I’m approaching 50 and I don’t want to be fat and fifty I want to be fit and fifty. It would be great to start making changes now before it’s to late. I want people to say you look great instead of you are looking well (the nice way of saying you have put on weight) I need help and I need to start a new chapter in my life and this would be the perfect start.

Hi! Not really sure where to start! So I really began to gain weight when I was about 13. Last year I decided to do something about my weight, after years of bullying at school and family nagging me to lose weight. My previous attempts were never really for me, which is why I think they were so unsuccessful. Anyway since november last year I have lost 36lbs. Which I am really pleased with but seem to have now hit a wall! For 3 weeks Ive either stayed the same weight or I have put on a pound, which I really don’t understand. Anyway I believe that your plan can really help get me back on track! To be really honest, one of the things that appeals to me most about your plan is the Cheat days! The programme I’ve been on is an all or nothing style thing. Basically they say if you don’t follow it exactly you won’t lose weight! I know what I’m like I am sure that cheat day will help me stay on track. I am starting to enjoy working out and thats something I never thought would happen. But it can be very frustrating to push myself in the gym, eat right and still. Ot lose weight. I am a mum of two young girls and I know I am not living life to the full because of my weight issues. I have always worried about it and I suppose it only really affected me but now I have a family and it affects them too. This is Fahimeh.. to be honest it is a very long time i am receiving your newsletters in my mail but just recently i started reading them.. and Mich Grey as well.. I was actually always in sport and excercises.. but the last one year i started putting on weight badly..! it has never been like that.. I am 52, female and active due to regular exercise, farm life and horses. I start young horses and re-train ‘problem’ horses. Being fit and at optimal weight is crucial to safety and effectiveness. Going thru menopause has put on weight I’ve never carried before, most all in the mid-section. I’ve lost 12 of 25 lbs and just can’t get another ounce to budge. Hi, I had 2 back injuries ’00 &’01 then in ’02 had a car accident
Put on lots of weight on due to comfort eating no exercise
because of pain, & taking lots of tablets. Had lots of Physio ect,
Was given the all clear ’09 to start at a gym with a personal
Trainer! I’ve done very well, I lost 30 kg my pain is manageable.

Hello from sunny England! I’ve always been curvy and whilst pretending to love it, I hated my big hips and tree trunk thighs but enjoyed the fact that I have an hourglass shape. Last May, a tendon in my foot split and I was unable to exercise or even walk very much. Early this year my daughter’s father died, my partner lost a court case to stop his children being taken abroad and then my partner also moved overseas. To top it all, I then had to have major surgery on my foot, involving bone grafts, hammers and chisels and a lot of pain! I was then stuck in bed for two months and have only just started to walk without crutches. I have done everything I can to control my weight, but it has piled on and I now have the most hideous roll around my stomach. Some people find depressing circumstances make them lose weight. That hasn’t happened to me. I have put it on, lost all muscle tone and feel disgusting. Summer is coming up and I wasn’t to look good and I don’t want my daughter to feel embarrassed by her whale of a mother on the beach. Please help! xxx

I want to reach 5-6% BF (now at 12%, 185cm , 79kg) and having big troubles to do so . I am resolved but i need some help with the technicalities of losing stubborn fat .

Hi joel, the reason I’d like the program is down to my self confiedence I’ve managed to get to the size that I want muscular wise but just can’t shift the fat I’ve put on with it! And feel terrible when I see myself in the mirror and try clothes on that cling to my fatty bits! Not a good look or feeling!

I started getting news letters through Henry the Health Hound, which led to yours, Kim Lyons, Coach Josh, Mike, Isabel, John Romaniello and others. Although they are all close, there is some conflicting information. Your programs seem to have the most accurate info as also covered by the other trainers. For me to chose one I think yours would be the best way to go.

Hey My names Lyndsay I’m a 16 year old girl and I am about 15 pounds over weight, I’m one of those teenagers who have tried everything from starving myself eating minimal amounts of food only to find myself binging on junk food and feeling like a failure. I really want to lose weight before I get my braces off in about 2-3 months and I want to blow people away and get them thinking is that Lyndsay? I think that this would be perfect for me and if I get results quicker than these other diets I’ve tried I would be so happy! I have determination and I want to do this because it’d start me off great for my future job. I want to become a police officer but in order to do that I’d have to become really fit so thats another reason why I think I’d be a great opportunity.

I’m 43 years old and about 10 kg overweight. We live in a very small town with the nearest gym about 65 km away. I have a gym in my garage but lack the knowledge of combining diet with exercises and I believe getting your program will help me getting started and doing it the right way. As with all small towns the salary I get at my job unfortunately does not allow me to spoil myself in buying your program. I try to keep active by doing my own housework but obviously that is not enough exercise since I’m battling with losing weight but do realise that its time to make a change.

I am very grateful for all of your awesome emails you send, thank you! All of my life I have struggled with weight and in high school I managed to lose 115 pounds by eating healthy and exercising. I was proud of myself, but I had lost a lot of muscle with my weight loss. Over the years I put some of the weight back on and now with the information I get from you and others I am well on my way to reaching my goals; aiming for fat loss and avoiding muscle loss. Learning what I did wrong the first time around has been a tremendous help. I am growing out of clothes and on my way to getting very “toned” appearance. Hi, I’m a 31 year old mom of 4. I gained A LOT of weight with my pregnancies, and happy to say that after a lot of hard work, I’ve lost most of it. This program is the perfect program for me at this point in my life because I have been training like crazy for the past 1 year and have been trying to get those 6 packs for a while now. I have achieved only the top 4 and could not get the bottom 2 packs. However, with your program I am sure I will be able to achieve those proper 6 packs and get a nice toned body as well.

My goal is to get my body fat down to 4.5-6%. I have been watching your videos and I am sure this program will help me reach my goal. I feel at this current period my body is peaking and if I push it now I will be able to achieve great results. The reason why I have not been able to get those 6 packs till now I feel is because of not having a proper diet plan and a good support system and your program will definitely help me get there.

Hi Joel. I have to be completely honest here. I am 18, and I am going on an Alaskan cruise in 5 weeks to celebrate my graduation. I was never popular in school, and always felt extremely self conscious of my body. But just last year, I really began to get into fitness, and I’ve noticed results that I’ve never seen before. I have been working very hard to get in shape so I don’t have to feel so bad when I go shirtless on my cruise. The workouts have always been the easier part. It’s diet that has always bit me from behind. Although I’ve been able to stay fairly consistent, I have never had any real structure to my diet, and the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet would be just thing to help me really focus in and get in final shape for my cruise…and for life after that. I don’t know where to start but in a nut shell, I need to loose weight because I am trying to get pregnant and my Husband and I are really struggling because of my weight. I used to be a smoker and have been smoke free for 6 months as this was a problem as well. My doctor also told me that loosing weight will also help in conceiving. I will tell you now that we have spent so much money on weight products and invitro we are going bankrupt.
