Why I need this is, “FOR ME”, to feel better on the inside. I’m 5’7″, 200 lbs., have very llittle muscle defention. I want to transformer my body, and I know this program will help me to do that. I tried diet pills for years, I loss weight but it came back and more. I know if I reach my goal of losing weight, look better, my self-esteem will be higher, and I will be much happier in life. I don’t even go out anymore with the way I look and feel. I know this program will help.

@ Long:

Sorry Joel and Arnel, I thought my comment didnt’ get through. There’s another one down below. I don’t know how to delete it. My apologies.

I allow rather than resist. I flow like water. This program flows. Something drew me to this. I resisted by passing it up but the emails kept coming. I am now allowing. I desire to experience new feelings, emotions, and experiences to build upon. This will allow me to transform myself to my limitless potential. This program is a tool to do that. It is not the be all end all by any means; it is a tool. Life is just a bunch of experiences. Outsiders looking in have not experienced the greatness or lack thereof; whatever this program is, outsiders have not experienced that. Whatever this program is, I feel drawn to it. I want to experience it and throw myself at it to see where it can take me and then re-evaluate myself after doing it. For sure.

Joel and arnel, I have been struggling with getting in shape my whole life, I have the discippline and drive to get shredded, but I just need the information and a way to get their. I will treat your 1000 cal challenge as my bible. I really want to improve my health as obesity and cancer run in the family. Yikes! Thanks for your time, yours truly, Brian

I am a personal trainer, who spends most of his available time getting other people results and find it hard to push myself with the little amount of time and energy I have left over. To be completely honest, I know I have let myself go over the years while trying to build a business. Between early starts, late finishes and chasing our youngest daughter around the house every day, there isn’t much brain juice left over at the end of each day. I need to inject some no-thinking done-for-me workouts into my regular week. I am sick of having to plan all of my workouts. I feel that the 1000 Calorie Challenge System could potential tick all of the boxes. Bring It On! I am up for the Challenge!

What I like about the program is the challenge it is going to provide you. Yes, the progression part of it is great because it gives everyone a chance to go from nothing to something in as little as 4 weeks, without getting overly complicated. Personally, though, it’s about completing the 1000 calorie challenge! I want the “GO” with the “SHOW!” I am really interested in the performance aspect of training and that’s what I have trying to do with my training over the past year. So this program comes along and takes all the guess work out of it. The program appears to be very balanced and very well thought out. I can tell just by reading the updates that if you can complete the 1000 calorie workouts, your mind and your body will be primed for anything. Of course looking the part is a pretty good benefit as well!

Joel & Arnel,

Right now I’m training at a first division soccer club in the youth squads in Ecuador. I’m 15, and I’m currently the sub goalkeeper. I got the skills, but I need to get rid of some extra fat FAST because the new season is approaching, and I want my spot as the starter goalkeeper. I think that THIS program is gna make me lose fat like crazy, since I’ve already been melting some of it with your 600 calorie challenge. Now, I’m ready for the 1000-calorie challenge, and my spot as the starter goalkeeper.

Greetings from Calgary. After being a warrior for a good portion of my life, I got lazy and stopped working out….the result was that I gained +/- 100 pounds of unwanted fat / weight. One day, about a year ago, I woke up, looked in the mirror and saw a fat guy staring back at me…..not acceptable for a myriad of reasons. Since January 2010, I lost +50 pounds…mostly by following Vince’s 1200 calorie p.d. meal plan, some of Dave Ruel’s recipes…and lately the 2-week protein restricted food consumption [as you can see, I refuse to use the word d.i.e.t.]….and working out at the gym several times a week. The result has been encouraging…..I am beginning to feel like I did 20 years ago and I still have +/-50 pounds to go….my libido and testosterone, my attitude—-and my confidence levels— have all improved substantially……
I am finally at the stage of my recovery where I want to intensify my daily burn….that brings me to the 1000 calorie daily regimen…..I can say truthfully that it is hard to make the commitment to get to the gym 3-4 X per week….but when I do, it is critical to maximize the work time…..I go to the gym to work out and strengthen my body, not to stand around and BS with people and try to impress others…..this system sounds alot like H.I.I.T. and i am looking forward to applying these Principles.

Hey Guys! I want to look more like you(Joel & Arnel), fit! I’m a sixty year old guy, who has tried P90X for the 90 days & I did okay but still have love handles, a tummy ( my grandkids ask me if I have a baby in my tummy) but I do eat right & don”t smoke or drink. I’m fairly active but can’t seem to tone up like I would like to. This program seems to have what I need to “getter done” plus I like your sense of humor! Work your tail off (or tummy in my case) and make it fun!
The 1000 calories focus & fun challenge!

This would be perfect for my wife since she gain about 20 kilos in her pregnancy of our boy, we tried the gym, spinning and some other stuff with no permanent results so I think this will give her the opportunity to have the body we both want, lol…. I promise to take pictures of the before an after and we would authorized her story to be in your success files.

I has been fat since I was 17. I am a 40 years old single lady. My obesity has been number one reason behind my low self esteem. I fight to feel I am a real woman. I tried all kinds of diets, with and without doctors and once I lost 21 pounds, but regained them again. I am diabetic and have high blood pressure. I weigh 128 pounds. I dream of loosing my belly fat. Now when I try to follow a diet, what happens is that my body resists getting rid of water. As soon as I started following a five-to-six-meals diet, for 4 months, my blood pressure started to be higher and I suffered from water retention. I asked doctors and haven’t found answers till now. I really need to lose water and fat. I feel depressed when I look in the mirror, and I’m worried about my health and my future. I really need to do it for myself.

Submitting this, hoping to stop followup comments in email. :-)

Hi Joel and Arnel,

I have been faithful to exercise for many years. I am, however, still challenged off and on with the on again off again proper eating plan. I seem to fluctuate in a ten pound range and hate it! I am looking for something that will finally kick it for me and keep me in the ten pound less area verses the more. I am a mom and grandma. I want to stay fit and fabulous well into my 90’s. I would love to make it to 100 plus and still be dancing, lifting, and expercising. I am currently in my 50’s. This is a lifestyle for me. Any help I can receive I would greatly appreciate. I hate the up and down, back and forth. If your 1000 cal challenge will help me make the chage for good, I am way into it.

Thanks for considering my appeal.

As a college student time is limited. As a college athlete time is even more limited. Basketball season is in full swing and workout time off the court is hard to schedule with my workload. There is a small gym with minimal equipment attached to my dorm and this workout would be perfect to implement there every night. A workout of this caliber will challenge me and allow me to burn enough calories every day in under an hour to lose extra weight I’ve been carrying, making me faster and stronger on the court. Being absolutely ripped (the kind of ripped I want to be/this workout can get me) would boost my confidence on the court and as a female athlete. I need a workout that will incinerate calories without sticking me on a treadmill for an hour and boring me. Let’s get started!

Hi yahs Joel & Arnel,

I’ve never been really fit at any stage in my life until the last year or so (im 41 years young). I was a smoker for 23 years, but gave up 2 years ago, and went on a health kick. My weight was an average 73kg most of my life. Then I was riding my bike too hard and I came off and broke my collar bone about a year ago, put on 10kg, and haven’t been able to shift it since. I did Joel’s 25 day XFLD and lost 7kg, but in the last 2 months have slowly put most of that weight back on =(

In the last couple of weeks I have intensified my exercising; like running up the hill behind my house, more riding up mountains on the bike, and some lactic weight training, but I feel a little lost, and have no set programme to really make it all effective. I’m probably the fittest I have ever been in my life, but want to get back to around 75kg (this would make me pretty lean as I have more muscle than 2 years ago, riding up hills makes big legs).

I think the 1000 calorie workout would be a great system for me, giving me more structure in my training, and hopefully better results. I need to lose the belly fat before my arteries clog up and I become another statistic.

Cheers,
Anton the Aussie.

Hey Joel,

I’ve been checking up on the last 6 updates and all I have to say is WOW. I lost 3 pounds this past week from the information you gave! Thanks so much!
I’m a 45 year old single mother of 3 children (15, 11, 8). I work a lot so that my kids can have a decent and happy life. Thankfully I’m paid good. The problem is that I have gained 41 pounds in the past 4 years and have gotten insomnia, which according to my doctor, is due to my huge increase in weight.
In the past year, I have tried to lose weight (fast of course) and no dice. It’s very difficult to workout in my situation. And from what I have seen from your program, you say that I would only need to workout 3 times a week including the 3 1000 calorie diet days.
I don’t know if you ever had insomnia (or prolonged times where you’ve felt you cant sleep) but it’s one of the worst feelings you can have especially when you have to work hard day in and day out.
It just seems as if it’s a perfect fit. A single mother who has very little time (and sometimes energy) to do exercise for prolonged periods of time (6 + months like most other programs I have seen that are safe). I just think that if I get this, just maybe things can change for the better. It’s been a while since I have been able to sleep well and actually have the energy to give my children my all.
I don’t think there’s anything (or anyone) else that can help me as much as this program can. It’s perfect for me and when I get it, I’m going to go all the way with it!

I don’t have any product for calories burning, but I woul like to try your product because I can see in the pictures the way it works. You guys are very strong and can transmit to me confidence and certainty throught your bodies. I want to be exactly like you guys. Thanks for this oportunity.

I am a 27 year old male, 6’3″ and 320lbs. I have a endomorph/mesomorph build. I have always been strong and am naturally big but I have finally made the commitment to myself to slim down. I think this program would do wonders for me. Currently my aerobic training sucks but my weight training has been good. Simply put, I need this badly. My knees, back and hips are suffering from the excess weight. My wife and I will are currently “trying” for our first child. It would be a real blessing if I could be in the mid to low 200lb range by the time we receive our bundle of joy. I’m ready to take the challenge!!!! P.S. before and after photos to come :-)

Hi guys!I want to try your program just simply because i need a new challenge in my life.I already trainned many sports and i tried to work as a personal trainer in a health club and i find this concept of training very interesting and looks like to have lots of information that i can use or adapt to my trainning.I dont look very nice right now and i need to get in shape lose a few pounds and gain cardio resistance.
Well if you need someone to test this program for real iam here!
Good luck for your project.

I want the girl, it’s that simple. I’m not being egotistical, but I know the confidence that a great body can bring. I want to stand out. I want to be the one who turns heads. I want to be able to look into a mirror and be happy with what I see.

I have struggled with weight ever since I can remember. In high school I was able to keep it under control since I was heavily involved in sports. Now, at 46 years old, it is harder and harder to keep the weight off. My 17 year old daughter also struggles with weight so we have been working out together at home every morning. Neither of us have seen much difference and I think this exercise program is just what we need to see results and feel successful.

Joel,
I have been training for more than four years with programs like this, with ups and downs and so far I feel 0k with both my look and my health, unfortunately I still have a belly I have not been able to get rid of. I think this new program you are talking about will help me.

I’m a 54 year old women who is not in shape at all and I am longing to accomplish being in control of my hate/love relationship with food and exercise.
I have accomplished many things in my life, but this is one area I can not seem to tackle. I am just plain tired of all the excuses I have for being over weight and out of shape. All the information and knowledge out there and I can’t seem to put it together and it looks like you have done it. I am counting on this to be my last and final chance to see a life long struggle come to an END.
Karin
