I’ve been receiving your emails with anticipation for the advise given on food categories and exercise, and the inspiration gained from all. But I’ve hit a wall. My weight has levelled out still about 10 lbs over what I’d like it to be. I hope that with this new system it will help kick start (again) my weight loss..

Two years ago in July 2009, weighing in at my heaviest my 252 I received assistance from a program lost 55# and could no longer afford it throwing myself into research I learned how to eat on my own losing my other 50#,2010/2011 I have hit a plateau for 6mo.still managing to lose 5-10 here and there,feeling frustrated to push for the last 25/30# has been the hardest thing even eating clean and working out,would Really love to Read the book since I get daily tips from you,so I can move to next phase buying up more of lean muscle mass to compete in female body building before I am 50 will be 42 this year.I just want my fat loss safely and permanently gone the right way vs.the wrong way.Thanks LeahB.

I was in a MVA a few years back – I got T-boned at a traffic light because the ‘other guy’ decided to race through the red light instead of stopping. My back was injured and I still need physio twice a month to keep me moving. I put weight on due to not being able to work properly and had to sell my business as well. I was beginning to put my life back together when my husband was diagnosed with a condition that causes tumors – he has had two operations and we nearly lost him – he is OK at the moment but requires regular check-ups. Anyway this is just the background – my problem is that when stressed or unhappy I eat ! All the wrong things too. At the moment my back is so painful that nothing is helping and I have severe headaches to boot – so I have started a strict diet – read proper eating plan – and am slowly beginning to feel better. I am hoping that perhaps your Xtreme Fat Loss Diet would help to shed the kilograms quicker and therefore improve my wellbeing a lot faster.

I like your approach to strength training and weight loss. As a person who has struggled for most of his life with extra weight, I find what you offer a good mix of common sense. I also appreciate that you base your program on research findings.

Sometimes, it seems like your approach promiss almost unrealistic results so I really need to put it to the test! Only then, will I be able to let you know if it works for me!!

At 64 I need something to get me in shape so I can keep up with my Grandkids!

Well Joel, I am 43 yrs old and two years ago I weighed 195 lbs and exercised regularly. My father who was in good shape so we thought had a heart attack and ended up with a total 5 stints, 6 months after that he was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis a hardening of the lungs, both are believed to be hereditary. Once I heard that news I started to become depressed I stopped working out and started eating everything insight figuring what’s the point. Today I weigh 237 lbs and have come to the realization that my best chances are being healthy as possible. And I’m not doing myself or my children any justice by giving up.

I’ve been in in a nutritional jungle the past 20 years and added 30-40 lbs. I think I know a fair deal about nutrition, but it’s just hard to put it all together into a workable plan. I have young men, my boys that I want to keep up with, and live to see their families – hopefully having taught them some healthier habits than what we’ve had up till now. Actually my oldest boy would benefit from seeing me turn my life – my weight development around, maybe with a workable plan he would join me.

At the start of this year I had a tumor on my thyroid which as a side effect messed with my metabolism resulting in a 20kg rapid weight gain. Since then my self esteem has dropped and even though I have attempted to lose the weight I find after a few days I turn to food for comfort and therefore blowing my diet once again. I have been excited about a pro-gramme that will allow me to have cheat days. I am already very active, I know your pro-gramme will work for me and I am very excited to know that I may finally have the solution to get me back to my former size and feeling good about myself again. I have been making major changes in my life. After my sexual assault a few years back, I turned to food as comfort and a sense of control. Within the last year or so, I have realized what damaging effects this has had on my life. I have been working hard to overcome my emotional eating habits and feel empowered to know that food no longer has control over my life.

With this in mind, I am now ready to take on the next phase of bettering myself with open arms- losing the weight I put on during my emotion eating days. I have about 90lbs I want to lose for health purposes (as well as to be able to compete competitively with my horse) and have started a cross fit program that combines cardio and weight/resistance training.

Through your e-mails, I have become excited and am ready to get healthy again. I am doing this for myself, as well as those out there who have been sexually assaulted and abused, and have turned to food for comfort. I want to be a role model that you can overcome anything you set your mind to and not let anyone, anything , or any event hold you back.

I just want to prove to all of those people who think I can’t lose weight that I can. I’m tired of being depressed all the time because of the way I look. I need a change so i feel that this will help me become a more confident and better me. I’m sick of seeing my friends only getting guys..it’s my turn to get in shape and find someone! I have struggled with weight problems all my life and have been searching for something that will give me hope. Once I heard about this program, I instantly got excited thinking that maybe there is hope and I can finally change the way I am. this program will help me to acheive my goals finally at 46 and turn my life in the right direction. i will be testing shortly for my pt certification and would love also to get tt certified to incorporate that with other information to help the many men and women i see everyday who struggle with the same weight issues and don’t truly understand there is a way to do this in less time, more effective workouts, eating etc. My 18 yr. old and twin 15 yr old. sons are also interested in being healthy and through them can spread the word to other teens that you don’t have to dread working out and this will always challenge them to new levels. my six year old even wants to exercise and he does well with soccer and karate. Weight loss is exhausting, confusing and frustrating. I’ve worked at it for so long that I should be as much of an expert as you, but obviously I’m not, because I still have that sticky last ten or fifteen pounds. I’m sick of trying “the next new thing,” only to have it fail…. again. I don’t have a lot of weight to lose but I want to lose it once and for all, quickly, easily (if not painlessly), and for good.

Hi joel, i can say i have tried a lot of ways to lose that extra final pounds of fat…but it seems that nothing works!!! I train a lot with the exercise .but i think what i need…regarding the nutrition part… is the xtreme fat loss 2.0 system! ….and I need final fat loss stage believe your system can change my life from now on and i hope you can give me the chance to find out. Joel, I’ve been stuck at a weight loss plateau for over a month now. I’m 40 year old woman who makes progress losing weight only to get stuck again. I’m 19 and I have been trying to lose weight for years now. I am very dedicated and stick to my diets and exercise routines very well, but I never seem to lose weight. I have never felt confident and comfortable with my body. It affects my self-esteem and doesn’t allow me to be very social and play many sports. I have brothers who have always been in better shape than me and it makes me feel terrible and not athletic, especially when they make fun of me for always losing in our family competitions. I love to run and play tennis. I feel like I’m pretty fast, but I always feel as though I am carrying around more weight than I have to. If I were to lose my belly fat, I would play tennis and run track for my college teams. I would feel great every day and be much happier. I am 42 years old. My little boy is 5. When it comes time for his high school gradulation, I don’t want folks to think I am his grandpa. I have made some progress this year with exercise. I am stronger with a little more muscle. I can pinch less subcutaneous fat at my waist. But I have a lot of stubborn visceral fat that makes me look pregnant.

Last year i lost my sister. Back then i was going to the gym every day and had my best shape ever (although being overweight)
but since i lost her, i don’t have motivation at all.. i gain 26 pounds, i have no willpower, eating seems to be my new hobby.

I do not want to sound like a victim, but it really affected me. But when I was looking for motivation to get back to me in shape, I opened one of your link´s and saw the results of people who had access to your program. I was instantly motivated. Wanted to buy … but I was devastated when I saw that was only available on 24th!

look lets be honest i am 41 and have tried every diet possible. some have worked some have not. i am only 5’1″ and got up to 210lbs over the past two years i have lost weight on several diets but like all diets they only work for a limited time so this past year decided to just eat healthy and lost minimal weight got down to 180 and no matter what i try cant get below the 180. if i starve to death for the day i lose a couple of pounds but as soon as i eat gain it right back. please help stop the yo-yo diets and get on track to a better and healthier life!!!

I have always been very active and very slim. Then about 9 years ago, I got an autoimmune disease that attacks my organs, reducing their ability to function. One of the many side effects is a weight gain of nearly 50 pounds. Although I work out 5-6 times a week and eat healthily, I just can’t seem to shift that weight. When I look in the mirror, the person that looks back at me is not me, I don’t belong in this body and feel incredibly depressed because of it. I am a 32yr old single mother of two young children. I have struggled with my genetics and been over weight for as long as I can remember. After my second child I tipped the scale at 190bls (standing 5’4″). I have tried weight loss clinics, personal trainers and more. Just to plateau between 150-160bls. I am in a huge life transition. I’ve just joined the military reserve and basic training starts Sept. If I can overcome this plateau, hopefully basic training for the reserves will be that much less intimidating. I have volunteered at a gym for the past two years, finding my passion for fitness! Once I reach my goal my dream is to dedicate my full -time career as a fitness instructor and share my experience helping people just like me! No one will appriciate your help as much as me! I will not take it for granted!

I have put on 32kilo’s in the last 10yrs and I am suffering with my back and legs also breathing.
So I thought it would give me a nice kick start thx

I have seen my son, a teenager who joined a prestigious engineering college, lose weight consistently over 1 year. He reduced his weight by about 30 pounds to his approx ideal weight of 65 kg. It “happened” without consciously doing anything special. His routine changed i.e. he lived in a hostel, effectively being forced to eat low-fat food during weekdays. On weekends, he came home and compensated by eating VERY rich foods with cheese, fat, sugar, etc. He also cycled / walked, in the sun, about 6 km every week day (NO strenuous exercise). He seems to have done everything necessary for weight loss, without actually trying. I want to replicate it for myself (I am about 10 pounds overweight and have fat on my belly, despite moderate exercise). The plan offered by you, probably scientifically analysed, I expect will replicate my son’s success.
