I’ve been dieting and exercising consistently for the last 18 months with frustrating results. I have experienced some change in body composition but I haven’t been able to reduce overall body fat to look like I work out regularly and am as fit as I am. The Xtreme Fatloss Diet looks like it will take all of the work I have put in and provide the push I need to lose fat and gain health benefits. My body has changed some but my weight is still the same. It’s frustrating when you put in the time and don’t see the results. Looking at the components of the Xtreme Fatloss Diet, it seems as though it will provide the accountability and instruction I need to make some serious fat losses and improve my health. I’m 45 and looking forward to being a grandfather and being able to play with my grandchildren without the limitations of being overweight.

What a great offer! I have gone through cancer, I am a Type 2 diabetic, and other things that seem to effect my ability to lose weight, despite the need to eat in a healthy fashion. Before I hit 50, I was svelt. That was then, this is now. I attend Zuma, I use my weights and kettlebells, to no avail. I really need to have something to help me, in a healthy way, lose this additional weight. According to statistics, BMI, I am obese. It seems like so much is working against me.
anythings that will work will be nice, i have very little chance of winning anything. blog before on other sites never won nothing, but hey knock yourself out.
I have been reading your posts for the past few months now and have been using some of your tips when it comes to working out and diet and I am EXTREMELY interested in learning more. I have decided to run a half marathon at the end of this summer and would like to by this fall start doing fitness competitions. I have always struggled with that last 15-20 lbs and think that with my motivation and determination I would be a great candidate for your program!!!
Hi Joel, I’m 43 year old single mom in need for a total body and lifestyle change. My mother has always been extremely over weight all my life. I vowed that when I became a mother I would not let myself get extremely over weight. Once I hit forty I had a sever asthma attack which put me on steroids for three months, which I gain 60 pounds without even trying. I have been off steroids for 2 and half years now, but the weight has not come off as easy as it came on and I continue to struggle with my weight. I would love to be back at a healthy weight again not only fo myself, but also for my child. Thanks fo you time and this opportunity. Kimber
I’ve been FAT for as long as I can remember. By the time I was 8 I was 150lbs. and have lived most of my life between 250 and 300,
one time topping out at 347 at my worst. I want to know what it feels like to live in a NORMAL SIZED HUMAN BODY instead of this
TOMB OF HORROR I have been stuck in all my life. I have tried everything out there, every known brand, every potion, lotion, motion and
quick-fix on T.V., or that came to me through the mail. I’m 40 now, I work out 5 days a week at the gym, walk nightly, ride my bike and join in
distance rides, watch everything I eat and still I CAN’T MAKE THIS WORK, but I have power and will to keep trying and I WON’T GIVE UP.
I think I have ruined my metabolism like you say in your posts and I just don’t know how to fix this anymore. I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP!!!
Joel,
Retired in 2008 as a Colonel in the Marine Corps after 36 years in service. Three wars and not a scratch! Then after less than a year in retirement, I was T-boned on my motorcycle by a guy on his cellphone who ran a red light! Five surgeries later, my ability to do anaerobics is limited (leg was shattered) and my lifting is helpful – but my weight – after all those years of being an athlete – balooned! Need a jumpstart back to fitness as I work my body back to where it belongs – no gimmicks – just good science.
Joel, I need this desperately.
I think that your program would be the perfect program for me. You say that short high-intensity workouts are the most effective to burn fat and that is just what I need. I have had 3 kids in the past 4 years and I am finding it impossible to lose the extra fat despite jogging regularly. If I had access to your program that showed me how to diet and exercise effectively I think that I would be able to bet back to my pre-baby weight and body quite quickly. I have a wedding to attend in two months and this is the perfect opportunity for me to “just do it”!!
My son needs some help with losing some fat. He is just becoming interested in girls and if he loses some weight he will feel more confident. He did work up some courage to ask a girl out but she declined. He really needs to concentrate on diet because as he is in a wheelchair he is unable to exercise. He was born with muscular dystrophy.
Hi Joel. I am 44 years old and been struggling with my weight my whole life. Right now I weigh 239 lbs. I have lost 17 in the last 3 months. I am trying hard but I don’t know how to work out properly and lets face it, I have a lot to lose. I am looking forward to working with you. After about 35 years of diets, I have decided that yours is going to work, period. I will be healthy and down about 80lbs before I turn 45! I know I probably have a lot more to lose than some of your other clients, but what an amazing before and after story I’m going to have eh?
I would have to say I am a great candidate because nothing else seems to be working. I’ve been doing weight training 2-3 days a week along with cardio 6 days a week. I eat a healthy diet between 1200-1600 calories a day and not an ounce will come off my body. I’m 41 and at age 32 reached my goal weight by diet and exercise. Why won’t it work now?? What am I doing wrong? Is it hormones or is it just that dang slow metabolism? I have tried everything and have mixed up my workouts to no avail. I need your help! I have 2 very active teenage boys and I want to continue to be as healthy as I can for them. Please give me a chance! I will work hard and try not to disappoint you!
I was caught in the cycle you have spoken about. I went on my own “extreme diet” plan and ate very little and walked two hours a day. Then I stopped. BIG MISTAKE. I piled it back on and then some. Once I started receiving your emails it put me in a different frame of mind. THANKS!!! I am trying to use your method with the information I have received. So far it makes perfect sense…biology is stronger than willpower. I’m starting to take off some pounds, but I believe if I had the whole plan it would come off better than it has been. I do want to thank you for sharing your knowledge and helping those that want to make the necessary changes to feel and look better.
Hi Joel,
I am soon to be 51, female, 5’4 and 138 pounds.
Over 13 years ago I had lost 50 lbs and kept it off for over 8 years. I did it with a life changing mind set, knew I needed to make my life better and did it thru becoming dedicated to daily exercise and good nutrition.
The last 4.5 years I’ve struggled due to cancer, menopause, and a few falls resulting in injury & recuperation has caused me to pack on 20 lbs.
I have always succeeded on my own, but now this time I start and stop, get depressed, don’t pay attention to my food intake……I can’t believe I let this happen.
I think your program will be the one to help me “stay on track to get back”
I want to see and be the thin me again.
I as most on this blog have struggled with my weight…I finally figured things out and did a 100 pound loss and maintained it for some time and then I went thru a divorce and struggled with one of my son’s getting into serious trouble and simply put, half of it has managed to sneak back up on me due to stress etc. To this day I always try to teach myself more and would love the opportunity to learn new strategies from your program. I will succeed and will gladly share my experience on your program. Thanks for your consideration…enough said.
I turned 50 last week. Even though I remain active and eat fairly healthily, the weight has crept on over the last few years. Everyone tells me that’s just the way it goes when you get older, but I don’t believe it.
My daughter is getting married in august and she would like to lose some weight before then. We decided this program would be a great thing to do together. Sort of one last mother-daughter thing before she gets married and moves away.
Everything I’ve read tells me that this is the program that will help us succeed.
Thanks for all your work!
I have been working out regularly throughout my adult life. Given my family history, and my body type I have to work out and eat carefully or I could gain a lot of unhealthy weight. My dad was a really bad diabetic and did not have good quality of life until his passing a year ago. I would like to use this program to eliminate 15-18 pounds that I have struggled to lose. I have the determination, and I am committed (workout 5-6 days a week) I would like to see if your program can put me over the top.
I am an almost 60 yr old woman. I have been yo yo dieting and yo yo exercising for at least the last 40 yrs. I was considered a chubby child, My self-esteem has been low most of my life. I want to live another 60 years – slim and healthy years. I believe I deserve to have the body I’ve always dreamed about with a high self-esteem for the rest of my life. After reading your info, I truly believe your program will allow me to accomplish this. I hope you will consider me as one of your winners. Thank you for reading this.
I am a emotional eater and I can’t stop eating. It feels if I can’s get my stomich ful. I tried everything and you are my last hope. I realy have to deal with it know in my life because it feels like food is getting the better of me. I’m already turning 38 and I like to look after myself but at this stage I just cant beat the eating thing. Please help me. I am trying to run ‘n 10km challange but my energy levels is low. I think it is because my eating habbids is not correct. We are cycling on a tendem bike and I’ve got a very skinny husband now I feel like a big cow at the back of the bike. It will do my selfesteem very good if I can win this.
I have always had to be conscious of my nutrition and have struggled with excess fat my entire life. I dropped 50 pounds over the past 10 years starting Freshman year in college, but have never been able to get rid of that last 10-15 pounds. It all sits in my chest, so I’d really like to get rid of my “man boobs”. I’ve tried every nutritional strategy that I can think of (6 meals a day, 40-40-20, ESE, etc.) I work out 4-5 days a week, mixing up weight training with cardio, always making sure to take a full week off for recovery, from time to time. I feel like I’ve done everything right for so long, so it’s time for me to finally see the full results.
Hi Joel
I have just turned 43. I have been working out, with cardio and weight training, solid now for about three years. I have tried a couple other “programs with some success. My issue is the way those programs have you follow their diet plans, they are really unrealistic for the every day, “Joe Six-pack” to follow. The working out is no problem-no issue. I love going to the gym, outdoor activities, and my favorite thing to do is power lifting and weight training. My diet needs an overhaul.
My wife and I are health conscious and advocates of healthy choices. I am looking for something that is real, practical, and I can literally use every day. I think your program may be the very thing I seek.
Hi Joel,
I am 49, 4’11” & 11kg overweight. My husband is 72, 5’5″ & about the same overweight. My biggest concern is my son who is 18 & is autistic. Most people with autism have a weight problem. I have until now been able to control how much me son has been eating but would dearly love to teach him a permanent solution for his weight that will still allow him to have his treats ie: cheat day!
Having read your research I believe your program would benefit all of us.
Living in Australia we are tempted daily by wonderful food from different cultures which we love (Too Much!) I look forward to hearing more of this program.
Hi, I am on the brink of 30 years old, and after 4 children 25 lbs. over weight. Since the birth of my last child, who is now 1 yr., I have experienced extreme frustration over my inability to lose weight. Nothing works that used to work! I realize now after alot of research that I have shut down my metabolism by all the crash dieting ect. that I have done in the past. So in my quest for how to fix that; I stumbled upon you. I’m very excited about what I’ve read about your program. It makes alot of sense and I feel it could be the answer for my problem.I don’t need to be a model, I just want to be a healthy fit Mom who can keep up with all these bundles of energy God has sent my way.
Hi Joel, I’m not really doing this for me, I am hoping to take advantage of this information so that I can be better able to help those around me. We have an 18 year old son having to deal with muscular dystrophy. There is no cure for this devastating genetic disorder that is marked by the weakening of muscles over time. As he gets older he is less able to take care of himself. I need to be there for him to help and I need to be strong enough. I don’t have much time either. I am 50 years old and have spent the last 16 years trying to come to grips with this challenge facing our family. Its a day by day struggle and I have learned to take things a day at a time. I have tried numerous fitness and diet approaches to get me where I need to be. I am hoping your program puts us over the top and allows me to be able to be there for my son and my family. A man named John Davidson has been a real inspiration for us, if you get the chance, please check out this website. http://www.jessesjourney.com/home.asp. Our value isn’t in what we accomplish, it is in what we enable those around us to accomplish. I believe you will touch many people around you. Best of Luck.
I am 28 years old and have been trying to loose weight for a while now but I don’t see no results. I am a mother of 3, but most important of all I am a women that want’s to look her best and right now I am not at my best. I work as a medical assistant and then going home to the 3 kids is no rest at all, so I don’t get to much rest. I read your blog and heard all your videos and feel that this program can help me in learning what I have to do to get rid of this unwanted pounds to get to being the women I want to be. It’s hard when you go to put that nice outfit and it doesn’t fit. I am determined to loose this unwanted pounds and I feel that your program will benefit so much. I know you have the answer for my problem and I am really looking foward to hearing from you.
