Hey guys. You know the Freshman 15? Well it was the freshman 25 for me (plus some in the years after) and I’m still not able to lose very much of it after graduation. I’m desperate to lose the fat off my midsection. I’ve been trying for over two years now by working out, eating good quality food, and trying numerous programs to burn it off but absolutely nothing has worked…I understand the concepts behind R-quattro and the workout progression and I know this will help me out. Loving the posts and videos with Vince to better understand it. I’m on an extremely tight budget right now trying to pay back student loans from college, but dang I want this program! I want to make yet another success story for you two!

I am more like a fatness instructor than a fitness instructor, even though I can move and I am strong, I don’t look the part I don’t look like a Roll model. I want to get to the stage and look in a way where my clients and members of the gym say I want to look like that how did you do it. I’m a high school student who used to dance, so I once had an amazing body due to body-conditioning and hours of practise every day. But 2 years ago I was diagnosed with an eating disorder and quit, to protect myself from body-image pressure. Since then, the weight has been creeping back on, and I’ve become less and less self-confident. We are now 3 months away from our summer holidays and I am dreading them, just because I don’t want to be seen in a bikini! I want to enjoy my teenage years and feel good about myself, and I believe your programme could help me with this goal. Thank-you :)

At 55 years old I am a retired police officer, and over the years I definately ate my share of doghnuts. I have been donating my time to local junior high athletes as I was a licensed physical trainer during my early police years. Helping the kids has gotten me started on a good routine already, however, of what I have already seen of your program it would not only be an asset to me, but a huge valuable asset to the young athletes that I am involved with.

I`m 24 years old, i`m a student of medicine, and I really like everything related to fitness, exercises and nutrition. Since I was 20 years old I`be been reading a lot of information about this, papers, fisiology books,training books, nutricion books, and I try to understand everything i`m doing. In these four years I`ve been reading, i`ve found a lot of workout, but, all of them had one or another problem, you need time, a lot of time, you need machines, finally it`s a mess. the 1000 calorie callenge that you`ve done es the best thing I`ve found on this years!! i`ve read all the tips you sent me to my email, i`ve learn a lot of hormones, nutricion and metabolism, and with all this stuff, I decides to start using your 1000 callorie callenge routine.. and it`s really great and effective! so… because I have not much time to workout, because of the intensity and the big result it has gave me( talking about tips), i can tell you that 1.000 callorie challenge system is for me!

Thanks for the opportunity to enter this drawing , First I am 55 years old and weigh over 220 lbs. And stand 5’11” tall , Two years ago I had two shoulder surgeries in a three month period and was unable to work out or train and gained in excess 35 unwanted pounds. I am a National level softball player and travel around the country playing softball, my skill level has decreased since i added the pounds , so far I am unable to lose the weight and get back into playing shape , I was a Marine in the Viet Nam era and was in the greatest shape of my life and wish to return to something close to it , I have tried diets such as Atkins and some others , they are quick weight lose but not permanent . As a former Marine I am not affraid of a vigorous workout and strenuous exercise . So I found this plan of yours and became very interested in the workouts and exercises. I plan on staying with the softball since I have been doing it for over 38 years and wish to get back to the competitive level I was o nce at. As a 56 yr old female, soon to retire, I face that new phase of life 80 lbs overweight. I am no stranger to fitness. I have been a workout fanatic since I was 22. As I age, I adjust my workouts that have included running, Jazzercise, circuit weight training, pole-walking, and now I’m enjoying Zumba, kettlebells and tabata training which I love! Yet, I am technically morbidly obese! I’m doing something wrong! (Hypothyroidsim, strees and menopause had a lot to do with it). I realize it’s my diet and the way I program my workouts. Hi gentlemen, I’m a 47 year old female registered nurse, now a stay at home mom, happily married with 4 kids. I’ve been married for 20 years and overweight for the past 18yrs, since my first baby. I’ve managed to lose 35lbs over the past few years after several attempts at different diet strategies.I’ve researched several programs and like the scientifically sound approach yours uses. I absolutely need depth and structure, not to mention hardcore emperical evidence replacing what I’m doing, especially as it will save me an hour and a half plus slaving away on the treadmill as I absolutely intend one way or another to lose another 35 lbs so I can wear a bathing suit for the 1st time in 18yrs as we celebrate our anniversary with a cruise next year. Ok. That’s my very selfcentered reason. My husband is also overweight as are many of the people with whom we are in contact with and influence through our own business. With the right know how and stategies and the testimony of my own success, we’d be able to help these people who are challenged with lifestyle diseases, start life afresh. This is the definitely the next step in my professional development, as I shift from having nursed the chronically ill to empowering others to take charge of their own health which I do already in some measure but need to marry my prehistoric knowledge with something much more cutting edge and effective, cheat day and all:) I’d greatly appreciate if you’d give me the keys to help myself, my husband and so many more. To be quite honest I have no idea if this would be the right program for me or not. Unlike all the twenty something comments, I am nearing 70. It has been in the last year that I have been unable to get rid of 7 extra pounds that I seem to have found on vacation last year. It has always been pretty easy for me to drop weight I acquire on vacations but it would seem that is no longer true. 1000 calories seems like a very small amount even for my 5’2″ frame but maybe that is what is necessary. My husband (75) and I have always tried to eat fresh, healthy food. If you think this would work for me before I go on vacation to Mexico again in February, I’d love to give it a try.

I have been about 10 pounda overweight most of my life. I had exercised induced asthma when I was younger and I never did a lot of exercise.I tried to diet but I never didi it well. Now I am 58 and I have a weight problem. I do not have asthma anymore. I gained 30 pounds in the last few years. Menopause was the worst time for the gain. I was forced to take an early retirement and am on a tight budget. I have not found anouther job. I do not feel good in my body. Each morning I come into work I can’t wait to see the next email from Joel & Arnel. I am a 49 will be 50 year old women next month, and I want to look in the mirror and say, “WOW, who is that gorgeous women!!”. I know I can acheive this with your program!. I trained for 1 year, before entering the local Triathlon. the results where o.k.
i did not finish the open water swim. However,i did finish the bike and run.I was 220lbs when i started training and 218lbs when i entered the triathlon.
