I am a dedicated wrestler. i say this to let you know i am serious and dont quit something just because it gets tough. My goal for this year is to become a state champion wrestler. However I have a problem. i must lose 15lbs and keep it off every week starting november 19 to stay in my weight class. I am already at a low 9% body fat and have lts of troubles trying to lose weight. in the past i have just had to skip numerous meals flat out and starve myself instead of losing it the right way. I then decided to find a better and smarter to lose the weight and thats when i found your 1000 calorie challenge. this sounds like the perfect program for me and my needs. Thank you for your time.

im always sooo confused on what workout i should do or whats the best workout routine to burn alot of calories, and i know that 1000 calorie diet challenge can diffenly work for me because it sets up workout out routines design to burn up to 1000 calories and I would love to have the motavation knowing that i can burn alot of calories and know that this workout routine would work for me.. I ll be really pump to the workout on because with hard work come wonderful results!!!

I will be turning 28 at the end of this year, and my 10 year high school is coming up this summer. I will be having my second child in about a month, and my body from college is gone. While that body wasn’t tip top, I know that body is in there somewhere. I think this program will help me find the body of my dreams. I am a 49 will be 50 year old women next month and I want to look in the mirror and say, “WOW, look at the gorgeous women!”. you 1000 challenge seem that it can work

I am a 54 year old female single head of household, with two dogs and a mother with Alzheimer’s disease. At one point in my life, I was taking time to lift weights and watching what I ate. I was hot! I married (and divorced) an alcoholic and became a stress eater. Basically, I got tired of working so hard (I have never been naturally in shape – it took work). I’ve gained a LOT of weight as I’ve aged, and was okay with that until I became my mother’s care-taker. I now have a dependent. It will do my mother no good if I die before she does. I have a demanding job and little free time. I need maximum fat loss / fitness level in minimum time.

At 43, I am having the hardest time getting rid of the fat around my midsection. I would love to try this program and burn the calories. I would be great to get to that “six pack” i have been wanting.

I’ve watched the links and feel that this system is by far one of the best around, and that with its high calorie burn not only when you work out but also for days after its perfect for when you don’t have the time to go to the gym for hours. Was at a resort this weekend and looked around and realized hot fat I was. All the ladies seemed to flock to the guys with the ripped and chiseled bodies. There I was sitting and watching and receiving the obligatory hello. Although I was quite sociable, they did not want to hang out with me. One guy said to me “just come back next year buff and ripped and you too can be like us”. I was embarrassed! But more so because I felt I had worked hard to lose about 65lbs already and was looking quite good actually!! Wrong!! I have tried to get rid of the last 10 lbs of this fat that covers up everything. Reading this program, I am convinced this is the one for me. I would like to win this programme, as I have tried almost everything out there that will help metabolise my body and help lose weight without success. If your product works and I lose ALL the fat I have put on since my twenties then I will defintely be an advocate for your products.

I am 37 years old, and mother of 3 young kids. I work full time as a speech therapist. I find it hard to balance family time and “me time” to work out. I do work out 4-5 days a week running, cardio kickboxing and weights. I always use a Ploar to try to keep my HR in target zone. I also have thyroid and hormone imalances. No matter how much I watch my diet or work out- I can not loose the last 10 lbs. I am also wanting to loose more body fat. I would love to see your program! Unfortunately, my husband is out of work, so I could not afford to buy it.

I am 29 and used to be in geat shape (I competed for years in Muay Thai). The last few years I have put on the weight do to stress and not being able to find a work out that really works me out. From what I have heard and read but this program, I think it would keep me interested in working out, won’ take 15 hours a week (yes, I trained 15 hours a week) and help me get me get my strength back. I embarked on a 12 week challenge that ended up with me gaining 8kg , i have never been a big person but 8kg is HUGE to me and its devastating when you do all the right things, i gave up smoking 4months ago i entered my first 10km st georges marathon, was so proud of myself but still i cant shed these 8kg. I’ve been in and out of shape my entire 43 years. With a 10-hour per day desk job, 2 hours of commuting, raising a 9 year old daughter, I am excited about your time efficient program. I do some body-weight and dumbbell workouts now, but they don’t offer the explosive metabolism burn that I believe your program would offer. Bottom line, it would give me the workout needed to not only keep up with my 9 year-old, but the quality time that she deserves.

Based on everything I’ve learned, I’ve learned that I want to own this system! How can I look to anything else now after receiving the best free advice for staying in shape on the Net?! I wouldn’t. Quite simply, owning this system would help organize all of my workout thoughts into something more cohesive. I get by on what I can piece together on my own but having this information right in front me would remove any lingering doubts as to whether I’m following the best course of action that I can. Hi Andy here from Australia. I like the backbone of this program, namely increased and regimented work load over the progression of exercising period. As muscles and fitness progress, so does the work load. I’ve had success with another program over past six months dropped 3 kilo and body fat 23% to 13 .5% but things stalled. To compound this i had thumb tendon surgery and have a restricted exercise program till 2 weeks time, with removal of the split and final stitches.So then its physio time and back into full exercise and maybe a new program to freshen up motivation.I’m 56 and have enjoyed doing and seeing the results of a structured fitness program for the first time in my life, i just always considered myself fit through life. Unfortunately reality finally dawned, photo’s can be so cruel, and i elected to take some control of my physical form and function. So far good results, roll on the next episode namely Quatto 4 1000 calorie challenge. P S Your not dead till they bury you.

I feel like this program would allow a single mom of 2 elementary age kids to loose weight!! Being so busy with my kids activities and meetings for work, I do not have the time or energy to watch my figure! I think this program would proove to me and a lot of people in the same situation that you can trim unwanted pounds off while keeping up with the demands of life–even when it is all up to you!

I am so excited to try the 1000 Calorie Challenge! From everything you’ve shared with us I am so impressed with the time and thought that went into designing this program. Not only do I believe it will help me lose those last 20lbs and re-shape my body, the progressive structure of the program will thrust me out of my fitness plateau to new accomplish workouts that I would have thought impossible. Not to mention how great it will be (as a woman) to do these workouts in the gym with a bunch of guys watching as they enjoy their extended rest periods during their boring straight set workouts and thinking “Wow, that girl is BAD-ASS!!”. Can’t wait to get started!

I need this. The older I get the harder it is to maintain my health, now with HBP and turning 60 I working 12 to 15 hours a day with little time in the day to get to the gym or any other program, all and being in Afghanistan with the dust and a wide temp range. I feel this program maybe my last hope.

I am 39 years old and happily married, I ams struggling with my weight training and nutrition and could use additional resources to improve both training and nutrition. I would love to try this program.

This program seems to be a great testament to hard work and would love to read more about how to engage myself in this program. I have been an athlete my entire life, I play ice hockey, played in college, and still play at a high competitive level. I am looking to get in great shape, by gaining more lean muscle, and not just losing fat. I have always worked out and was seeing a personal trainer for a while, but with my busy schedule can’t make it work anymore. As a teacher for students who are emotionally disturbed, as well as working with autistic children after work, it doesn’t leave much time at the gym. I would love to be able to do this training on my own, and really see results, since I have always been overweight no matter how hard I worked out, or tried to diet. This plan seems to have valuable information in burning maximum calories, as well as proper diet plans so that my metabolism could possibly change doing what is best for it. I am ready to be in the shape I know I can be in, and become equipped with the proper knowledge on how to do so!
