I have been in a mass building phase for the last 10 months and have gained some fat in the process. The thought of burnig 1000 caories in a single workout without spending long hours doing cardio realy excites me. If i can burn 1000 calories in a sigle workout and still maintane muscle mass, my transformation would be complete. Bring on R-Quattro.

First of all, congratulations Joel and Arnel for putting together a FANTSTIC program. Wow!!! I’ve learned a lot over the last week from your daily newsletters, videos and audio clips, and I can’t wait to get my hands on your program.

I am not overweight, or out of shape, nor do I have high blood pressure, not diabetic, or low self-esteem, but I need the “1,000 calorie challenge” program to find out what my FULLEST POTENTIAL is.

I will be 40 next year, am a single mom with two beautiful and challenging kids, I hold my own household, but would like to be able to hold me own mind and body…you’re program seems very feasible with my busy schedule, and the results I’ve seen are phenomenal. I would like to be one of your success stories and would like to obtain my health (not that I’m sick, just out of shape), my body, my mental balance, as well as my self confidence back. I’ve been in an 8 year relationship with my son’s father that ended in Jan, and although I’ve already lost 55 lbs, I’ve gained 15 of them back. Even though I haven’t completely sabotaged what I’ve worked so hard to achieve, I can tell a difference in my self esteem and confidence and would like to get back to where I was 2 mos ago, and reach my ultimate goal of losing the 15 lbs I regained, plus the extra 30 lbs on top of that to reach my ultimate goal of when I was in my early 20’s. For the past three years, I have been trying to lose the weight from my pregnancy. Two months ago, I had another surgery inregards to my health. I have the opportunity to try again to lose the weight and make a life change. I have tried so many things and nothing seems to work. I am a very active person. I am just frustrated and would like to find something that works. I was told by a friend about your research, and I am hoping that I can finally find a system that will assist my efforts in losing the excess weight so I can feel normal and feel more confident in my body. Hey I have really been struggling to get my body fat percentage down and I am always so busy. I am also a singer and it’s so hard to have a lot of extra fat on my body… I tried workouts and I just never got fat loss results that I wanted because I think I didn’t do them all “perfectly correct” because I just didn’t have all the time…:/

As a busy mother of 6 and little time for myself, I need a program that is fool proof, that is easy to understand and implement with a small daily commitment. I have found the fat burning furnace to be wonderful, it is so well laid out and easy to follow. I am looking for something a bit more intense and I know that this program will not disappoint. I am a 58 year old retired Correctional Sargeant. Since leaving law enforcement I have gained some unwanted pounds and have already begun losing weight. I’ve lost approximately 45 pounds so far. However, to get to that next level and to keep it off I believe your program will help me achieve my goal of losing another 45-50 pounds.

I’m tired of all the gimmicks used to get your money, even at the health clubs. I belong to one and the other day i decided to inquire about the cost of a personal trainer. The trainer was going to charge me $69/session with a minimum of 2 per week for approximately 4-8 weeks. Then I had to purchase a heart/calorie monitor for $149. Then they had 2 tests I had to do. When it was all said and done the bill was $780 and I hadn’t touch any equipment or anything for that matter. i told them, “No Thank You”.

I am a single father of an amazing, sweet 4 year old. And I should mention that I am 56 years old, so I became a dad later in life than most. My daughter has completely shifted my focus, as likely any dad would say of the effect of having a child. I am not in healthy physical shape, although I manage to walk a few miles every day. What keeps me awake many nights is the thought that I might not live to see my daughter graduate from high school or college or get married because of not being in the best health and of course being overweight, which I have been for 35 or more years. I have a strong family history of hypertension, high cholesterol, and diabetes. Recently my blood pressure has been borderline high and I have my triglycerides have been elevated. My doctor wants me to eat better and lose a little weight to see if that helps. I can not do exercises that are too strenuous or require bending due to back problems, so diet is my main plan of action. My dietitian put me on a 1200 calorie diet, which is very difficult to follow. I need something to help me lose 10-15 pounds and help improve my health.

I’ve been exercising routinely for well over 30 years and now find myself in a frustrating state… I work out and watch what I eat but don’t have the figure I want. It used to be easy to get it back but those days are gone… That’s what moving into the 60’s means… I’m intrigued by the possibility of burning 1,000 calories in a session. Having tried the sample workout I’m convinced it’s just what I need. I am definitely gasping for air at the end of it… And I now find myself anxiously waiting for the entire program to be released so I can get started.

hey guys, been following your information closely. Over the past 2 years I have been able to go from 275 fat and bloated to 226lbs, I still have quite a ways to go however I have hit this wall and can’t get over it. After listening to what you have to say I realize that my calorie expenditure must exceed my calorie intake to create a caloric deficit. I am from Australia, 44 yrs old, work in construction, study at nightschool, surf, kitesurf, go to the gym, do yoga, have 2 young kids that I can’t kep up with, don’t have alot of spare time but can’t seem to get rid of the spare tire and double chin. Could do with some help mate.

Hi, I’m 39, and after 2 children and around 20kg weight gain, I had had enough. I embarked on; multiple diets, joined (multiple) gyms, and tried numerous exercise programs. I did lose around 12kg, and am pleased to have kept it off for 5 years. BUT, since then I don’t feel I have made much progress at all. Despite the effort, losing any more of the excess fat has eluded me. Why does my stomach and hips never lose any more fat? Why does my husband loses weight faster when we’re doing the same thing. Can I ever get that slim toned body back again? I’m really keen to get access to this program as I believe its got the info and methods to get me in the best shape of my life!

This plan sounds like it will be like having a personal trainer! I struggle with coming up with workouts that burn calories like that on my own. I try to draw on the techniques that I learned with the trainer, but I am not getting the results that I would like. I am trying to drop those last 10 pounds and this program sound like it could be the ticket! Can’t wait to try it!

Well to be honest, nutrition is where I fail. I don’t seem to have a handle on the calorie thing. I record what I eat but, I don’t seem to get the amount ever right. I am either losing too much or gaining in the wrong places,Would love to try the system and be a success story for you.

My reasons are as follows of why I would really love a free copy of your 1000 calorie program
: I swim at the beach with my t-shirt on because I’m so skinny its embarrassing
: My dog has 3 legs but can run faster than me
: I’m small in the downstairs department and I need to compensate somehow
: I get bullied by my little sister and I want to be able to stand up for myself
: I want a girlfriend

The 1000 Calorie Challenge couldn’t have come at a better time in my life and is the exact program I need. I am a 34 year old father of 2 little girls and in the process of trying to become a law enforcement officer either with the Sheriff’s Dept. or US Border Patrol. I am 5’8 and weight 210 lbs. I am 30-35 pounds overweight and need to strip this stubborn fat ASAP before I get accepted into any academy. I need to be in top shape and I know for sure that the 1000 Calorie Challenge with produce the results I am looking for. I have seen the Quattro videos and it mimics academy style training, but your program implements weights (dumbbells) which I feel is even better. I have tried numerous fad diets and fat loss programs before. I manage to lose about 10-15 lbs, but it all comes back the minute I stop the strict diet I’m on that consists of only Chicken, Rice, Nuts, Eggs and Water. I get tired of eating the same thing all the time. The food is bland and has no flavor. I feel I can’t lose weight if I don’t eat the above foods. It almost seems that if I sniff any other kind of food I gain weight. I’m also worried that I might get diabetes because it runs in my Hispanic family. I also want to set an example for my daughters and teach them a better healthier way.

I’m 28 and have been around the 100kg mark for as long as I can remember. I have always thought that I was just big boned, and that my genetics would keep me fat, since the most I have ever been able to lose is around 10kg. My ideal weight is between 60 and 75kg, going just by BMI. If your system actually works as well as you say it does, I will be amazed. I have tried diet and exercise programmes, pills, all kinds of stuff. I’m lucky enough not to have resorted to surgery, and not to have any serious health complications, so I’m able (and READY!) to burn more and be more. I want to reveal the REAL me, and I want it fast! I don’t want to turn 30 and still be fat, so I decided to start now. When I get your programme and start adding in the eating regime to the workout samples you’ve already given me, I’m confident that I’ll be slim and strong by Christmas, I’ll have a lot more energy, confidence and time to make some more exciting goals for my 30th!

Hey Joel and Arnel! As a personal trainer myself, I am always looking for new ideas and concepts to keep my own workouts challenging and filled with variety and you guys have definately spiced up my current routine! I’m looking forward to seeing if I can really get up to 1000 calories in one workout without keeling over in the process. The fact that these workouts are don in under an hour is also another HUGE reason why I want to take the full challenge. With a crazy training schedule finding 60 minutes in the day for my own workouts can often be tough. I cant wait to get my hands on the entire program and hope to be one of the lucky 30 winners!
