Ever since I was a little kid, I’ve been overweight. I was picked on by most of the skinnier kids and it only made things worse over the years. I am currently eight-teen years old and I’m still a “fatty” in the eyes of my peers. I have tried a couple of diets and i have seen no results. You are my last hope. I really want to lose the weight. I am willing to try one more thing before I give up and resign myself to fat land for life. I know you understand the physiology but I’ve tried so many different diets and scams that it is hard to believe that this will work. This opportunity couldn’t have come a better time. I need to shed pounds fast and not for looks. I have been suffering from a severe case of Destructive Sleep Apnea. My sleep study test results showed I currently
quit breathing over 1/3 of the night. I have tried dealing with CPAP and BIPAP Machines on and off for the last few years but have been unsuccessful at being able to adjust to them. Because of the duration of
non treatment and oxygen I have been suffering daily from Chronic Fatigue, Migraines, and Heart Stress. This in turn lead to concern with my employer and have been taken off work in concern for my safety and those I work with. I’ve looked into other treatments but most aren’t proven and I’m not convinced the surgical options are effective. I know in some cases though that a major reduction in weight has caused people to cure their Apnea.
I believe the 1000 Calorie Challenge is the perfect program for me as It will allow me to achieve results and improve my health faster than anything else I have seen. Also I know I can do it safely as this course has proven methods and no guess work is needed.
I am 54 years old. I am in excellent physical condition and do not have much (if any) weight to lose, but would like to take my fitness regimen to another level. Hey well first of all I wish I could have not only for me to have a better body and this is serious so people know, my mom she is 45 and have a back problem since she is a bit over her normal weight if she doesn’t lose that weight she has, she may be taken to surgery, seriously I don’t want that since there’s a risk of she getting into wheel chair, but apart from that, we both, my mom and me, need this, she needs it to avoid surgery and I just want a better looking body, since I have been a fattie since kid and I want this to dissappear, but our time makes it hard for us to do lot of excersice or to go to a gym so this would be perfect for us two, so please Joel, please pick me (us) as sorry if this was not as you asked but I need her to be okay, please Joel. The BIGGEST reason why I would appreciate one of those FREE copies is so I can help my clients. I am looking for a REAL way to eat with whole, unprocessed foods without adding the protein powder and supplementation. My clients get AMAZING results with their inches lost every month, but of course they are focused on the darn scale. My husband and I have been impressed with your workouts and we also do Dr. K and Craig Ballantyne’s stuff…You have a good group around you! Anyway, I am looking for something that anyone can do and get the results they’re wanting but not have to starve. Howdee Joel & Arnel, your system sounds likes it makes a whole pile of sense & something we will be doing ….. exercise has always been a part of my life (mostly probably more effort & enthuistiam than results shown!!) and without it life just isn’t the same….2010 has been a busy year for the family, baby number 3 arrived in april, unfortunately the same day as my husband’s best mate for 30yrs ended his own life, also i ended up needing gallbladder removal surgrey 3mths ago and I’ve trapped nerve/back issues from a car accident 2 years ago that’s been undergoing medical attention. Coupled with starting our own Engineering company life is hectic & exercise has taken a back seat…..body form is not not all leaned & toned as desired….well no more…my husband turns 35 this Sat 16th & I’m 6 mths behind him. Life is to be lived, it has its ups & downs but every moment has to count as we are only here for a short time but with your system I’d like us both to be around a whole lot longer!! Looking forward to getting started on the system whatever way we get our heads & body’s into it!!!

Wow…as an emergency health care provider, I know better than most the importance of being fit and yet now find myself needing to quickly correct course and embrace weight loss and fitness to be able to continue to care for others, including my own family. I simply am a fan of Arnel’s intense work. I have been following his 16 week challenge and I am currently on the 3rd week of the challenge. I am loving the supersets he’s implemented and a real fan of interval cardio. Since I’ve started this training and proper dieting (using some meal suggestions from Arnel’s page,) I have dropped from 78kg to 72kg and from 18% Body fat to 15% body fat.
One of my goals is that before my birthday which is 17/03/2011, turning 23, is to get my body fat percentage down to at least 10%. I believe your 1000 calorie challenge program is perfect for me in order to reach one of my goals in terms of physical fitness and great appearance.

I have tried them most of them and they been the most challenging, fun and I have had excellent results with them. What I like about the program is the challenge it will provides you. Yes, the progression part of it is great because it gives everyone a chance to go from nothing to something in as little as 4 weeks, without getting overly complicated. Personally, though, it’s about completing the 1000 calorie challenge! I want the “GO” with the “SHOW!” Without the performance component it just does not make sense to me. That’s what I have trying to do with my training over the past year and this program comes along and takes all the guess work out of it. The program appears to be very balanced and very well thought out. I can tell just by reading the updates that if you can complete the 1000 calorie workouts, your mind and your body will be primed for anything!

You guys have done a great job to creat a truely great program and deserve all the success that you get from the work and time that you have put into it. For me this is a important lesson to learn that no matter how good the training is if I don’t do the work nothing will change and in the next few months I will still be 15 kilo’s overweight and unfit and have just got older.If I was to get one of your training programs I would pledge to hold myself accountable to you to do the work to get into the shape I was 20 years ago.

I am 28 (m) and havent been able to take care of myself for the past 4 years. I gained 25 kgs. in no time and now even feel embarrassed to dress up nice. I used to be a regular to the gym, believe it or not.. i used to be a role model. I really wish I could go back to what I was – “FIT” and I think this book may have something useful for me.
This program seems to be one that makes me want to work out. i am 155-160lbs female. I work as an EMT and need to be physically in shape so that i do not harm myself or patients on the job. Working shift work makes it hard to commit to workouts, trainers, etc. I am the type of person where if i do not see results soon I stop my routine and try a new one. I think your program would benefit me by having 3 workouts a week ( easy for shift work) and 3 diet days a week. I am very impressed with the cheat day because that seems to be a downfall for me, i LOVE food! The part that’s drawing me the most however is how your program is designed for people like me who are not insanely fit, and i can work my way into being the best that i can be!
