I am active in sports, and workout guy. I am 5’11 and 170pounds, but I trying to loose the fat on stomach for about a year, but I am not having any success in doing. I need your help to loose the last fat, so I can get the six pack that I want. I do eat five, or six times a day, so I am not sure what I am doing wrong where I need to loose the last fat. I am hoping you can help me out.

JOEL, I NEED HELP PLEASE! I have an NPC Bikini Competition on June 11, 2011 and it is exactly 25 days until peak week begins…. I am not shaping up as well as I had hoped and really need a new plan to get me through the next 25 days. What an awesome plan, boost leptin and then the next day ramp up growth hormone by fasting. HELLO I’m gonna be shredded.
I’m 34, work out daily, and eat fairly clean but I’ve always alternated between losing muscle and fat together or putting them on together.
I need a plan to whittle down the extra pounds while keeping the muscle that I’ve worked so hard for.

I had a beautiful baby boy last year and I admit that I have had problems getting back into shape since then. I watch what I eat and I exercise regularly, but I feel that I have not yet found the right combination of exercise/diet that will help me lose the stubborn ‘fat belt’ that I have around my waist and hips since I gave birth to my son. I hope that with your program, I will be able to find my long-lost body, or even better, turn myself into the cut and lean woman I have always dreamed of being :-)

Most of my life I have been thin. Now as I am ‘older’ I find that I have put on 40 lbs that does not want to leave. I have managed to get rid of 10 but seem to be stuck there. I got rid of it by decreasing my calorie intake to 800 a day. I know this is not healthy but do not seem to have success any other way. There is nothing medically wrong with me so I am sure it must be that I am eating the wrong things.

I have been following your emails for a while now and believe that you have a system that will work for me. The results are quick (I get discouraged easily when I only eat 800 calories a day and do not see results), builds muscle (which I have lost now that I have a sit down job), and allows for ‘cheating’ which eveyone needs to do now and then.

My husband is very overweight but when we diet we go on different ones and end up eating what the other can’t. this does not work well as you are always tempted by what the other person is eating. I have discussed your diet with him and he believes that this may actually be a diet we could both do together. This would be soooo much better.

I’m 48 years old active with my family and the equine world. Unfortunately, after a back injury that placed me out of commission for a few years, I packed on a lot of extra pounds. I’m now relatively pain free in regards to my back and I want to shed these pounds to better my health as well as enjoy my grandchildren and long trail riding trips. My weight has been up and down over the years but I’m having major difficulty getting the weight off now. I’m not interested in any gimics or pills, just some good advice and guidance to feel better about myself. I have learned quite a bit from the updates and I look forward to the upcoming updates.

What a great concept! Everything laid out in simple terms and a full plan couldn’t be better. Having a busy family requires planning and strategy something that is laid out for me. Needing something with proven success is also critical as time with family and work doesn’t leave much time for using myself as a trial guinea pig. You have it all right there for me. As a male over 50 this is exactly what I need to turn things back to the way they were. Ready to go.

I’m a active 16 year old boy from sweden.
I got a huge problem that i really dont feel okej about. Since i start go to school all picked on me for being fat. I have name as piggy, bellyman, The wannabe bodybuilder. Ye you name it.
So for about 1 year ago i said to my self, no this isnt okej i wanna be some1 i want to get some muscles and “that” body. So for 1 year i have been going on gym but not that much results. Im the strongest guy in class now but i still got the fat on my belly and my butt. And i just want to feel speciell for this summer. I want the girls to look on me and think wooow! I want that guy. Me and my mum dont got that much money to spend on the gym for me so I have been trying to get free coaching from body builders but they always refuse me. :(
And now when i saw ur e-mail about free books i want it to give it a try. If i win it will be my first guide and i gonna follow it to 100% so i get the best of me! :D If it works, then i dont know in how mnay ways i should thank you… I will also recommend the program for everyone! :D

I am 54 years old and in menopause. Two years ago, I lost about 75 pounds of weight and was very happy with myself and how I looked. In the last 6 months, I have had a lot of emotional upset and have put a good portion of what I lost back on. I am trying to deal with grief over losing loved ones and, at the same time, I am very unhappy with myself. And, embarrassed. I gained this weight so quickly. I am angry with myself because it was so difficult to lose it in the first place.

If I could lose some of this gain quickly, I would feel better about myself and believe it would help in my emotional recovery, as well. So much is in my head that I can’t think for myself as to how to do it. I need a program that is going to tell me exactly what to do and when to do it. I hope I win!

I have been going to the gym for nearly 2 years, in June 2010 I ruptured my anterior cruciate ligament and tore my maniscus cartillage playing rugby. I had to spend 2 months on crutches, lost all my muscle and put on a lot of fat. As soon as i was able, I was back in the gym trying to regain my lost muscle and strengthen up my leg. 2 months ago I sat at 15% body fat and have been very careful with my nutrition, and been training hard in the gym. I am currently sitting at around 11-12% body fat and my fat loss has plateaued and I can not get any lower no matter what i try, your product looks fantastic and i believe it will help me achieve what I can not do on my own.

Why I need this program….I a 46 yrs ols and overweight by 90 pounds, My marriage failed, my thyroid gland is under active, I have sleep apnea and asthma, I have osteoarthritis in both knees that have prevented me from working out so the pounds piles on and to top it all off i have recently been diagnosed with fibromialgia.I have tried every diet under the sun and have failed I gained more weight with each attempt now I need your help to save my life and become healthy again so that I can enjoy all that life has to offer, I want to go out in public to be able to hold my head up high and not be ashamed of how I look, not to hear the whispers from passers by. Please help me get healthy and fit so that I may stave off knee replacement and help me regain my self esteem and confidence that I once had.

I’m one of those people who is lean, trying to get competition lean. I have competed in the past (at age 45…my first competition) in Figure. I surprised myself my getting two 2nds and one 3rd place trophies. I have an NPC Bikini competition coming up soon, and I’m always on the look-out for the most efficient, least “painful” way to diet down to very low bodyfat levels needed for competitions. I am a fitness instructor and very fit. I have only a few fat spots that I can’t seem to get rid of. My husband, on the other hand, has quite a bit of fat on top of his good muscles build. Other traditional plans have not worked for him, or me, and he is getting discouraged. I think this program just might be the trick to get him seeing the results he needs to stay motivated! He can’t handle the deprivation of most diet plans. I’m thinking this is the one!

I read your the Xtreme fat loss diet 2.0 updates with great interest. I love the idea of a cheat day. I am 52 and my wife is 59. We are both in good shape and work out regularly and try to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Having said that it has become increasely harder to lose the extra body fat (around the middle), yes, even at our age to get our beach bodies, whats left of them. We are stuck in a rut and I just don’t know what to do to acheive the results i got back when I was in my 30’s. Neither of us look our age and feel that this would be the perfect program for us to acheive the bodies we strive for. Always stay young at heart and be the best you can be.

I’ve been reading a lot about your program and find it to make the most sense out of many I’ve looked at. I am about 35-40 pounds overweight and would love to lose some of this yucky fat before my wedding on July 2! I want to make good nutrition a part of our daily lives — between the two of us we have 3 teenagers living in our home and I feel its really important to set a good example for them so they don’t get in the rut I’ve fallen into. Regardless if I win a free copy or not, I am getting your Xtreme Fat Loss program! I am 43 yrs old, 5’7″ and have achieved my weight loss goal of 125 lbs…. again. I swear I have lost the same 12 lbs about 6 times! My body fat is 22%, I just can’t seem to get it lower.
