Hello Joel! 30 pounds overweight ! that’s what makes my life as hard as it is. I’ve been on diets since I am 11 years old, trying each and every kind, lost some weight, put back more and more.
Cellulite, belly fat, I feel so ugly and disgraceful, not self confident at all, my body is my worst enemy, and that’s pretty a shame for such a dynamic girl that I am, loving life. People’s comments make me cry sometimes, I sincerely try to be strong but just can’t handle it any more. I feel definitely ready to start a programme that could help me, not only lose weight, but also and especially, build a nice body that I would pride and happy to have. All the stuff you send us is pretty awesome, and I am just admiring all what you’ve managed to do your wife and you, and how kind you are to all those people you help thanks to your emails. Thank you for all what you’ve done and still do for us.

I am a 43 year old mother of 5. They are all over the age of 18 so now I think it is time to concentrate on myself. My health, my stamina and my confidence. I am not a big person but I carry all of my weight in my stomach. For a female that is a health risk for a heart attack. I have tried wearing the “sexy” clothes and people ask me when I am due. It is very disheartening. I have always had weight issues. I was never huge but my weight would always end up in my stomach due to stress eating. I got so paranoid over it after a while I ended up anorexic *90 pounds at 5’5″. I am over that now (about 20 years) and know there is a right way and a wrong way of loosing weight and getting in shape. I have never been able to stick to a diet as they are so strick and when you have a total of 7 in the house it is hard to make a different meal for myself when taking time to tend to the other 6. Now is my time and I would like to feel amazing as I head into the next best part of my life. Thank you Joel for this opportunity to get into shape and be ” a sexy 43 year old”.

We go through life being told that fat loss is just about dieting and some exercise! Then along comes Joel adding the simple EXTREME missing link; it’s also about WHEN and HOW you do these 2 things! Joel’s plan just makes common sense; so much so, I’m wondering why no-one came up with his extreme but equally logical strategy for becoming lean and mean, no matter how old you may be! There are so many so called ‘fat loss’ plans out there, that’s for sure. Some bog you down with biological science, others about recipes too complicated to introduce into your everyday life, and then there are those that tell you to do impossible exercises! I’ve read what Joel has said about his plan and have to admit I was sceptical at first having spent money on other plans. But the more I read, the more it made sense; and guess what – it also sounded like fun because I felt I could actually keep to his plan which is the key! The reason is that the plan is kept simple combining how diet, exercise and body behaviour interact with each other while at the same time ramping you up with some real novel exercise which really will melt that fat away BUT ONLY IF YOU GIVE THE PLAN THE TIME IT DESERVES TO WORK! It’s not just about feeling and looking good; you will also be more self confident in life generally; give it a go! Enough said!

Hi Joel and everybody,
Well, short and simple, here’s the plan: I want to get -and stay- in good shape, and be healthy for the rest of my life!
So not only get (finally, and forever) rid of these +/- 10 kg’s of fat that I am carrying around for the last years, but also building up what is left of the (few) muscles I still have :-).
Seems to me a good plan, and your method a worthfull help for me and millions of others to achieve it!

I am an 84 year old slender male in good shape (health club weight workouts 3 to 4 times a week) who is not trying to lose weight. However, I have a tire around by waste and a pot belly that I have not been able to shrink, no matter how hard I try. I’m desparate, trying different diets and abs workouts with no success. I need something that will work. Do you have the solution?

My name is Ben Whaley. I am 32 yrs old a member of the US Navy, and I am in Afghanistan. I have been reading and studying the posts sent out on this product, and I must say I can’t wait to get a hold of it. I have struggled like many people with weight and have had some success just following what has been put out to this point. I agree whole heartedly with what was said in your audio conference with your friends. The statement “Everyone wants freedom when it comes to weight loss, but the truth is they need to be told or directed what to do and how to lose weight properly”. The truth of the matter is no one wants to be lost in the woods when it comes to health and fitness, but we are. We hear all kinds of tips from everyone around us. These people are not subject matter experts. I need just that. If I have the direction I will supply the discipline. Send that sucker to me and watch your hard work turn into mine. I can’t wait to experience this product first hand.

I really need help to shape my body. It started 8 years ago. I was a truck driver and drove only night shifts. I quit smoking, but started eating these big chocolate discs instead. I put on laid on 25 kg. over the next year.
In retrospect I have trouble with my heart, so for health reasons, I need to lose weight. I am 52 years with a cupcace stomach, and begins to see life passing revue if I do not get anything done now.

This program will be ideal for me because my life is not series of groundhog days. Each day starts and ends differently and my food and exercise intake varies accordingly. With this program I will be able to maximise my training and match it to my food intake. I mean, I can’t just schedule a cheat day for example, or a fast day. My life schedule just doesn’t work like that and it’s always been a pain. But if I do have one, now I’ll know exactly what exercise routine to perform the following day so that I don’t put on fat, and if I can have a plan of attack for the day preceding it, then that’s an extra plus.

Following your launch updates it sounds like you have created a DETAILED daily plan spelling out WHAT to do for losing 25lbs in 25 days. That is what I need!

My dieting started MANY months ago at 258lbs and I have basically gotten stuck at about 230. The goal is 205 and it sounds like you may have the PLAN to get me there!

Having a brain injury and trying to sort out all the pieces(conflicting?) on the web has kept me from piecing together exactly WHAT to do for those results. Imagine that even without all the confusion from the injury it would still be difficult figuring out a plan that WILL work if followed!

I’m 50 pounds overweight and want to be healthier and look more lean. I’m on blood pressure medication, and want to get off it. I would love to be as fit as some of my friends. I’ve tried other diets, including Weight Watchers, low carb, and crash diets, and while I have sometimes lost weight, I was unable to keep it off long term. I don’t want a diet that requires me to buy their tasteless food, or starve myself, or eat differently from the family when we eat together. What I hear about your diet is that it is doable and healthy, and that’s the kind of diet I need.

I have spent most of my life FAT! I am a disabled, woman veteran , which doesn’t help!(That’s not a pity pitch, just a challenge!) But about 8 months ago, I just got sick and tired of being overweight, on top of everything else. I have worked hard, and went from 238 lbs, to 168. Joel there are many people who wish to take your offer up, me included. I am no one special. I am fat – yes, I finally have to face the facts and admit it. Around 25kg overweight, unhappy with what I see – both internally and externally.

No excuse for the way I look, except pure lack of knowledge and even some laziness thrown in as well.

Laziness? Yes – its a combination of not knowing how much (and what) I really should be eating, mixed with the frustration of wondering if I should bother excersizing if I dont get the nutrition right in the first place.

Seems to me that I am in a labyrinth of confusion – maybe I can follow your lead, bringing me to the centre of the circle where all will become clear.

Hi-I am 60 and staying pretty fit.I do body pump at a gym 3 times a week and play paddle tennis 4 times a week. However over the last 2 years my weight has risen by 1 and a half stone (21lbs) and a lot of that is around my waist thighs and backside. I don’t usually diet as such but have tried cutting carbs which has an effect but then when I go back to even a small amount of carbs the weight comes back. I would like to lose 25 lbs-wow that would be great – and I am up for the challenge. Many thanks.

Since the time I come across your name through John. R, I became a big fan of your diet strategies. I am actively sharing words about you and John in my friend’s circle. You seem to convinced them too with your strategies. They were stuck in the plateau of fat loss, now I guess they are progressing.
My need is different, With all the beach/summer parties in the wait I am even shy to go to swimming pool because of my prominent love handles on otherwise athletic body.
I got access to your Big breakfast Diet when I purchased John’s FPFL. I tried my best to follow the BBD but it was a failure in my case. I quit it just in a week. Even though I tried to eat all my energy needs in the morning, at the end of the day I felt fatigued and just drained out couldn’t do anything other than go to bed. I just couldn’t keep it going alongside my work & lifestyle.
I am in the dire need of an alternative strategy to loose those fatty devils off my hips as quick as possible. I am sure you are the one whom I can depend on for that.

I have been overweight for over 50 years. My parents would always give me food treats especially if they had no time for me. I have been obese for at least 30 years and I have been trying to lose weight for most of that time. I need something simple that I can do and keep to so the weight will stay off – hopefully for another 30 years.

only what can i said that um really very atletic man just to know that i played ( skydiving -boxing -football-judo) but still i have the same problem :S:S my love for “E A T” i can’t make any diet really it’s to hard to continue any diet system and my big problem my stomac belly fat that ‘s all so i wish your present help me really all what i lost a good diet and i wish it help me

First I’m not from the USA (I’m from Slovenia) so sorry for my poor English.
The thing with me is that I really need to lose fat, especially on my lower body. I eat healthy (protein, fiber etc.), I never skip breakfast, I eat 4-6 small meals a day, drink a lot of water and I workout but I just can’t seem to lose fat. I really am working hard on this but I always fail and because of that I cry almost every night because I’m ashamed of my body and I have only 3 weeks till some big event that’s really important to me and I really want to look best as I can.
So please help me and thank you for everything. You’re the best ;) xx
