A completely new way of thinking and a new way to drive and deliver the results we all desire. I am a 48 year old man, who is looking has had a weight problem all his life. My story probably not much different from others here. I can go on about how my weight problems have affected my life. As with everyone here, it has. I have done the fad diets, I workout 4 to 5 times a day and I am stuck. My body weight got down to 245 lbs, but am unable to get below that or just lose the body fat. I’ve been stuck at about 35% for a very long time. From what I have seen about your system, it may just very well be the answer I am looking for. Finally helping to drop the body fat and exposing those well developed muscles. Being able to finally break that plateau and get back to the shape I am working toward. I want to free myself of this excess fat, and I do believe your program will help me do that.

I’m 37 and a mother of 2, people wouldn’t say that I’m obese in general, but usually they notice my fatty and flabby belly. I used to work out 3 times a week but nowadays I got frustrated since the workout I do just wouldn’t get rid of the stubborn belly fat. After I read earlier updates, I believe that I could get some benefits from the workout and the diet plan, and I really plan to lose my belly fat soon, since my husband and I will celebrate our 15 year-anniversary in two months. Since i was 17 i hardly embarrassed of my fatness.. i tried so many manyy ways to lese wight but it sounds all ways abadoned to me.. its a shame but i should have confess its been years im suffering from nervous Vomiting i actully hate myself for doing that but every time i got some extra pounds thats the first easiest way come to me.. i’m really so terribly exhausted of this bloody fatness And being in a good shape its my daily dream and worry, i just wana end this anxiety once and forever..

I am 53 years old, bored and overweight. What I have read of your program mainly the R-Quattro sounds like an exciting way to get over boredom and lose some weight. Only have about 20 to 25 pounds to lose but am lacking in the motivation department. I think your program may have what I need. I need your HELP please. hi i am forty nine years old and i live in jamaica.i am a fitness enthusiast and i train in kick boxing.i also teach volotarily physical fitness at the hospital where i work.despite my enthusiasm and working out i still have not reach a good level of strenght definition or fitness,i am often time ridiculed by my peers and general public for being so involved in fitness and still have a beer belly.i have tried the sample work outs in this programme and have seen immediate results.first i felt sore in muscles i have not felt soe in years.my waist has grown slacker and i feel a ripple in my muscles particularly my pectorial and quad muscles.if i get this programme my fitness level would soar to the top putting an end to me being ridiculed and attaining defifinition and fitness.rush me this programme and enhance my entire life

I’ve been following Arnels “16 week to 6 pack abs” program and I gotta say it is fantastic! However looking at this new program you guys are developing I got goosebumps, I want it so bad. I have over 10 friends and family members who have become inspired to transform their bodies from watching my progress over the last 8 weeks, and I want to take my fitness to the next level. With this new workout that’s gonna burn up to 1,000 calories I can really accomplish that!

hi i am a 16 year old guy who lives in puerto rico, but i am not happy why? because here just like everywhere shape matters. but i would honestly say the competition here is really tough as you know i live in puerto rico a tropical island wich means almost every guy friend i have is in shape. i have gotten really frustrated with the fact that i have tried a lot to get the results i am looking for but here i am trying again. i am a persistent person so i would not give up like this easily i believe this is the program to fix my life so please help me i would really (and i mean it) appreciate it. thanks.

Just recently i was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease that has rocked my world a bit. i was just starting back with an exercise program (crossfit) after a year of challenging health issues.

Now that i know what it is, i’m ready to fight this with all i’ve got. losing 20 pounds would ease the pain on my joints and make it easier for me to pursue both crossfit and yoga.

I grew up a fat child and have laost and gained weight every 10 years. Now i’m ready for a lifestyle change and believe your program will be an integral part of that wonderful change.

I am a typical 55 year old Australian single mum, working full time in front of a computer, with no major health problems apart from being about 15 kilos overweight, slight increase in blood pressure and cholesterol. Doctor’s orders – loose weight!! I stopped playing sport at 40 when everyone told me I was too old to continue, I wish I hadn’t listened to them, they were so wrong. I have started eating better and I am told it’s never too late to regain one’s fitness. I have my Masters in Fitness but still need help to get started and achieve my dream. As Australia’s older population increases and obesity is on the rise as is in the US I would make a great ambassador for healthy living both here and worldwide with your programme. Please help me so I can help others too. Thank you.

I am 26 and hitting the peak of my life. Admittingly, I have not treated my body the best, drinking and eeating crap at university and forgetting to stop partying once I left uni. I play sport and am reasonably fit but my goal is to get into good habbits for later in life. I have joined a gym to improve strength amd fitness and this would compliment my goals and fast track results. Cheers

Not sure how you happened into my email box, but I do believe it was what I call a “God Breeze”. I downloaded your ‘4 Keys’ and have been following your posts since.
Being an exercise infomercial junkie, I have made it through a few workout plans. Still waiting to find the missing link though. Your program looks like I have found it. Am looking forward to the process of taking myself to a new level.

my mum took me to the gym with her when I was 16. Since then I have been been committed to exercise. It is a way of life for me. Now I am 40 and find that I don’t have the same amount of time or inclination to spend hours on hours working out. I need a more efficient way of training & I think that you have it! Its not so much that I need it, its that I love new insights and knowledge. I have a passion for understanding the human being, how we are put together, how we work and then how we can apply that to evolve and exspand our lives and therefore life all around us for the better. 1000 calorie work out means that you have new insight and understandings, which would be awesome to mix into my current level of understanding and knowledge and therefore increase my application ability to use, to share and to inspire. The ability of physical movement and exercise to enhance a persons life in all areas is phenomenal.
