Having been a stay-at-home, lone-parent for the last dozen years, as well as the fact that this year I’m approaching 50, (hehe, can’t believe it LOL) – now is the time for an exciting new chapter and career change for me and I’m hugely motivated! I’m just about to start a Personal Trainer fitness course and am looking forward to helping other ‘older’ (LOL again) people realise, that by seeing my ‘story’ they too, can have it all! I’m a 41 year old female who has worked hard the last 20 years to maintain a healthy weight. I’ve always been fit and healthy and partipicated in various sports and gym exercises.

Until now. I am now sufferring from endometriosis and my normal exercise regime is impossible for me to do. I have been trying to do the resistance training program to burn fat, but i’m too ill and in too much pain to do it often enough to make any difference.

I have gained 30lbs in the last 18 months and my weight is only going in one direction.

I really need help to shift this weight while the doctors work out how to fix my insides.

Lot of sob stories here….I am not over-weight or have any diseases. I have however hit the biggest plateau of my life and its frustrating the life out of me!! This is perfect for me as I need to get past that barrier to super lean! I also have the biggest mouth ever so you can guarantee I’ll tell at least 50 people I know where to go buy the tool thats going to change their lives!

I am stuck. I have been stuck for about a year now. When I was 38, I decided to run a marathon and lost 35 lbs. in the process. The next year I discovered Dr. K and worked out at home and lost another 18 lbs. I’m now 40 and this last year I haven’t yet lost any weight. I have definitely gained muscle and strength because I can SEE a difference, but still no weight loss. I would think that after a year I would see SOME loss (according to my tanita scale, no fat loss either, which makes no sense), but I still have lots of flab on my belly (around 30% fat). I have upped my workout days to 5-6/week for the last 3 months and have been so driven but no results. I’ve tried to lo-carb it and that didn’t work either, not to mention that I can’t sustain it for more than a month. I need something drastic to kick start my progress again. Whether I get a free copy or not, I will do this 25 day program!!! Looking forward to it.

Hello from Scotland. I’m nearly 47, female and in ‘reasonable’ shape, though I’ve slowly been putting on weight for quite a few years. I’ve been very impressed by your knowledge of nutrition and your experience of getting and staying lean. Your email updates have already helped me, I’ve lost 3 inches around my waist already by tapping into your programme. I’m a biochemist and already know most of the nutritional side of things but the way you have incorporated this and excersice really is new, and it works. I can’t wait to see the whole programme.

I’m not in need of extreme fat loss and to be honest I’m a little skeptical. But I have lots of respect for you and your guidance. Plus after hearing an already lean Roman say he lost up to 14 pounds using this diet, I have to see it for myself.

I’ve got to 50 and I’m 2 stone heavier than I was when I was 20 only now I’m not doing the exercise I was then and am eating and drinking far more.

I’ve tried the gym and the exercises that the trainers there give you and they make me feel a bit better but I’ve still got the stomach flab.

I’ve had an amazing journey over the last 20 months, I’ve gone from 147.8 kgs down to my current 96 kgs. My goal weight is between 85 – 88 kgs and Im finding it increasingly difficult to lose the last few kgs.

Hey Joel, I am a 33-year-old new dad living in Paris, France. I did sports growing up, but when I started my career, I left sports out of my daily life. Specifically after marriage and the regular good meals that came with, I started putting on some weight. I had always been the “skinny one” in a family where everyone is obese. Suddenly I was overweight, out of shape, and at risk for loads of health problems. Since moving to France and especially since my son was born 8 months ago, I have been working against these tendencies. I want my son to grow up with a dad who is strong, lean, and full of energy!

Dear Joel, this 38 year old female living in Australia has literally tried EVERY diet previously published, followed every suggestion to stay trim yet I feel like a miserable failure. The frustrating part is, I am motivated, I have self-discipline, am willing to workout hour after hour and have half-starved myself trying to get thin but I always get mediocre results! My entire life I’ve always been overweight, I never really experienced that feeling of having a lighter body. I was never really obsessed over myself being overweight until this one day that made me realise that I’m really overweight. I was shopping for clothes and to my surprise I couldn’t find a simple pair of size 20 jeans available for someone my size. Since that day I decided to change the way I look because I was no longer comfortable with my weight. I tried the starving diet, burned my throat and inner stomach drinking all kinds of those hot beverages that we were made to believe that they work but no luck. At first they seemed to work but when I stopped drinking those disgusting teas I would gain back the weight. I’m still a young woman and I want to be able to wear anything I want, feel good and comfortable in my clothes and just enjoy being me.

I really need access to this program and based on what I’ve learnt from the six updates, I believe that this is the perfect fit for me because it doesn’t include those horrible, disgusting diets and the exercises are enjoyable and fun and they’re guaranteed to bring incredible results to anyone who tries the program in just 25days. Hi, Joel. I can think of several reasons why I need this program, but most of the reasons are not selfish ones. On a personal level, I am 40 years old and weigh 275 lbs. at 5′ 10″. So, obviously, health is an issue. My one saving grace is that over a year ago, I got back into training martial arts after an 18 year layoff. Not only did I start training again, I applied for the instructors training program in order to help others. To my surprise, I was accepted. Currently, I can perform all the exercises and keep-up with other students I train with, but I keep thinking how much better I could be without the additional weight. Also, and even more important, I want to help others achieve their goals, and I can better do that by achieving some of my own. So I am hoping that, with the help of your program, I can teach by example, by losing the weight and acquiring my instructor certification this year. Thanks, Joel!

Im 19 years of age. I come from an asian background which I can say it is not easy to be motivated to gym because it is not such a ‘big’ thing in asia and there are not many asian physiques to look up to but I’ve been gyming since I was 13. Atleast I thought I was…(I wasnt really… there was no structured diet at all, no consistency and no different types of training.) but this year I have taken a new stance and mindset to gym consistently and also diet consisitently, I have used all the knowledge from the internet including others than you and Roman. These all lead to me improving and changing my body in a matter of weeks. I believe that teens are marketed to too many supplements out there and it is really difficult to not get tricked or tempted to use them but after seeing what you and have produced with all the scientific backing and research, such as Roman losing 14lbs. I believe I will be able to advance and get my body healthier and leaner! ( hopefully a nice 6-pack) :). Thanks!

I’m turning 21 and after taking a glance at several comments shown above, I’m still young. But still, I’ve been working out for over 3 years and I today have no difference from the ME yesterday. I’ve been wondering why 100 times until now I surely found my answer: it’s the nutrition that matters. I’ve been lifting heavy (for me personally) and as I told you, no result. Therefore, 3 years for me is already a waste of lifetime because every moment I surf the net for some new exercises, I promised myself to get the body I’ve dreamed of 3 moths later. It’s like saying hello to 6 pack abs and big biceps in 90 days from that time. Counting is still on, so are the times I couldn’t keep my words. I’m a skinny fat man and a big fat liar to myself. Your program is a lifesaver to turn my life around and a proof to all the crappy instructions promising to WORK that NEVER work. I’ve been avoiding the fact just to keep my inefficient workout on and on every week and it’s like a sting in the tail, and almost make me give up eventually. Been turning my life around for the last 2 years, being 35 and a father i realized this was time to take action, so i let go of all the bad habits, alcohol and smoking included, started working out everyday and realized this was the best addiction there is.. so after 2 years of bulking i gained 60 pounds, not much of it is fat, maybe 10 to 15 pounds, but unfortunatelly i’ve been trying to lose weight the last 2 months to get ready for summer but the bulking habbits are just too hard to quit, so being allready sunny here i think this would be the only quick and effective way to get ready in time to enjoy and be proud of all the hard work i have put in.. even if i dont win i want to thank you for al the help and congratulate you on your amazing work.. keep it up !!
