I’m 47 and have struggled with my weight all my life. I have been on diabetic medicine for 6 years and now my doctor wants me to go on insulin. I have recently returned to weight lifting after a long time in an effort to keep from having to stick myself with a needle every day. I do find your emails to be very motivational, but I need an extra push (kick in the ass) to get me fired up again. I’ve lost 10 lbs so far but I still have a very long way to go. Hey Joel, Well here it goes. I have been working out for a few years now, I have been a competitive rock climber for years before that. Basically, I am one of the healthiest eaters you will find, I never even used to give me cheat days because I figured it would set me back so far. Since reading your secrets I have been incorporating cheat days and have had great success. With my normal diet and exercise, I can get myself down to around 7%, however, I want to do a photoshoot for a rock climbing magazine, however, I just cant seem to get myself to where I want to be. All of my friends are naturally skinny, 6 packs, and can eat whatever they want. Me, I have to work my butt off in the gym and eat as clean as possible to even get close to how lean they are. You, vince, and John have inspired me to get to the next level. Seeing vince, flavia, and johns result have really made me want to be that next person you can show off on your website as a testomonial. I am extremely dedicated and like to educate myself on fitness and nutrition whenever I have spare time. You have introduced me to something new, something exciting, and something I believe will be what I need to get rid of that final 10 lbs and reach some seriously low bodyfat numbers. Once I learn to control Leptin in my favor, a hormone that I never knew existed before a few days ago, I believe I WILL achieve those results. SO basically what I am saying is, I am not extremely overweight, or even moderately overweight. My dad always used to say, “why is there never enough time to get the job done right the first time, but always enough time to do it over?”
Plain and simple, I have 5 weeks to lose 20 lbs so I can walk my daughter down the isle with pride and confidence (I already confidence in her but want it for me as well). I have until June 24th to drop the weight and be ready.
I’m 49, 5’11” and have hit a plateau. No matter what I try, how lean I eat, how much I work out, I still can’t lose the weight. I hover at 206 so after reading your emails on your new diet plan, I can see the science and simplicity that just might help me get past that wall.
I should add that I’m also a Army Reservist First Sergeant and have a few Soldiers in my unit that can use some help in this department as well so i hope to use this on myself and share this information with my Soldiers so they can get off the overweight program.
So there you have it…these are my motivations, now I just need the “tools” to get the job done right!
I’ve been following TacFit Commando – great program! Still, my diet isn’t a help: lot’s of client dinners. I need a way to consciously select the right foods at the right time to achieve my goals. I am am 43 years old, and I have tried everything! I have tried so many fad diets. I have purchased so many fad workout machines, and I even have a membership to a gym. But, I seem to continue to yo-yo diet constantly. I am about 30 pounds overweight, and I want to shed those pounds. I don’t want to be skinny, I want to be in shape and fit. I am about to turn 66 years old and have just recently received the dianosis of Type 2 Diabetes. I have always been fairly healthy and up until now have been free of any chronic disease, except obesity. I have to lose the extra weight, and especially the belly fat.

I have been struggling with managing my weight for more than twenty years. Sometimes I can keep the weight under control for a year or two, after that, I am back to being overweight to even obese, despite all my good efforts in the gym. With Xtreme Fat Loss Diet 2.0 system because I would not be loosing muscle, I should gain muscle tone and definition while losing the fat all at the same time making losing the weight easier on the body. I’ve given birth to 11 children in the past 17 yrs. I’ve managed to take off each of the pregnancy weight but what seems to be hanging on now is belly fat! I run and cycle and eat right. I have been active exercising most of life. I have tried many activities to improve my overall appearance. As well I have tried as well many different fad diets most with little to moderate success though. I say this because looking at my 52 year old frame you can tell I have been physically active yet need to attain the next level of fitness. To this day I have yet to have never supported the chiseled look.
This is what has me intrigued about your book. Why there are so many diets out there but little have any effect on me? Is it because I have genetics that prevent me from attaining a low BMI? The reason it have to be me is simple. I’ve been a month withiut training because of a surgery abd a thorn miniscus (surgery to come). I’ve put on 10 pounds even being carefull about the food. I am a 65 year old diabetic and have been struggling for years to rid my body of extra fat that refuses to leave me. I try to limit my carbs, (starch, fruit) I eat a lot of salmon, veggies, nuts. I walk, some strength training (Ii have dangling fat on my arms and inner thighs that doesn’t want to tone up). I have 3 acres so there is always work to be done. My metabolism seems to have died and I would sure like to revive it. I would really like to find the key to get rid of this ugly fat and maintain a lean and toned machine?

Since I started high school I’ve always been overweight. I’m 24 now and I decided last year that I wouldn’t be carrying ANY excess weight by the time I turned 25…well my birthday is this JULY and I’ve still got 10kg to lose…
I lost 11kg before Christmas but it took me 3 months of really strict eating and my results were getting slower and slower the longer I stuck with it. I’ve seen the fantastic results other people have had with your program and I’m confident it can help me lose the 10kg and go on the shopping spree I’ve been promising myself since I was 14 years old!
I’ve tried plenty of basic healthy eating and exercise programs but the results have always been less than desired. I’ve been reading your updates every day and I’m eager to try out your different workouts for different days concept. I’ve never read anything about workouts for depleting glycogen etc. I just thought I worked out a muscle group to build muscle in that area…It makes sense that there would be a more scientific way to approach weight loss and I’m looking forward to learning about it in your Extreme Fat Loss Diet.

I can’t wait to try this program. I have a 13 year old son who has constantly struggled with his weight. He has been out of action for nearly 3 years with Severs Disease. This is caused by a sudden growth spurt. The body, mainly the growth plates in the heals, does not keep up with the rate of growth and the growth plate fractures. Due to this it causes him great pain to stand for periods of time, to walk, and running has been out of the question. We have been to foot doctors, chiropractors, pediatricians, etc., and the only thing that is going to fix this is for him to stop growing. Anyway, because of this he has led a very sedentary lifestyle for the past 2 1/2 years. He had to stop playing lacrosse and baseball, and in 4th grade even had to sit out at Gym.
He has recently found that ice skating did not hurt his feet so he tried out for ice hockey. Because the boot of the skate keeps the Achilles tendon in a stationary position it doesn’t pull on the growth plate and cause the inflammation. It also doesn’t require the food to pound the pavement so he doesn’t keep reopening the fractures.
I have been online and researching for a way to help him. He has three older siblings and they are thin and it effects him so much to be heavy.

6 years ago I was diagnosed with M.S and this past summer I lost the vision in my left eye. 2 years ago i was morbidly obese at 255lbs. Thru a strict eating program I am down to 172 lbs. But my body fat % is still very high. I think I lost a lot of muscle over the last 6 years. My son is getting married in December and my wife wants to lose 60lbs before then. My 3 college age daughters all are trying to lose 25lbs to look their best. We have plenty of fat loss required to feel good at our big event. THanks for you consideration.
Growing up I’ve always been considered a big boy or fat boy. I struggled with losing weight all my life. It seemed like every time i would lose weight, the weight would just pile back up and more. I was online looking up how to lose weight and i ran across an article you wrote and after reading it, I’ve been following you ever since. I have pitting edema and i found out being overweight can contribute to it but what scared me even more was the fact that it could mean i have kidney issues or even heart issues. It was at that point that i decided i wanted to do all i can to prevent anymore health issues with me. I’ve been studying all 6 updates trying to fully understand it so that when i get your program, i could immediately put my plan into action with your help. Hi Joel. My mother, who is going on 50 this year got told by her doctor a few weeks ago that she needed to lower her cholesterol levels and her blood pressure or it will become serious issue. She’s talked about changing her eating habits and starting an exercise routine before but she hasn’t acted on anything she’s said yet. I’ve done a bunch of digging around on the Internet to try and help her but she won’t listen to me and keeps brushing me off. She says she doesn’t want to do things like weight exercises because she thinks they’ll cause her to have those big bulging muscles you see on competitive weight lifters. I believe this diet and exercise plan you’ve created can achieve good results, you’ve obviously done your research. I’ve told her about yur program and she agreed to try it for the first 25 days. I’m hoping that once she sees the results this program can give she’ll continue.
