Hello :) After stumbling upon your 5 sneaky tricks to triple fat loss results, I have been on board with XFLD! Always waiting for every update and for the release of the product! I have been working out at gyms, playing hockey for years but I have never gotten to the point that I would be in perfect shape or perfect in my mind. I have always had this problem with my belly and it never completely goes away. I have been reading your posts and it seems that with your plan I could finally achieve the best body of my life. I have tried to loose fat but it almost everytime leads to losing muscle as well and this really bothers me. What I have understood from this plan is that you can build muscle but also get leaner which is the ultimate goal.

I have been trying to lose close to 100 pounds for a very long time. I have lost and gained, lost and gained and on and on. I have lost 50 lbs and have about 50 more to go. But, instead of using HCG (which is how I lost 50) I wanted to find a way to health through diet/exercise. I am feeling better with less weight on my body and have begun workouts with weights and I feel I am getting stronger, but I need a push and a plan for life. Mentally I work better/harder for shorter spurts of time. Two of my sisters have recently achieved weight loss goals that are incredible for our age. I’m 55 going on 56, and think I can do it too. One sister (54 yrs) reached a body fat level of 7% and my other sister (50 yrs) was just below 10%. They competed in the Emerald Cup in Seattle in April: one in Figure and one in Bikini. I’m just trying to keep up with my younger sisters.

My new life has finally started. Feeling positive. So much more energy and enthusiasm for LIFE. No more naps in the day. Smiling at people. Not grumbling about stuff all the while. Hi! I have been in health and fitness for the last 10 years. Actually, hormones and Mental Illness forced me to take a more precisce look at what we are eating and to develope or be part of a routine exercise program. it seems that u r an expert in what you do and i need one because after losing about 110lbs i still don’t have the body i want. plus that being in one of the third world countries i guess this is the best way i might be able to once and for all fulfill my wish of having a trim if not sexy bodt.
I have got my body fat down to 7.6% following Vince’s programme exercise and eating right it has taken me nearly a year to do. I have always been going to the gym I hate cardio but get a buzz from weights. I am 45 yrs old so over the years it has become harder for me to lose fat and keep my condition. I am looking for the right instrument to get my body fat below 5% but with keeping muscle mass!!! I have heard about this method of fasting but was unsure if you lose your muscle mass I am in the UK and work with the fitness industry ..Thankyou
hi Joel, well..i used to be in a somewhat good shape the time i lived in CA but then some bad things happened to me and i moved back to germany and i put on some EXTRA !!!! 100 lbs and i am not getting rid of them..i am the total jo-jo dieter..the only sport i am doing right now is extrem couching..:-) I am happy that i have 2 extremely crazy dogs that gets me outside for walks…i would love to get the opportunity to get back in shape and don’t have to be embarrist the way i look….Thank you so much and Danke schön…:-)))

Well I’m a 46-year single dad in pretty good shape for my age but really want to strip off that last 10 lbs of fat that is so freaking hard to get rid of. I am on Roman’s FPFL week three but need a dialed in diet plan to really believe I can do this. I just went on my first date tonight with the hottest girl I’ve ever been seen in public with and I’m sure everyone was thinking how in the hell is that dude with that chick including her. I not going to get any taller or better looking so getting ripped is the only thing I can do to hang with this hotties hotness. I need it bro!

I am a Hypnotist and work with people wanting to lose weight and manage it. There are SOOOoooo many slimming clubs … but it ain’t working!
I have developed a Hypnotic Gastric Band Programme which good, but most of my clients don’t actually go for the band in the end, they prefer to stick with my eating regime, which is based on the Paleo Diet ( high protein, low carbs…)
My partner runs a Ladies only gym (http://www.reflexionsladiesgym.co.uk) and the results there are good … but not revolutionary! We B thinkin! … what would the XFL programme do for OUR individual clients? I would market it on the Psych side of things and Lynne would market it on the physical side of things. I am already feeding clients into the Gym ( … we need them!) and I believe this would be a seed of a concept that would be mutually beneficial.
We could market the programme either as a home study or as a tutored process ( so long as they all bought a programme …)
So if we won a copy we would launch it as a programme here in the UK and giving us results … and you income … (the detail can be worked on)
So no clever words … just a great idea!

Joel, after hearing all the related mp3s (your chats with John Romaniello and Vince de lMonte, Vince and Flavia,…) and having read your blogs and updates, I have put together a very basic model of the Xtreme FLD. Amazing results after the first five days! Now I want to try the original (especially John´s unique workouts!) if results can even be better?

I’ve tried so hard over the years to lose weight using magazine diets gym memberships, workout videos and even reading tons of books on diets but I always seem to put weight back on and never reach my goal weight. I’m getting close to 30 and worried that if I don’t find out how to lose weight now I am going to end up getting bigger and bigger as my body slows down. I think I have about 50 pounds of fat to lose and Joel’s extreme fat loss system looks to be everything I need to get my body back and start to feel better and have more confidence.
I could really use this help and support to change my life for the better.

I am 52, female and active due to regular exercise, farm life and horses. I start young horses and re-train ‘problem’ horses. Being fit and at optimal weight is crucial to safety and effectiveness. Going thru menopause has put on weight I’ve never carried before, most all in the mid-section. I’ve lost 12 of 25 lbs and just can’t get another ounce to budge. I have read your ( system ) as well as others on how to burn fat and build muscle at the same time. I am very skeptical about your program working as good if not better than all the other programs out there. Your program conflicts with other programs as far as how to go about having a body that is low in body fat and still muscular.
I am an endomorph and am in my forties. So it is very difficult for me to have a consistent low body percentage (less than 10%) all year round. I would like to test your program on myself first and see if what you teach will work for my body type. If it works for me, I will be your biggest supporter and will also promote it for others. If it is not as good as you advertise, I won’t say anything.
I also have noticed from the videos I’ve seen of you recently that you don’t have the body that I would want for myself. That is one of my reasons, if not the biggest reason, that I am so skeptical of your program.
So I would like to use the system on myself and either prove or disprove that it’s as good if not better than advertised.
