After reading all of these comments, I haven’t the need for it. There are people that are in much greater need of this program than me, I am still young and have plenty of time and energy to get it done without winning some contest. However, to coincide with the other respondents, i shall humor this.
So you want to know why I need the program… Well, much like the other respondents, I want and need to lose weight. For years now I have been working hard to lose weight but I just can’t reach my goal. I have tried dieting and various exercise plans. I have been involved in sporting clubs and undertake martial arts classes to try and keep fit and healthy – and to lose those unwanted kilos! However, to much avail, I have not succeeded. I am 65 and a competitive ballroom dancer. Unfortunately, I still look like a FAT ballroom dancer. I know my diet and workouts are not in sync and I have no idea what to do about that, even though I consider myself a student of physique improvement. I have lost 35 pounds, but I have been at the same weight and apparent fat % for 6 months now. I would love to have access to the wisdom and passion that went into this program. Hi Joel. Plain and simple – I need your program to help me stay alive. I’ve made the commitment to live a healthy lifestyle – and to no longer “diet”. I’ve been eating lean meat, fish, veggies, whole grains, fruits, etc… and have been exercising regularly for the past 6 months. over the years I’ve tried many different diets and many different ways. I dream of being able to play with my children, to take them to the park, run around with them, throw a ball around with them, take them to the local pool without feeeling embarressed and out of breath.
I love my food, I love all the things I shouldn’t like pizza and snacks. All the other diets have involved denial and giving everthing up, not being able to enjoy events, like having a piece of cake at birthdays without feeling guilty.
Thankfully we now have the Xtreme fat diet which allows us to have the body of our dreams but also eat the food of our dreams !
I am 31 years old and the mother of 4 children. my oldest is 14 and we are both over weight. I need to lose around 25 kgs, we dont eat take away, I cook only fresh foods and walk, jog or bike ride everyday but for the past 4 years I cant seem to be able to get rid of my excess baggage and my son just seems to be getting bigger. I feel that if we could use your system we will finally beat the bolge so to speak.

I just got out of my Boot from an achilles tendon rupture. It has been a long road and as a result I have gained some weight recently. This of course is not the end of the world, but right before I had my accident, I was working out faithfully and was seeing results and had just lost about 15 pounds. I have not been able to set foot into a gym because I couldnt be clearded by my Doctor to work out and I also could not drive as my injury is on my right foot. I would love to kick start my fitness goals again and because I have had a lot of time to be on the internet :( I can say that without a doubt, you have the best system out there!!!! It is very impotant to me at this point in my life to get into the best shape I can. I am 37 years old, have recently gone through a divorce and am now a single mom of six children (yes, I gave birth to all of them…no multiples) and I have a full time job. That being said, I don’t have a lot of time to get to a gym so I do my workouts with free weights, bands and a treadmill in my home and would love to try your program. I exercise regularly (even through all of my pregnancies), I don’t eat sugar or white flour and am in fairly decent shape (5’3″ 120 lbs), but I want more definition. I look great with my clothes on, but there is a stubborn layer of fat that won’t budge from my thighs that is very noticeable in a bikini. I don’t know why? It would be great if you could help me to figure out what I am doing wrong. Why can’t I get it right? I want people to say, “WOW!”, when they see me. I will pass your name along when they do ;)
I am living in India and i quit training few years back as i wasnt happy with the knowledge of the fitness trainers hired by the big gyms here,My goal was to get muscular and ripped but that never happened! I am turning 40 this year. I have started to do wights but I still have a far way to go. I can’t get my tummy flat. My goal is to participate next year. I could do with help. Hey Joel, Your program sounds awsome.And makes a lot of sense.I used to weigh around 350lbs. or at least thats as high as my scale would go.I got down too 235lbs. and screwed up went back up to 290lbs. I still kick my self in the but for all the hard work i had did . im back on the ball now ,and @255lbs. this time im sticking 2 it (i had maintained that 235lbs for like 4yrs)thats what really pisses me off. Your program would put me 5lbs under my 235lbs i was at .Thanks I will be waiting for my free Extreme Fat Loss Diet Kit :)

I need this program because it sounds amazing and I am getting married in a couple of months. It sounds like everything I have read about from multiple sources that will support my body in being the healthiest and happiest it can be. Not to mention me! I have been trying unsuccessfully to lose weight and get fit before I walk down the aisle and time is running out! I know it sounds superficial, but I don’t want to feel like a balloon in my wedding dress, not to mention having to look at those photos for the rest of my life. It all started with the 30 day countdown to go to Hawaii. I needed to shed the winter coat that I had been sporting for a decade. So I was working out 3-4 times a week and on a diet….hungry and frustrated because 3 weeks later a mere two pounds. Frustrated I ask my friend WHY? Why is it I can eat whatever I want and my weight stays relatively the same and I am cutting back everywhere with no difference in the results. I give up!!! why bother! But the why question kept nagging at me. There had to be an answer somewhere. So I decided I was not going on another diet until I found the right answer. I started researching foods to eat when and how and uncovering the diet myths I found you. You don’t tote a bag of vague promises but you supply real facts and information. Hi, Joel. I’m 47 years old and I have been very active most of my life. However, since suffering a syncope about a year ago, I’ve gained 30 lbs even though I have followed a healthy diet and I exercise 5 days a week. Lately I’ve been dragging myself to exercise since I’m not motivated enough although I know it’s necessary in order for me to maintain my weight or not gain weight anymore. I really don’t know what else to do…and my only excuse so far is to blame it on my hormones! I would like to regain my energy and motivation and getting myself on the right track before I hit 50 and I’m sure your program will help me achieve this.

I am a 51 year old man with a high BMI of 30, hypertension and hypercholesterolemia so reducing weight and getting fitter (and healthier) is not just for aesthetics but a matter of life and death for me before it deteriorates into something far worse like heart disease or diabetes. I’d like to win a FREE copy, because I purchased version one of this program already! It works unbelievably well, and unbelievably quickly. It also is a program that I really connect with for some reason, maybe because the science of it makes so much sense to me. Self-admittedly, I fell off the wagon (so to speak) in the past 6 months, mostly due to family commitments, but just started up version one again.
