I have been working really hard this past year to restore my health – with the help of awesome health insurance and access to quality medical professionals. Spent years triathlon training, but developed plantar fasciitis and bunions worsened (from too much dancing in heels). Just need every tool I can possibly put in my kit so that I can keep weight off. Reading this and other blogs of folks in the same community of fitness and nutrition professionals has completely refocused my efforts onto the nutrition side, rather than just hardcore workouts – I just can’t physically take the pounding anymore. It has been a painful and time consuming ordeal on the road to recovery, but I just believe in doing all I can to maintain a healthy weight. It is good for my heart, my brain function, and frankly the less I weigh, the better I feel (and look) because I am light on my feet and move more easily. I am intrigued by the ideas presented on the blog and would like to institute these ideas as part of my regular health and fitness routine – for life.

I have tried ever since my son was born, 22 years ago this month, to lose my excess weight. Before I got pregnant I was 5’5″ and 135 lbs., a very active outdoorsy person, but after the pregnancy and the next one two years later, I just couldn’t seem to shake the 65 pounds that came on and didn’t seem to ever go away. I’ve tried dvd’s, diet programs, health clubs, you name it and I’ve tried it. I will be 60 years old this year. I was 40 years healthy, 20 years overweight. I want the next 40 years to be healthy. Please give me that chance.

Hi Joel

I’am a 36 Year old men. Not even fat or so, but i have also not your Body – damn. I wish to win one of the Copy to get strongly enough to can play around with my children. An not need always a break.

regards Ralph

I am almost 56. My mother has heart disease and diabetes and the fat around my waist line says that is in my future if I do not get to a healthy weight and fitness level. I have 4 daughters the youngest of which is just 16. I want to remain healthy and live long enough to see her grown with children of her own. I not only want to be healthy I also want to look good and feel good in my clothes. I want to be proud of the way I look instead of trying to find clothes that camouflage my figure.

As a 42 yr old African-American woman, my ample hips & thighs are deemed “prize-worthy” body parts to have & the men love it! I felt the same way until I had back, knee, & hip challenges! I started Atkins 3/18 & have lost 20lbs but I feel stagnant & I exercise 2hrs a day! I am 230lbs & 5’6″ my goal weight is 160lbs! I’m still on Atkins but I miss eating oatmeal & brown rice, & yogurt!

I have watched my weight gradually increase since I had our first child at the age of 36. I had our second at 37 and our last at 39. All of my weight is right around my middle and it is so aggravating when you don’t have a lot of time to exercise with a family. This sounds so simple and like something that I could make time to do and enjoy in the process.

Well Joel I will tell you why I need this program. You say your plan works, I need to lose 50lbs so let me try it.
Thanks

Hello. I’m a undergraduate currently enjoying my holidays in Singapore. Since finishing my service in the army a year and a half ago, my weight has been on the rise. Have been reading many articles that would help me improve on my weight and strength. I think that what you have discussed is very true as i have also heard from seniors about the cheat day in the week. But i’m curious and wanna know what more can your program do for me. Thanks and Take Care!:)

I have been overweight for about 20 years. I have tried every diet plan know to mankind, and I loose 20 lbs. or so just to put it back on plus more.I gave up for about a year thinking that there was no hope for me. I went back to the gym to loose weight which worked, as I lost 30 lbs. just to put back on 22 lbs. because i hurt my shoulder working out and i quit working out and exercising for another six months. i am 54 years old and it seems that your plan will help anyone get back in shape and fit with-out hurting them. you say eat good food and exercise and this program will help you for life if you stick to it.I am a senior and your program as you stated in the last 6 postings really got my attention. Your buddy the Gargoyle was cute also. I am pre-Diabetic now and i need your information to help me get fit for life, as I am very motivated to beat the diseases associated with getting older. I would like to grow old with you as my sponser in helping me get my life back. I need good direction on what to eat when and how to exercise with-out hurting my aging body so that I do not give up again. Most programs sell you their product and then you never hear from them again, but you seem comitted to your program through e-mail contacts.I need to learn to eat right and I feel you can help me.

I am 61 and have been cycling through fat and thin for 25 years. After every weight loss, I would put the weight back on and more. of course, now it is affecting my health. I have a family history of heart disease that puts my risk factors at the highest level. So far, I am the only person in my family (father, mother, younger brother, younger sister) with no heart disease. For the first time in my life, I am on medications for high blood pressure and high cholesterol. My doctor says I have to get my weight down – to fail to do so is ‘giving up’ on living. So, I need a plan, a good plan, one that can be done by a former runner who now is sedentary. It’s a life or death matter to me.

I know I can lose weight and fat because I have already in the past lost 20 lbs in 2 months on the Healthy Inspiration diet. But then I gradually gain it all back. I need a program that is easy to follow with foods that I like and are easy to prepare since I am not a gourmet cook! The cheat day will be such a treat to know that I can have a pizza or cereal or even stop at McDonalds if I have the urge. I’ve been reading all your emails and am so excited to try your plan. Thank you.

I have struggled with my weight for over 20 years. I have tried virtually every diet our there. I lost nearly 60 lbs in 2008 only to gain nearly all of it back in the next two years. I am hoping your program will be just what I need to end this cycle and get the weight off once and for all as in keeps me at risk for a recurrence of my uterine cancer.

I have become obsessed with nutrition and fitness recently; doing hours of research and reading your articles, John’s, Isabella’s (Diet Solution Plan), Mike Geary, etc as well as watching documentaries and reading research papers, and sharing my new found knowledge with my mum and friends of mine who have the same goals as me. We are working together to motivate each other to achieve great levels of health, fitness and muscle tone. I would find your program an excellent vessel for simplifying all my knowledge into one easy to use program that will benefit all of us as well as further quenching my instatiable thirst for knowledge on these subjects.

I am determined to achieve my sexy body and maintain a healthy lifestyle as well as influencing others to follow in my footsteps!

I need a program that will turn me from “Fat at Fifty” to “Fit at Fifty”. I know this program will do it because it is a program that will not just change my body but will be a “Lifestyle” change forever. Knowledge is power and this program is both.

First of all, thank you for creating this system, from the information you’ve been giving out seems like it’s just what I need. I am 33 years old , 5’4 and weigh 133 pounds. I am at an average physical condition. Over the years I’ve created a decent amount of muscle for my body, but I still have a certain amount of fat underneath those muscles that is not letting me get that lean cut look I would like. I’ve tried lots of methods to lower my body fat to be able to see my hard gained muscle but nothing seems to be working for me! I know I can look and feel better once I start lowering that percent of fat that I can’t get rid of. Its really frustrating when you work your butt off and eat healthy to find out at the end that you still have the same amount of body fat you started out with although you have created some muscle. I would feel so happy if a receive this information to finally notice a real transformation. Thank you very much. Marie

My BMI is 39 and I have a LOT of fat to lose. It’s killing me! I just started insulin for my diabetes. I’m exercising and eating healthy, whole foods, but it’s not helping. I need to do something Xtreme and your Xtreme Fat Loss 2.0 System looks like the answer to my problems. I trust you when you say your system works and I’m ready to prove it by trying it myself.

After 10+ years of roller coasting weight from 200 lbs. to 260 lbs. (at 6’2″), I finally decided to take my fitness level extremely seriously. In the last year and a half I have been a daily student of fitness. Reading all the information I can, experimenting on myself with what does and does not work. I have made great progress. For the first time since I was a teenager I am just below 20% body fat. After being stuck at around 25% for most of the year it feels great, and I can’t get enough of the compliments. However, with summer coming up I want to finally take care of the spare tire around my waist. After losing fat on most of my body, that thing is still stuck at 35 inches.

I have watched Joel, Vince and John with their progress. And I want to put what you guys use to use on myself. To be the best I can.

I’m a healthy but very heavy 60 year old woman who still gets guessed at 35-40. I’ve dropped 30+ lb but still have a long way to go, and with my slower post-menopausal metabolism, it’s more of a challenge. I’m a musician, composer, and teacher, and work with young people. I want to get trim, agile and strong enough to be able to sit cross-legged comfortably so I can play my tabla drums again, and so I can travel and climb mountains and pyramids, because I’ve got that ahead of me. Life is exciting and magical and there is much to experience and share – I want to be the best that I can be so I can offer the best – thank you!

I’ve been really struggling hard to keep the last inches of my tummy. Nevertheless, I’ve been training so hard despite my very busy work schedule and all, trying to adhere to a strategic meal plan and such, though I will have to admit that sometimes, I’ve been swerving off-track.

I am just wishing for a simple program to help me alleviate the final inches of my waist, alongside my goal of building muscles, improving my health and becoming a good role model and example of dedication to others(who are also seeking my advices and knowledge as well).

Well Joel . You say your plan works……i want to see if it doesbecause i have tried a lot of diets that calim the same things but ended up leaving me with less muscles and pretty muh the same amount of fat.

I corrected the website so hope it comes thru this time

Simply put…I need guidance. Diet and exercise have always been an important part of my life and I’ve purchased a number of different programs over the years in hopes of finding something will get me from 14% body fat to under 10% body fat. I’ve managed to get as low as 12% a couple of times, but I can’t seem to break through that mark. I’m not afraid of hard work and I’m very disciplined when it comes to eating. I just need an expert to tell me what do. Put me in coach…I can do it!

Hi Joel,
I used your original program in 2010 with good results. I have since suffered a shoulder injury that required surgery. Now I need to lose the extra fat gained from the long recovery and inactivity. The original worked so well that I have to believe the updated 2.0 version will be even more incredible. Thank you

I am 38, divorced, raising 3 kids and working full time. I have never seemed to find the time or energy to take care of myself. I am overweight and as my children get older I have ability to make time for myself. I think a program that is routine and tells me exactly what I need to do for my health and wellness will give me the overall energy and self esteem I need to take care of myself and my childern. I am also re-entering the dating world and would like to feel great when I do. Thank you for your time and consideration. :)

Joel,

I am a great candidate for your product! I am 21 and have been struggling with weight since I was about 13. I was diagnosed with epilepsy and was put on several different medicines and all of which made me gain tons of weight!!! Before I was in great shape. I was on the swim team in school and always A’s and B’s. I’m a Massage Therapist now and I go to the gym regularly and eat healthy. I just can’t seem to get the weight off!
Please help!

Thanks Joel! All your emails have been such an inspiration!
