I have been working through arnels website trying to get in to shape, I am just now finishing up with 16 pack abs and I am ready for the next challenge! I’m 28 today and I have been out of shape for too long, it’s been a 8 month battle to get to the point now where I can actually run the block without collapsing for breath. I am anxious to keep my fitness level up and to the next level

OVER $800 invested this year alone! All trying to get the body I deserve. I’ve sacrificed my figure for my two adorable boys but it’s time to RECLAIM my body and my self-esteem! I am READY to jump start my lifestyle…I’ve been desperately trying over the last few months and I AM COMMITTED…I’m just NOT DOING THE RIGHT THINGS and I NEED HELP! Since January I have lost over 30 lbs through different methods, including a total diet makeover, a gym membership, and a desperate search for TRUE HEALTH. The problem is with all this work and money spent I have not achieved my goals…something is MISSING!!! Unfortunately, I don’t have the wisom or time (with 2 young boys) to do it all by myself. I’ve been praying for someone to TEACH me and set me in the right direction…maybe this is IT!

I used to be lean but the corporate office lifestyle of sitting on your butt everyday does take a toll to my size. My wife is tired of my promises of the return of my figure since we were married and the kids are constantly saying I’m fat.

I’m a soon to be 42 MUM of four , my boys are all at junior high , but my ‘surprise’ daughter is a very energetic two and half year old. Due to the age gap between them it has dawned on me that she’ll need me around for a good while yet. My paternal Grandma died from a massive stroke at age 50 and my Dad has had at least three strokes in the past two years, diabetes runs strong through the whole paternal side of my family. My younger sister and Bro have already tripped that genetic trap and because of gestational diabetes I am high risk for type 2 , I’m 272lbs of which 51% is fat according to my tanita monitor. I want to heal myself, rebuild my body, basically see just how many myths I can bust and get away from my old lifestyle as I have sunk everything into retraining to be a homeopath and I don’t want to rob my folks, husband, kids and patients of my best …ever

This program is what I need to burn all that internal straitjacketing in the most efficient and maintainable way possible , it also gives me the tools to help my kids build up their strength without compromising their health. Also it seems that it fits in around seeing patients, doing the Mum thing and life without adding to the stress level. I look forward to putting it all in practice and reaping the health rewards

i heard vince delmonte talking bout this is in the sample workout he posted. i have in the past had to run mile upon mile to try and take off some weight in the past. if this can replace any running for fat loss that would be a dream come true.

I am a 54 year old woman with thyroid disease,fibromyalgia,Hearing loss, hypertension,pre-diabetic,chronic fatigue,PSOC. I am about 110 lbs overweight. I have lost 25 lbs since Jan. but have hit a plateau. I recently lost my job. I am trying to re-invent my self to get a job and get healthy. I’m 42 and trying to make it to 43. I’ve had two heart attacks in the last year. I’ve been doing exerice routines but not getting the results I want or need for my health. I feel this program will get me in the shape and health that I need and desire. Receiving this program will truly help me along in this journey. Two years I cracked the 200 lb barrier. At 5’9″, I realized I either had to get taller or lose weight. At 50 years old, the taller option didn’t seem likely so I finally broke down and tried the Atkins program, even though I knew in my mind that just manipulating my diet alone was not the long term answer. Atkins did work…for a time. I lost 22 lbs. However, two years later I’ve gained 14 of it back.

I also used to have a decent physique but have allowed it to atrophy somewhat. (I now notice areas where my skin is “loose” where it didn’t use to be!) So I tried P-90X. God Bless any 50+’ers who have both the time and stamina to do an intense hour a day but I’ve become more realistic in my “old age” and want to find a realistic yet effective workout & diet regimen that will work long term.

I know what I need is a balanced diet filled w/ mostly natural, fiberous foods and also, a way to increase and maintain muscle mass, so that I would be burning more calories all the time and not have to be so concerned about every item that goes into my mouth, without having to spend hours a day working out.

So if you want someone to prove that your system beats both Atkins AND P90X, I”M YOUR GUY!!!!!!

I have watched the links and Vince DelMonte perform an example workout from the program and I beleive that this program will be the right one for me. The reason WHY I NEED access to this program is becasue I am a 16yr old student who has no confidence in my own body. I am 214 pounds and 27% body fat, this is why I need the 1000 Calorie Challenge System, so that I can change my Life and Body, so that i am able to have confidence and pride when I take my shirt off (and have the confidence to go after the girl I like at school). I have tried to lose weight by myself many times before, but I’ve always remained the same by the end of it – FAT. I know that this program will be able to motivate me and to change my life around and help me lose all my unwanted BODY FAT!.

I am 28 years old and I have tried just about everything to get rid of my bellyfat, few techniques have had results, and those that have, are very slow and small results. I want something that will kick my butt and the fat off my body. I feel that this program will give me what I am looking for. Hey Joel. I am a college student with a double major in both Exercise Science and Dietetics. Fitness is a passion of mine, and has been a huge part of my life for the past five years. Despite all my knowledge and training experience, however, I’ve been stuck at a plateau, in a rut, for an entire year. It doesn’t seem to matter how I manipulate my diet, how I train, if I gain a little bit of muscle, it goes back to how it was after a bit. If I lose a little bit of fat, it comes back after a bit. I haven’t gained any more fat and I’m decently lean but have never been really “ripped.” This plateau’s been killing me, and I’ve tried a lot of different things but even with scientifically backed knowledge and application of that understanding of nutrition and training, I just haven’t busted through this. I may have a decent body, but I want to take things to the next level – to really make people’s eyes pop and show that I’m serious. I’ve never been one to settle for less than the best I can possibly be. That’s why I feel this program is what I need. It’s what can take me to the absolute best I can possibly be physically. I’m ready to blast through this way too long lasting plateau, and your 1,000 calorie challenge is absolutely the thing for me to do that.

i am 49 years and postmenapausal i am from the beautiful island of barbados , i am overweight and have been trying for the last year to lose weight, i am at present exercising and i think acess to this book will help me to lose weight . In 2008 i had surgery for a carcinoid tumor and i have been told by the doctor to lose some weight ,given the opportunity i know i can achieve the flat stomach i need.

I am trying to lose the fat around my waist area. I haven’t found anything to this point that has worked. I am a 56 year old math teacher and want to get in better shape to help my health as I near retirement. I have been following the daily up-dates regarding this new program and would like to have an opportunity to put this program to the test. I am 46 years old, and motivated to committ to the program. I currently lift free weights 3 x weekly and jump rope or do some other aerobic activity on the alternate days. I am a 36 year old paramedic. In my work, I see countless patients with all manner of health problems. Sadly, many of these could have been avoided by proper bodyweight and exercise. Of growing concern also is the health of my fellow paramedics whom I would like to be able to help. I know we all could benefit from your program and I could be a better influence on everyone around me armed with the knowledge contained in your program.

I would like to see if this program would be beneficial as well as safe for a mid 50’s average person such as myself. I would like to drop about 20 lbs but wonder if the old joints will hold up to a 1000 cal workout.

I have tried several times to write a comment on this website, so I could participate in the weight loss, but everytime I get an error and it never goes through as far as I know. Anyway, my weight has yo-yo’ed up and down since I quit smoking over 15 years ago and nothing really seems to work. I would like to try your 1000 calorie challenge so that I can be healthier. I don’t have a hugh amount of weight to lose, but according to my doctor I am considered obese. What I need to loose is about 70 or 80lbs. My health would be a lot better if I did. I have chronic kidney disease, elevated blood pressure and my cholestrol is not so good either, but when I loose weight all that gets better. So if you think that I could benefil by your 1000 calorie challenge I hope you will consider me for one of the ones you are giving away. Thank you.
