Fat loss. The most interesting thing about phrase is that we associate fat with loss. Ironically the connotation of losing something is that once its lost you desperately try and find it again. While this may be true if your trying to find your car keys, a credit card, or even the T.V. remote that you dropped, I do not think this phrase is appropriate for becoming lean. I am a 19yr old college student who has lost about 65 lbs in the last 10 months by trying out different workouts and diet strategies. Summer is on its way here and I really want to be able to show off what I have been striving for. Rather than to LOSE fat I am determined to GAIN a kick ass body and I believe I can do that with your program. I believe it will be my guiding light towards my goal.
We’re going to make this post extremely quick and easy.

I’ve lost almost 20 lbs and am having problems losing the last 5-10 lbs. I need some help getting the last of my weight off. I need to look, feel and act very fit because my career depends on it. I’m almost 57. Right now, I work in the processed food industry and I’m trying, little by little, to get your processed food to be healthier. People listen to me more because I’ve been able to demonstrate the benefits of eating healthier. When I retire, I plan to become a personal fitness chef. The nutrition guidelines you talk about are the ones that I plan to concentrate on. I’ll be able to help people who want to be fit but can’t or do not want to cook healthy and delicious meals for themselves. When I start this up, it’s even more important that I not only look and act fit, but that I have personal experience in the type of programs I’m recommending to others.
Hi Joel,
I am a P90X grad and now I am doing Insanity. I would love to be one of the winners who gets to do your program for free. Who wouldn’t? I have been into fitness for the past 18 years, and I have seen results, fallen off the fitness wagon and gotten back up on it again.
I have seen results while doing the P90x program and feel the Insanity program requires a lot of energy – but where is my definition going. I think the ideal program would have a combination of both the strength training and intense cardio. I have been reading your e-mails and you mention TT or HIIT training a lot in addition to fast days. I know I would be successful at your program and cause others to want to buy as well. As many in my office covet my results.
I am hoping that I am successful at winning this time. I have entered your contest before. I look forward to being given the opportunity to finally embody a hard rock buff body.
Hi Joel,
I am the typcial 40ish year old whose body, in the last 10 years, has evolved into something I don’t take pride in anymore. I have been working on eating better and excercising more; however, I am at a point where I need a jumpstart that will give me the extra motivation to transform this body into something I can feel confident in again. I want to show people age has nothing to do with looking and feeling good.
Hello Joel,
I’m a 32 year old male and I weigh 225 pounds and my height is 5’6! I’m extremely overweight, but I’ve tried to lose the weight the old fashioned way. I recently went through a bad breakup and I seem to have been in a mild depression where food was my only friend. I look at myself in the mirror everyday and in my mind, I’m like “I need to workout”, but my heart is not in it. I receive your daily emails and when I seen that you were willing to help people to change their lives, I was like this could be the thing to get me over and help me get back to an healthy way of living that I was accustomed too. Even if I don’t “win”, I made a promise to myself on 1 June to start getting myself together!
Thanks Joel,
But I’m going to BUY the XXFL program as sooon as it comes out, no matter the price…I’m already convinced that your program will be the one that finally sheds my last ten pounds. Having followed your diet and training advice for some time now, I know that you are RIGHT !
Looking forward to my ULTIMATE BODY, and you can quote me on that.
Cheers,
Miss Robin
I am at a point in my life where I desperately need a life change. I need to start to feel good about myself again, and looking good will definitely be the boost I need. This could be the cure for mental, emotional and physical wellbeing that I am seeking. As well, I hope to teach my daughter how to get control over her own life. This system sounds like it will deliver results in a timely fashion if one stays dedicated to it, and with the built in cheat day each week, it gives one something to look forward to and help to stay on track.
Joel,
I’ve been trying to loose weight for the last 10yrs..I’m 41 6ft 305lbs. It’s sad that I let myself get this overweight but I’m ready for Change!!! I used to be an Amature Bodybuilder so I have been very Lean in my 20’s ..But what worked to loose weight then does not work now. I have 2 young Boys who are very active in Sports.. I want to get out there with them..but my weight slows me down.. I’d love a chance to try your program.
Thanks, Jlo
Hi Joel, I’m a 36 year old, 5’ 7’’ female who weighs 145 lbs, however I have around 33% body fat. This is very frustrating to me because I eat healthy and exercise regularly. I’m interested in the program because I want to keep/gain lean muscle and loose the fat. I have tried other plans in the past and I gravitate to the programs that contain a meal and exercise plan, but my % body fat does not budge. There are different programs that I’ve tried in the past, which were all very similar with similar results (marginal to none). I’m interested in your program because not only do I want to live a healthy lifestyle I want to look like it!!
I am 53 years old and my wife is 47 years old. I am a little overweight but my wife is quite a bit overweight and we have tried many ways to lose the weight but nothing has worked yet. We both want to lose weight for health reasons and I think your system just might be the one to do the trick.
Hi Joel
My husband (turning 60 next week) is on the road all week and is home most weekends. It’s extremely difficult for him to find descent food at truck stops. He is about 60 lbs overweigt. He has to deal with arthritis and HBP. The extra weight needs to come off. When he’s home on the weekend I make sure he eats well and gets in some exercise. He packs a little fridge to put in his truck but he can only bring certain foods when going into the US. He will shop at a Walmart (he can park his truck) to get some groceries. You’re weight loss program seems to fit with his lifestyle. He has a laptop and he can drive around knowing that his next meal will help him feel so much better. I would like to enjoy life with my husband for many more years.
Thank you
gk
I’m a mother of 2 teenagers. And for somw time now I’ve been trying to lose weight. I have always struggled to do so. I’ll start to shed some pounds and then I’m at a stand still. And the worst part about this, is that I suffer from back pain, which also holds me back from doing what I got to do. But now that I’ve been reading on your program. I know that this is what I need to help me. I know have the motivation to do this after reading yor emails. I know I can do this, following your guidance. I need your help and extra motivation so I can become fit.
Hi Joel,
I am 53 and go to bootcamp 3 days a week and go to the gym another day to do weight training. Try to get some walking in and go to dance class 1 day a week.
I am active but I don’t see the weight falling off. I am trying to give up on whites which is really hard and only fall off once in a while. I need to get Xtreme! I can’t accept things the way they are. I know that hormones play a part but I am not willing to give into that. Please help. Desperate in NJ.

I would love to be one of the 7 winners. I need a copy of Extreme Fat Loss because I currently have a ” beer belly ” (but its not from beer) that I need to get off and replace it with some awesome 6-pack abs. I am 42 and going to school to become a Personal Trainer and really need to look the part. I eat healthy and exercise everyday, but I am sure there is something that I am doing wrong or something that I should be doing, I dont know. I just know that if I had some tangible info that I could use, then I know i would succeed. With you being a Personal Trainer too, I am sure there is a lot of information you can share with me that would help me out. I look forward to developing a friendship and sharing stories with you. Anyway, wether i win or not, shoot me an email so that I might be able to pick your brain for a while. Thanks
Please help me! I may only be 25 but have been struggling with losing weight and getting in shape for quite some time now. In high school I took for granted that I’d always have the body I had. Needless to say I lost that body, and ever since I have been trying to get it back (and it’d be nice to even go a step better!) I tried the “miracle diets”, weight watchers etc. They worked for a little, and then of course I just gained it all back. I hear so many things about what’s good and what’s not and it’s so hard to know what the exact truth is! In reading about this new program, the mixture of which workouts to do on which days and the information on nutrition (and everything else involved!), I think you really know what you’re talking about and it seems like exactly what I need to help me lose this weight and get in shape once and for all!
My sister and I continue to work out really hard on a program that was suppose to have shown results in 3 months. Now that it’s past the 3 months we are fit, but neither of us can loose the weight/fat needed to transform our bodies. Both of us are in our 30’s and once I read your blog, I realized that our hormones are working against us. I would like a chance to try our your system to see if your combination of diet/exercise would unlock the key to transforming our bodies.
Hi Joel,
I have read the above comments and saw that others need your help more then I do. I am like yourself an eternal student, willing to learn with an open mind. I know that this will get me there where I want me to be. Just to avoid re-inventing the wheel, I was interested in a free copy.
Just keep up the good work since I already learned a lot from you.
Thanks,
Will
Hello Joel. Confusion is the reason I would love to win a copy of your program. I think I have tried every diet and exercise program available (except yours that is) and in doing so have become so confused about what to eat, when to eat, how much or little exercise to do that I am almost scared to even eat or move! So far the info in your emails is making pretty good sence so much so that it motivated me to enter your contest. I would simply like to know more and hopefully put my confusion to rest. Jules
Hi Joel,
I’ve been following your emails for a year now with intrigue and hope. i”m over 200 lbs and my weight loss is too slow and erratic. You strike a chord with me on your point about zero synergy between diet and exercise in the words of Austin Powers “Yeah baby” and I like your math analogy.
I can relate to this as I’m a teacher (music). I’m excited by your extreme fat loss diet and believe that your synergy point in particular is the “root” for me to break through as I’ve never had the right formula to balance my weight loss even when I tried the cheating thing.
It’s like I can tell what’s wrong when I see kids struggling with their musical instrument or with vocals and I know exactly what to do to fix their problem much like you through synergy where everything has to be in perfect balance in order to work.
I’m willing to do your extreme 25 as many times as it takes to get rid of 100 embarassing lbs of fat.
I’m travelling from Canada to Long Beach CA to do a show on the Queen Mary ship the afternoon of May 25th with my best students the “JazzKidz” and will be at the LAX Marriott for the LA Jazz Festival.
If I’m not a lucky winner of your extreme program. Where can I buy it the week I’m in LA? It’s always a problem getting these things to Canada. Thanks.

Hi Joel, I’m a 31 year old mom of 4. I gained A LOT of weight with my pregnancies, and happy to say that after a lot of hard work, I’ve lost most of it. However, in the last year, I’ve found myself very discouraged as I cannot get rid of those last 10 pounds. I already lead a healthy lifestyle and exercise several times per week. I’ve been receiving your newsletter and feel that your program may be the missing key to my success…There is so much info out there and in my mind, that most of the time I don’t know where to start and what to incorporate or not in my routine. Thanks in advance! :)
Over the years I have tried many “new” programs and ideas with no lasting results. I am old enough now where my condition is affecting my health. Everything I have read from your posts fits where I want to be. The principles you put forth are presented in a way I believe I can incorporate into a lifestyle.Plus I will be one of your succes stories!!

Hi Joel,
I am a 56 year old male at 5’8″ and 200 lbs. I have tried unsucessfully to lose weight. I need to lose at least 30 to 40 lbs. If your plan will work like you say it will, I am willing to give it my best shot. I am also willing to document from beginning to end. Maybe I can become one of your poster boys?? Anyways, I desperately need to lose this weight. Thank you for your offer.

After dealing with breast cancer at 52, I am now trying (so far unsuccessfully) to lose 40 pounds before my son’s wedding. I’ve had minimal success, no matter what I’ve tried. For my own well-being, and to be around for my kids and grandkids, I’d love to try your system! :)
