I am nearly 42 yrs old and have struggled with my weight from my college days. I could easily loose the pounds in my twenties but when I hit the thirties it got increasinly harder to keep up the work and effort to keep off the fat. I enjoy being active and want to reduce my body fat- about a year ago I worked with a local trainer and went from 28% body fat to 16% in about 5 months with very strict clean eating and exercise. I would love to see what I woul like at less than 10% body fat. I enjoy the exercise. I guess my problem is that I still have my high school appetite and not my teenage years metabolism. I would love to have something that works- that is simple- and I can do and still have time for my family.

Why do I NEED this? Because I’m a chunky monkey. Why do I WANT this? I’ve lost all motivation. Apparently I have a short attention span. Hi Joel, at 52 I’m at that point, after many efforts to be fitter & thinner which work to a degree then stop, where I wonder if anything will work. I don’t know if your programme is perfect or not, but I’m impressed by the way that you describe it, which makes me feel confident that you’ve done your research & are confident in it yourself. Im 34 and on a personal quest to achieve great health and body composition. However its been difficult lately to make time for exercise as Im preparing to have my first child. I recently performed an intermediate RQuattro session and it absolutely wore me out, I couldn’t even finish it. I thought I was in pretty decent condition but I was proven wrong in only 30 minutes. This program would allow me to reach my ultimate goal and maximize my time with my family. It will also educate me to teach others that any physical goal is never beyond anyones reach. Im also a personal trainer and I’m my first client, I plan to reach those who are in need of exercise and encouragement to overcome any physical and/or mental obstacle. I want the program because i have hitted a plateau since 1 month ago more or less i believe that this 1000 calorie challenge will get me out of the plateau and put me on the road again,also im a very busi dude with college and work i dont have much time for workout and the challenge have a 45 to 60 minutes workout that i can perform in my house to save much more time than before.
Hi Joel, Im from New Zealand but live in Laos & Thailand at the moment. your 1000 calorie program makes sense to me. I like to train for Triathlons but have a lot of fat I need to lose so I can compete in January. I was reading your program and did not know some of the exercises. Do you have diagrams of the exercises so I can learn them. I tried googling them but no luck.

I feel this program might be the one to take my physique to the next level. I am a 35 year old male who has gone from around 240 to 170 in the last 6 years. My body has been through car and bike wrecks. Those things only slowed me down a bit and I have been become healthier than I have been than before for the most part.
I am looking to be a personal trainer/instructor and want to look the part. Health/mobility are the most important things to me and I feel this program could get me shredded so my body can look the part. Thanks for the opportunity.

I really would love to win this. I have been reading about it and it seems like something I would greatly benefit from. I am 56 years old I have tried many times to lose this extra 30-40 lbs I am consistently toting around. Being a somewhat scrawny guy atm, I try to eat alot of food to gain weight at the same time as I work out and try to build muscle. It is going forward, but I feel that I get some fat on my body. So I would like this program for the future when I need to lose some body fat to get that good looking body.

I am currently in the Army national Guard. I have been in for 4 years. I am 30 years old. i just came back from Iraq. When we came back we were introduced to our new chain of command who is very strict on all the regulations. As they should be. Our last chain of command was very flexed. I have 4 bulging discs in my lower back from an injury sustained in Iraq. I live in a small town in Indonesia. I don’t have access to any big gym workout centers, and I don’t have a workout partner. I have a mat in my garage and a couple of dumbbells. I am 42 years old and am finally getting back into shape. Now that I have become more disciplined again in doing the work, I am looking for a program that will fit my situation – not many gym resources, but a desire to burn off the remaining fat and strengthen my aging body. From the videos I have seen with Arnel and Adam Steer, I think these workouts are the right kind to match what I need.
I will be beginning my 62nd year in a couple of weeks and this seems like a system that I have been waiting for all my life. Diabetes run in my gene make up and it has been extremely hard for me to keep weight off, have tried loads of diets doctor supervised but nothing seems to work, I am currently on 7 different medical pills a day and would like to get off of them as soon as I can. After reading the info about this program seems that it would suit me at my age right now hoping to be one of the lucky ones to win this program, Lord knows I need it.
I have been working to lower and keep my weight down since the birth of my children. I have been able to reduce my weight just over 30 pounds, over the past 10 years. Even with my long term success I have not hit my ideal weight. I have tried many different programs but I seem to be so focused on the time it takes to complete the workout that I lose steam before the end. When your trial program came out I thought I would give it a try. I have done the same workout about 6 times know and I have loved it. Now, I focus on what my watch says. I know that if it says anywhere between 1 sec and 30 sec. I’m busting my butt on the exercise, otherwise I’m resting. Before I know it, the workout is over and I feel great! I’m real excited for this. I thought it was great watching Joel talk and Arnel in the background going non stop as always. Made me laugh because he is always moving! You are releasing this program at the perfect time for me. I have been trying to get my body fat down. I’ve done fairly well on my own at losing the fat and gaining muscle I’ve caught the bug and now I have come to realize that I am addicted to sweat! I need this program to learn how to customize my workouts for max results and keep my metabolism amped so I can get rid of the spare tire I have around the middle still. I can see myself fit and trim. I’m ready to see how much R4 and S2 will work for me. I’m ready to work! Thanks
I am a 49 year old female. I have been working out and eating clean since the beginning of this year. I started the year at 215lbs and 32% body fat. I am now at 160lbs and 15% body fat and have been at this level since July 2010. My ultimate goal is to get to 10% body fat. I have been eating clean at 1800 cal/day with one day off where I would eat whatever and whenever I like, usually on Saturday after I have taken my measurements. But no matter what I do now, I cannot budge the scale, my measurement or my body fat %. When I saw your promotion for this program, I feel I have found my solution. As much as I love fitness this def. is the icing of the cake. I love a challenge and this is a really fun way of doing fitness. It’s just been trial and error for me and I have the desire and hunger to change-not only change health wise but this will help me change my confidence to an even higher level! I don’t burn the calories as much but with this it will triple my results!!! I have that motivation and I want to excel to that next level
Hi – I am 29 years old and used to be in amazing shape (I use to compete in Muay Thai). Now, after fours years of not having a workout I look forward to and much stress I have become a little soft. It has been hard for me to find a workout that really works me out like Muay Thai did but doesn’t require the time (I spent 15-18 hours a week in the gym). Everything I have heard and read about the 1,000 calorie challenge seems like everything I have been looking for. Something that would give me a sweat, dripping workout and doesn’t require that I make the gym my second home. I would love to get my hands on a copy.
well it is a little difficult for me to write but here is it specially cuz you guys look great and i have not found the formula to transform my body and healt in that way also the program looks real a challenge and i wanna challenge myself into it i know you have alot response and there is only afew copies for free but it is not a big deal i will get it anyway free or not i like it and i will get it and make it work for me the way you have done guys hey and keep the good work and wish me luck in my challenge.
