I am 35, and I didn’t start exercising until I was over 30. In just a few months I was in much better shape, and I was a happier person! Through these last five years, I have used exercise in rough times and in good times, through pregnancy and to relieve stress. It is a wonder drug!
The last few months I have stepped up my training, I train harder and more often. I can see the changes in my body, new muscles I didn’t know were there, but I am the only one that sees them. I am flexing in front of the mirror in the bathroom, but definitely not ready to show them off at the beach.

I’m 17 years old and for about 3 years I was constantly searching for something that can help me get lean and stop being someone to be laughed of. I’ve always been fat. From early childhood i heard a lot of insults. With years and workouts i get better shape, but i still have a lot of fat on my body. It sucks when you are chubby guy. Recently I’ve lost some weight, but apparently i lost fat and muscle together. I’m 16 y.o. and being fat it’s not the way should be. I know if i want to change myself, i have to start now. I can loose weight, but I cannot loose inches of the stomach. Seems it’s something to do with certain food intolerance which causes bloating. Allways feel heavy inside. Want to try your program to see if it makes a difference.

I am 50 years old 190 lbs- very active, cycle and play soccer as well as work out in my garden with kettle bells. I have been in the gym for 15 years with little fat loss achieved. During this year I want to the healthiest and fittest person I can possible be so that I can enjoy all things I love doing. I am 36 years young and is an on and off bodybuilder. For the past few years, I haven’t been able to successfully curb out the fat in my system. Strength is good. I can bench 225 lbs single rep max. Resistance is ok. But the weight? I weigh 220lbs at the very least. It must have something to do with my age. To be honest, even my wife has been laughing at me since I work out five times a week yet I can’t manage to cut down my massive weight.
I do diet. But I can’t adhere strictly to it because of my work schedule and the busy lifestyle plus the kid at home. Thank you for inspiring me to get back where I was in my 20’s. I am 51 years old, father of six and grandfather of six. I have a white collar job that keeps me chained to a desk most of the day and have blossomed to 264 pounds. Please pick me! I have been a gym bunnie for the last seven years and even did a course through Virgin gym in South Africa to be a Group Exercise Trainer. It’s been a 3-year battle now. I wasn’t exactly fat, but I was chubby. Tearing a few ligaments in my knee set me on the path to understanding fitness. That understand grew to a love for exercise. And it worked. Up to a point. Right now, I have reached a plateau where the last pounds of fat flesh refuse to drop. Being in India, several of the diets that are recommended, are simple not practical. I am looking for a diet hence that is not a diet. Joel, after reading the 6 updates, I realised that tho I have much knowledge of ‘diets’, the ‘right’ foods, and the amount and type of exercises I am supposed to be do….. It is all wrong! it is false…….and it was keeping me fat, unhealthy and lacking in any type of motivation to keep doing something that i was obviously getting wrong!

I am a 55 year female who has been struggling to loose about 12-15 kg to get to the middle of the healthy weight range. in the last two years I have overcome a few personal obstacles (health problems) and with dedication and determination I have built a so called “avarage” physique: skinny fat!!
