I am in my 70’s and I have tried lots of things to lose weight. Whereas it used to be not so hard, now it is very difficult. I am on medication for hypertension which is now stable. My weight also remains around the same but I need to lose about 10 kilo’s and I think I would be a lot healthier and there would be less weight on my knees, which sometimes give me trouble. Thanks

I miss playing competitive sports. I want to give baseball a try this fall when the class comes up at the local college. I’ve always played fastpitch softball, but now my son is in his second year of baseball and I’m in my second year of coaching his team. I’d like to get some playing time under my belt so I can coach more effectively, as well as have some fun!
My goal this summer is to slim down and get in shape so I can give this a try. (hey, I’ve somehow managed to already drop 10lbs! No idea how, but I’ll take it, lol!) Plus we’ve just moved into a new house and there’s a ton of fun to be had in the mountains here once I’m in shape too!
And my 10yr high school reunion is in a couple months. I won’t lie. I’d like to look awesome for that too. ;)
The sooner I’m in shape, the sooner I can start having fun!
Hi there,
Let’s try again! I’ve been battling a food addiction for about 15 years. I have tried almost everything and are at a point where I am considering liposuction to get rid of my saddlebags. I’ve never won anything in my life and really hope that this is my lucky break! I need the knowledge as I really want to try everything before taking drastic measures! Please choose me
I’m just 50 and I’m starting to get really flabby around my middle. This has GOT to go! I’m also looking at TV and film acting and I want to be in a position to be able to take off my shirt and look good! I’m getting into working out and this could help me a lot. I am determined to look better than my years and this looks like the way. Thanks – looking forward to getting there!
I’ll get straight to the point. After my MMA injury I let myself go for over a year and gained 60 pounds! I am now 313 pounds, and My soon to be wife on May 28th 2011 is scared that I will continue to gain weight. I fear that I may lose her if I don’t begin to really take care of my health, I am only 24 years old and should not be anywhere near 300lbs… I’ve reached this point and realized that I may miss out on a lot of things I could do in the future with my wife and on being able to keep up with my children and family when we have them.
Thanks for the opportunity Joel
Kind regards

Why this diet is perfect for me right now:
I am 66 years old and my efforts to stay in shape and maintain a teenage body become harder with each year. It is all too easy after 40 years of habit to skip a workout and lie around and to indulge in bad eating habits when all my friends do. The peer pressure “to relax and have a good time” is stronger and the philosophy is that “you’ve EARNED it”. I run 5 K almost every day with my enthusiastic little dog and have a modest free weight program. The idea that I CAN cheat on occasion and not ruin my metabolism but actually benefit; coupled with the idea that I CAN lift heavier weights and work out harder on occasion and not jeopardize my training is exciting. I need added incentive at this point in my life.
I’m really looking forward to the release of your product. I’ve been carrying around some weight for a long period of time and it’s is now affecting the quality of my life, especially at work where I have to spend 10 hours a day on my feet. My own weight is causing me knee problems. I’ve already taken the first steps, speaking to my doctor, smart dieting, excercise, and investing in a few products that will help and encourage me to lose the weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I’ve set a goal of 3 months to lose about 20 pounds and with your system it sounds like I can meet that goal in a shorter amount of time. I am not looking for miracle weigh loss system, just something that has a basis in science and proven results. Certainly your system seems to meet both. The information I’ve gathered from your videos and emails has me convinced and ready to purchase your product as soon as it becomes available. Thanks!
I didnt know about this program when it was released some time ago, yet through just searching around, I found out that you were releasing it again. The theory behind cheat meals and fasting being used strategically intrigued me and I would like to give a try (plus losing those pounds sound good). I look forward to using this program/diet along with my mom to get in the best shapes of our lives.
I am a 58 year old man who is falling apart physically and mentally. My weight has creeped up on me yearly over the past 30 years and I find myself 45 to 50 lbs overweight. I have tried almost every program out there with no success. I pretty much have given up until I started reading about you and yours. Doctors say I need to make drastic changes in my life or face the ultimate consequence. I really believe that your program will help me because your principles are sound and make sense. Please help me save my life.
Have lost 30 kgs and struggling with those last 6kgs wont budge! Also of concern is extra skin and what the best exercise and diet tricks will give the edge to getting to goal weight and maintaining the new healthy me. My husband is so impressed with me but doesn’t know where to start so this will benefit us both. Thanks
Hey Joel, my diet of choice through the years has been low/no carbs. I had an accident in 2008. Fell down the stairs. After two surgeries my weight has soared. Dr. Atkins worked for a quick fix but not for the long haul. I can’t do the carb only thing again. I need a trainer/mentor. The extreme sounds as if it could be the next Holy Grail. I certainly hope so. At 5’10 & 285#, I would love to be one of your poster dudes. Thx for the opportunity.
Well, I will keep this simple.
I believe the program will be the perfect fit for me for the following three simple reasons:
1. I need to be told what to do on a daily bases
2. I do need cheat days! I just can’t go on a diet for several weeks without cheating once in a while.
3. Beeing a “professional” myself I always have other trainers write my exercise program! It’s strange, but it works way better!
Hello Joel,
First, thank you for your service to others by giving away your products. That says a lot about you and your concern for the health and happiness of your readers. It says to me, “This guy isn’t just into making all the money he can.”
I was nick named “Tiny Tina” from the time I was a very small child. I have a petite frame. My average weight was 95 lbs. until I was about 40. But, my
“size 2” looked just like the photo of the woman with no muscle tone from update #3. I always felt “fat” but other people thought I was crazy. I never dieted, and have never exercised regularly. (I hate to exercise. It is so boring to me. I’d rather scrub a toilet.)
I had Hodgkins disease when I was 32. I had a lobectomy, chemotherapy, and radiation. All that threw me into menopause. I have struggled with issues of insomnia, hormones probs., and depression ever since. I am taking drugs to help me deal with these issues. My doctor won’t “cut me loose” until I start exercising with some regularity.
I am exhausted. I work outside the home about 30 hours a week, I’ve been working on an at home business in my spare time, and I still have a teenager at home who still needs plenty of my time.
I know that I could feel better and have more energy. I crash on the sofa way too much, and have stopped caring about so many things. My husband is affected greatly by my depression and lack of energy and motivation. If my vanity was enough to get me to eat well and exercise, then I would have been in great shape long ago. Your program would be perfect for me because all the thinking is done. I could make a 25 day commitment, and seeing quick results would help me stay on task. (Seeing immediate results is something that motivates me in life.) If I could get to a place where I feel better, it would improve not only my quality of life, but also those of my family and friends. I feel that getting to a healthier me will take a miracle. I’ve told my doctor that in order to get better I need someone to take me by the hand, and walk me through it every day. Would you be interested in helping me?
A couple of weeks ago, I decided I want to become a fitness trainer so I can spend more time helping people. I’ve been working out and eating well for years, but lately I’ve been taking it to the next level, making awesome use of your teachings! What better way is there to help everyone I know who wants to be fit, than to get immediate access to Xtreme Fat Loss Diet 2.0?! I know it works, I will study it tirelessly and put it right to use on myself, as well as help spread your insights to anyone who will listen. Moreover, I’ve even started using the system as best I can from whatever information I’ve been able to gather from all your materials that are currently available. On your podcast I listened to the other day, one of your friends said that you were always helping someone with fitness, even if you were in front of your computer. I want to be that guy! Xtreme Fat Loss Diet 2.0 will support my fitness training studies, and ensure that I can help people properly. And the best time to start learning and helping people is right now! As you can see, Xtreme Fat Loss Diet 2.0 is the perfect program for me at this point in my life. Don’t make me wait another day! :)

My weight loss has leveled off after the first 12 lbs over a month and I can’t seem to lose another oz! I’m 57 and I don’t know how many more times I can muster to lose the weight. There is diabetes & heart disease in my family, so I really need to lose it now!
Thanks for the opportunity.
Hey there! I’m one like Vince in that I suffer from “the curse of knowledge.” That means a few things: 1) I’m a bit skeptical of your approach, but do have complete faith in its and your reputations/results; and 2) the ‘slow&steady’ approach to losing my last 3-5% body fat has been (although successful, so far) excruciatingly long and boring. XFLD2 would be my perfect breakthrough, of both my physical and mental domains, and I’m willing to give it my all.
At 61 years old I find myself about 35 pounds overweight.I have tried to lose weight and been frustrated with my results. My biggest problem has been cheat days. They always seemed to cheat me out of losing weight. Xtreme Fat Loss program is custom made for me with the cheat days being a beneficial part of the program. I love the idea that by putting forth an intense effort by following the program I will in return get an intense result. Also the structured way the program is set up and the encouragement of the results journal all work together to ensure that I will finally get the fat loss and muscle gain that I have been looking for and working towards for so long.Thank you so much for having researched and read over 800 research articles; That in itself is pretty extreme and one of many reasons for the success of the Xtreme Fat Loss System.
Dear Joel,
i am from Croatia, so I suppose shipping to my country is not possible. But, I need to tell you thank you for all great tips and tricks. I can hope for those free copies, because i have never been skinny… I want to see my abs, be healthy, be secure in myself… I need to loose few more kilograms to feel free at last…
But again, Croatia is to far, but you have readers also…
Best wishes,
Davorka
P.S. sorry for the bad grammar
Hi Joel,
I am very frustrated with how I am going to my personal trainer 4 times a week & I have improved my diet however I am not losing any weight.
I am putting in the effort but am obviously not doing it right.
I believe that what this program has to offer from all of the updates you have given will make the difference to lose the weight that I need to, so I can become a healthy weight.
Thanks
Greg
After years of being the cute but chubby girl who would make excuses for not running in gym class, or for the bus, rationalizing that I wasn’t good at it or my knees hurt so it wasn’t something I could do, I successfully completed a 5k program in 2009. I amazed myself with what I could do; the feeling of elation after that first 5k run had been unparalleled by anything I’d ever experienced in my life. For once in my life I’d completed a program and began to see the benefits of taking care of my body and yearned for more of the same. Late 2009 I became pregnant and my training program tapered off substantially and now after the baby I’m over 40 lbs overweight. I know that I can succeed with your program and I would like to be your success story. This program could be exactly what I need to put me back on the path to a lifetime of fitness.
I would love to have this program, not only for myself but for my family; As a mother of two almost grown children, and a soon to be mother of the bride. My colesteral levels were up to high during my last check up, and know I must shed my extra 20;b and live the next 45 plus years treating my body better. This program would also be great for my husband, who is natrually a large frame man, and genetics are not kind. On the Adkins diet 8yr ago, he shed 60lb, which was great, but gained it plus more back. We need a change and one we can do together. This is it. And our totally fit athletic son will no longer be embarassed of his “larger” out of shape dad. We need to know what foods work for us and which ones work against us; be able to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and be able to still eat tasty foods. I am positive this program will shed all light necessary. Looking forward to it. This would also give our son a very healthy diet plan that he would be able to fit into his fitness goals. It would be a family thing, not just personal.
This will get a bit descriptive but here it goes. I am a busy mom that has found a way to eat right and exercise but the flab on my inner thighs will just not go away. I can’t wear shorts not because of looks but because they creep up constantly. I know, annoying! Not to mention that my skin there is SO sensitive. I would love to wear shorts and with this program I know I would be able to.
I am 50 years old and in the past 1.5 years have had pretty good progress with losing fat and gaining some muscle in the process. Now that I see a difference in the mirror I want to move on and get rid of my stubborn belly fat and start seeing some abs which are there. Also, I want to build up more muscle and you convinced me Marion that you program will work. I have been reading a lot around this subject and I betting that your can start my metabolism going since, alas. its not what it used to be…
Hi Joel,
I’m following you from Italy and I need your program to provide cristal clear evidences that your are far superior than any coach in Italy! I really appreciate your job. Thank you. Augusto
