Where do I start to tell my story of my “Battle of the Bulge”. I’m a 45 yr old mother old 3 beautiful children. I currently weigh 323 lb and I’m in desperately need to lose this weight. I’ve tried other diets, but the realization of the amount of weight and the length of time it would take me to get to a healthy weight is so overwhelming it suffocates me. Everything in my life is suffering from the extra weight; relationships are suffering, depression, my self-esteem is in the toilet, the list goes on. I’m hypertensive with high cholesterol. I know what I need to do, but coming up with my own plan hasn’t been working for me. What draws me to your plan is not only the rapid weight loss , but your approach to exercise and the S[2] Progession to the 1000 calorie workout. I’m intrigued. I am a 39yr old who just under 3 years ago I had gastric bypass surgery because I was over 100lb over weight. Other then being fat I was in good health, I could run for 30 min without a problem, lift weights, ect but could not loose the weight. I started keeping track of food and even asked a nutritionist for help because nothing was working. They basicaly said they could not help me. So I had surgery. I lost about 90lbs then started having some other medical issues which stopped my weight loss and I gained about 30 lbs back. I am finally healthy and ready to get rid of the last 40+lbs that i need to loose. I love the fact that I don’t have to spend hours in the gym and I still get my weight and cardio in and still have time to do other things. I look forward to finally getting toned and in the best shape of my life and I see that happening with the program you have put together.

My name is Alberto, I’m 30, and I have tried many different things to get in shape like p90x, insanity, my own workout routine, etc….and I like the EXPLODE workout routine for it’s simplicity, and effectiveness. I do, however, have a problem: I LOVE FOOD, but am not very good at following an effective plan, or a course of action, and I really really really want something that works. I am really excited about what this could do, and it would be an incredible personal gift. The only thing I want is to enjoy who I see everyday in the mirror, and I think that this 1000 calorie challenge would be the perfect thing for me. Hi my name is Matt and I am a lifelong endomorph – is that pizza I smell, damn! I just gained 3lbs! As I have gotten older I have gotten heavier as I have found less time to work out. With the kids, work, etc. I have a hard time finding the time to work out, but I DO, and I want to make the most of that time and this program sounds like just the solution to this problem. Having tried program after program after program, losing ounces and still gaining pounds I want a program that WORKS! And not do 500 different exercises on 20 different pieces of equipment. I want simple, and your presentations showed simple and I want results and you guys get results. I have no claim better than any of the other entries. I just really want to get what works.
After moving overseas 2 years ago, I found myself going from a relatively fit active person, to a person that has gained weight, lost motivation and is totally lacking in self esteem. Due largely I think to leaving family and my daughter not settling and returning to England. I am now ready to get my life back on track, to set a good example for my son and regain the confidence and self esteem I once had. I’m a 19 year old college student. I live in a dorm and do not have access to healthy foods because we cannot cook any meals in our room, so all i have is the dining hall food and grilled chicken breast is limited. Since I am a college student studying for pre-dental i do not have that much time to exercise and workout so i need a fast workout plan. During the past 2 weeks, I have gained 9lbs. probably from lack of exercise and diner food consumption. That is why I am trying to lose weight by just eating chicken breasts and lettuce. To get to a gym, i must take a bus which takes not a while but a bit. So I need a workout plan that is quick in cutting fat so i can maximize my time studying. Thanks
Hi, I am a 71 yrs. old and made a bet with my 15 yr. old grandson on Aug/15/10 that I could get a better six pack then he could in six mths. I haven’t seen my stomach muscles in over 50 yrs. So, the short version…..quit smoking 2 yrs ago, tried pretty much everything, to get the extra weight I put on (not necessarily pounds), I’m 52, healthy otherwise and like everyone else am willing to put the work in on this program to accomplish my goal.

Ever since I was a little kid, I’ve been overweight. I was picked on by most of the skinnier kids and it only made things worse over the years. I am currently eight-teen years old and I’m still a “fatty” in the eyes of my peers. I have tried a couple of diets and i have seen no results. I was ready to just give up when i came across your website. I saw your diet and now i want to put myself in your shoes. I’m tired of being the overweight friend in groups. When i was 19 i weighed about 240 and i started working out and eating right and got down to 160. Recently i hurt my leg a yr ago and finally had surgery about 6months and have gained about 40 pounds. My Dr recently cleared me from all restrictions im finally free and clear and i would love to try this program.

this workout is the best thing that i have ever come across. Period. it has allowed me to burn massive amunts of fat while is have been partaking in the workout. but the best thing is that i am actually losing the weight and continuing to do so. all of my family and friends have been seeing the results. and i have even helped one of them to achieve their goal of losing weight. they have been doing the workout for like 2 weeks and they have already lost like 10lbs in this time. i would really love to be able to get the rest of the plan so that i can learn the proper nutrition tips that come with the workout so that me and my friend keep the weight of for GOOD!!!.
