I put on over 40kg after my second baby. I went on a weight los campaign in February this year and so far have lost over 25kg. I still have over 20kg to lose to reach my goal weight so I can have another baby, but the weight is not shedding as much as I would like anymore. The ‘personal trainer’ style of your XFLD is what I need to move the last hunk of FAT! My mum would really benefit from the system as well, she has been working out 5-6 times a week without much result… we both need to be able to run after my two little boys… help!

Chance plays a large roll in our life. Will I probably win this? who knows. That’s what I love about it. If I don’t get selected, life goes on. If i do, I take full advantage of an opportunity that was presented to me. I follow the diet and exercise plan to the fullest, BECAUSE I CAN. I am a 57 y.o. male who has wrestled with the same 100 pounds for literally decades. 20 yrs. ago I got up to 283 lbs. when I quit smoking. Through dieting over 2 yrs.I got down to 178 . I slowly gained most of it back (of course) and for the last 14 years have yoyo-ed between 220 and 265 with all the creeping fat and metabolism issues that go along with the yoyo syndrome. I’m excited by the ‘sneak’ previews of this programme and the possibilities it holds. After being ‘the fat kid’ at school and the “funny big guy” at College, I have (in the last 2 years) already lost 30 kilos (67 pounds) of pure blubber – and I need to lose another 20 kilos if I’m gonna see those abs. My problem is that I’m trying to lose fat for years and I’ve tried dozen of programs and live healthy but as we all know that is really hard these days . Reading all of these updates has given me hope to be successful in achiving my goal and I want to do that for myself and confidence. I gave birth to my second baby a year ago and put on 26 kilos in the process. In addition to this I had previously had a triple knee reconstruction. So you can imagine that I was rather unfit and inactive. Over the past year I have worked hard to lose most of the excess by playing lots of tennis and training to swim a 20km marathon solo ocean event, something I am very proud of completing recently, considering I was not previously a swimmer. In the process I have become rather addicted to working hard and being fit and achieving set goals. I would now like help with a proven plan to get rid of the last 10 kilos and that pesky baby belly – and look like an “after” photo rather than a “before”. I look pretty fair in clothes now but would love to look great without also. With a 40th birthday coming up and various reunions – I would like to look and feel stunning… and young!

I was bedridden for a year after my body just shut down from the stress of caretaking and going a thousand miles an hour constantly for years! I am due for bariatric surgery in august this year and would love the chance to say to the doctors “Hey, I don’t need this any more” – I have managed to lose 2 stone myself and need to lose approx another 5 stone and your fat loss secret would be a great benefit to me and my family.
The surgery would take away my diabetes but I am quite frightened of surgery in any event.

My weight loss history has never known success and lately since I have no job my weigjt has been at its highest ever. I see how every1 else has had some story of success to tell and I desperately am In need of you. I currently weigh 100kg and need to get down to 70kg. Not only will this boost my confidence but it might also help me get a job. I’m all the way in Africa so I guess I probably dnt qualify, which sucks big time! This one is simple. We (my girlfriend and I) are going to Hawaii in just over 3 weeks to be in another couple’s wedding. I’m the type that eats healthy, and works out 5 days a week and still can’t shed the fat around my thighs. I’ve bought a few programs through your links including Full Body Licious, and the 1000 Calorie Challege. Both those have great workouts, but I need a different diet. This seems like ” the one” that will jump start my fat burning.

I want to be sexy again! I’m a 65-year-old grandma and I was working out and in pretty good shape up until 3 years ago when I moved away and got too busy. Now I’ve gained a lot of weight and it jiggles when I walk and my middle looks like a muffin top. I need EXTREME fat losing help right now fast because I’m not getting any younger.
