi! My name is Rachel and I am a 55-year-old genetic time bomb. My father died of diabetic complications nine years after having his leg amputated, and my mother has been crippled from heart disease for the past 35 years (multiple bypass surgeries, pacemakers, etc., etc.) Currently she is in hospital with COPD and will be in a nursing home on oxygen for the rest of her life. It may be stating the obvious, but this is not how I want to live. And I sure as heck don’t want my son to be my caretaker when eh should be enjoying his life.
