My sister and I continue to work out with a program that was suppose to show results in 3 months. Now that it’s past the 3 months we are both fit, but neither of us have seen the body transformation we were looking for. In fact we haven’t lost any weight. Both of us are in our 30’s and when I read your blog I realized our hormones are working against us. “Mommy, does she have a baby in there?” That statement, from a wonderful 4 year old, has put me over the edge. Thousands of dollars worth of “This will work for you” diets, fitness videos, and constant failure. At 40 years old, I am 70 lbs overweight and miserable. I need help! Well where do I start. As long as I can remember I have battled to loose weight, basically the story of my life! I’m 43 and sitting at home with my boys, my youngest son now 13 sat up and said…. Mom u realize u have never gone to the beach or even swam in our pool at home and we’ve been living here 11 years!!
So yes I need to do something soon or at least before they finish school and leave home.

I was asked the other day if i was ever overweight; responding with “from 185 to 270 in less than a year”. took over 6 years to balance the thread of life enough to 205. the last 25 was the hardest, but “as a ship leaves the port…, slowly, diligently, and consistently, it turns around and blows full speed into the ocean”. Thanking those who have stood by my side, and those who have given me both the inspiration and the knowledge, that i can now share and help others with. Pretty simeple in my case. Years of neglect and abuse to my body. Drinking, Overeating, more drinking… I need to loose 120+ pounds and keep it off. I want to see my kids graduate from HS and college. You guys have really done your homework. You have taken an age-old problem and broken it down and made the solution achievable. I have recently found myself forced back into the dating scene after the death of my husband. In my attempts to become more desirable to the opposite sex I discovered it was more important to make these changes for myself, not for someone else. It is my hope and belief that your plan has considered the problem of the less responsive “mature” metabolism and found a way to re-vitalize our God-given cell structure to burn the fat and feed the muscle. Hi…I want to win this because I have been struggling with weight for years, and the overwhelming information thats out there. Theres so much that youre supposed to do or NOT do that nothing is working! Ive even been a personal trainer and am currently taking Sports Medicine and Fitnesss in school and STILL cant seem to beat this thing. Something has to give. I know there isnt a magic answer, but when you think youre doing it all the right way, it gets so frustrating and it makes you just want to give up. Im 42, and Ive dealt with many illnesses and back surgeries but I havent given up yet. I dont know if weight is harder to lose due to hormones or not, becasue I do workout 5-6 times a week. Im so afraid to “CHEAT” on my diet for fear Im giving up or ruining all Ive done. This program sounds wayyyy to good to be true and Im dying to try it. My daugther just got engaged, my youngest is graduating, school loans are $40k, and we’ve just been thru bankruptcy, so I cant really afford to buy this, but Im desperate to give it a try!

I’ve educated myself on eating for strength as I am a powerlifter. I need some help, though, learning to eat to get lean. I need something that is fast and efficient because I can’t dedicate long periods of time to leaning out – I have meets to compete at. Every time I try and get leaner, it takes far too long, so I have to go back to training for strength. As well, my husband needs help! He is becoming a runner but needs to strength train and has no ideas. He’s lost 50lbs and it’s creeping back on. He needs focus again and I think your program has that. He will do it, if he knows what to do! We’ll be good advertizing too :)

Joel, I am very interested in your new program. It sounds like the path to finally stop the confusion about balancing fat lose and lean muscle gains. I am 59 yrs old. I went from 330 lbs. (where I have been for 30 yrs.) to 195 lbs. recently. I started lifting weights about 4 months ago and adjusted my nutrition program to gain lean muscle. I have gained 20 lbs. (back to 215). It is so frustrating because at least half of it has obviously gone straight to my belly with modest gains in lean muscle. I do not want to sacrifice my goals to get ripped, but I so desperately want to get rid of the fat and see more substantial gains in lean muscle growth. I feel like I need to stop lifting and go back to the diet just to avoid gaining more fat. In 2008 I was diagnosed with Diabitis type 2. I am also a disabled person with arthritis in all my joints since 1969. I hjave been on a diabetic diet for just over 3 years now. It took me this three years to loose 4 stone, however it is ALL now back on me despite the diet. I can’t do any exercise because of my weight and I can barely walk even with the use of two sticks. I think that if your system worked for me, and I could loose the 6 stone that I NEED TO LOOSE, I would be able to start to do exercises gradualy and lessen the chance of heart failure.

This is the Program I’ve been searching for!

I have been studying personal training and nutrition in school, pursuing it as my future career. I am already training clients but that’s besides the point. I am pretty lean and muscular already (body fat percentage 10%) but I have literally tried just a straight up nutritional diet with calorie deficit to lose weight for the longest time. (2 years) Constantly working out hard and dieting hard week after week, MONTH after MONTH, with still that stomach fat would NOT go away! It has bothered me. Im also the BIGGEST diet and Excersice program skeptic in the world man. No offense but I have been making sure your program was completely legitament. Because especially whenever I see the word Xtreme I automatically become skeptical. And theres nothing that i hate more than working my butt off (or watching anyone else for that matter) just to acheive completely crappy results! But after careful research I strongly believe in the program your talking about and how it should work. I ABSOLUTLEY NEED this program to experience that fat burning plateau breakthrough. And when I receive, after carefully following this program to the letter for 25 days and deem it worthy (again no offense just being the worlds biggest skeptic) I will definatley encourage my clients, friends, and family to use your program. Because my passion in life is to help people achieve that level of pure confidence in a photo-shoot-ready beach body. But most importantly as well as myself to burn off that last small body fat percentage I desperately need to lose! I am 42 and my weight has bounced around up and down – can’t seem to get it to stay put (at a weight that I want anyways). I have tried everything including precription meds to try to assist. I eat well, gave up alcohol – still doesn’t help. I am now going as far as having my thyroid checked – what else could it be? I am hoping that the Extreme Fat Loss Diet will give my body what it needs. Here I sit with my fingers crossed.

I am trying to get muscular and defined but I’m still flabby all around. I have lost some weight these past 2 years but along with it some muscle as well. i workout regularly, and I know alot of people who want to work out but don’t know where to start. I want to try this 25 day program and show poeple results in 25 days so that they know that it works. All my life I have been slim….in the past 6 months I have gained over 25 lbs and can’t figure out why. It is hard to see what I see in the mirror every day and have my clothes too tight to be comfortable, but I’m not willing to buy new clothes because that would be accepting this body as permanent. your add and emails caught my attention and they all made sense, being a logical and scientific minded person i do not beleive in the yo-yo dieting. though struging from overweight for years , i did not try any fast diet scheme to date.

However with I have read from your free info, and thanks for providing them, i think I have found what will finally work for me. something i can do and keep for life. Being busy with life and work challenges, i came to realize i have neglected myself!!! I am turing 40 next month and is looking for a new start.
