I’m a 22 year old mother of one. I weigh 214, the most I’ve ever been in my life, and I’m only 5’5!! I’ve always struggled with my weight and it has affected me psychologically as well as physically. I have always been very active and slim, then about 9 years ago, I got an autoimmune disease which attacks my internal organs, reducing their ability to function. One of the side effects is a weight gain of nearly 50 pounds. Even though I work out 5-6 times a week and eat healthily, I can’t seem to shift that weight. When I look in the mirror, the person that looks back at me is not me. I don’t belong in this body and feel incredibly depressed because of it. Hi Joel, I’m 29 years old, a wife of 10 years and a mother of two beautiful children. In the last 2.5 years I have had two children so my body has done some changing which has made it even harder to lose weight. I have tried several diets and work out plans and nothing seems to work. I would love to receive your program as I believe in what you do. I have been on your Cheat to Lose diet for a long time and it really works. This program sounds wonderful and valuable. I like the idea of having a Quick start checklist and also the Workout Log Sheets and Journal. Anything to make life easier in these hectic days. To have a guide on what and when to eat is fantastic. I have been through a rough time lately (I am not talking financial here, just about the trauma) and am still struggling as I live in a country where crime is getting really bad. I work in a doctors practice and the thursday before Easter 3 men with guns came in and of course took our cells, some cars. Luckily we are all still alive but it is not easy to forget the men with the guns and the stress we were in. Just telling this story as it would be brilliant to start a new program to get my mind of all the ugly things I have been through. I have struggled with my weight for years and have tried almost every diet out there. Some worked for a while, others just did nothing at all! I have been dieting and have managed to shed about 35lbs, only to have hit another plateau! I feel your regime would be more of a lifestyle change and would not only tackle my weight issues but would also lead to a long term fitter me! At 53 years old I feel I need to do all I can to keep my body strong fit and and healthy, and from reading your posts, I feel that your regime holds the key to that life long good health.

since high school i have been bullied for being ‘fat’ and for the last 4 years i have struggled on one diet after another to lose the weight that has made me so unhappy. i’m a ballet dancer and i dance for approximately 10 hours a week and alongside other diets it is still not making any difference. I Know people that have tried your fat loss systems before and they swear by them and all look absolutly fantastic. From looking through the information from the last lot of e-mails this looks just like the sort of system i need to get me back to my happier more confident self.

Hi Joel, first of all I would like to say that I would like to win a copy of your awesome system for my girlfriend and not for myself. She currently weighs about 140lbs and really would love to lose some weight but needs the expert knowledge and guidance that only someone like you could provide. Having given birth a year and a half ago she has never lost that extra bit that she had gained, and looking after a child will always take up alot of your time. Plus she goes to college 3 times a week, as she wants to do something that she enjoys. If she had the information and guidance of your system I think she could be as happy with her physique as she would be with her career. Although she cannot really get to a gym, working out at home is still possible but I think she would see the greatest results from a system as comprehensive as yours. I like going to the gym but im no nutritionist and feel expert diet information by professionals is key to her success. Keep up the good work guys, much love!
After years of running 8 miles a day 4-5 days a week I have over use injuries to my kneees and ankles. I continue to work out however since I am not at the level I was 2 years ago I have added 20lbs to my 5’2 frame. I know its not all from the exercise part but also I have let my eating habits slip too because I am so frustrated. My nephew who is 12 is coming to stay with me this summer and he is struggling with his weight and trying to loose the pounds because the kids are making fun of him. I thought that we can work at this together this summer so we both go back to school next year looking and feeling good. As well as giving him a life long habit that will keep him in shape.
Simple. I’ve hit the brick wall…can’t lose the fat, fat, FAT!

I’m hopelessly lost and need help and direction to find the right way to achieving fat reduction and weight loss. I’ve had a PT for 2 years now and during that time have gained 28lbs – probably a little fitter but still haven’t mastered running continuously over 5k! I seem to have been on a diet for most of my adult life (I’m 54 now) but have never achieved a comfortable weight and don’t fel good about myself. Your contact details fell into my inbox when I was feeling very down – can this system give me hope?
I am poised on the brink of my 60’s and am noticing the related physiological changes that go along with it. I’ve never really been in BAD shape, but I have always had to watch my diet and exercise. A few years ago to combat stress related chest pains, I joined a gym and became more serious about exercise (lifting weights) and well being through healthy eating. This year I set a goal to get my fat to muscle ratio down enough so that muscular defintion actually shows. As I enter this last stage of my life I want to be healthy and work against some of the side effects of aging. Specifically I’d like to get my weight down about 20 or so pounds to further reduce stress on my joints and my heart.

Hi Joel, I’ve been reading your emails and really getting motivated – I know your program is right for me! 6 years ago I was in the best shape of my life – then I had a series of injuries that slowed me down (torn left LCL, whip lash from a car accident a year later, and then a couple years ago fractured right patella). It was a slippery slope but with each injury I gained a bit of weight until the last one where I put on a whopping 25 lbs. Now I am 50lbs heavier than I want to be and I ready to get it off once and for all! Thanks for considering me :)

I am 45 almost 46 years old and used to be very active. I used to be outgoing and very active but not anymore. I lost my job in 2008 after 19 years and my marriage of 19 years ended around the same time after she had multiple affairs and when i looked in the mirror i saw a morbidly obese person staring back at me. I was miserable. I have yo-yo dieted for years and have never been able to consistently lose weight much less body fat. I have two kids who I enjoy spending time with and both are somewhat active and want to spend more time with me doing things but physically I am unable to. I am depressed and avoid social settings, and find myself wearing big and baggy clothes to hide my obese body. I used to love working out and playing sports but am so out of shape I gave up. I’ve had double knee replacement surgery in 2009. After having the surgery I lost my job and struggled to keep the weight off I had lost before the surgery. I’ve been able to get 30 lbs off. I have another 100 lbs to go. I’ve workout 5 times a week and tracking what I eat. Now I’m ready to “keep up a notch” with your assistant! Thanks for sharing your info and success with others!!!

Hi! I’ve been overweight for most of my life, however there were times where I was an avid member of a gym, ate healthy, and got plenty of rest which all contributed to being in shape. That was about 20 years ago! Today, although I am exercising again and trying to eat better, I need that something extra to help me. All of the men in my family have died very young due to heart disease contributed to by being overweight.
